we ordered a oasis summer fruits drink, and raspberry cheesecake cookie, but received orange fanta and a chocolate cookie

I asked for lite mayo on my salad and got barbecue sauce really spoilt my meal

Missing multiple items from the order

Food was very good. Didn't have the flavour drink I'd chosen, but that isn't all that big a deal. Biggest disappointment was turning up at the collection time given to find that the meal hadn't even been put together.

Great location for Elland Road! Clean restaurant and quick service; beef with salad and chipotle sauce was top stuff!

Awful staff as I went in to order and a young male entered from the back, as a person of indian heritage it’s disgusting that i faced discrimination as he told me to go to the curry shop around the corner instead of subway. Already rang up and nothing was done about it as the situation was belittled however it’s a hate crime and something needs to be done.

Missing items, food luke warm and bottles of pop put on the top so ended up squishing the sandwiches..

But this is the second time in a row that I’ve had items missing

They left off a couple of items

The wedges needed to cook a bit longer & no salad on subs

My footlong sandwich was ot very nice tasted like washing up liquid not enjoyable at all and my cookie was not chocolate tasted like uncooked brown sugar not ording from here again

both subs were flat cold when they turned up, pigs in blankets turned up with no bacon on them

The bread was stale so i had to gut the sandwich and eat the contents seperately. I usually have a good experience here but unfortunately not this time.

I went there and asked for any food which would not be hot she did not understand what I mean. I had to go to a different person to make myself understood. And then I asked for a coffee she said the machine has been switched off and there are no hot drinks. If you go there do not go there near the closing time because you may not be served all that there is available on their menu.

Didn't get my tango orange 1.5lt with my submelto

All of the inners were cold which wasn't really what I hoped for in a breakfast sandwich. The toasted bread was just about warm. Loads of ketchup making the bread soggy and it didn't arrive in boxes so was a bit of a mess

All wrong inedible what wasn’t missing

Ordered twice and both times the order was wrong. Called Subway who said would have to contact just eat, which is by email with a response within 24 hours. Surely if as the error was with Subway they should have resolved this and sent out our correct order straight away.

I ordered macadamia and white chocolate cookies and chocolate chunk cookies, instead I got cookies that have some pink stuff on them and white chocolate chips. I don’t like them. I would have rather a call back or note to state you’ve run out instead of giving me a whole heap of something I am not going to eat and refunding me for the cookies which are out of stock. The Subway meatball marinara was nice though. Thank you.

This is the worst subway ever avoid at all costs! I only got simplest footlong sub came home tuna all in big clumps not mixed well at all also the bread was hard Absolute disgrace !

Bread rock solid and stale. Meat also stale and not cooked. Never had a subway as bad as from this branch all went in the bin dont waste your money

Yet again, right sandwiches but the rest of the order was whatever they deemed fit to throw into the bag. Items missing, incorrect items, not a thought for allergies with replacements... Wouldn't bother.

Really disappointed this time, I ordered a salad with practically all of the available salad items but was only given meat with iceberg lettuce, if you can’t fulfill the order then I should of been notified so I could choose an alternative or be given a refund.

Despite been delivered on time, the only thing that wasn't cold was my ice cream or i guess it's chocolate brownie soup now. Meatballs were refrigerator cold and the cheese still solid, no exaggeration, not ine strand of cheese melted. Wrong drink sent, why would i want water (which i can get from my tap) when chocolate milkshake was selected!!! Several of the toppings on the sub were clearly not fresh, entire order was inedible and went to waste!!! First time ordering from here and most definitely the last

Horrible, couldn't even finish my sandwich it was that poor. I only managed to eat half but that's because I was very hungry and had no time to spare. I threw the other half in the bin grudgingly as I don't like to waste food or money.

Missing crisps and drink from meal deal, sandwich wasn't cut in half like usual and was made a bit sloppily (but I'm guessing they were busy so I'd excuse them for that if other issues hadn't happened)

My food didn’t get delivered it was saying the driver was at the restaurant until now, then screen changed saying it was delivered at 11:10. I haven’t received any food

Wrong sandwhich supplied. ASked for ketchup on one not the other and it was on both. My friend doesn't like ketchup.

Stopped off on our way home from a day in Leeds. Wish we hadn’t bothered. Ordered 2 lattes & a cold drink. Waited 10 mins or so. Whilst waiting we watched the girl behind the counter who was wearing gloves putting her hands in all the salad & cheese toppings. She then took money from customers still wearing the same gloves. Then hands back into the food. Ugh. Our coffees arrived. We left. Got in the car & noticed my coffee was stone cold. Back in. The same girl huffed & said she was leaving & could my coffee be microwaved. I agreed (what choice did I have) & that the lad at the back who was shoving food into his mouth would get my coffee to me once he heard the ping as she had had enough & was going home. Would not visit the is subway ever again.

Food never turned up. Driver clearly went to the wrong address. Not exactly difficult to find the right address when it's broad daylight and the street name is visible to see

Missing items again, not the first time this has happened probably won't be the last either, missing nachos twice, one being a sharer box, because they didn't have any nachos ? But yet they use packets of Doritos to do them and I took it upon myself to drive past they're store and park up to see they had plenty of Doritos on the shelf so why on earth they couldmt make our nachos I don't understand, fed up of ordering and missing items or getting substitutes we didn't ask for, always getting small bottles of pop when we are paying for a 1.5l bottle, sandwiches are sloppily made more fell out on the floor than ended up in our mouths. Not good enough subway elland road, you're taking the Mickey now.

For the third time they missed the muffin ordered off the order. Salad was very nice though.

It got here all in the same bag squished 4 bottles of cold pop on top of 2 foot longs making them cold! And missing items from a meal deal!

Burnt nachos sent ready salted Chrisps instead of chocolate cookies and only 1 bottle of small pop when I ordered a 1.5ltr bottle absolute joke

Food was cold and meat balls was cold when they arrived also and the foot long sun was ment to be in a hearty Italian toasted bread but it come in a 9 grain wheat bread which I don’t like so not happy wasted my money

The bread was really dry as was the chicken which had zero taste, I paid extra for guacamole which was not on the sub, I did not receive a refund or apology for missing item. Substituted crisps I ordered with different ones that I don't like. Overall the terrible meal.

Sandwich filling is supposed to be inside the bread not outside. Either cut the sandwich or don't but do not give up halfway through cutting the thing. Very poor effort

Unfortunately some of order was missing, we then had to reorder and pay an additional £3.50 delivery fee. Very frustrating
