Rude guy serving. Took ages to arrive, and only attractive females were being compensated albeit only with chips. Food was tasty but there happened to be something wrong with each order which they were resentful in replacing.

Unlucky I guess, I lost my money because even though I was at my door the entire time I "missed my order" and won't receive compensation

The customer service received was very good. Friendly staff. Clean eat in area. Last but not least fresh and tasty food. Would love to go again anytime.

Your an absolute joke!! Ordered food- waited 45 minutes ( fair enough it was early ) driver was lovely, but the food looked like poo had been placed in a tub, no salad ( like asked ) order a tub ( got a cheap packed sauce ) spicy and I ask for miled?? Wrong drink ( ordered tango orange, got iron bru ) person who answered the phone hung up on me 2x and was very rude, saying the manager had finished ( when there still open for another 20 minutes ) food is hard and tastes uncooked and dry, smells revolting! Absolute disgust in this place you deserve to be shut down. It's the 3rd time I've ordered and had no problems before whereas now I'm NEVER ordering again! As far as I'm concerned they deserve to be shut down. Refusing to give me a refund!! If I was you I would never order from peri peri chicken original oxford😡😡

Honestly the best wings youll find around, maybe the delivery takes a bit long, but 20 of the best wings for £7.50 blows all competition out of the water. Long live PPOO.

First of all the food was 30 minutes later than the stated delivery time. All of the drinks we ordered were wrong. The chicken was fatty, rubbery, greasy, pink and just gross. Some was also dry and hard, like it had been reheated or sat around for a long time. The chips were cold and it was just generally not a very pleasant meal. Quite cheap but not even worth the money. Do not order from here unless you like disgusting chicken. Won't be ordering from here ever again, absolute waste of £20.

Today evening I ordered some wings and chips..they surveyed some horrible chicken cocked at list week before..god dam it..how they have the permit to sell it...when I was so pissed of and asking for refund they give my money back..locking forward to make a complain to council to band them...

Had a meal here last week, which was pretty poor. There is an article in the Oxford Mail detailing reports of rats, flies, mould and a stench. Given 0 Hygiene rating. I would advise you to stay away

Ordered delivery, took 2 hours to arrive even after ringing 4 times to find out where it was still took an age! When food finally arrived it was cold, greasy and unedible (would describe it as oily rubber)and further more after requesting no mayo in the burger, it came with mayo! Overall an awful experience as a business they really need to get there act together and learn to probably deliver food! If you can't keep up with deliveries then don't do it at all! My recommendation is to not order from here!!!!! Won't be returning

We started off by getting a phone call saying they had to change our order because they couldn't use their grill, and slowly but surely everything fell apart. Two hours later, they refused to pick up numerous phone calls, the delivery driver turned up with cold food, no one knew who the manager was, and our "cold" drinks were warmer than our curry and burger. Absolutely atrocious, avoid where possible.
