Queued up to get myself a salad at lunch time today 6th April. As it got to my turn to be served the guy behind the counter mumbled something at me when I said pardon he said where were u in the queue? There's a queue that starts at the back you know! Really rude and unprofessional I explained yes I know where the queue started I had waited my turn! He then said what do you want I order my food he chucked me a salad together said anything else as if he couldn't be bothered and looked absolutely miserable . I left feeling really annoyed as he had no manner with him and felt he was really rude to me. I won't return again

Ordered via justeat & once again my order was not satisfactory, I asked for my teriyaki wrap to be toasted, it came not toasted, the teriyaki was cold! I also asked for sauce on my meatballs which was also cold & no sauce! Orders being inadequate seems to be a regular occurance when I order with justeat, what confuses me the most is the staff staple the receipt onto the bag which had thr requests for my order on! Appalled to say the least

Ordered via just eat. Order arrived incorrect. I rang the Morecambe shop. The guy on the other end of phone couldn't care less, no apology or professionalism at all. Called me pal throughout call and dismissed my complaint as they had sent the wrong order. These things happen but this guy's attitude was shockingly poor. Won't use them again and strongly recommend against them. A poorly run shop

So it was 10:15am Sunday the 21st of November, I went in for 2 mega melt sandwiches which to my surprise the subway store in question had no sausage. I then spotted some sausage and asked if that could be used the woman behind the counter said no, which is understandable. I asked if they had any in the back and she looked me up and down and abruptly said no. As I turned around to walk away the women muttered C**T under her breath but loud enough to hear. I asked what she said and she blatantly lied saying okay bye. I would like management to get in touch or I will take this further

It seems that it depends on who serves you at the moment to exactly how much you get. We got a lovely wrap last week with chicken tikka and cheese. Got the same today and it was half the size not worth the money . Very poor

I popped into subway as I was passing and there was no social distancing queues, I was greeted in a friendly way by male & female employees, after waiting around 5/6 minutes a third member of staff appeared from the back to take my order ( as the other two employees was fussing over a pre order ) I placed my order and it was made then put in the toaster, when it came to fillings the other male member of staff asked what I wanted for salad, I let him know and it was thrown on with minimal effort, it was a little off putting as even though his hair was up in a secured in a bandana his beard was not! I paid and left. When I went to eat my subway within 10 minutes I had to reassemble it as the filling had fallen out due to the lack off effort applied when filling the sub.

We went into subway when it was raining we wanted a sandwich to take back to hotel which we did the place was small but good there were tables,chairs to sit in if you wanted they did drinks also.the staff were very welcoming,cheerful,helpful
