I didn’t get my BBQ sauce with my order but apart from that it was good

When you order a jam muffin, I expect the jam to be in the bag too. You never get the order right. Absolute joke of a place. Will never be coming back. The 6th time this has happened

Rude cleaning staff won't let you sit down at tables as she likes to leave dirty rags, cleaning equipment on all the tables, so she can tell you where you should sit. Very rude.

Driver did not go to right address. Did not listen to directions and demanded I came out to find him. Food cold. Aweful

Here's my review, get rid of the scam private car park company robbing your guests if they exceed 90minutes, even if they can't get out of the car park in time because first the food took ages and then upon leaving the car park was jammed due to the drive through queue!

The food has arrived cold. I’ve been waiting 40 mins to arrive and it comes cold and is not even 2 mile drive from there to my house. Very disappointed

I visited this McDonalds restaurant for breakfast. Unfortunately most of the seating area was closed off for customers. This was at 8:40am and the restaurant was quite busy. It didn't feel like a welcoming establishment, and I would probably avoid visiting again.

Unfortunately the double sausage patty was burnt and also had black bits all over it from the grill. The whole sandwich also looked like it had fallen on the floor and been put back together as the cheese was all over the side of the bun and the egg was hanging out. The hash brown was cold too so I was very disappointed. I ordered this meal as I’ve just got out of hospital and still not very well and was really looking forward to my favourite breakfast from McDonalds

I am ABSOLUTELY fed up of this McDonalds and the staff. TWICE now where multiple items have been missing. Whats the point of ordering food if we don’t receive it? Read a screen, follow order, make food, put in bag. Simple.

Service is a little slack here, even by McDonald's standards. You always seem to be waiting quite a while, even for a cold drink. The food is as you would expect from McDonald's - cheap and cheerful. The place feels generally clean, including the toilets, but they're rather lax on cleaning tables. Perhaps people should clear their own tables, as most do. Unfortunately, the staff do seem to leave it quite a while before clearing deserted tables, though.

Ordered a large Big Mac meal, 6 nuggets with sauce and 2 hamburgers. The Big Mac had no onion, salad, gherkins or sauce. Hamburgers just had ketchup and the sauce was missing. This is now the third time the food has been awful from Wide Lane, Morley branch and will be the last time they get my money. AVOID AT ALL COST!

Has to be one of the absolute worst mcdonalds in Leeds. I keep.giving the benefit of the bought cos it's local but the staff are rude. The orders are always wrong. And I think someone was having a joke this time because the cheeseburger was absolutely covered in salt. Even while I was waiting for my order 2 people brought orders back to complain and it wasn't even busy

We recently visited the McDonald’s in Morley on the road to the White Rose, and it was fantastic! This will now be my go-to McDonald’s, even though I have to drive past two others to get there. It’s located in a converted old pub, which means it’s absolutely massive inside. The amount of space is a game-changer—no scrambling for tables or waiting around. We walked straight in and sat down with no hassle. As an added bonus, we got a free ice cream for completing their online quiz, which was a nice touch. The extra space really sets this McDonald’s apart. It’s in a league of its own, and I’d highly recommend it! 👍🏻

Took them 13 minutes to make a coffee after I ordered even though It was late on an evening and I was the only person inside. Rude service, staff were too busy having a chat and once I finally got it the lid wasn't on properly so it was lucky I checked.

I ordered small chips and 2 iced lattes and I was only sent one latte and my chips are very cold and soggy because my drink spilt all over the bag I would like a refund

Absolutely shocking this is not the first time ive had issues at this restaurant, I was given completely the wrong order and asked for it to be changed which took some time, after receiving half my order back I had to wait for the rest which made my first half order cold, the manager Reece was neither use nor ornament, this place is run terribly, the staff are young and barely out of kindergarten, bad management from Reece who is also very young himself, they did not care about orders as they were to busy laughing and messing around, appalling service.

I ordered at the drive through and from the get go staff weren't listening! I gave my order which was simply 2 plain tripple cheese burgers and a coke only to receive 2 double burgers with pickle and a diet coke, manager Reece was very unhelpful, took my double burgers away and just slung an extra burger in and loosely wrapped back up and gave me them stone cold, drink was wrong and forgot my chips! All the staff were looking at us and laughing whilst manager was unapologetically mocking us...This is not the first time this has happened here, standards are shockingly low as service is run by kids who find everything funny.. terrible experience, needs a management overhall!

Waited 20 minutes and the place was empty, finally got our food and it was stone cold. While we were Waiting two separate customers brought their order back because there was a problem. Customer Service was below standard and overall it was a poor experience.

It was the kind of place that instantly sparked curiosity. As soon as I reached Leeds, I couldn’t get it out of my mind. With just a few keystrokes, I uncovered its location on Google: Wide Lane, a suburban gem quite far from the bustling city center. Realizing it wasn’t within walking distance, I marked it on my mental map as a place to visit when time allowed. Fast forward three weeks, and that curiosity finally got the better of me. Today, I hopped on a bus from the city center, ready to explore. The ride itself built up the anticipation, winding through streets that gradually grew quieter as the city faded into the background. When I arrived, I was utterly mesmerized. The surroundings of this McDonald’s were serene, almost picturesque, and the building itself seemed to blend modernity with warmth. Stepping inside, I was relieved to find it wasn’t bustling with crowds. The atmosphere was just as I preferred - peaceful and inviting. The staff added to the charm. Clara and Wendy, in particular, were attentive and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. There was something else that caught my attention - air chargers neatly placed on the tables! I had never seen such a thoughtful touch at any McDonald’s before. It was a small but significant detail that showcased how modern and customer-focused this location was. As I soaked in the ambiance, my thoughts drifted back to a few years ago when I worked at a KFC in my hometown of Dalat, Vietnam. The memories of the camaraderie among the staff, and the satisfaction of serving customers all came rushing back or even the decorations/designs outside the house. This McDonald’s reminded me of those days, not in the hustle and bustle, but in its unique ability to create a welcoming space for everyone. I left feeling grateful for the experience. This visit was more than just a trip to McDonald’s - it was a reminder of how even the simplest moments can evoke powerful emotions and cherished memories. Ordered £40.00 worth of food at 18:57 was told it would be delivered between 18:55 - 19:10 and it hasn’t even arrived! The cheeky just eat driver has obviously taken my food and had the cheek to mark it as delivered! Left 2 young children upset!
