Waited 20mins for our meal and wasn't the nicest/ cleanest Macdonalds we've been to

My order has not been delivered..and I tried to contact mc donalds oakwook and they say I have to contact Just eat,.what a poor service!

Food was cold because the driver was clearly doing multiple orders or something i have screenshots that show him in the middle of nowhere. i was given compensation but that has now disappeared and there is no way to contact just eat about it.

Exactly what I wanted and expected from McDonalds. Quick, hot food, hot coffee, quick and friendly service. Good drive through and good parking facilities.

Cold chips, asked for hot chocolate got a cappuccino instead.

All the food came, warm enough and in good time, only thing is the dips didn't come which I was dipappointed in but alls good.

ordered 2 plain hamburgers, received only 1, also didn't receive the chilli dip we ordered. Delivery guy was lovely though. Won't order from Oakwood again.

The order was wrong, ordered a breakfast wrap with no cheese and it came with, also paid for a birthday doughnut that hasn’t turned up

It changed from 17:05 to 17:35. Driver dropped it off and I said this cold and you have taken more than one order as I can see and was told when I called McDonald’s they said he took 3 ordered

only delivered half my order. This is a common issue . why not check the order so u can see u have everything

Order delivered fine, delivery driver was lovely. Unfortunately the restaurant had packed the order incorrect, I was missing both of the fries and one of the burgers was the incorrect one too.

I selected 2 barbecue sauces and two sweet and sour with my nuggets & I only received the two barbecue, even though this is on the receipt. I also asked for extra mustard in my burger and it arrived with no mustard at all. Again, on the receipt. My drink was hardly filled and the ice half melted already causing a watery Coca Cola. Furthermore my chips came with no salt on them at all. And to top it all off the food was stone cold. Except the nuggets, they were ok. It’s always terrible here!

I went late last night around 12.30 all good, staff where dead sound, my burger was nice, dog liked its burger, so yeah top marks, thanks

the food was cold i don't expect to have to warm it up in the microwave to eat it its for it to taste like rubber

The bag which had the food in had been ripped open. Could not eat as did not know if been tampered with. Thrown in the bin!

3 items missing from order and food cold.

There was a very angry customer who kept shouting and looking for trouble. He was returning to the til to complain and appeared to be looking for confrontation. The young staff dealt with it really well. The rest of the visit was standard McDonald's. But humanless with all the ordering pods and stuff but that's how it is now. Just wanted the staff to get a mention for how they dealt with Mr Angry

Didn’t receive my sauces and a food was all cold to say. I live in Seacroft is five minute drive. Not happy

6 items ordered, only 5 arrived so I have 1 upset child without a milkshake, no option to get it sent just a refund

Great food, and delivery person was pretty ace as well. Found the house easily as this house is a little bit of a pain to find, so the delivery driver excelled at that 100%.

Mcplant is a great option for vegans

I had burger here I asked for veggie and and they said that they have got and have plant one I went with that which cost me 5 pound and was really worst burger ever end the end I had to throw that. Will never visit again

driver couldn't find my address, there was no straw for my milkshake, no dip with my chicken selects, my food was cold.

A pleasant and relaxed McDonald's where the continual alarms and alerts of the friers don't punctuate every breath. Unusually the McDonald's branding/ decor has been sensitively partnered with some aspects of the original building and design. Including the most welcoming outdoor eating area. Based on the diverse mix of customers this obviously works incredibly well... it'd be nice to see similar transformations across the chain/ world.

I cannot believe if you order something that McDonalds don’t make sure that your order is there I ordered some meal for my grand kids as a treat and a half of the order did not come. Very disappointed

my food was cold the driver was sat outside my house in He's car on the phone for 10 minutes then got to my gate put my food on the floor to open the gate very unhappy with the full service

Delivered totally wrong order tried phoning the restraunt but engaged both times I'm not sure if was delivery drivers fault or the restaurants as delivery driver didn't speak good English when he said my name sounded nothing like it.
