Do not eat here if you have allergies!! Had to bin the first two sandwiches they made through lack of attention with cross contamination and giving me bread I was allergic to. Was even told it was my fault for not mentioning the allergies another time! Very rude staff.

Trying to figure out the pricing on the boards was a nightmare. The asian kid behind the till was more concerned with the owners presence than listening to instructions. Nearly £8.50 for a ham sandwich, 1 cookie and a small pop is disgusting, especially when my ham sandwich was cut with the same knife used to cut tuna. If I wanted a tuna tasting ham sandwich, I would have asked for one. Furthermore, the 999 deals have been cancelled. If your not prepared to support either the local area of our emergency services, I’m not willing to support your business.

It's ok food is as you'd expect ,fast, sometimes too fast. Anything with warm / hot cheese doesn't work its left to go cold too quickly. Service not thre best

Sandwiches missing were missing off the order. The delivery took an hour and the shop wouln't pick up the phone to rectify the mistake

Not by any means the fault of the staff, but you can be waiting ten minutes for your order to be taken if the staff are making orders for Deliveroo drivers. Sometimes a bit of an apology would be welcome. After all, it's just an overpriced sandwich.

By far one of the best Subway sandwich places in the surrounding area. Maybe lacking a little in interpersonal interaction but otherwise a pleasant experience.

Friendly staff but never have the specific or correct offers on that the app advertises.

Nothing against the staff who work here as they are all very polite and apologetic, but twice I've been now on 2 separate occasions to find there's no gluten free bread for a sandwich (medically required, not just fad diet). Surely if they sell out that fast, order in more, or just don't advertise that you offer it if you cannot.

Used the Guiseley franchise for my first sub in nearly 3 years after an episode at the greengates branch where I didn't get served after a half hour wait and on complaining to subway themselves just getting ignored. The staff instore were great and the footlong was immense. Its a shame not all staff are like the ones in Guiseley.

Good clean sandwich shop, delicious bread and fillings. Staff changed my gloves for my non-meat sandwich and made it first so as I also ordered for someone else.

Love a subway, great selection of sandwiches and salads. Slightly on the expensive side for a sandwich but good as a treat once in a while. The Italian bmt is my go to with all the salad and sweet onions sauce. 😋 Found that the salad selection was a bit limited at this one when I went.

Ordered at 2:23 pm, waited until 3:30, rang 9 times in an hour, eventually decided to walk 15 mins to subway, when we got there staff were very rude. Doesn’t take 1 hour and 20 mins to make 2 simple sandwiches, 1 side of hash browns and 1 side of nachos! Not even worth the 1 star, will not be ordering again, didn’t get the delivery fee back, and wasn’t worth the £15 in the end. Very disappointed ! Ps when we got there there was 3 staff members doing nothing and no customers in store. At the end of the day it’s their job and their getting paid to do nothing.

a bit busy but got through quick enough

In store, usually tasty buy the uber service is shocking. Our order was raw, cold, missing items and then I tried to call to fix the issue and got no call back. Cheers subway. To make it worse, out of a £24 order, I got £3 back even though it was barely edible. Nah. What a let down.

Sent wrong food to me and no one answering phone to sort still got charged for delivery twice

Messed up my order, how u gonna forget a whole footlong???? Not even the tip of the iceberg, they didn’t toast the sub i did get and everything came cold, the cookie was all wet and soggy too so threw it away

Every time i order from here it is always late so never gonna order again and when i ring they don’t answer!

Ordered via the app. Got 7 sandwiches 5 were wrong. Ended up with kids refusing to eat them as they had wrong sauces toppings & even a completely wrong meat in one. Sadly store response to the order being wrong from the management was to say thanks for sharing my feedback. Best feedback I can say is don't use the app & if the store messes up best you can expect is a standard scripted email saying they look forward to serving you again in the future. Not a subway I can recommend.

Usually love subway but on this occasion bread was quite stale and hard.

A typical Subway so you know exactly what you are going to get. Friendly staff and clean environment.

Great to have a local Subway. Very friendly staff, very clean, and the usual menu. Able to use the Government 50% offer by eating in (so ordered twice as much as usual, of course). Bit slower getting served as it was very busy with usual Monday staffing levels. Social distancing in place, so people had to stand in the queue outside prior to getting served. Sold out of some things, too, so 4 stars today, but usually a 5 when I come here.

Just spent £25 on 4 sandwiches and some cookies. Delivered to us with hardly any filling. The footlong tuna had literally hardly any tuna in. The sandwhiches that we ordered with mayo didn’t have any on. Hardly toasted. Absolutely disgusted with it

The perfect subway experience. Ordered a takeaway sandwich, was made well and quickly. Had plenty of staff to cope with the busy lunch rush and the staff were nice and friendly.

First time ordering a subway takeaway from guiseley last night at around 7pm, steak and cheese footlong with paprika bread, and a rotisserie sub, didn't come toasted as asked, came cold, although delivery was quick, both subs were disgusting, and I got continuous food poisoning overnight within a few hours after eating from there. Had to call in sick to work. Best £15 wasted. It makes me question what the hygiene standards are over there if it really didn't take me long to get sick from it? Never going there again.

I enjoy a visit to any Subway occasionally so visiting this one with the same range across the franchise was exactly what I was expecting . However my first surprise was the car park .I couldn’t identify a disabled parking place outside subway so I used the disabled bay at the co-op next door . From there I was able to get onto the dropped kerb footpath outside the co-op .Passing the entrance to the co-op on my right and then the ATM .I noticed that at some time there was a dropped kerb nearby but it was covered in mud and also hard to use when the car spaces are occupied. There is no dropped kerb outside the doors . The doors are heavy and help needed to gain entry . The staff were on the ball tho and came to my aid to get me in the shop and again when I left . No complaints about the food or the standard of service There was plenty of room in the shop even for a large chair like mine .There are toilet facilities on site too and it is wheelchair accessible.

Turns out the new owner is happy to stand around and watch his staff struggle, at the expense of the customer - please don't think cutting staff numbers will improve your business.

I dont like subway sandwiches. I would rather go to local butcher or even greegs. Only went there as my son wanted sandwich and I got one as well then I remembered why I don't like them.

Meet feist was very nice but no small side salad is disapointing ash browns very soft but taste in know I'll be back again soon

Ok for a subway but im always confused as to how you get a £3 meal. Just found out you have to pick from the sub of the day menu and then you dont pay nearly a fiverfor the same stuff. Seemed very friendly with the regulars.... not so with new customers.

Friendly staff who are efficient but don't crazy rush to get you your sandwich ready - which one such place did and ended up making a right mess. Ian the owner also allows me to use the space to hold a networking event for local businesses.

Little branch tucked away in the White Cross area of Guiseley next to Coop. Friendly staff, good food, clean.pretty much all I need from a subway.

It's amazing but make sure the bread does not split when you cut the subway . When I tried to eat my subway , lots if the inside came out from a split at the side . The food went everywhere !!

Enjoy coming here with friends and family have always enjoyed subway I have been going there for over 8 years! We thing the food is delicious and very fresh staff are friendly and well managed polite and very happy to assist and guide you if needed! Would recommend this to anyone and everyone and they do have a rate in or take away! Super fast services.

One of the more expensive of the chain, but if you're on the ball, you'll wait until after 4pm - that's when the deal to get any foot long and a drink for £5 starts. Nice cosy place. Never usually busy.

I wanted my train to work, not a footlong meatball marinara on hearty Italian bread!!! This is evidence of yet more cuts to vital public services, next time I will take the bus.

Bread was dry and hard, asked for sandwich to be in a baguette and got a stale bread bun. Only two pieces of red onion, got peppers that i did not ask for, no sign of the monterey jack cheese like i asked. Definitely not worth £5 a sandwich, won't be getting anything else from them again.

I have been to sub way a lot of times now and i think its fantastic they later to you every needs and are very flexible staff are very friendly and attentive its a pleasure to either eat in or take away. Great for a quick meal cant rate this higher its fantastic and very reasonable prices.

Not the cleanest and our nachos were not heated right through but overall it was ok.

The team at Subway Guiseley are always helpful and welcoming, particularly Joanne, who always takes time to chat to the children.

Bonito, pequeño, acogedor, de metro en Guiseley. Siempre intenta ir a éste si quiero un metro, ya que es el mejor que he estado. Desde aquí pedir también fuentes lo necesito, ya que son muy buena y el personal es realmente amable si necesitas algún consejo sobre elegir o combinar hasta las fuentes para adaptarse.

Service is good, busy around 1:20-2:00 in the week because of the local school though.

Estaba consternado hoy para encontrar que una gran comida bocadillo es ahora 5 libras. 30 en vez de los habituales 5 libras ya que habríamos cambiado los contenedores de pop para botellas. En la investigación parece que a 5 libras la comida incluye una taza de bebida de la máquina. No pude encontrar ninguna lista de precios en la pared para indicar este aumento de precio y sólo una vez que el personal tenía peldaño en hasta. No es bueno.

Staff was quite rude arguing with each other about being understaffed even tho it was quiet. They had no hearty Italian infact they only had Italian and 9 grain wheat. They had no onions and didn't even bother to get any more out won't be coming here again!

Pregunté por algunas fuentes para un grupo en domingo de Pascua, no hay ningún problema! Pedimos/pagado y recogido al día siguiente, todo estaba listo y organizado ... rápido servicio eficiente, incluso llevó al coche para mí. Nuestros huéspedes toda la elogiaron la frescura y tranquilidad, etc, y pedir bandejas de metro para cualquier evento en el futuro. Muy contentos con el servicio que recibimos, gracias!!

Always a nice place to visit and a favorite for the kids. Food and service is always nice and if you stick to the meal deals its not too pricey and has plenty of parking.

Cuando me acerqué al mostrador, me sirvió un hombre con una barba. Después de que llevé a mi pedido, él extrañamente procedieron a estabamos en sus colegas en voz muy alta sobre cómo vago, todos eran y cómo eran las cosas van a cambiar por allí muy pronto. Entre su despotricando él estaba preguntándome qué quería, etc. Sus colegas eventualmente venga y ayudarle. Yo era la única esperando en el mostrador, así que me pareció que su comportamiento totalmente innecesaria, y quizás este tipo de comportamiento debe hacerse en privado y no delante de los clientes. Me gusta la comida del metro pero no esperes tener que escuchar este tipo de cosas cuando vaya allí. Mi primera y última visita a esta rama, se evite en el futuro.

Being a genuine reviewer I believe in posting good and bad reviews of places. Following my last negative review of this Subway back in July, I was pleased to see a vast improvement this evening on an impromptu visit. Served by Lee, a good member of staff, polite and efficient. A big improvement on our last visit- the place was clean and food was hot and tasty. Keep up the good work as I much prefer to leave positive reviews than negative!

Called for lunch and got a steak cheese melt on italian really tasty, served quickly with a smile very good no complaints here

Yes I like a subway now and again but I have always been told that the drinks are 20p when you add them to a subway meal. Well this time I got a receipt and for each drink I was charged 93p!!! Just be aware when you are including drinks with your meal. I will not be buying drinks from here again and I don't appreciate the dishonesty from subway staff!

Called in at 5.30pm Sunday. Only 2 breads as rest were "cooling" and could not be served??? No cookies at all. All food containers nearly empty and unappetising. Shop floor filthy but tables were being cleaned (albeit half- heartedly.) Tatty hand written sign on door saying closing at 7pm- looked ready to close. Not a good experience. No longer going downhill as reached the bottom long ago.

I go to this shop 2/3 times a week almost every week, in the past the place was excellent but not now.Not enough staff.Products not available on all of my last 3 visits. The place is unclean.I don't feel the staff even care.I am sat in the shop now and just heard the staff saying how crap the place is not really good to be talking like that when customers are sat in the place It's Sunday 10th may @ 11.26am I write this review in the hope that subway Guiseley will do something about it.

The other week I stopped at a Subway in the North West of England.To my surprise the bread used for the Subs, was not as advertised on the website, or shown on their literature.If I did not know better, I thought it had come from the Spar shop next door.!

Staff turnover in this establishment seems incredibly high as you never see the same person twice. I have not been for a while as I was getting fed up with being served by dirty looking people with piercings and tattoos who could not care less. Today was marginally better due to the smiling pleasant lady taking initial order. However service is still slow especially for the amount of customers they get, the place never really looks clean and the food containers always look picked over- it certainly never resembles the TV ads where all the containers are full and veg etc is all stacked up beautifully!! Really needs to up its game.

First timer at this particular branch of Subway. Asked for soup, young staff members kind of looked at me gone out. Why offer something if you're going to give the impression that the customer is strange for ordering it. When waiting to pay, a couple of staff members were just stood talking and laughing. I don't want staff who are overly cheerful and in your face, just to be served efficiently and not to be made uncomfortable about my choice of dinner.

All Subways are consistent - whichever franchise you visit you know you will get the same. Bread fresh, meat tasty, plenty of choice of fillings, salads and dressings. Sweet treats as well as subs. Staff always helpful and efficient. Very good value especially the meal deals. A winner every time. Decor and furnishings not the best but the normal Subway interior - we go for the food, not the surroundings!

Like all Subway branches, the staff are polite and quick to get through the queues while ensuring that they offer you the full range of sandwiches, soup, meatballs etc. The food always tastes great and it's a good place to visit before going to Menston park as it's on the way from Guiseley if you're walking and they wrap the sandwiches so you can put them in a bag for a picnic when you get there. Not to mention, for what you get and what you're offered, Subway is cheap.

I often come to this subway and instead of being greeted happily I have lately been greeted to young boys who seem to disappear when they see customers. I came in and there must have been about 4 people ins tore and 2 people working which was sufficient staff. I did not see why he asked if I wanted my sandwich rotating because it sat on the counter for about 6 minutes going cold because the other worker disappeared coincidentally when a queue appeared.

We have been regular customers here for a few years. The service used to be excellent with a very tall chatty man working, but in recent months he seems to have disappeared and been replaced with much younger people who do not provide the same level of care or service. The computer system has often gone down meaning that points cannot be added on and this then causes extra work on the customer's part to contact head office and get them added manually. This franchise is definitely not as good as it used to be, although the food is still tasty.
