Atrocious food, arrived cold and late. Disgusting.

Food great. Delivery very poor. Over an hour to arrive. Cold when it did. Deliveroo.

The service was absolutely shocking. I ordered from here tonight, and they forgot one of the milkshakes from my order. Normally, I wouldn’t make a fuss over a missing drink, but when it costs £5 for just one, it's a bit of a joke. I called the restaurant, and a woman answered. When I explained the issue, she told me they were extremely busy and blamed the Uber driver for not delivering it (funny how they’re so busy but it’s somehow the driver’s fault) anyway, I should contact the uber driver regarding this as they cannot do anything about it due to the driver not being one of their own. To make things worse, she started giggling during the call. When I called her out on it, she claimed it was something to do with the kitchen. Not very professional when dealing with a complaint and trying to shift blame. After the call, I contacted the Uber driver, who said he was only given three bags but would go back to the restaurant to try and sort it out. Once the driver got there, he called me and spoke to the staff. I don’t think they realised I was still on the line because the same woman started shouting at the driver, insisting he’d made the mistake and that they were too busy to give him the missing item. This was just minutes after asking me to contact the driver! She then yelled that it didn’t matter because I’d get a refund anyway. Despite the driver’s attempts to resolve the issue, she continued being rude, repeatedly saying how busy they were. It was clear that she’s in charge, especially since she started shouting at the driver not to "talk to my staff like that." Honestly, it explains why the place has gone downhill. The food wasn’t great either, and it's probably for the best they didn’t fix the order—I wouldn’t trust them with my drink after that. Avoid this place.

Terrible uncooked dangerous. They threw a bit of grated cheese on top that didn’t even melt because everything was stone cold. (How can cheese not melt on what’s meant to be a hot dog) - worst food ever

Used to love this place, been ordering for years. But it's really gone downhill now, and I wouldn't bother anymore. Small portions - (Less toppings on chips, one single thin slice of limp bacon on burgers) Poorer quality ingredients - (Cheap nasty burger buns, cheap oily cheese on chips that's nothing like it used to be, the cheese goes see through when melted now it's so full of oil) Low effort prep - (Chips used to have torched cheese on top, now its microwave melted, burgers are slapped together with ingredients going all over the box) Food often arrives cold, soggy and falling apart. I really do hope someone else takes over, or they up their game again. I used to order a couple of times a months, sad to see it in this state.

Very poor! Food arrived one hour and fifteen minutes after order, and spent over £24 including delivery, only for it to arrive really late, but the food was cold, and I mean COLD! Wasn't expecting this kind of service. Well, I know not to go back. Terrible experience. Also, the burgers look nothing like they're advertised, far better burger places in Leeds.

Been ripped off from this place. Uber order clearly says to deliver to my address but the courier and takeaway have not taken care and taken my money and not delivered. Do not waste your time or money on this place!!

The burgers here are AMAZING!! I got pulled pork and bacon in mine and it was so good. I also ordered the bueno brownie and loved it. The food never disappoints and I also got a couple of freebies in my order!! (Coleslaw and haribos)

Staff were lovely but unfortunately the food wasn’t. The skin on fries were merely a shell as they were that over cooked there was no potato left in them. Burgers were ok but the relish is too much and over powering. Not value for money in my opinion

Absolutely shocking. Ordered last night burger was burnt to a crisp, black and like rubbery, chips stone cold and like cardboard. Almost £30 down and uber no help in getting a refund. Gave me 29p credit and closed case. Do not order. They should change the name to bad burger's.. im not picky and eat owt really but this was below even my standards!!! Customer service is shocking. Rang to complain and was told nothing they can do. Honestly who runs a business like that.?? Avoid at all costs. Cheap ingredients cooked appallingly. Pics online are deceiving. Dont wate ur money!!!

Recently had this at Live at Leeds Festival, my girlfriend went to go get some food and decided to try they're over priced frozen chips, paid £8 to get chips with some cheap bought garlic and parsley butter with 5 small gherkins probably cost them about 40p to make. My partner came back in tears as she asked them how long it would take as she didn't want to be gone from me for long as she was on her own without her phone, they proceeded to be rude to her and then called her "a waste of my time". The gentleman was clearly suffering from some form of superiority syndrome as there is no need to disrespect people like this.

Very poor quality ordered 3 burgers a hot dog 2 portion of chips and chicken wings, all were over cooked and with tasteless burgers and hot dog very poor quality especially for the price will never use again.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Posting this as Bad Boy burgers/Uber Eats offered me a £10 reward and then refused to give me it. Not sure if this was the restaurant's fault or Uber Eats' but until either can give me the £10 they promised me this place should be avoided as they are scamming their customers. An offer showed up on my app saying if I placed 5 qualifying orders of over £10, I would receive a £10 reward. As a result I ordered here instead of other similar places knowing it would work out cheaper in the long run. I placed my 5th qualifying order last night (before which the message said PLACE 1 MORE ORDER TO RECEIVE A £10 REWARD and the next day the message changed to PLACE 4 MORE QUALIFYING ORDERS FOR YOUR REWARD. I followed the help channels through Uber Eats who put me through to an advisor who completely ignored my issue and told me the issue was closed. I raised it again and was told the same. It's a shame to leave this review because I was previously a regular customer but definitely won't be again if this kind of thing is happening. If they've done this to me I'm sure it's happening to a lot of other people as well.

Burgers were dry, fries were made of air with barely any potato inside. Dessert also came with what looked like a spider's leg in the box. Wouldn't recommend!

Awful! Paid £66 for 3 burgers and 4 shakes and some chicken strips. Best part of the meal was the shake! Don’t let the pictures on the website fool you it’s nothing like that! Burgers are not fresh Pattie’s they are over cooked frozen burgers rock hard! Only take cash as well.scam!!!!

Great food and quick delivery via Uber Eats! We tried the Festive bad boy burgers and an American cheese burger with skin on fries. The portions were huge and the fries tasted like chip shop style fries! We also tried the milkshake which were really good! I will definitely be ordering again!

Had to wait 1hr for my food to be ready then the staff are extremely horrible and rude ( the black girl v rude) ! Avoid this place at all costs !!

I came in to order food as a treat after work, the food was gorgeous and the service from the staff (i believe her name was molly) was the best. She was so polite and helpful with my order and went above and beyond to make sure my order was exactly how I liked it. Made my experience of bad boy burgers so much better as I was sceptical before hand however the service I received made it a 10/10 experience. I do hope she will be rewarded for her amazing work as she has definitely made me want to come back again! A very happy ending to my long working week :)

Used to be great. Most recent delivery was awful. The burgers are now rubbery and lacking flavour Edit. Went back, had the buffalo blue chicken burger and chilli cheese fries. Have to say, it was great. Have added another star. Hopefully they'll sort the rubbery beef out soon

saw all the lower reviews after I’d already ordered and prepared for the worst but I really enjoyed my burger, it was warm and the perfect spice level. Burger and bacon good quality, cheese was melted too.. the mozzarella sticks were pretty bog standard but I that’s what I was craving anyway! Haven’t spoken to any staff from there and ordered on a Sunday night so maybe it was less busy and more optimal to order then? Loved my burger though would’ve eaten it twice

We have ordered from here a few times over the past year and has never been a disappointment! We love that they do meal deals which we usually go for and the food has always been packaged nicely! Even with a lollipop extra 🍭

Ordered brownie got some type of horrible cheesecake instead. Phoned up expecting them to at least to send me the correct item. Basically said no we can’t do that which I find a lie. Just got told get a refund and have a nice day. Terrible customer service.

Food is OK ,the best thing I had was the skin on fries ......that was until I found a hair in the chips........then found another two !!!! Everything went in the bin. If I could give a minus I would have. Basic hygiene not that hard to comply with. Definitely won't be ordering again

The girl that is tall and is behind the counter has a disgusting attitude. Such a big turn off and mood killer. She basically cares more about replying the text on her phone rather than serving the customers. And when she does serve, she has appalling attitude. Sort your staff out guys. Will never return.

Got a burger from badboy burger picked it up got home and there was teeth marks on my burger I took it back there was saying no there no teeth marks there was got my money back in the end first time getting a burger from there never again

Jeez this was gross. Spent £40 on a burger, chicken strips and a hot dog - the price led me to believe the quality would be exceptional, in reality I'm obviously just naive. The chicken strips are frozen processed meat, you can tell by the grain of the "chicken". The burger patty looks to also be of the cheap, frozen supermarket variety but it was stone cold so didn't try it. Will chalk it up as experience and wouldn't recommend.

We were apprehensive about ordering from here because of the low reviews it gets but I’m so glad we gave it a chance! Super tasty, fresh food, everything was still hot on arrival and fast delivery (we ordered at 5:00pm on a Tuesday evening, estimated time was 35-45 minutes through UberEats, we received the food in 25 minutes) Couldn’t fault anything, will be ordering again!

Ordered some food from an online delivery company, from when the app said the Ford was getting wrapped to delivery was a further 45 minutes the food arrived. It was stone cold but now it was cold the burger went white with fat!!! Everything is poor quality. I called the restaurant, the was not interested at all. Do your homework if you want this sort of food. Really really poor.

If your food comes cold, don’t call them and expect them to do anything at all. Mine came cold and I mean stone cold. They just was not interested at all! Please look elsewhere. They need to check there order before they delivery as I got missing item

Ordered from Bad Boy Burgers this evening on Uber Eats and was very disappointed. Firstly, my burger came without the lower half of the bun and the burger patty itself was hard and overcooked. One of my onion rings was burnt so inedible. I also ordered cheesy fries - the fries were hard and undercooked - which were just covered in hard plastic cheese so no flavour at all. Overall very dissatisfied - would not order from here again.

Just had the flaming bad boy chicken burger, and the chilli cheese fries. I should have taken a picture because it looked so good. Pictures on ubereats were true to the product. Instant mood booster for my mundane Wednesday night. Burger and chilli fries tasted on point too. Worth it for the price of the meal deal too.

Ordered a delivery tonight. It was at best luckwarm when it arrived. I had even warmed a plate but couldn't finish it because it was soon cold. It did taste good but certainly not worth £16 if it arrives cold. I am a less than 10 minute drive from them but it was nearly 20 minutes before it arrived from when I got a text saying the food was on its way. Delivery problem?

Very Professional stuff, Best burgers which I tried

Went for a collection. Extensive menu with plenty of options. Price was quite expensive compared to other places. We went for burgers, wings, skin on fries. Fries were a big portion, standard and nothing special. Fried wings were good, buffalo sauce had a good heat. Grilled wings weren’t amazing - taste of steamed lettuce it was served on wasn’t pleasant. Burgers were not as big as I thought they would be. The bun was ok, the fillings were alright, but the actual patty was a let down. Not quite frozen standard but tasted like something from a supermarket - not great quality and lacked the juiciness you get with other places for a similar price. Their Instagram page masks the reality here unfortunately.

Absolutely poor service. Ordered using Deliveroo and took them over 40 minutes to prepare 3 desert which 2 of them was pre made. Never going to order anything from them as they were just simply rude and never even apologised for their bad and delayed service. They just said “we were busy”. I was excited to get my first bad boys burger and drove all the way to the place to make an order when I went inside the guy refused to take my order and made me wait for 10 minutes then called me to the counter so that I can order and he said he won’t serve me then a lady served me instead and then she took my order and said it was cash only after spending about 15 minutes inside that establishment I could see that it was very DIRTY and they clearly don’t care about HYGIENE and their customers. My girlfriend and I will not be returning to that CARDBOARDS box of a shop again.

Actually sickening. The milkshakes were alright but we’d ordered (what was meant to be) a cookie dough cheesecake which was completely inedible. It tasted vile and for whatever reason it smelt like vinegar? Disappointing. Won’t be ordering from here again 🤢

If I could give it 0 stars I would, I did actually once upon a time get a nice burger from there, but after that it’s just gotten worse and worse, definitely need somebody who can actually manage a kitchen working in there, I dread to think what it’s like to actually work there must be a nightmare

I wish I had read these reviews before I got food from this place. I won a competition on social media, a meal for two & 2 desserts from their bad boy desserts. I am damn sure happy I didn’t pay for this. The burgers were like burger van cheap burgers (which they charge £8/£9 for & I found a hair in my burger which looked like a beard hair. Also they look a absolutely nothing like their photos. The chocolate fudge cake we ordered looked nothing like the picture either. It’s just a cheap piece of cake from your average takeaway which is fine if that’s what you know you’re wanting & paying for but not advertise luxurious desserts then producing that.

Ordered food totalling £27.85, delivery was listed as an hour away. An hour came and went, no food. Numerous calls to the shop and no answer at all. The order was made online and the shop accepted the order so what happened? Why no answer? Disgusting!! Will be taking this further and will never order from here again. Thieves

Drop the 'Boys' and just call it 'Bad Burgers', because that's what they sell. The beef patty is just a cheap unfrozen burger put between two dry buns, The 'cheesy fries' are just cheap unfrozen chips with some cheap pre-grated cheese tossed on them in a box that's not even melted when it arrives to your door. Not worth the £11, seriously… The can of Coca-Cola was good though.

Ordered a pick up from here. They were ridiculously busy on the Friday night but astoundingly polite about it all (even to the less than polite delivery drivers). The food was great. Hot, fresh and very very tasty. I had the Buffalo chicken burger with blue cheese, and the boys had burgers (the teenager had the one with bacon and pulled pork). They loved them, and the fries, and even ate dessert too (I was defeated by the burger). Great quality food and we will be ordering from them again.

Had a good order once in the past, but can't bring myself to order from Bad Boy Burgers again. The order was placed at around 17:50, delivery was estimated at 18:45. After chasing three times from 19:15, the food came at 20:25 and it wasn't even lukewarm. During the first call chasing the food, I was told the food was ready and they were waiting on the driver. Over an hour later it arrives and it's nowhere near a fresh temperature, which makes me suspect it was sat for long enough to be questioned legally. What makes it even shadier is that the app we used to order listed it as delivered at 19:40, which I was told was an accident as the (well known) app "just does it sometimes". I genuinely believe that it was done deliberately and on purpose so as not to raise any suspicious activity with the service on the app we were using. They threw a cheesecake in, which is a nice enough gesture, but really doesn't assuage the 2.5+ hour wait for our dinner, and the fact it didn't seem to be remotely fresh or of eating temperature.

Shocking delivery time. Got an estimate of one hour to get my food and its been more than 2 hours waiting and still no sign of my food. After calling them 15 times they finally pick up and tell me they have just started cooking the burgers. More than 2 hours for 2 burgers is ridiculous. Way above the predicted time too. No apologies and poor customer service. Will never be ordering from them again. Poor organisation and poor customer service.

Worst experience. There were about 6 Uber eats drivers waiting in the tiny space which is available for customers with no masks on. I couldn’t get in to collect a pick up order until 20 minutes after the number people had reduced inside and when we got the order and got home they had forgotten some of the order so half of us were left without. The issue was very badly dealt with and the owner said that she would not take responsibility for the amount of people in the outlet.

Ordered the chicken burger that came with BBQ pulled pork and it was absolutely delicious. The portion size was extremely generous with boy the burger and the fries. Upgraded the cheesecake to come with kinder Bueno and it was heavenly. My only grumble was actually with the added charges from Uber eats. I would suggest calling the restaurant to see if prices are the same and whether they have their own delivery service.

We didn't get to try the food unfortunately. Delivery time on their own website said 45-55 minutes, when the order was confirmed an extra 20 minutes was added to the longest expected delivery time (which for a Friday night we thought was fine). That time came and went, I rang up and was advised they only had one driver on and that our order would take another 40 minutes! Needless to say we cancelled the order.

Turned to collect my order and had to wait when I recieved it the bag split open outside the shop spilling the contents over the street. They refused to replace the food. My fault apparently that the bag they provided me with split in half....

Been a customer for a long time, felt the food was of a good standard but the service is horrendous. Order like usual and found part of the order missing, rang up to get it rectified. The girl on the phone just shouted to her colleague and asked if she had forgot to put in the whole order, then just heard laughing and 'oh yeah' then proceeded to lie about it. Ordered the chicken thigh burger and the badboy burger. The chicken tasting like it was old and going off. It even looked old. The bad boy burger was also vile. All the food is cheap and horrible. Nothing like the photos so don’t be fooled....

Rude disrespectful staff! Called about half my order being missing to be met with a woman who didn't care "well we are too busy to send it out" ring Uber Eats it's there problem... She then went on to refuse to allow me to speak to someone else as apparently there was noone else there, to then laughing at me down the phone regarding my complaint "look I'm sorry" long giggle. She hung up on me and then when I called back I spoke with somone else (despite her saying there wasn't anyone else). Person I spoke to slightly more helpful but a joke of a company who's staff need intensive customer service training.

After waiting 1 hour 45 minutes we cancelled our food as it was placed just before 7:30 pm and by 9:15 we'd had enough. We tried to call them to find out what the problem was but nobody answered. When Bad boys finally answered they said we have only one delivery driver working tonight. Food might be good but we never found out!
