Went through Drive Thru, placed half our order and after asking for no ice on the first drink were told to move to the first window. We hadn’t finished our order, and we couldn’t edit at the window and add on the other meal. Weren’t asked if we had finished our order, and were just hurried along. Drive thru staff did not have a nice approach towards us when we explained they had not let us finish, and was not at all apologetic. When we asked to cancel the order, she didn’t even talk and then ignored us. Not happy with the service.

I have never had such a bad experience at McDonalds-the girl taking my order messed it up 5 times before putting the wrong order through. I checked when I paid and was told they would sort it. 25 minutes later after complaining to 2 staff members to receive my cold and unedible meal-after 22 years of my custom you can now shove it where the sun doesn't shine.

Avoid this place. I ordered on the screens and waited over 20 mins for table service which i had to go to the counter and get myself anyway. The food was stone cold and the staff just didnt care. Customer service said the usual we will do better training rubbish excuse as always.

There was quite a queue when we arrived at this particular McDonald’s drive thru. We didn’t have the most complicated order but also something that required care. Tom delivered our food to us with such an ambitious positivity which I can only aspire to in my daily life. I believe he had encountered some grief from some customers before us, yet this was undetectable from his exceptional customer service. Although there was an item missing from our order, we received the most commendable customer service expected from a nation wide chain, and then some. Thank you Tom Letts for making this chicken mayo, the best chicken mayo! Lots of love The girls in the Fiat

Been here quite few times since they open and every time there is a problem. First time we waited 20 minutes after paying for them to tell me the only item I ordered wasn’t available. Past couple times now they’ve messed up my food order like today ordered a bacon tastey but only cheese and bacon and when got home it had everything except bacon and was doused in the sauce so again I go hungry tonight

I take my daughter to a club in Rothersthorpe Avenue, once a week. Until now my only choice for a cup of tea and WiFi was an expensive coffee chain. I'm so pleased this has opened. The service is quite slow, there gave been a number of occasions when certain things were not available eg mcflurry, themed burgers. One week I waited 22 minutes to get through the drive thru for a tea, big mac and fries. When it was delivered to the car we had no ketchup, my son went in and slipped on the floor, hurting his wrist. Anyway these are teething problems I guess, the staff are friendly and the food is always lovelt, hot and fresh. Actually the freshest McDs we've tasted. So we'll done on that front.

I did not actually go into this cafe but witnessed an amazing act of humanity from the 2 staff members inside their store during the late shift of 14/09/2023. Without going into too much detail, where others would've kicked someone out of the store these two ladies ensured that their customer was dealt with, with compassion, humanity, patience. Great to see kind people still in the world.

We took the opportunity to visit on a quiet Sunday evening for a family birthday. I’ve wanted to visit for many years but have not found the opportunity. I’m really pleased to have visited as the food was excellent! A big thanks to the team who patiently waited on us despite there being no other guests and likely had to cook a lot from scratch too! We really enjoyed our visit and it was worth the wait!
