KFC in Lewisham

I'm from Taiwan and one day I'll get on a plane to the UK and order from this restaurant

One of the staff white girl working in the evening very kind whenever i ask if i could swap my sides for chips she gives me.

Customer services horrible here no toilet to wash your hands after time

On more than one occasion I ordered food from there and when it arrived, I wasn’t pleased with it. My most recent order was an eight piece deal with other bits and in the box they gave me four drumsticks four thighs they need to do better when packing customer food. Put varieties in there and not just what is not selling.

Very careles these guys are. I found hair in my food. Very disappointed and i will suggest don't order from rushy green KFC. Very bad experience

food was tasty but overpriced, and all of the tables had other peoples rubbish and grime on them.

Dirty tables and they wasn't busy so you should expect it to be cleaned

Dirty tables, over flowing bins.. But the worst is the delivery drivers sitting inside making so much noise and the staff don't do anything about it. Very off putting. Plus the burger was small.

You want a good experience please don’t go to this one in catford. The food on the menu is limited and the staff completely totally rude and disrespectful. I hope something gets done about this because I do love kfc.

I went in cos I was craving a wrap and popcorn chicken..... cashier was pleasant and my order was in my hands at a reasonable time.....

Cramped , and fan was on which was freezing and caused food to go cold sooner

Staff not being polite to customers and constantly being noisy by arguing among themselves. Toilets have been “broken” every time I visited for the last 2 years. Not coming back here for a long time.

never recieved food, driver mohammed/branch didnt follow notes of where to deliver and stopped answering phone, uber eats have charged, will be taking further action

The food here is always hot and tasty. Staff friendly

It's a good place to eat in, takeaway or even have it delivered. If you have the KFC App installed on your phone, then you can place your order via the app.

I ordered a 3 piece meal and out of all the parts the whole fowl has you sent me 3 drumsticks are you people crazy I threw it in the dam bin won't be ordering again..kmdt

There seemed to be plenty of staff, especially in the back - kitchen. The member of staff serving was very slow, and the restaurant was not busy. Also, I noticed that the staff who were cooking and preparing food were not wearing gloves. Overall though, the food was very nice, we have eaten there before and it tasted fresh. Also, the toilets have been out of order for both visits we have made there.

Ordered 6 pieces of chicken, 5 were drumstick, which is the smallest piece chicken. Also the entire batch was really dry and overcooked. You go to kfc for consistent comfort food. Nowhere near the usual standard. Don’t appreciated being lumped with the legs because it was a take out and I was not physically there to ask for replacements. Do better Kfc :(

Standard KFC but a beggar can't in and harassed us for money half way through.

I ordered chicken and it wasn't fresh. It tasted like it was from yesterday's batch. The chips were soggy and some had bits of red markings in them. The gravy didn't taste great too.

I have ordered 5 pieces of chicken and 4 of them were all the same, unacceptable. I don't think it's that hard a little variety

This one needs to be shut down. I felt sorry for the staff working so hard and getting a field of abuse from customers. Quite painful to watch.

Service and food was up to their usual high standards. Was slightly upset that I couldn't get a cup of water to deal with my coughing fit. They said they weren't allowed to!!!!

Worst place ever the staff will not will not allow the customer to use the toilet and it meant to be a Dine in place this has been going on for months and I’m sure it’s illegal to have a Dine in area and toilets are not allowed when I ask the staff they told me the Area Manager told them not to open it

If I could leave 0 rating I would. Absolute joke. Ordered food from Catford kfc. When it was delivered there was no bottle of drink and 4 portions of chips missing. Needless to say I won't be ordering from here again

The order we got yesterday was fine. Everything we ate, but with the chicken bucket; you could do a bit better with. The bucket was packed out, which is great but there’s no chicken breast anymore? Also, mort of the chicken was bone and skin, where is the meat on the bone?? And I don’t know when they stopped serving the lemon wipes, but I miss them.

Food was just as bad as the Toilets. Got food poisoning and reported it to KFC website

I had two vegan burgers.....very meaty texture....served nice ,and hot....all I could taste was pepper,don't thing they used the same mix as their usual kfc

Took too long seems like there was only 3 staff working.

Waited nearly 30 minutes to place a order, then another 30 minutes on my food. The staff on Friday 28th October at 1:30 pm was short staff bad, and rude as hell will not be going back there as I see the man spit in someone's KFC bag.🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

Awful service. Waited 20 minutes for a Krushem, only to be told AFTER I asked, that the Krushem machine wasn’t working.. Saw a lot of people walk out whilst waiting.

Half our order was missing and what we did have was cold!! After calling the catford branch i was told that it was not their problem and that they did not need our custom!! Disgusting customer services behaviour!!

Absoultely disgusting.... Them men in there cannot clean chicken and cook at this location. **If you get ill you know why** Head office needs to inspect this place..... All they want is money. Nastiness in this place....

Never have I ever... been vomited on in a restaurant First couldn't pay for my order on the digital screen (along with a few other people who tried as well), then sat at a table that visibly hasn't been clean, but fair, I haven't even thought negatively of the place at that time. But then an employee VOMITED all around our table on their way to the bathroom. Another person came out, asked us to move to a different table so they can clean up and gave my friend a burger as a replacement, although he had to throw away his whole box meal and his drink. We didn't event get an apology or the food we paid for back... The whole situation was just very unpleasant and while I understand nobody is trained in what to do when a customer is vomited on by a staff member this just didn't feel right. Mindblown by how messed up this branch is, definitely avoid.

You can jump the Q if you know any staffs. This is from my experience. I can't believe this happening! 3 orders after me. Does it mean if I spend more money I need to wait for longer ?

Was not sure what I wanted but the staff took the time to make suggestions of what I could havè.

Its ok, they've had a refurbishment and added the digital screens to order/pay yourself. It's a really small branch and it's awkward waiting around for your food. Customer Service is also just ok, it depends which staff member you get. The food is no better or no worse than any other KFC, all round average.

Popped in for a quick bite too eat friendly staff service was quick and happy days the toilet was clean .

This was the second KFC we went to as the krushem machine was not working in the 1st one. We were a party of 5 with a big order a discount card and payment voucher so our order took a while. We were served by Christina who was the most lovely, friendly, welcoming person you could come across. Christina was patient and helpful and made us feel really valued as customers.

Chips were luke warm otherwise it was OK.

Really bad KFC - tables full of half eaten food and disgustingly dirty. I ordered x2 mini chicken fillet burgers and one of them had a piece of ham in the burger. Don't trust the food here or you might find random items in your meal order. Also service is really slow and I don't want to think about the hygiene of this place or how they operate.

The front of house from this store aren't very nice and trys to scam you by not allowing you to use your discount. Been in 5 times and 3 out of 5 they made me pay full price for items when I can use 25% off as I have discount and I tell them I want to use my discount. Also the food here isn't all that it taste dry and overcooked also was cold the time I ordered food and they won't allow you to use the toilets here

Chicken tastes of metal, I ordered 6 pieces of chicken and gravy, ate one bite and that's was enough for me, tastes rotten, go to metros or chick chicken, 10 x better quality

Very very good service and great food

Not busy if you use the order screens, which I did as the queue was a few people long. Food arrived quickly, and was tasty, and not too dry or oily. Washroom was clean. There were more delivery drivers collecting orders than there were diners eating in.

Looks alot better since the refit, sadly what's still the same is that even though it was quiet the tables were dirty, as is often the case when I go in. Order take away and you'll be ok, don't eat in.

Surprised by the wonderful and smiley service . Food comes piping hot and tastier than other branches. Chips are ' wedges' , although not. Chips with skin ! Geraldine, the person who served us is a star.

Easy to order over the counter rather than on the ap.

Got a take away, needed some comfort food, got the variety meal was not over cooked like some places, only downside the drink was a bit flat but the chicken was excellent.

Hot and tasty food. I ordered a popcorn chicken snack box and a small popcorn chicken. It was peak lunchtime between midday and 1pm. The staff were efficient and prepared my food with a smile. During a previous visit, I asked for extra sauce and the staff kindly provided a generous amount.

Ordered a delivery from here. When arrived, 7 of the 10 pieces of chicken in the bucket were drumsticks! DONT COME TO THIS BRANCH!!

The worst kfc I have ever had the manager Emily was the worse thing I have ever stumbled across on my journeys to eat. However I suppose the Pepsi wasn’t to bad. #chicken is horrifyingly bad.

This place was not busy at 11.55am on 25/01/20.There was 3 assistance standing around.1 took my order,then all 3 started laughing and chatting in their native language.Kinda made me paranoid!!.Still waiting after 10 minutes,so I asked where my order was,and they all walked off.I decided to leave the premises.With this sort of service,Catford branch will close down.

Went to KFC Catford at 21:43, the girl serving me is barely paying attention to what I'm saying, finally she takes my order but gets it wrong so I have to correct her. Her colleague is looking at the food and mumbling something to her then she turns round and says sorry where out of chicken. This branch use to be good, not anymore.

Toilets aren't clean staff are sometimes nice but mostly like they dont want to serve you apart from that food taste great with reasonable prices

Very slow service, probably because either they are understaffed or they give priority to app orders, and the women’s toilets were disgusting

Chicken strips were lovely and fresh

Very bad customer service. I stood for about 2 mins before being served then when they finally took my order they served someone else who came after me. Moving at snails pace and chatting amongst themselves. Hate leaving bad reviews but I was very disappointed. I stood for a while waiting and asked if they could pick up the pace a bit but they started mumbling something under their breath. When I saw that they had only added one item to the box after so long I asked for a refund. Wish the customer service was better because I like the food there

The food was cold very unprofessional.

Reasonably requested the staff talk to myself and other members of the public, to explain why we are waiting. I wasnt rude, i didnt shout, i simply asked the staff member closest to me to talk to me and say what i am waiting on so that i have a clearer understanding of what is going on. The staff member looked me in the eyes and ignored me. Walking around the desk to the chip fryer and speakong amongst her colleagues, 8 minutes later, i get a rude woman spout "you are waiting. End of". A second worker then takes her position up at the front and hands me the wrong food. When i questioned her on if this was actually my order, she opened the lid. And then replaced it with food prepared on a different tray for a different customer. Like cross contamination rules in the kitchen arent important. Specially as the other customer was sitting right next to me watching the engagement. To top it all off the woman didnt apologise or offer any form of dialogue for her actions. But simply decided to move on and ignore our presence.

Homeless people begging right outside, even in the center of Catford, disturbing.

Went in yesterday evening, not even busy woman behind the counter more interested in rubbing her eyes and nose then wanted to serve me🙄no thanks. Absolutely disgusting I just left and got food elsewhere, if she can do that in public what will she do in private without washing her hands thereafter.

One of my favourite fast food restaurant. It can be very crowded in rush hours but just have to be patient. Prices are getting more and more expensive as all other fast food restaurants. Quality wise KFC probably above McDonald's and Burger king. More than excellent for a quick bite.

Not bad service but the way some of the staff were spoken to by other members of staff was rude and unacceptable. Then when a customer commented on it they were spoken to in a unacceptable way aswell
