Kfc in Tandridge

Ordered from screen In shop the screen was filthy, we got our meal and I had to get one of the girls to clean the table as it was sticky. The disabled toilet was absolutely filthy. Makes you wonder what the kitchen is like???? Would not go again

Early afternoon on a Saturday so you would expect this to be a busy period. Hence freshish food WRONG. Chips very old very soggy. Chicken sandwich over cooked and with poor preparation… very very little mayonnaise. Avoid ….. never again

hi this is mark, i been to kfc redhill on monday 22 may around 7. 30 pm, i ordered my food but my card continuously declined may be some issues with contctless, i was with my kids, i ordered burger meal and kids meal , i was so disappointed but i want to thanks to the wonderful guy who help me out, he pay my money through his card,i am so grateful for his help, he is wonderful person and human beings, he is supervisor an asian guy ,i went today wednesday to returned back his money unfortunately some one told me he is off,..really thankful for his help and appreciate what he did .. hopeful i will see him soon again🥰

Hi,we went to kfc in redhill high street at 18:24-04/02/23,we order 2xfillet box,it advertised you get the burger,peice of chicken,chips,corn of the cob and a drink,when I asked where the corn on the cob was he tried charging me extra,my daughter went to the toilet,there was no lock which is a vulnerable situation to be in also no toilet roll so she couldn’t go,if I was a hygiene officer,i would close the place down immediately as the bin was also overflowing onto the floor,tables were dirty,front of house was dirty,and the machines to order were off,im appalled with the standers as we are from Crawley and it’s a lot nicer,I would like some sort of reimbursement because the food was not how it was advertised-many thanks Mr John Ritchie,07841631859. We were not the only ones who was dissapointed,another couple ordered the same and was even missing a burger!

how hard can it be to check your serving up the right food? it's a simply tick off the list and yet you manage to miss 4 items off a simple 3 person order. popcorn chicken, corn in the cob and the piece of chicken from the tower boxes.... what chance has any of your workers got in life if they can't even get that right??

UberEats won't even discuss a refund. Both KFC Redhill and Ubereats have changed. AVOID. There's plenty of photos on reviews this month which match exactly mine. I got exactly the same. Whoever makes the burgers has no soul!

I went in to have lunch there as I was visiting for the day. The table I found was dirty and messy, so I cleaned it myself. After finishing I took my rubbish to the provided bin which has been full and other customers piled their rubbish on top of it. I told the staff that the bin was full and over flowing and all they said was that they would change it later! Hygiene guys is doing not just a label on the door, be professionals and respond fast.

If you order any fod from this branch, I wuld suggest to count the numbe rof pieces of food that your receive. They over charge you and give you less to make profit. if you notice and complain then they will offer opology, but they are sue that most of the people donot count or remeber the exact number. It is just a scam. Abolutly disgusting service...

Firstly get delivery from deliveroo half the order missing (yes already done review for them and been on phone) then drive to kfc to collect the order to find out why it's not they play blame game wait 20 mins for fresh order to find out not done it then have to wait for them to call deliveroo as they didn't believe us then had to line up in a massive and to the order over 2 hours later from ordering the first time we get a fresh food to drive home then eat for what feel like mission very unhappy customer and will only come back if the only food there

Awful food, rude staff and weird chicken. An embarrassment to KFC, I'd expect this from Dallas chicken or chicken cottage.

Absolutely disgraceful, have lived fairly locally all my life and every time there is a screw up, have had someone taking orders hold the change in their hand and not give it unless it gets brought up, staff just walking around and not bothering serving despite there being massive queues, food most of the time is cold and has relatively long wait or 20 minutes, have had sides forgotten, have had pieces of chicken in box meals forgotten and even chips staff are rude and don't actually care it is a earing establishment which is not fit for purpose and needs to be looked into

Past visits to this branch have resulted in lengthy waits , short changing, items missing from meals....and even had fillets cut in half and tried to palm them off as two???? It’s a wonder they are allowed to continue trading! Most of staff are rude and just don’t care

If you want dry chicken and cold chips then this is your place. The staff were unfriendly and the restaurant was full of loud teenagers.

This is a pretty poor KFC: sorry guys. Despite this, it’s often really busy! Don’t make a special trip to Redhill for this (there isn’t much else in town either!), but if you’re local and you fancy KFC it’s definitely going to be the closest.

Convenient eatery and staff very friendly. Love the specials and the hot wings are superb, depending on the time of day these are not alway available (sadly). The ice cream machine rarely works but the chicken dishes are great.

I have eaten at this shop for 6 years and NEVER again. Staff are rude and even argumentative, food quality has dropped and the place is always filthy. The head office customer complaints really are unhelpful. Stay well away, if they don't care about customer service do you think they care about hygiene??

Terrible service from KFC. Just ordered from them via Deliveroo and for the 2nd time they have missed items/given us the incorrect items. It isn't difficult to follow an order. The first time this happened we called up and were promised a redelivery but this did not arrive and we were not given any further correspondence. Do not get this delivered and check your order when you buy in store before leaving.

Went here for a take away place had que going nearly out door and only one serving..eventualky another came and got served with family bargain bucket was not to bad but had to heat up again when got home

Our US family were over so we thought a KFC would be right up their street.

stay away KFC over priced and poor. sales assistant tried to give incorrect change. held money in her other hand. gave this when challenged

Popped in here for an evening meal take-away and was served by delightfully happy glowing people. The service was quick, the food was fresh and the restaurant clean and welcoming. A Good KFC, Colonel Sanders would be proud to eat here.

Visited early evening on 18th Feb, and the staff were throwing chips at each other. Absolutely disgusting behaviour apart from putting the safety of themselves and customers at risk

This isn't a bad KFC. It's normally pretty busy in here but my orders have been correct and the food hot and tasty: pretty good! The only downside for me is that there isn't really anywhere to park.

Went to kfc tonight and I'm so annoyed food came wrong went back and they were so rude about getting my order wrong and told me I was lieing last time I go there the place was a disgusting that much of a mess I didn't won't to eat in I wouldnt place my child's food on there tables that place needs to be closed down.

went to KFC redhill last night, purchaced enough food to feed a family of 6, not only did the mess up our take-away order they forgot our drinks and the customer service was rubbish, got home and went to eat to find the chicken was drowning in grease and the chicken was not fresh, it was full of veins and was a greyish colour, that bad that even the dogs didnt want it, i called Redhill KFC to complain and the advisor on the end of the phone was rude and demanded us to bring the food back, not only is it an unwanted journey but we had thrown it away, i asked for the head office number to report it to them and he gave a false number! the staff member on this call was called SOLO, i do not think he should be face to face or over the phone with customers as he is extremley rude and ovbiously has no customer service skills what so ever, i even put my comments of this poor service on a social media website and the comments in responce show that a majority of the local residents feel the same, i think that environmental health should be informed and their food hygiene standards lowered, i will not be returning.

Went here this evening, there was a queue, because people serving were painfully slow (fast food?) . The restaurant was filthy, tables all unclean with rubbish left all over them. The lazy (because the staff cannot be bothered to do it) self-service drinks machine had no lids, customers were having to find lids themselves from inside a dirty looking chicken bucket that was hidden around the corner. The order eventually was ready, which I was relieved about and so gladly took home to enjoy with my partner. On getting home and opening it we found that we were missing 2 different things that I had paid for! A piece of chicken and some chicken wings. Very annoyed, this was the worst KFC experience I have ever had

I know when you go to kfc, you get chicken in a bucket, cheap price and fast food. Wow went to the redhill branch today and there was no fast food. 15 minutes I get our cold food then when I tried to complain I was told to join the queue which was going outside! The restaurant was dirty beyond belief and the toilet was like train spotting! Avoid at all costs!

Chicken and Value were good. The service is sometimes slow, but to me that means fresh food. Tables and eating area are clean and tidy most of the time.

KFC food, KFC service although, because it was very busy here, the manager kindly threw in some freebies.I don't eat fast food, excepting the occasional KFC as it is about the only fast food that's worth eating and consistently good.Zinger burger for me, always.
