I orded food for my dinner at 12 40 it got delived at 14.00

Gave a extra piece of chicken , foods all correct & hot , brilliant service

very salty undercooked food had to be thrown

Came with no gravy cold chicken and only 2 bags of chips I paid for my order and my full dodnt come

Drink was missing. Driver was insistent to get the code rather than informing the business

Half of the food wasn’t there the portion tiny portion

Food was fresh and staff was friendly too

The only problem was it was mostly warm but the chips were slightly cool, apart from that absolutely delicious

Check your orders before you leave the store. EVERY SINGLE TIME without fail my orders miss items or wrong items placed in. Service is none existent. Extra star purely for free food you end up getting when they mess up your original order 😅 although, food is always cold and service is slooooow

I know the marketing images are always going to be far more perfect/polished than the real thing but this is so bad I could only laugh.

Store going downhill fast. I was in yesterday 28.4.25. Witnessed staff put a burger that another customer returned as it was cooked wrongly back on to shelf with other burgers after both customer and staff member had their fingers in it. I asked the staff member if they were going to bin it and she seemed not to understand what I meant. Then she said oh of course we will waste it but then made no attempt to take it off the shelf! Was still there as I left. Also I raised that the ordering screens were filthy with the same staff member. She tried to say they had been cleaned but they had similar marks on them that I noticed on a previous visit a couple of weeks before yesterday. Screens need properly cleaning and staff re-training. Will swerve for the near future.

Unbelievably bad. No stars would be better. Bought approx £60 worth of food for a little family party and was greeted by really unwelcoming unpleasant staff. I appreciate it’s a difficult job to be in but it wasn’t even busy. Service - horrendous Food - two party buckets which had ice cold fries, some chicken pieces were very cold and some were just room temperature. I told the staff but they just said that’s how they’re served. Hardly any of the food was touched and binned it in front of the staff after explaining we don’t want to eat cold fries or cold fried chicken with a strange taste. Fried chicken should be served piping hot and fresh. Real disappointed, another customer who won’t return ☹️

Cold food small portions of chicken

None of the correct food , no chips with meal , no corn on cob , bag of random chicken to attempt to make up the meal , whole meal os basicly chicken with no sides etc

Will not be back. Service was shocking. Asked a staff member politely if he could get me napkins as there was none stocked in the station. I was informed to “shout someone behind the counter they will help” as he’s busy clearing tables . Nobody was there available behind the counter and asked the staff member if he wouldn’t mind getting me some, staff member informed me “how can I get you napkins when I’ve been handling rubbish, it doesn’t make sense” This store does not focus on customer service, such a basic request and a massive deal made over it. Will not return.

Great food as always but a little cold, if food was warmer I would have given 5 star rating!

The worst KFC in captivity. Dry, tasteless and the smallest pieces of chicken I’ve ever seen. Hot wings, just a load of coating and no taste! Horrific, daylight robbery! 😡

Took way too long ! Ridiculous how the deliver arrived 1 hour and 20 min after delivery when I only live 10 min away! Won’t be ordering again.

Worst kfc drive thru staff proper arrogant and don’t listen to ur order carefully. Come to drop the food off to ur car and throw it rather then give it. Never coming to this branch again.

UTTERLY ROBBED AND USELESS WON’T EVER GO TO A KFC AGAIN (ZERO STARS) I ordered nearly £40 worth of food for delivery through the app on Sunday and never received it!! Me and my Partner were waiting 2 hours with no updates and after ringing the store 4 times with no answer I tried ringing the delivery line. The lady on phone told me that everything was fine and it still was on its way (which it clearly wasn’t) and after ringing up AGAIN half an hour later she insisted the same. I got an update to say the driver was on the way at the two hour mark and he text me saying “he had arrived”. The app telling me he was on a bike I was confused to see he was actually in a car. I walked over to the car and he rang me from inside asking for my order PIN, i gave him it expecting him to get out and give me my food but he turned on the car engine and sped off down my road. After ringing him to try and track him down he decided to tell me he never had it in the first place?! (Calling complete bullshit there tbh but even then it means my orders still been eaten by some other spotty teenage boy crushing vapes and eating my hot wings in some car park before he’s off to rip off the next paying customer). Fuming and beyond shocked at the fact someone had driven off with food I’d waited two hours for I walked inside to ring up customer services. I was greeted by the same person on the phone who was fully aware of my situation over the last two hours so anyone with common sense would be able to tell I’m not scamming them, she then put me on hold only to come back and tell me because I gave the driver the PIN i’m not entitled to a refund or at least a replacement order which I’m unbelievably angry about. You have failed on 3 instances to provide good customer service (which as a former fast food employee myself) am shocked by (you’ve handed my order out to the wrong person allegedly?, I’ve waited two hours for my food anyway which is refundable in itself and now you’re saying I can’t have my money back for food I never got to see never mind eat) I’ll be telling my friends & family in meanwood to avoid this restaurant If anyone wants to get in touch from this restaurant email me I’m happy to make a formal complaint

Took an eternity for my food to arrive when the shop was not at all busy and the chicken in my burger didn’t fill the bun at all.

Thoroughly enjoyed my KFC last night.

First of all the food was inaccurate I asked for a large popcorn chicken , mini chicken and chicken fillet burger and instead of fillet burger it was a mini then the food took 1 hour to take and when we phoned kfc no one answered

The order was totally incorrect items and Just Eat only refunded less that 20% of order which is unacceptable- then I be been messed about with the email to each reply I sent - we spoke to the restaurant and they confirmed they would refund the whole order. It Just eat is not honouring this ?????

received my order which was cold and grave leaked all over because it was kept on passenger seat instead of using appropriate bag to carry it. No apology from driver who was intended to pretend that everything was OK till I highlighted the issue.

Fast, quick service and my chicken was fresh. The best KFC I have been to in a while

I was trying to place an order but there was a large queue and lots of children playing on the 2 self service kiosks. I went to speak to the girl on the counter (who had a very bad attitude) to place an order or for her to ask the kids to stop messing about with the kiosks but she refused to take my order or do anything about it.

The fries were ready a long time ago and they brought them to us when they were very cold.

KFC experience is always great. Chicken at KFC has their own taste. I liked this KFC. Lots of seating space and peaceful atmosphere.

Shocking experience in the restaurant. Poor miserable staff, customer engagement lacking by the Indian staff. Postmix was empty, app rubbish for payment. Food is ok. **Additional: Even KFCs stock response is poor. I went in store not delivery! Get it right. I sent separate feedback to the KFC team with recommendations.

when the delivery driver picks up multiple orders ,you can watch on the tracker. my order went halfway round north leeds before I received it. It was cold and crushed. I watch him get the order out of his boot. He had to move alot of things to get to my order. This explains why it was cold and crushed

The time to arrive has been increasing and decreasing for the last three hours so at this point I'm assuming it's not going to arrive. The KFC has marked this order as being prepared so I can no longer cancel it. Asking JustEat for my money back.

KFC keeps their standards for food. Placing order is very simple. Friendly staff in general. We recently visited the place. We would like to have a take away. We asked for the tomato catch-up but the staff Member has ignored us. We were waiting while the staff entertained another customer. But this has happened once only. Great environment to sit and enjoy the food. Overall a nice place to dine.

once again a lazy delivery driver .when I order a takeaway please delivery to my front door and not expect me to come to the communal entrance. amazon and all parcel delivery drivers seem to have legs .unlike just eat delivery drivers .and we are not in covid lockdown. so drivers can enter the building.

Very disappointed as 2 out of out 3 meals were incorrect to what we ordered!

Have to use self service to order. Not a problem in itself but please make sure that the machine has paper in it to give out a receipt. This is the third time in the last two months I have been in and not been given a receipt. Please fix this because if none are avaliable next time I come, I will not be returning.

Packaging rubbish no kids box or boneless box all chucked in 1 bag together drinks and dip and pineapple handed seperate no bag and was cold

the food was absolutely cold and the vegan burger was not cooked properly. was absolutely rock hard on the sides of the burger.

Many issues when ordering food online from this store. Sometimes food just disappeared, sometimes order was cancelled without refund.

Halal KFC - great food and great service.

i understand that if you are sending multiple pieces of chicken some will be small. But if customer is ordering two pieces of chicken in their order can both pieces not be so tiny it practically bone. It is not cheap to order take away

Standards in the pits. Maybe it's just this one location where the workers don't care. They send the smallest pieces, wings to the main meal when you have a side of wings, forget to put in the extras you paid for. Be ready for disappointment.

Absolutely carp! Got the order wrong 5 times. Had to go to baxk to the counter to get items missed 3 times. No napkins, no straws. The place was a cesspit. You have to clean your own table. So make sure you have wipes. Main thing the food eegghhhh! Fries disgusting. Chicken wings are not cooked properly. It's just a waste of time. YOU WILL BE SICK.
