They ran out of chicken.....can you believe it?

Missed out pieces of chicken from my order. Delivery was ok but a shame some of the food is missing

Burgers were huge very filling I ate one n kept one for later. Really tasty love popcorn chicken too no sauces though n no drink with it. Still very nice

Horrible experience. My whole family came away feeling nauseous due to burnt food and disgusting cleanliness. Toilets stink, no soap, broken furniture, visible filth everywhere in the restaurant that has built up due to neglect. Staff ignoring customers - a lady with disabled friend who was trying to gain access to toilet (staff have to buzz people through?!)This isn't the kfc I remember from a few years back.

rung store up to be then told my child had to be left with out her proper meal and it was all the drivers fault. kfc held No acceptance. rude and very unprofessional . never again.

This was the worst KFC meal I've ever had. I experienced stomachache and pain throughout the entire night after eating there.

Food is good, as usual, with KFC. But the place was really untidy and all the tables were dirty, i.e., not cleaned up after the previous customer. I complained to the manager and asked for a piece of cloth to clean up a table so we had a place to sit. The manager sent one of the staff to clean all the tables and sweep the floor. I guess he was responsive, but sweeping the floors whilst people were eating can not be that hygienic.

When we got our food it was cold, the only thing that was hot were the chips

Just visited this branch, waited in the drive through que and didn't see the ordering stand. Went to order my food at the window and they lady insisted that I have to leave and drive around and wait in the que again, to place and order. I advised the lady that I don't mind waiting but she wouldn't have it. I then ended up leaving and getting fish and chips. Won't be going back there again.

We ordered 3 chocolate chip cookies and u delivered 1 white chip cookie. By the time we called u the restaurant was closed. I’d like a refund please

Ordered 2 chicken legs when open it at home got 2 chicken pieces , asked twice for legs to make sure , staff with very poor English and don’t listen , lids on drink not put on properly

because I ordered a 10 piece bucket i phoned the store to ask how many pieces of breasts i could have and the employee who i spoke to said depends on how many pieces they have anyhow when delivery arrived i only received 1 piece of breast. pointless!!!!. and meal was as cold as the coldslaw. at a price of 30 plus ££££££££s.

So I asked for 3 of the original meal deals (9 pieces of chicken! 3 x 3 =9!) All with gravy as a side. I got 6 pieces of chicken and 6 gravy! Went back to ask for the 3 chicken I’d paid for but NOT received and it took them 20 minutes as I’m sitting in the car at the drive thru waiting for someone to sort this! I actually had the 3 gravy in the car that they had given extra! I was then told there was no way they had given me 6 gravy. ( I have photo evidence!!) As I’m sat in the car, waiting, waiting, waiting, there are several members of staff not speaking English and looking at me and sniggering! Finally, after 20 minutes they give me a bag with some chicken, chips and dips. ‘Sorry’ says the guy who gives me the bag. Drove home and put it straight in the bin! As if I’m going to eat that!! £23 for a load of basically, bin fodder! Wouldn’t buy from here if my life depended on it!!!!!

Arrived a little early so I wasn’t downstairs in time and the delivery driver did not follow order to call instead of knocking and upset my housemates due to sound.

the chicken was dry and I change my drink to milk and it still give me the Pepsi max ,the baby were crying no one are trying to stop let baby cry anymore

I put a delivery order in today for it to be delivered to me at 7.55pm Didn't arrive till 8.15pm nearly cold tryed to phone them won't answer there phone tryed message no tryed email no response tryed contacting delivery by email guests what NO response The fries tasted like coved in salt and spice the chicken Didn't taste right the salad well what you call a salad was covered in some kind of sauce or salad cream that didn't taste like salad cream hàrdĺy any salad the colslaw what can I say about that

Absolutely terrible got a chicken burger 1 piece of lettuce no mayo. Got told to wait it would be 3 minutes 16 minutes later it arrived. Lady who delivered had an attitude. Won’t be going there again.

Disgusting service and drivers cannot be arsed to get up from car and deliver the food . Won’t ever use again .

On a sunny Friday afternoon. Friday Fried Chicken was put to a halt. I saw Leon on the opp block and I just wasn’t having this. I had to tell him to respectfully and honestly go away but he wasn’t listening. He says he owns these ends. I emotionally fell apart and tried to start an armed uprising with the staff, but they weren’t being respectful. Their customer service was poor. Just like at the barbershop. I respectfully refused to pay for the food. McDonald’s has always been better because I used to work there and know how to operate a shop. Kindest Regards, Gar.

I find it very bizarre when I order on the just eat app either the chicken is clap cold or my chips , on this occasion it's all the chips !! yet when I order from the KFC app from the same store and exact order every item is piping hot, how's that , care to explain why just eat customers get half warm food , but KFC customers get piping hot for the privlage of using your own app ??

Well tonight the delivery driver some how delivered my food to another customer. He came to myn i had the other customers food. Which the delivery driver was confused and trying to give me not my order. Which the other customer rang me he had my food and i told i have your food. Crazy never happened before. Then ive had to get a refund then order it again. Thankfully diffrent delivery driver the other one wants sacking.

The wrong items were delivered which meant there wasn’t enough food for everyone. Tried ringing restaurant to complain but no answer. When I went through the app to say wrong order delivered an email came through which said they’re reply within 48 hours! Poor service

Strangely there is only delivery from here… we often preferred to collect but that option is no longer available. The food is as expected but would prefer it to be less salty although that may be out of their control… (I really dislike salt and find the chicken coating and fries to be extremely salty) but that said it’s convenient for certain days of the week …

Understaffed on front counter. Staff working more focused on drive through and onlinr orders as opposed to taking orders from walk ins. Need staff to man front counter. Shocking
