Was cold when it arrived as driver went to wrong place

Could of been less time thank you

chicken was good. however out of 10 pieces we got 4 legs :(. chips were cold and soggy. seemed expensive for what you got.

Kfc catford. chips and burger where cold. If they used foil wraps for there food. The food would remain hotter. You can't beat eating inside at the restaurant. when you can. 3/5.

After 1.5 hours the food came cold as ice. I definitely do not recommend it. I did not like it. I did not like it. I did not like it.

The courier was very polite. Food delivered well.

Why is it something always has to be forgotten. Ordered and paid for super charger dip. None received

The chicken was so dry I gave it to my cat.the delivery guy was very nice.

I remember now why I don't buy KFC. the amount you get for the price. yes I bought a kids meal for my son, but, how can you feed a five year old 8 pieces of popcorn chicken? wouldn't fill a 2 yr old up

The driver showed he was at the end of my road for a long time but never came and delivered my food just says delivered .. this is a joke .

ordered a trilogy box meal and added not asking no mayo due to a tolerance issue which to me is a allergy issue in my buger even after only stating no mayo I get mayo and nothing else in the burger

Driver told me to keep the food and they will have to send you another one

prompt and friendly delivery. although, riders moped fell on and scratched the passenger door side of my car, a black Mercedes. I don't want to make a big thing of it but I don't want another occurrence please otherwise I will have to take the matter further.

The bucket was split at the bottom so bad that the chicken was nearly falling out. My order was missing sides and a 1.5L drink. Very poor packing/operation at the restaurant. Will avoid ordering from the Catford branch in the future.

I did not receive my meal on Saturday

We ordered from this restaurant at around 10:45pm, and the restaurant closes at midnight, so we ordered with plenty of time. However, after waiting for 2 hours, at 00:45, our order was ultimately cancelled. There was no explanation to why it was cancelled and it was pending for this entire 2 hours and the expected delivery time just kept being delayed and delayed. After all this time of waiting, my friends and I who were starving and very much looking forward to this order were very disappointed when it did not arrive. I was informed that we would be refunded but the refund may take 15 days?? I just think that this is completely unacceptable to have us waiting for so long and just not deliver with no explanation. A promise of service for so long and no delivery threw off our whole night because by that time most other places were closed. Overall my friends and I are very very displeased with the service from this KFC.

I ordered 10 chicken wings meal but they came cold and quite small peaces . I was expecting a hot crunchy flavour as I live a 2 stops from your establishment. but delivery was good so 4 stars . thank you

So shocked 😮 I deleted this app back in September.. absolutely shocking quality of food I paid nearly £20 for half my order and it was literally a bucket for one !l how can the order be so wrong.. have complained I will never use this app again or order from kfc again if I could attach a picture I would no option to do that .. COCKROACH INFESTED DO NOT EAT HERE! Bought a snack box, halfway through eating the bbq wrap I saw a cockroach antenna, afterwhich I spat out the bite in my mouth to find a chewed up cockroach!! Manager failed to apologise, the only explanation given was that 'the chicken is cooked at 170 degrees'. Vomitting feeling very sick. Wouldn't want this to happen to anyone else - PLEASE AVOID!

box has a hot wing instead of 1 piece - the catford one scams and just eat help is absolutely useless.

the rice was over cooked soggy and tasteless, and the delivery bag that the food was delivered in was open and the food was cold.

Dont go here if you want fast food. Due to their uber eats/deliveroo demand theres a long wait for what is supposed to be "fast". Other than that the general seating area was clean. Only one disabled/baby changing/ womens toilet

For once a piece of chicken that wasn't flatter than roadkill. If it's always like this you'll never have to close any of your branches.

Perfect. Hot delicious food. Fast delivery. Catford is the best local KFC to order from. Always great. Never any problems. Zinger burger and chicken fresh. Signature fries lovely. And the gravy is something else! Super.

Good arrived very quickly and while this is a positive I would prefer a longer delivery time and fresh food as opposed to food which clearly had been around for a while….

One of the employees lazily lied saying that I could use my discount via the kiosk when I asked him to do it via the front counter. I did my order via the kiosk then another employee with horrible make up and heavy lip stick said I can’t redeem it because I’ve already ordered it. Lazy and unethical workers.

There is no bbq sauce with my meal

This is not the first time that my drinks are missing from the order. No sure who to blame, the restaurant or the driver.

My order was missing all dips and an extra French fries. Additionally I was missing my extra mini fillet in my rice box. I was able to get a refund on the dips and fries but could not find anywhere to explain I was missing part of my rice box. So I was still underfunded £3. Not happy

the food was barely warm and it was 25 mins past the initial time that was give and over 40 minutes later than the recommended time.
