My pizza was missing two toppings and was cold

I usually enjoy a chick chicken, however this time round it wasn’t a good experience, the fries were clearly re heated as they tasted very stale - I also asked for burger sauce instead of chilli sauce and still got chilli sauce.

Food delivered piping hot by my favourite driver. Food quality was great as usual. Will order it again

Awful. The pizza was not cooked throug. The pizza had no tomato base and I recived the wrong toppings. The price has gone up yet again but the portion sizes have gone down. I advise everyone to use Grillos now as the prices are much better and the food is actually cooked correctly. Chick chicken was my go to for years but it's just not worth the money now...

Chik chicken food is best I really enjoyed to eat pizza ,full time service availability. They provide excellent environment.

Not sure if the pizza was exactly thin crust, and my Mountain Dew was swapped without telling me. But the food itself tasted as I'd expected.

They do the best chips in the Uk/London why can’t all the other chicken shops do it like this I don’t know if they use a special frying oil? This my favourite chicken shop ever. I’m very upset been going here 10 years +. I love the samosas chicken and lamb. They have always done a multi buy deal on them like forever. Now I’m told it’s 60p each! So now we get less for more money! Profoundly disappointed in you chick chicken. FYI I have always loved the food here especially the chips, just very shabby that I’m paying more money for less for something I love.

Had a great experience at Chick chicken with my sister, Roomi was very helpful and gifted us knowledge of books, was very spiritual and high vibrational energy, recommended us good food choices as well will deffo be going back again! Big shoutout to Roomi! excellent service and customer service

The food was so cold on arrival

Do not order from here, the customer service is terrible, i ordered my food today and i noticed the corn was really soft, i bit into it and saw the insides were black and spat it out. I pulled of the corn to see if the the rest of the insides were black and it was. I called up for a refund and the manager was determined that the corn was fresh despite me telling him i have pictures. I am a loyal customer so the fact that they couldn’t provide a refund is disappointing. Yes he offered me a discount for next time but i don’t play about food and after this there won’t be a next time hence why i wanted a refund

If I could leave minus stars, I certainly would. Terrible service. Staff are incompetent, get your orders wrong almost as if on purpose. Worst experience to date. 10 out of 10... WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Food came with a strand of hair in it, immediately asked for a change. Changed the fries and gave 2 spare wings. Even though my meal had a drink in it, he didn't add it to be bill and charged again when I requested it. Whoever painted the ceiling needs to be sacked, poor work.

Received wrong burger supposed to be mixed whooper burger but got chicken burger instead got wrong drinks as well

The peri peri fillet wrap is incredible 👌 tender, sweet, hot chicken breast fillet, perfectly cooked! Amazing sauce and some fresh salads in a nice wrap, it is 10/10, do yourself a favour and try it!

The food was super filling and tasty.we got a great deal and all were happy. The only fault was was the side which tasted a bit weird otherwise it was all good.

Very disappointed. This used to be my go to place, but had the worst experience after visiting my local Masjid. The guy behind the counter tried to give me a tissue that had dropped on the floor and when I said "are you really going to give me the one that drooped on the floor" he thought it would be funny to pretend to spit on both sides of a new pile of tissues and hand it to me. Not sure if he though this was funny but this is definitely not what you'd expect from somewhere you're eating from. He definitely let Chick Chicken down. I've also seen him be disrespectful to other customers. Definitely won't be visiting here again and wouldn't recommend anyone else to.

pizza is normally delicious however the pizza arrived without a requested bbq base the samosas are great chilli sauce is lovely however the manager on duty was rude and the pizza was dry and I was accused of lying although I was ready to send a picture of the dry base CONTACT ME I WILL SEND YOU A PICTURE OF The DRY BASE HAVING HUNG UP ON ME 3 times call me mate I will send you the picture

The food is the reason for visiting this shop.. Service is slow and tgr staff believe it's a joke when customers enquiry about the wait.

This place has terrible service. Me and my cousin ordered the food for collection 10 minutes before arrival and even then we had to wait another half an hour just for 2 4 wings and chips meals and 1 pizza. It was to my digust that the meat was pink and undercooked and the chips were stale. TERRIBLE!!

the worst service. 1/3 pizza without cheese or meat. the restaurant hangs up on me when I try to explain my problem. I will never order from them again.

Chips were cold and soggy. Chicken was cold, hard and dry. Cheesy chips were cold, very dry and cheese was tasteless. Chicken burger was ok but bun was floppy. Not the usual quality of food that we receive from here!

Don’t ever buy food from this shop. I have bad stomach for 3 days! I have to take day off!! Food poisoning. Yesterday I bought it again hoping is good, but the pizza was raw I had to put it in my oven still wasn’t great!

Lovely delivery driver, he came back twice as restaurant got our order wrong. Even when the driver came back, we still had the wrong order but either way I appreciate the effort to fix the situation. Lovely food, was probably just a busy night.

Slammed on my door so aggressively for no reason and beans were freezing cold as well as the chips. Chicken wasn’t fresh. Scared the dog from knocking aggressively on the door and my bedroom window.

Wow! I really enjoyed the peri peri chicken strips and the peri peri burger. They were really hot, but they were so tasty and well marinated.

Awesome staff, the food is all fresh and tastes amazing especially as it has that chargrill taste. Plus the prices are great too, i cannot fault them in anyway. Oh and i am a chef myself, you have to take notice when a chef loves eating from a place.

this is the only place I get take away, you can see the food being cooked in front of you and it is all very good quality, mainly halal

Waited and waited. Called restaurant to find that my food had been delivered to a completely different address. Food was good when it was finally delivered.

Grilled wings were cold but tasty once heated. The Garlic bread is usually overdone.

The chips were cold and my drink wasn't with my order. I'm still waiting for the drink. The driver claimed he would go get it(sure you will). What i paid should be refunded for the terrible service.

Really enjoyable meal. The family were all satisfied.

I THEN ASKED FOR A REFUND THEN OF COURSE THE STAFF MEMBER SAID THEY'D SEND OUT A FRESH PIZZA . MIND YOU , WHEN I HAD CALLED THEY HAD HUNG UP ON ME FIRST TIME , WHEN THE PIZZA WAS DELIVERED BY THE DRIVER , HE SHOVED THE PIZZA BOX AS YELLED "TAKE IT" !! I'm extremely disappointed as I've been a customer for 10+ years and knew the previous owners . I will not be purchasing food from chick chicken Catford again. Every time I've ordered recently , there's either items missing or food quality is bad . What a shame ! Avoid at all costs , the quality of service and food is not adequate .

Good tasteful food but there is no option to require how spicy you would like the mixed grill. Mine was extremely hot spicy. But otherwise a really good meal at a reasonable price

Literally the best wings in South London!

I'm highly disappointed, I did order and you guys the order will take 15 to 20 minutes it's takes an hour not just that two drinks was missing from my order. You can guys can do better. This's seconds time.

This place is really bad. The customer service is atrocious. They are very rude. The shop is called chick chicken but they don’t even have chicken. Would not recommend this place. I do not want this place to stay open. I really wish I could rate this 0 star rating.

The food was stone cold by time I got it not happy with the service of the driver

The food was stone cold had to reheat it in the oven to make it a bit more edible. In the end I gave it to the fox.

Poor customer service No communication Delivery was due 8:20pm still at 8:54pm my delivery has not arrived. It actually arrived at 21:00pm This is not fast food its inconvenient service They do not offer no customer loyalty or compensation for waiting so long Just an apology does not work when you have a house of hungry
