The ice cream is perfect however half of the time all flavours are not available to order.

I ordered a feed the family deal for 4 through Just eat and they ended up sending only 2 burgers instead of 4. Such a terrible service!!

Slow uninterested staff.messy food nothing like the pictures show so false advertisement. Ten minute wait unacceptable for ^fast food^

Food was terrible, with the wrong items. Service isn't hard as half the process is automated so really it shows when you get a few lazy members of staff it can break any system.

Sat down with my two kids who I ordered kids meals for and myself a latte which was cold. Then a family had sat down next to us, and within 5 minutes, one of they children was sick and it took the staff 10 or so minutes to clean up.

Empty on a Saturday teatime. Food ok, toilets awful, soggy toilet paper all over the floor and sink but none to actually use.

Always missing something every time I order from here

Terrible if you order from the inside. Wait time is 20-30 mins for a simple meal. They announce your order as ready on the screen but you wait another 15-20 mins for it to be handed over. Staff are generally rude and ignore customers.

Here it shows me that my order was picked up but I did not receive any order.

how can you get my order wrong about 30-40% of the time. I wait for food and it turns up cold. not a bad thing that I'll be frequenting this place less. Check your order before driving off and experiencing child wrath about incorrect/missing orders.

I asked for a plain double cheeseburger with only cheese and it came with everythin I didn’t want on it! My large fries weren’t even full!!!!! Very disappointing

The following items were missing from our order - 20 nuggets £6.99 - may chicken £1.79 - 5 chicken selects £6.69 We request these items to be refunded to the original payment card Nobody answer on phone call and driver even don’t know that he giving half items what was ordered

05/12/2024 at 21:15 I ordered 1 cheeseburger, 2 x 4 nuggets, 1 mayo chicken, 2 medium potatoes, 1 medium Fanta Zero., 1 medium hot chocolate, and 2 sweet and sour dips. BUT in my order instead of 2 medium fries there were 1 SMALL and 1 medium, and there were NOT 2 sweet and sour dips

I was treated scandalously today by the staff when I returned the burnt McPlant.

My order said it was delivered at 19.23pm. It wasn't to my house. Ring doorbell brilliant proof it wasn't delivered. Never using them again!!!

absolute joke whole point of me ordering was to get my son a happy meal and didn’t even come got a total wrong order to what i got and to top that of what came was freezing !

Finally, McDonalds gets an order correct. Last time I ordered they missed a burger off. Last few times either the whole order wrong was wrong or they miss items off. Thanks Oakwood

Missing burgers and poor delivery service, I’m sure the driver has taken the burgers. Only one bag received for a large order when opened hardly anything in the packaging. Still waiting for a refund for the missing items, just eat is getting worse, maybe it’s time to change to other delivery service maybe uber eats.

Shocking. Always missing things off my order and always changes the delivery time to a later time! Not worth spending your money just go somewhere else! Never get a refund either when they miss things off or they get damaged or are wrong. Disappointed

Food is as usual McDonald's level. Service was very poor. The dustbins were full and garbage was floating around. Recommend not to go there.

The time kept getting pushed back and the food was obviously sat for ages as it was flat cold, I was unable to eat it anyway as I had to go to work and didn’t get time

I ordered this double burger deal, but received no fries. And the burgers are not prepared properly, cant eat it, so messy. All the lettuce, mayo, pickles are scattered. Hoping to have a compensation for this. We really love mcdo, but its really upsetting. Thank you.

Dreadful place the service is non existent- they literally only care about the queues of delivery drivers who push the the front with their bags shouting order numbers out. Last time ill use this restaurant 👍

For a McDonalds, this one is probably one of the better ones in the area. It was very clean and service was quick. The food was well presented as not just chucked together like you get in some of their other locations. The food was hot and fresh.

Worst McDonalds in the world This is our closest McDs restaurant and I’ve finally given up. Never get any food quicker than 20mins of waiting. Staff are so disinterested and zombified. Restaurant inside is filthy. Disgusting place

Having to wait nearly 20 mins due to deliveroo drivers wanting there deliveries to be ready, And clearly not enough staff on at 12.30 am, Our burgers were cold and chips like rubber, also cold , would be wise to have a set group of staff to look after phone order pick ups , And another to deal with walk ins

ordered off of uber eats, food was cold, half of the food was missing and when i rung up to complain the staff offered no apology and just told me to refund off of uber. Absolutely horrific

Not impressed i) They swapped a double cheeseburger in for a bacon double and did not refund the difference; ii) completely missed out the sauces we put on the order; and iii) the fries were cold and half filled. All in all, a poor experience

This is a poor chain of McDonald's. Service is always slow and orders badly managed. Delivery drivers prioritised over in-person customers.

Only one problem when food arrived it was cold. Burgers barely warm I had to reheat it all. Other than that quality great delivery great. Shame you don’t get a drink with it all. Luckily I had my own.

Fries were cold and dry because they'd been stood so long and they were limp because the oil needs changing in the fryer. They also got my drink order wrong. They seem more concerned with the delivery orders than the quality of the food they serve. On the bright side, the servers seem nice but the managers need more experience in quality control.

Something needs to seriously change at The Oakwood McDonalds for it to be worthy of holding the famous name! Extremely slow on a half term Friday afternoon. Restaurant like a dump site. Order came and was wrong. Cold burgers and chicken nuggets. Staff slow and in a kind of state of depression as though they could not even see the point in stepping it up a gear. One girl working drive through was on her phone! When I asked to see the duty manager no one came. The whole place has a can’t be bothered feel about it and if McDonald’s quality control and standards team had have been today, they would have been seriously worried! Whoever has the right to this franchise at Oakwood, get it managed right, staff it right or get out of the trade - a disgrace!

Please avoid this terrible place. Constantly gets orders wrong and almost always they don’t include the dips. The photo shows what was supposed to be a Caramel and a Halloween McFlurry. Absolutely useless!

None of my food arrived. The driver said he couldn’t help me and told me to call the restaurant. When I called the reataurant the manager said they couldn’t help either. I am now £40 out of pocket and my children are still hungry. This is appalling service!
