KFC in Lewisham

My Recent KFC Visit: A Solid Thumbs Up! Just popped into KFC in catford earlier today, and I have to say, it was a really pleasant experience. Sometimes you just crave that classic fried chicken, and this visit definitely hit the spot. First off, the service was genuinely good. The person at the counter was friendly and efficient, got my order spot on, and even had a smile for everyone. It makes a real difference when the staff seem like they enjoy what they're doing. And the chicken? Spot on! I went for the classic Original Recipe, and it was exactly how I remembered – that signature flavour, crispy skin, and tender, juicy meat. It wasn't greasy at all, which is always a plus. The fries were also fresh and hot, and the whole meal was just really satisfying. The restaurant itself was clean and tidy, which always makes for a more enjoyable experience. Overall, it was a solid and enjoyable fast-food meal. If you're looking for a reliable KFC experience with good food and friendly service, this one definitely delivered. I'll be happy to visit again.

Absolutely Loved My KFC Experience! Just wanted to share a really positive experience I had at KFC recently. From the moment I walked in, the service was fantastic. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seemed happy to help. My order was taken quickly and accurately, and they even offered a helpful suggestion when I was deciding what to get. And the food? Absolutely delicious! The chicken was perfectly cooked – crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, just how it should be. You could really taste the flavour, and it wasn't greasy at all. The sides were also spot on. Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. It's so refreshing to have a fast-food experience where both the service and the food are top-notch. I'll definitely be coming back to this KFC again soon. Keep up the great work!

Where to begin 🤣 it gets worse every time. Why do the chips have Indian herbs and spices, I just want regular fries. Poor service, poor food, staff clearly do not want to be there, tiny grubby little store is not inviting at all. Close it down and let McDonald’s build there

The staff member that printed my receipt was extremely rude put his 👋🏾 up in my face and said not speaking to me when I tried explaining. He said for me to to stop shouting. Not sure why he said that (I was explaining the machine didn't print my receipt. His collegue was confused and called him for help. The main screen wasn't working to show which order was next) I open my account on my phone and pointed out the KFC logo transaction to help to identify payment etc and he said I showed him Tesco even tho the KFC purchase was next to it) he became angry and shut down the conversation. 'I am not talking to you'. The elderly lady at the front took her time and managed to locate my order. A terrible and humiliating experience and one not expected from a place of service.

There was one missed beans cos i did ordered 2 beans but they gave me one bean that's why im not happy so hopefully will be money back refund soon. Thank you for my order today.

Food arrived 2 hours late, was freezing cold and drier than dust. The fillets in both tower burgers were more like mini fillets as well, only filled 50% of the buns. Terrible stuff!

Tge vegan burgers were overfried possibly. They tasted burnt and were rock hard. We could not eat them. Not many fries in the portion. They forgot our dip.

Got the wrong order delivered and cold

I ordered a double down zinger burger and specifically asked for no mayo and cheese as I am allergic and they didnt do that so I brung it up with Just Eat customer service and they said that they cant guarantee the company to see the message when it was on the receipt. I tried to get in touch with them however they didnt answer a single call of mine. Shocking and appauling 100% never coming to this KFC, If you live local I would recommend the lewisham one which actually looks at the notes and answers their calls.

No customer service whatsoever !! , you make a order on the machine as they tell you to and you want to pay with cash but no one wants to serve you they all just continuously looking at you as if you should be standing there. The first time this happens I had to shout if any one was going to take my payment , second occurrence I waited to see if any one was going to come and take my payment and I was standing there for almost 20 minutes until I decided to leave

If you live in South East, you have absolutely no excuse to head into a KFC, absolute crap. Any Morley's or Favourite's will do you much better with price, portions and quality

Kfc catford. chips and burger where cold. If they used foil wraps for there food. The food would remain hotter. You can't beat eating inside at the restaurant. when you can. 3/5.

prompt and friendly delivery. although, riders moped fell on and scratched the passenger door side of my car, a black Mercedes. I don't want to make a big thing of it but I don't want another occurrence please otherwise I will have to take the matter further.

The bucket was split at the bottom so bad that the chicken was nearly falling out. My order was missing sides and a 1.5L drink. Very poor packing/operation at the restaurant. Will avoid ordering from the Catford branch in the future.

I did not receive my meal on Saturday

We ordered from this restaurant at around 10:45pm, and the restaurant closes at midnight, so we ordered with plenty of time. However, after waiting for 2 hours, at 00:45, our order was ultimately cancelled. There was no explanation to why it was cancelled and it was pending for this entire 2 hours and the expected delivery time just kept being delayed and delayed. After all this time of waiting, my friends and I who were starving and very much looking forward to this order were very disappointed when it did not arrive. I was informed that we would be refunded but the refund may take 15 days?? I just think that this is completely unacceptable to have us waiting for so long and just not deliver with no explanation. A promise of service for so long and no delivery threw off our whole night because by that time most other places were closed. Overall my friends and I are very very displeased with the service from this KFC.

COCKROACH INFESTED DO NOT EAT HERE! Bought a snack box, halfway through eating the bbq wrap I saw a cockroach antenna, afterwhich I spat out the bite in my mouth to find a chewed up cockroach!! Manager failed to apologise, the only explanation given was that 'the chicken is cooked at 170 degrees'. Vomitting feeling very sick. Wouldn't want this to happen to anyone else - PLEASE AVOID!

Dont go here if you want fast food. Due to their uber eats/deliveroo demand theres a long wait for what is supposed to be "fast". Other than that the general seating area was clean. Only one disabled/baby changing/ womens toilet

For once a piece of chicken that wasn't flatter than roadkill. If it's always like this you'll never have to close any of your branches.
