KFC Leeds - Northside Retail Park in Leeds

Fast, quick service and my chicken was fresh. The best KFC I have been to in a while

I was trying to place an order but there was a large queue and lots of children playing on the 2 self service kiosks. I went to speak to the girl on the counter (who had a very bad attitude) to place an order or for her to ask the kids to stop messing about with the kiosks but she refused to take my order or do anything about it.

The fries were ready a long time ago and they brought them to us when they were very cold.

Shocking experience in the restaurant. Poor miserable staff, customer engagement lacking by the Indian staff. Postmix was empty, app rubbish for payment. Food is ok. **Additional: Even KFCs stock response is poor. I went in store not delivery! Get it right. I sent separate feedback to the KFC team with recommendations.

KFC experience is always great. Chicken at KFC has their own taste. I liked this KFC. Lots of seating space and peaceful atmosphere.

Been sat for over 30 minutes and had to remind the staff that we are waiting for food that we had ordered not a happy bunny No organisation no structure not even a shift leader on site just atrocious

The time to arrive has been increasing and decreasing for the last three hours so at this point I'm assuming it's not going to arrive. The KFC has marked this order as being prepared so I can no longer cancel it. Asking JustEat for my money back.

KFC keeps their standards for food. Placing order is very simple. Friendly staff in general. We recently visited the place. We would like to have a take away. We asked for the tomato catch-up but the staff Member has ignored us. We were waiting while the staff entertained another customer. But this has happened once only. Great environment to sit and enjoy the food. Overall a nice place to dine.

once again a lazy delivery driver .when I order a takeaway please delivery to my front door and not expect me to come to the communal entrance. amazon and all parcel delivery drivers seem to have legs .unlike just eat delivery drivers .and we are not in covid lockdown. so drivers can enter the building.

Very disappointed as 2 out of out 3 meals were incorrect to what we ordered!

Have to use self service to order. Not a problem in itself but please make sure that the machine has paper in it to give out a receipt. This is the third time in the last two months I have been in and not been given a receipt. Please fix this because if none are avaliable next time I come, I will not be returning.

Took to long between ordering and arriving food was cold

Heavily overpriced made to use the machine to order so sad how kfc has gone and chips are rubbish.i will miss the chicken.But you don't it's still crap just over priced rubbish. You put people in a cheap job who don't care about the food and then you sell this crap to us why

Packaging rubbish no kids box or boneless box all chucked in 1 bag together drinks and dip and pineapple handed seperate no bag and was cold

the food was absolutely cold and the vegan burger was not cooked properly. was absolutely rock hard on the sides of the burger.

Many issues when ordering food online from this store. Sometimes food just disappeared, sometimes order was cancelled without refund.

Halal KFC - great food and great service.

i understand that if you are sending multiple pieces of chicken some will be small. But if customer is ordering two pieces of chicken in their order can both pieces not be so tiny it practically bone. It is not cheap to order take away

Standards in the pits. Maybe it's just this one location where the workers don't care. They send the smallest pieces, wings to the main meal when you have a side of wings, forget to put in the extras you paid for. Be ready for disappointment.

Absolutely carp! Got the order wrong 5 times. Had to go to baxk to the counter to get items missed 3 times. No napkins, no straws. The place was a cesspit. You have to clean your own table. So make sure you have wipes. Main thing the food eegghhhh! Fries disgusting. Chicken wings are not cooked properly. It's just a waste of time. YOU WILL BE SICK.

Snackbox had hardly anything in it. Asked for a sauce at the counter and was told I had to go back to the machine and order it first. Couldn't just let me pay for it.

The staff at this location are consistently rude, and there is always an issue with my orders—either something is missing, something isn’t working, or an item is unavailable. The toilets are filthy and often out of order, with no soap provided. During each visit, I have witnessed at least one dissatisfied customer lodging a complaint, only to have the staff argue with them instead of offering an apology. On one occasion, a chicken wing was missing from my order, and rather than resolving the issue, the staff insisted that I provide proof that it wasn’t included. This reflects poor management and inadequate staff training. I am baffled as to why KFC’s head office hasn’t taken any action to address these issues.

If it were possible, I would order from a different branch. Every time I place an order from the Northside Retail Park location, there is always an issue—whether it’s missing items, cold food, or a lack of freshness. On this occasion, the chicken was as hard as a rock, and despite ordering a large bucket, there wasn’t a single thigh piece included. The remaining breast pieces were overcooked and just as hard. The food was inedible, even for children. I sincerely wish we had the option to order halal food from other branches.

AWFUL PLACE TO ORDER FROM! I ORDERED FROM JUST EAT AND FOOD WAS COLD. GRAVY WAS SPILT ALL OVER THE FOOD. Unbelievable, honestly. And for them to hang up the phone when ive asked them to look deeper into this case (to request a refund) is UNBELIEVABLE. Whoever was on shift at 6 (women) needs to be sacked! I am still needing a refund since my items where also missing! I have opened a case with just eat to get a refund and will definitely not be ordering from these people!

Horrible experience. My whole family came away feeling nauseous due to burnt food and disgusting cleanliness. Toilets stink, no soap, broken furniture, visible filth everywhere in the restaurant that has built up due to neglect. Staff ignoring customers - a lady with disabled friend who was trying to gain access to toilet (staff have to buzz people through?!)This isn't the kfc I remember from a few years back.

rung store up to be then told my child had to be left with out her proper meal and it was all the drivers fault. kfc held No acceptance. rude and very unprofessional . never again.

Food is good, as usual, with KFC. But the place was really untidy and all the tables were dirty, i.e., not cleaned up after the previous customer. I complained to the manager and asked for a piece of cloth to clean up a table so we had a place to sit. The manager sent one of the staff to clean all the tables and sweep the floor. I guess he was responsive, but sweeping the floors whilst people were eating can not be that hygienic.

When we got our food it was cold, the only thing that was hot were the chips

Just visited this branch, waited in the drive through que and didn't see the ordering stand. Went to order my food at the window and they lady insisted that I have to leave and drive around and wait in the que again, to place and order. I advised the lady that I don't mind waiting but she wouldn't have it. I then ended up leaving and getting fish and chips. Won't be going back there again.

because I ordered a 10 piece bucket i phoned the store to ask how many pieces of breasts i could have and the employee who i spoke to said depends on how many pieces they have anyhow when delivery arrived i only received 1 piece of breast. pointless!!!!. and meal was as cold as the coldslaw. at a price of 30 plus ££££££££s.

It's chicken...but not as we know it.

So I asked for 3 of the original meal deals (9 pieces of chicken! 3 x 3 =9!) All with gravy as a side. I got 6 pieces of chicken and 6 gravy! Went back to ask for the 3 chicken I’d paid for but NOT received and it took them 20 minutes as I’m sitting in the car at the drive thru waiting for someone to sort this! I actually had the 3 gravy in the car that they had given extra! I was then told there was no way they had given me 6 gravy. ( I have photo evidence!!) As I’m sat in the car, waiting, waiting, waiting, there are several members of staff not speaking English and looking at me and sniggering! Finally, after 20 minutes they give me a bag with some chicken, chips and dips. ‘Sorry’ says the guy who gives me the bag. Drove home and put it straight in the bin! As if I’m going to eat that!! £23 for a load of basically, bin fodder! Wouldn’t buy from here if my life depended on it!!!!!

Arrived a little early so I wasn’t downstairs in time and the delivery driver did not follow order to call instead of knocking and upset my housemates due to sound.

the chicken was dry and I change my drink to milk and it still give me the Pepsi max ,the baby were crying no one are trying to stop let baby cry anymore

I put a delivery order in today for it to be delivered to me at 7.55pm Didn't arrive till 8.15pm nearly cold tryed to phone them won't answer there phone tryed message no tryed email no response tryed contacting delivery by email guests what NO response The fries tasted like coved in salt and spice the chicken Didn't taste right the salad well what you call a salad was covered in some kind of sauce or salad cream that didn't taste like salad cream hàrdĺy any salad the colslaw what can I say about that

Absolutely terrible got a chicken burger 1 piece of lettuce no mayo. Got told to wait it would be 3 minutes 16 minutes later it arrived. Lady who delivered had an attitude. Won’t be going there again.

On a sunny Friday afternoon. Friday Fried Chicken was put to a halt. I saw Leon on the opp block and I just wasn’t having this. I had to tell him to respectfully and honestly go away but he wasn’t listening. He says he owns these ends. I emotionally fell apart and tried to start an armed uprising with the staff, but they weren’t being respectful. Their customer service was poor. Just like at the barbershop. I respectfully refused to pay for the food. McDonald’s has always been better because I used to work there and know how to operate a shop. Kindest Regards, Gar.
