Burger King in Lancaster

I got the wrong order because I got KFC and I ordered burger king so something has gone wrong

the bag was wet and the food is freezing cold this food was made at 18.51 and it taken the driver 30 mins to do 2 mile drive .my food wasn't in a drivers heat bag it was sat on the passenger seat. my take away bag wasn't even sealed it was open so now I've had to throw the food in the bin just in case what a waste of money.

Burger King Morecambe never failed to impress

Time of arrival kept changing by a single minute, we didn't get the 6 pieces chicken flamin hot Doritos, and one of our drinks was not delivered. Really unhappy with this service.

Took nearly an hour to deliver and the food was cold when it arrived. Have bad guts this morning now too. I suspect it's related.

Very slow service and food was stone cold by the time it arrived. Disgusting.

Room temperature burger and fries with a room temperature pepsi. My order was stuck on "courier at restaurant" for ages, so I guess this was why. Very disappointed.

Food wasn’t very warm & chips stale. Driver was very courteous & polite.

Shocking spent 30 quid on food one meal turns up but missing the other and 9 onion rings. Mentioned to driver who seemed clueless and insinuated another driver was dropping it for some bizarre reason. Tried ringing restaurant and no answer

Food was late and chicken nuggets were so hard my son could t bite them so they went in the bin.

Came to burger king today and had a really pleasant experience. staff are always lovely here and make us feel very welcome. we were served by a blonde girl today who seemed fairly new but was really friendly and understanding despite our slightly annoying order haha. our food came within minuets and hot! (a rarity around morecambe.) we left feeling very satisfied with our visit and will be returning soon!

Arrived over 30min later than original estimated time. Delivery person arrived on foot. All food freezing cold. Last order I will place with restaurant.

What can you say - it is BK. Difference was, the order was wrong, Take out so too late to have rectified. No bacon on one Angus burger when there should have been. Reasonably clean. Staff ok.

The food was lovely, but maybe put a little extra cheese sauce on as there wasn’t a lot & you couldn’t really taste it, other than that, everything was delicious

Everything was perfect from the restaurant, but the courier was late due to keeping my order to the side even though they had set the order to (delivered) my food was cold by the time it arrived. I will continue to order from Burger king hopefully I will not get the same courier again.

I order an extra drink and it never came it was a bottle of sprite

Hadn't had a burger King for a good few years decided to treat myself to one. £7.99 for a burger is scandalous, also I noticed the "whopper" has got a lot smaller. The "peppercorn" sauce wasn't peppercorn sauce very disappointed. Definitely wonr be making the same mistake again.

Initial delivery time was 40 minutes, which the changed to almost an hour and a half. The food arrived cold and soggy.

Burger King is usually quiet and normally there choice of tables. Restaurant is located in the Centre of the Town.

ordered my son a bacon double xl meal, it came with no bacon on it!

I'm order got collected at 13.22 didn't arrive till 14.20 and the food was so cold we had to throw it in the bin. worst service ever.

Always choose Morecambe Burger King if I want a fast and delicious meal. Always on time (sometimes early) and food is warm. Delivery man is always respectful as-well

The food quality was excellent as ever but the burger was only moderately warm and the chips were not even warm nor cool but absolutely cold. First time I’ve had to make these comments! Have to say I still enjoyed it hence 3 stars!

Unfortunately no Ben and Jerry's were delivered.

When the food arrived it was freezing cold. I ordered 4 spicy mayo dips and they didn't arrive but was paid for. I ordered 2 x Doritos Tangy Cheese Chicken Fries. One of them I had paid for and the other should have been free. They only sent one portion.

The food here is just ok, not worth the £7.50 price tag for a burger. The service on this particular day seemed like it was a one-woman show, and she did not have a smile to share with her customers. The atmosphere was strange in there all these delivery drivers waiting with only 3 or 4 customers it felt weird.

Grabbed a takeaway and you cannot beat a Whopper. Service was excellent, food was 4 stars because its more expensive than Maccies, but a Whopper makes it all worthwhile. The chicken dorito things were a bit weird but the fries were hot and it's all good

I had done some shopping in the centre decided I wanted a burger however I needed a pee they refused to let me go to the loo before ordering I refuse to be held random for a bodily need . I will never enter the premises again after this shame on your staff

I appreciate it’s busy on Christmas Eve but the food arrived on time but was cold!.. I shouldn’t have to microwave freshly ordered food .. very disappointed..

The 2 big bottles of pop didn’t come and the delivery driver hasn’t been back or in touch. The food was defiantly not the same without a drink this is the second time this month it has happened

Yet again stone cold food delivered later than original time probably due to waiting for someone else's while mines going cold this happens every time the delivery time changes

It was almost an hour late, just changing the expected delivery time from when it's ordered does not mean it's on time!! the fries and the onion rings were cold, the burger was, at best tepid. Definitely not value for money, honestly not even worth half, won't be back.

The driver set off from the restaurant and on the map was going back and fourth down the prom, stopped at KFC and then went the longest way to deliver my food. When I got the food the bag was soaked and all food was cold with the chips feeling stale

the burgers were cold I had ordered extra bacon and cheese on my whopper but these were missing I also ordered a bottle of sprite which was also missing from the order. Other items were hot so leads me to believe the burgers were taken from the hot counter hence no extras

The food was cold upon delivery. The burger didn't have any onions on it, even though I ticked the box. So, I'm not impressed.

Food was just about warm, wasn't Burger Kings fault, but the order time got moved three times. When it finally arrived the driver was sat talking on his phone for a about 5 mins before he even bothered to knock. Which I didn't realise was the driver at first.

I don't know what's happened to Burger King but their burgers are awful these days. The bread is so dry and makes the whole texture wrong. I thought it was just a local one but it was the same here at Morecambe so can only assume something in how they make them as changed. The welcome at this one was OK but despite it only being 10pm and they supposedly close at 11pm we were told we could only take away??? Finally the price certainly has risen. A double Whopper with cheese meal was £11 which comes with a small bag of fries.

Ordered two meals but when delivered it was missing X1 Classic coke. When I asked the driver, he just shrugged and said that is all they gave me.

ordered a meal and left clear instructions and selected the options to have it completely plain due to being autistic and having sensory issues with food; when the meal arrived it was completely covered in things i could not eat. ended up having to throw it away after going to customer service. i’m very disappointed given how much it cost.
