Kfc in Lewisham

Went there for a nice boneless box meal suppose to have chicken strips instead I got spicy wings I asked very rudely the staff answer you take it or not but that’s what you will get there is a reason why it’s all boneless .the staff is very rude they do not deserve the kfc name as they dnt provide the same service cooked chicken should me kept in heated display and under a light when asked staff told me the electric bill is so high I said you still cnt serve cold cooked chicken this branch should be closed hope after reading this kfc name owner should take action hope so but as me I will never go to this branch again

all people without exception are execrable, rude, name bargain. the quality of service is far too poor. worst fast food of my life. I do not recommend this restaurant at all. to avoid !!

I bought a Zinger box meal and the staff clearly explained to me that I will get either 2 spicy hot wings or a chicken piece as part of the meal. I did tell them that I would take the chicken piece. When I collected my order, the staff again repeated what's in my order. To my surprise, when I reached home, the chicken piece was NOT delivered and when I returned to the shop to complain about the missing piece of chicken, the staff spoke very rudely. He did not even apologise for what he did. He claimed that this is not possible. It's clear that the KFC unit at Lewisham high street, they are robbers - they purposely do such things to steal from customers meals. How bad and cheap this staff is !!!

Pedí una caja de arroz de verduras, con una bebida. Llegó a la mesa y abrió la caja y era una Caja de Arroz con Pollo. Volví a tomar la comida y dije que ordené una Caja de Arroz Vegetal, ¡la respuesta que recibí fue "no te entendí"! No hizo ningún esfuerzo por disculparse o corregir su error y el resultado fue que pagué por una comida que puse en la papelera, ya que soy vegetariano. Si pudiera dar cero estrellas lo haría! ¡Qué vergüenza KFC eres mejor que eso y me temo que fue horrible chuparse los dedos!

okay its a kfc but staff couple have more enthusism food was average nothing special kfc is kfc and does what it says on the tin
