Lovely McDonald’s very nice building except the fact the service is very slow me and my girlfriend came in and we have been sat for 45 minutes and still haven’t received there order whilst we have seen the manager walk past having a chat with her friends outside of work and the other workers joining in. Will never be comjgn back to such an unprofessional working environment no care in the world.

Well tonight the restaurant was quiet but the food was the best McDonald's we've ever had (not thrown together as we usually get everywhere else)! The restaurant was clean & bright & food red hot & lovely!!

Very clean McDpnalds. My kids call it ‘fancy McDonalds’. However, they got the order wrong, no dips and no fork for the salad. Only found out when we’d driven away.

My order said it would be here for 6:25am and I’ve waited n I have fallen asleep but the order says it’s been delivered and I’ve got a message from the driver saying outside but they didn’t knock on the door because I would of woken up because of my dogs barking so I’m confused what I should do or what’s going to happen because I’ve payed over £20 and I have no food so I’m wondering if I can get some sort of voucher or a refund

Standard McDonalds fare. They have gotten our food wrong the last few orders so check your items before driving off

You can't beat a McDonald's when you're tired or can't be bothered cooking. No real complaints here. Occasionally get the orders wrong but are happy to put it right.

triple cheese burgers were only doubles and they only sent 3 selects

Driver arrived and phoned for me to go outside to collect food instead of getting out the car and knocking on the door.

Don’t bother ordering from this McDonald’s. Order from another one like Asda or birstall. At least they get your order right. I’ve ordered about 4 times where I’ve received a completely different order and my family have been unable to eat. How can the staff be that incompetent? I’ve been to the restaurant before and they all love to stand and talk to each other instead of providing the service they’re OVERPAID for. Anyways I called the restaurant and said how many times this has happened and said they need to conduct some sort of re-training for staff. He was quite rude and blunt and told me that there’s nothing they can do about it!!!!!! maybe get the order right….? Just a thought.

App advises food delivered. No food recieved. So not only have they taken my money for food but also delivery. Not happy as on a course and only had an hour for lunch. So no time to reorder from anywhere.

Terrible, didn't receive barbeque sauce, fries were cold, drink was half full and had no ice, caesar and bacon wrap was dry with barely any sauce and my coupons didn't work.

Cleanest McDonald’s I’ve been too, was an oldish lady constantly keeping and making sure it was clean and also interacted with the kids, nice big car park and when i have used the drive through before it was fast and did not get anything wrong for a change haha.. almost felt like McDonald’s used to back in day 5*

Honestly, it's nice food. But ordering from wide lane your most likely not gonna get what you ordered. I think 1 out of 10 order's you might get lucky and have all your food.

I usually go here every time, and I will in the future but I went this morning to get a simple McDonald’s, because me and my family want to treat ourselves right, but today it was just no. They get four stars because when I went to pay cash and redeemed a Big Mac, I asked for meal, but was deciding on what to get, there was no queue behind me, and the man at the counter kept demanding me to answer him, which was very rude, and it wasn’t even busy. He then had the audacity to give me a dirty look and scoffed at me as if he hated me when I did nothing wrong. I ordered 5 curry sauces because there’s 4 of us, one extra as a just incase, because I trusted this place a lot I believed I would have got all 5, but no I only got 3! I don’t care if they’re free, the other McDonald’s I go to always give me the right amount. Even worse, when I got home, the chips box was upside down and my chips all fell out, making my meal not tasty, my chips tasted stale too, hard as well, I eated my meal after 10 minutes collecting it and taking it home. The oasis was ok and so was my wrap. The apple pie? Part of it was burnt! Making it very difficult to eat. I used to love this place a lot but I’m debating whether I should go back or not, oh and the man who served me, someone needs to train him to have better manners towards customers, I don’t know his name however

Yet again another disappointing visit, I try to keep local but now feel we may need to travel, week on week we come every Friday with our grandson, the floor cleaner works hard at keeping the environment clean and tidy. The food orders are never correct, this order not only took 20 minutes to cook, the order was wrong and the top of the bun was missing. Staff seam to be not managed at the back of house. I walked out the other week with uniformed staff were smoking outside the front entrance door looking and laughing at the reviews, clearly not interested in who was listening. The only positive thing about this visit was it was clean.

My order arrived at 11:04am which I was told it would be delivered between 10:30am - 10:50am, I wasn’t to bothered about this but it was when I opened all the food to find it cold I was dissatisfied. I called the McDonald’s immediately. The gentlemen I spoke to said the food left the restaurant at 10:20am and upon looking at the receipt it was made and ready for 10:12am. I live 2 miles away and it’s a 7 minute journey.

The food is terrible every time never made / cooked properly the chicken is chewy and horrible , never know whether I can go for a caramel frappe and I have to walk there just to get told the ice cream machine isn’t working which is working nearly every other time, service is terrible because why are you not turning the ice cream machine on ? It’s obviously not broken like every McDonald’s says . I’ve been to this McDonald’s numerous times over a scale of months and I’m sick of the terrible service and food and the atmosphere can’t blame it on McDonald’s but everyone gives funny looks.

Spent £35 and half my order was missing. McDonalds blaming Just Eat, no doubt Just Eat will blame McDonalds by the time they view my refund request in 7 days time! Only the 2nd time I’ve used Just Eat. I won’t be using them again.

Got food, both chips & burgers were cold, chips looked like they had been sat on the side for an hour, really dry, want hot food not to microwave my food warm.

On order ordered two Big Macs to be plain and both have cheese on it, this has ruined it as don’t like cheese. Don’t understand when u have this on app to get it plain and still can’t get it right, very embarrassing

As a delivery driver, my experience with the Leeds Dewsbury Road McDonald's has been consistently disappointing. The staff are remarkably rude and seem to make a point of ignoring delivery drivers completely. Despite waiting patiently, I'm often overlooked in favor of walk-in customers, which results in significant delays and frustration. Communication is minimal and unhelpful, making the entire process unnecessarily difficult. Out of all the McDonald's locations I've worked with, this one is by far the worst for delivery collections. A more courteous and efficient approach would greatly improve the experience for everyone involved.

Sauces are always missing, before we order we just know they’re not going to bother simply getting some sauces and putting them in the bag, that’s why we barely order from here, can’t eat the food without sauce

One of not the best ever well thought out parking easy and really nice building and best of all lots of room in side very clean very spacious very impressed 10/10 🙂

Order was wrong 1 breakfast muffin missing 1 breakfast muffin was wrong should of been double sausage and egg y did we get double bacon and egg

All the McMuffins were practically thrown together with and the actual muffins had been butchered

Only used the drive through a handful of times, never had tocwait very long, friendly staff and no food poisoning, id say thats a win

Lazy staff who do not care about the customers. My wife asked for the quarter pounder for myself a dry cold burger two little bits of onions my wife dad ask for mustard and onions on my burger no mustard. The Lettice on my wives burger was limp not fit for a rabbit.

Hot drinks we got were cold, syrup running all down the cups, burgers thrown together, staff looked like we'd asked them to split the atom when questioning the order.

Visited this week and my wife and I both commented how clean the glass partitions were in fact the whole place was spotlessly clean and it was late in the day.a credit to the cleaners. I had the McCrispy and it was delicious the best I have had so far at any of their branch's.

I did not order spicy chicken salad but that’s what I got, couldn’t eat it. Salad was too much lettuce which was ‘old’.

All fine, but for the last few months any time I’ve gotten a full fat Coca Cola from McDonald’s, it’s tasted partially like sprite, first world problems but I genuinely prefer a McDonald’s coke over any usually, but lately it’s been really hard to finish one, makes me wonder if they’ve changed the recipe or the dispensing equipment

They don't actually give you everything you order. I know it's just like hungover teenagers and you can't get too mad at them but a single pair of sober eyes glancing briefly over an order would really help.

None of the sauces arrived, the medium fries were only half full and the coke tasted like soda, and everything was lukewarm (which I wouldn't have minded if everything else was right as I always expect delivery food to be warm not hot anyway). Driver was great, earlier than expected!
