Absolutely disgraceful I was waiting 20 WHOLE MINUTES just for 2 caramel frappes and when they was FINALLY handed over they gave me a disgusting side eye I am disgusted and will never be coming here again after this experience. Will be going to Burger King next time as it’s a lot better and the burgers are peng I recommend you to go there too. 👍 💋 xx

This is mist kian again. I am just commenting on the employee on gave me a side eye. After leaving my comment this employee proceeded to chase me out of the drive through and attempted to kick my car only achieving falling over on her head. How embarrassing 🫦🥰💪

Be warned, on a morning, there can be an incredibly rude lady mopping the floor. Bare in mind the place is open for business, as I'm leaving I say a quick "sorry" since you have to leave through the doorway she's mopping and I recived a very rude "No you're not". Like, maybe do the mopping before people can get in then? I've heard her say similar remarks to others leaving too. There's no problem with being kind!

Drive through ( where you have to go and park up for food ) not really what it’s about is it. service was therefore not efficient, Then what was meant to be a McRib meal came out looking like at was a bbq sauce sandwich with a rib patty somewhere near the bun. Whatever ming mong in the back who prepares theses burgers has hit the pinnacle of his/hers/they/them it’s career so at least try perfect it. Thanks

Whoever is the manager or staff of this McDonald's is a complete and utter waste of time. I've ordered multiple times from here and every single time they have either got it wrong or missed items. To add to insult they don't blame themselves they blame the courier and ask you to claim it back through them. Ive never had issues with the britiania road one or the elland road one it's just this poorly managed wide lane one. If I could give negative stars I would

Always get the order wrong, always make you park in the car park for your food, never once been handed food at the window. Has to be right there with the worst McDonald in the country. It’s burgers and chips for Christ sake how can it be so wrong every time!.

Food was inedible ( cold ) parts of the order were missing and when we asked them to send them out they refused and expected us to go and pick up the rest of the order that we had paid to be delivered due to having Covid. Food was also late.

Never again. This has to be one of the most overwrought and worst run McDonalds in the region. They cannot handle the combination of onlibe takeaway, drive thru and in person orders. Got my son's burger wrong twice in a row on top of our food taking 35 minutes to arrive. An angry drive through customer came in and shouted for the same reason. Another parent complained about their child's order being wrong. The wait, atmosphere and overall experience were quite horrendous.

Delivery driver tooknlongest route to get to address whilst tracking, food was not hot/warm upon arrival as driver took too long to get here.

We ordered our food just after 14.20 and the food didn’t turn up till 15.49 nearly 16.00 the food was cold and chips were too salty

Former Brewer's Fayre pub converted into a McDonald's. Plenty of parking and really spacious inside. Despite appearing to be relatively quiet on a Sunday evening, food appeared to take some time to be prepared and brought to our table, although it was clearly freshly prepared. Food served with more like a grunt than a smile.

The only item that arrived that was ours was a coffee, all our food was missing and we were given someone else’s order.

It’s always a risk ordering from here, as there’s often something wrong/missing but tonight was the worst. Half the order was missing and the stuff that did arrive was stone cold with no sauces or straws. Whoever was on shift tonight needs to give their head a shake.

Spacious restaurant.. staff are always helpful.. never any complaints about food and always stuff laid out for the kids to do whilst waiting

Every order from here has something missing just ordered today, chicken big mac missing! Ask for a refund they tell you go to uber!! How is it the delivery drivers fault? He didn't pack the bag n forget to put burger in!!! Sort it out!!

Fast delivery, tasty menu items

Deliver driver went 10 minutes in the complete wrong direction and stayed around there for a bit before deciding to turn up. I assume either doing something else on the way or delivering to someone else at the same time.

I ordered on the app around 1045pm. I didn't know at the time but the restaurant closed at 1100pm. This aside, if the app had let me order my food, pay for it, and let the restaurant staff cook it, I wouldn't be hungry right now. Instead, I had to arrive just in time to see the drive-through menu boards go blank, By the time the car behind had reversed back out the entrance. I thought I'd had enough and did the same. You guessed it. This fraction of a delay saw me walk to the main entrance only to be met by a crowd of happy team members, just finishing their shifts. Why, oh, why do you insist that your customers "arrive and check in" before you let someone. Someone wanting to finish their shift on time as well as keeping hungry customers' content and nourished, begin cooking the food they've ordered? I may as well not bother ordering on the app at all and just speak to a real person at the drive-through. It's surely quicker than pulling over, ordering, paying, etc as you have just proven.

Ordered x2 cheese burgers and fries, the burgers had far far too much salt on them, and far far too much ketchup on them, a lot of the ketchup ended up on my clothes, not impressed, please Mc Donald staff "don't do the job if u can't do it"!!!.

None of what I ordered was correct.

I order £55.21 earlier today and when I received my order there was food, dips and a drink missing from my order and it still came up to £55.21 and the free 6 chicken nugget box will not compensate for the stress and anger you have built as when I pay such an amount I expect everything on my order to either be there in the bag when it arrives or my order to cost less than it did with multiple things missing therefore I have given you a poor rating although the time was on time I still feel angry

Lovely McDonald’s very nice building except the fact the service is very slow me and my girlfriend came in and we have been sat for 45 minutes and still haven’t received there order whilst we have seen the manager walk past having a chat with her friends outside of work and the other workers joining in. Will never be comjgn back to such an unprofessional working environment no care in the world.

The food was freezing and there was egg shell in the egg . Put my little girl of her breakfast and because she won't eat hers im scared to eat mine . Not happy at all 😔

Very clean McDpnalds. My kids call it ‘fancy McDonalds’. However, they got the order wrong, no dips and no fork for the salad. Only found out when we’d driven away.

My order said it would be here for 6:25am and I’ve waited n I have fallen asleep but the order says it’s been delivered and I’ve got a message from the driver saying outside but they didn’t knock on the door because I would of woken up because of my dogs barking so I’m confused what I should do or what’s going to happen because I’ve payed over £20 and I have no food so I’m wondering if I can get some sort of voucher or a refund

You can't beat a McDonald's when you're tired or can't be bothered cooking. No real complaints here. Occasionally get the orders wrong but are happy to put it right.

Driver arrived and phoned for me to go outside to collect food instead of getting out the car and knocking on the door.

Don’t bother ordering from this McDonald’s. Order from another one like Asda or birstall. At least they get your order right. I’ve ordered about 4 times where I’ve received a completely different order and my family have been unable to eat. How can the staff be that incompetent? I’ve been to the restaurant before and they all love to stand and talk to each other instead of providing the service they’re OVERPAID for. Anyways I called the restaurant and said how many times this has happened and said they need to conduct some sort of re-training for staff. He was quite rude and blunt and told me that there’s nothing they can do about it!!!!!! maybe get the order right….? Just a thought.

Terrible, didn't receive barbeque sauce, fries were cold, drink was half full and had no ice, caesar and bacon wrap was dry with barely any sauce and my coupons didn't work.

Delivery driver was punctual and polite. Unfortunately the degenerates that work there don’t check their orders before sending. Food missing as per.

Cleanest McDonald’s I’ve been too, was an oldish lady constantly keeping and making sure it was clean and also interacted with the kids, nice big car park and when i have used the drive through before it was fast and did not get anything wrong for a change haha.. almost felt like McDonald’s used to back in day 5*

Honestly, it's nice food. But ordering from wide lane your most likely not gonna get what you ordered. I think 1 out of 10 order's you might get lucky and have all your food.

I usually go here every time, and I will in the future but I went this morning to get a simple McDonald’s, because me and my family want to treat ourselves right, but today it was just no. They get four stars because when I went to pay cash and redeemed a Big Mac, I asked for meal, but was deciding on what to get, there was no queue behind me, and the man at the counter kept demanding me to answer him, which was very rude, and it wasn’t even busy. He then had the audacity to give me a dirty look and scoffed at me as if he hated me when I did nothing wrong. I ordered 5 curry sauces because there’s 4 of us, one extra as a just incase, because I trusted this place a lot I believed I would have got all 5, but no I only got 3! I don’t care if they’re free, the other McDonald’s I go to always give me the right amount. Even worse, when I got home, the chips box was upside down and my chips all fell out, making my meal not tasty, my chips tasted stale too, hard as well, I eated my meal after 10 minutes collecting it and taking it home. The oasis was ok and so was my wrap. The apple pie? Part of it was burnt! Making it very difficult to eat. I used to love this place a lot but I’m debating whether I should go back or not, oh and the man who served me, someone needs to train him to have better manners towards customers, I don’t know his name however

Yet again another disappointing visit, I try to keep local but now feel we may need to travel, week on week we come every Friday with our grandson, the floor cleaner works hard at keeping the environment clean and tidy. The food orders are never correct, this order not only took 20 minutes to cook, the order was wrong and the top of the bun was missing. Staff seam to be not managed at the back of house. I walked out the other week with uniformed staff were smoking outside the front entrance door looking and laughing at the reviews, clearly not interested in who was listening. The only positive thing about this visit was it was clean.

No barbecue sauce with chicken selects again. Didn't say any thing first time but would like to know why?
