left a burger out of a big mac, apart from that it was okay!

delivery took forever, even when the drivers location was on the street he took 20 minutes. Food completely cold.

I didn't get the sauces I asked for

90% of our order gone, delivery driver didn’t ask for the code and drove straight off

You ask for a burger only cheese but comes with all the rubbish on it can’t blame the courier they don’t cook them only deliver them they can’t check orders because they are all in sealed bags so McDonald’s need to pull their socks up and get orders correct

never delivered driver phoned because he couldn't find address then hung up the phone and never delivered happens all the time

driver took 20 minutes to get to me and in meantime food got very cold. they must have given driver 3 orders at the same time.

This franchise really needs to be held accountable, this is not the first time we’ve missed items from the order, but to send everything other than the burgers is just negligent, kinda defeats the point really. Order from another restaurant and perhaps they’ll get the message.

We always order kids from Oakwood branch. I think every other delivery there’s something missing or wrong order or you get 5 chips order a double burger and get a single

Some staff obviously can't read orders and when an order has been put in for certain things not to be put on due to allergy. And then to find out there on the burger. I will not be ordering from here again can't even follow a simple order. What kind of people are you employing obviously ones that can't read.

Good food but the prioritising of just eat and uber eats needs sorting out! We get breakfast at that time because we don't get another chance until about midday and we don't want to be waiting for 5 minutes to get our food!... plenty of staff to run two lines!

again another order from McDonald's with the wrong items, this time it was the drinks , this is getting a recurring problem and it needs to be sorted . Orders need to be double checked by McDonald's and the drivers . we received someone else's drinks which means that they will not be happy either as will receive our 3 drinks . something needs sorting asap

Ordered chicken selects delivered via their app and they forgot both meal deal dips. They couldn’t refund me for the meal when I asked. I wouldn’t have ordered the meal if it didn’t come with part of the meal I ordered. I know it sounds petty but I don’t often order from MDs so I’m thoroughly disappointed.
