Burger King in Lancaster

What can I say . The youth of today are just lazy and rude. I went to the counter to order as I didn’t want to have to use the machines to place my order for reasons I’d rather not say as they have scan machines right across the counter . To be told straight away place your order on the machine when it would have taken the young girl seconds or may be a minuet yet she couldn’t be bothered so so lazy and then when I made the comment as to why there are scanners on the counter I was scowled at to them her her and her young work colleague mocking me under there breath for making my comment . There just to lazy n don’t want to do any thing these days . As mummy n daddy running around after them need teaching some manners and how to treat customers. Won’t be going again .

was all good apart from chips some was very hard and sharp but overall very good

Don’t bother ordering from here if you want to receive your food. We ordered £50 worth of food through just eat and we waited 2 hrs before calling them to ask where our food is. A lady picks up and apologises and says the delivery guy has just set off. After 45 minutes we call again and the lady then says they can’t do anything about it as it says it’s been delivered. Complete joke. The company shouldn’t be using Just eat drivers if they “steal” the food for themselves.

Wrong items sent also asked for no cheese and it came with cheese

Normally great quality here but this time it all tasted stale.

food wasn't great, Chicken fries were burnt and all the seasoning had fallen off in the box. Burger was a burger. nothing amazing.

Worst takeaway I’ve ever ordered

Staff are so friendly and helpful, they let me know all about the Burger King app which gives me offers on different meals. My partner is vegan, and once again staff were very knowledgable and able to explain which oils the food was cooked in and whether or not they shared oil with any meat product. Food is consistently good and served quickly. Restaurant itself is tidy and has plenty of seating.

The Food was cold and the drink was warm my chips where hard almost like they were under a heat lamp for half an hour before being picked the burger was squished over all unhappy with the quality of the food

I went in to order food with cash the restaurant was empty i was told ill be with you in a min rudely by the manager I could see there was plenty of staff I thought sod this and took my money elsewhere. if they go any slower they'd be in reverse lazy is perfectly suited to that women and the staff shocking work ethic should be fired i will never set foot in there again absolute joke

Service and food was absolutely crap

inedible, the past two orders have been just about acceptable, but this time has been ridiculous. all three burgers cold and the chips worm at best. either the drivers need to leave with less orders, or the staff need wait for more orders before prep. this time 40mins for fast food.

Today I walked into Burger King and instantly got me with a smile the customer service was amazing from the front counter attendent Jayden, he was so polite and vibrant. 10/10

I got the wrong order because I got KFC and I ordered burger king so something has gone wrong

the bag was wet and the food is freezing cold this food was made at 18.51 and it taken the driver 30 mins to do 2 mile drive .my food wasn't in a drivers heat bag it was sat on the passenger seat. my take away bag wasn't even sealed it was open so now I've had to throw the food in the bin just in case what a waste of money.

Burger King Morecambe never failed to impress

Time of arrival kept changing by a single minute, we didn't get the 6 pieces chicken flamin hot Doritos, and one of our drinks was not delivered. Really unhappy with this service.

Took nearly an hour to deliver and the food was cold when it arrived. Have bad guts this morning now too. I suspect it's related.

Room temperature burger and fries with a room temperature pepsi. My order was stuck on "courier at restaurant" for ages, so I guess this was why. Very disappointed.

Food was late and chicken nuggets were so hard my son could t bite them so they went in the bin.

Came to burger king today and had a really pleasant experience. staff are always lovely here and make us feel very welcome. we were served by a blonde girl today who seemed fairly new but was really friendly and understanding despite our slightly annoying order haha. our food came within minuets and hot! (a rarity around morecambe.) we left feeling very satisfied with our visit and will be returning soon!

Arrived over 30min later than original estimated time. Delivery person arrived on foot. All food freezing cold. Last order I will place with restaurant.

What can you say - it is BK. Difference was, the order was wrong, Take out so too late to have rectified. No bacon on one Angus burger when there should have been. Reasonably clean. Staff ok.

The food was lovely, but maybe put a little extra cheese sauce on as there wasn’t a lot & you couldn’t really taste it, other than that, everything was delicious

Everything was perfect from the restaurant, but the courier was late due to keeping my order to the side even though they had set the order to (delivered) my food was cold by the time it arrived. I will continue to order from Burger king hopefully I will not get the same courier again.

Hadn't had a burger King for a good few years decided to treat myself to one. £7.99 for a burger is scandalous, also I noticed the "whopper" has got a lot smaller. The "peppercorn" sauce wasn't peppercorn sauce very disappointed. Definitely wonr be making the same mistake again.

Initial delivery time was 40 minutes, which the changed to almost an hour and a half. The food arrived cold and soggy.

Burger King is usually quiet and normally there choice of tables. Restaurant is located in the Centre of the Town.

I'm order got collected at 13.22 didn't arrive till 14.20 and the food was so cold we had to throw it in the bin. worst service ever.

Always choose Morecambe Burger King if I want a fast and delicious meal. Always on time (sometimes early) and food is warm. Delivery man is always respectful as-well

Stacked burgers, loads of flavour and very filling. Best fries ever with bacon and cheese and those new tangy chicken fries. Well done staff at Morecambe

The food quality was excellent as ever but the burger was only moderately warm and the chips were not even warm nor cool but absolutely cold. First time I’ve had to make these comments! Have to say I still enjoyed it hence 3 stars!

Unfortunately no Ben and Jerry's were delivered.

When the food arrived it was freezing cold. I ordered 4 spicy mayo dips and they didn't arrive but was paid for. I ordered 2 x Doritos Tangy Cheese Chicken Fries. One of them I had paid for and the other should have been free. They only sent one portion.

The food here is just ok, not worth the £7.50 price tag for a burger. The service on this particular day seemed like it was a one-woman show, and she did not have a smile to share with her customers. The atmosphere was strange in there all these delivery drivers waiting with only 3 or 4 customers it felt weird.
