I have been trying to get a refund for the poor service and food that we received from your outlet at Lower Wick Dursley en route home to Torquay. We waited over half an hour for lukewarm food and flat drinks with no ice. I complained immediately and have been trying to get a refund ever since! None of the complaint numbers work so I have complained via your website and have been met with what I would call a gate keeper experience. Essentially, I have only been able to communicate with an employee called George who has at every opportunity made excuses and delays to all of my requests none of which have been answered! He is now ghosting me and has not replied to my last two exasperated emails. The service I have received from him is as poor as the food and service received in your restaurant. I have tried to be polite and patient but I have run out of both now! A company of your size and standing should be able to refund a customer without the expectation that the customer returns to the restaurant. I by the way live over 100 miles away from said restaurant! I have also then been told to provide a long list of details around the transaction including my account details so the money can be repaid. I have rightly or wrongly given these details in the belief Burger King will reimburse me but as yet nothing!!!! I'd be interested from a GDPR point of view what you are doing with my details?? I certainly know if this was my business I would be horrified! All this for £33.86p

One thing I love about traveling in the U.K. is Burger King chips. They are different than the ones in America. I love when I come to BK and they are fresh out of the frier and these were. I don’t mind to wait a few minutes. There’s even benches outside so you can enjoy your meal in the fresh air (weather permitting of course).

Bueno, hasta ahora este es el segundo servicio de autopistas que no aceptará la aplicación. Tengo la sensación de que con precios tan altos están perdiendo demasiado dinero si ya no soy un cliente de Burger King. Especialmente viendo que los precios son ridículos y una cola en las vacaciones de medio término con solo 3 empleados, por lo que tampoco gastan tanto. No feliz

Considering this is a "fast food" outlet the service was ridiculously slow. Queued for over half an hour and only one person taking orders and serving. Get a grip.

Horrendous service and food! Waited in excess of 35 minutes as orders were being given out incorrectly and out of sync of placement. Food was horrible once it did arrive and burger bunds were inedible around the edges! Stay away and go to next services instead

Orderd our meals via the self order service. Waited for over 10minutes whereby 2 people returned with complaints about their order and a lady with a family of 5 came back after opening hers, all completely wrong. I asked where our order was, it hadn't come up on the screen so I asked for my money back. Bad service, lack of care from staff, food waiting around. Manager Jamie Carnigie just said sorry about that (rather flippantly). I walked off before I said how I really felt.

Stale bun, flavourless burgers, and very small amount of fries. The service was extremely slow. Staff preferred to chat rather than serve. It appeared that we were a nuisance making them attend to customers. We sat and watched as the manager went next door for his lunch, and who can blame him? He really knows where NOT to eat. Photo available if you wish to see what they served up. Even a hungry dog would turn its nose up at it. Do yourself a favour - Don't eat here.
