KFC in Bromley

Honestly. I'm very annoyed. I went into store ordered a party bucket, 2 separate medium meals. I checked tge separate meals before leaving and didn't not want to open the box up. I asked staff, everything there? She said yes. Took the food home to Sevenoaks. Opened up at nephews birthday dinner after a long day out doing activities. NO CHIPS.... they missed 6 regular chips out! We had to put chips in the oven.... kfc I spent £50 you owe me money... I should contact Headoffice in fact. I will. Disgusting. Slow down and get orders right!!!!

waiting over an hour and a half for KFC ... i will never order a delivery from them again i tried to cancel the order and it wont let me ... and on top of that no one answers the phone there ether .. piss take and the food arrived ice-cold..

Manager denied all responsibility although it was his stuff, packed the bags, at the end of the conversation, I heard him say to the guy that answered the phone. “ why did you answer the phone? I’ve told you never answer the phone.” Is this watt?KFC stands for nowadays.

Ordered a family 6 piece meal £18.99 which describes as "premium chicken". I got 5 chicken drumsticks and 1 thigh. The large mash side was less than half full. Absolute disgrace, cheats and the food was sub standard. Fries were cold and soggy. Will not order KFC again.

Placed an order online via Just Eat waited almost an hour for a driver to be assigned all the while told food would be processed when one was assigned. After an hour I called several times even left messages had no luck so had to cancel as I needed to order something else for my kids and then get told I was charged the full price for cancellation which was £24.14. No driver had been assigned, no food was made and no one answered the phones yet I’m charged full whack. It’s absolutely ridiculous and disgusting I’ve tried contacting just eat too and I’m still waiting for another response as they’re saying it’s down to the restaurant. May I add there was only 40 mins left till they shut so I was worried about waiting any longer after waiting over an hour. I’m absolutely mortified and to me this is theft.

KFC Orpington High Street was always an unorganised mess. Since Jonathan joined the team it has changed for the better. Being the only KFC in the Orpington area it is often full of delivery drivers hovering about and pushing in the queue. Jonathan has installed organisation in what was previously a complete mess. Orders are now handed out promptly once bagged and the wait time has halved. Food is now always fresh and correct. It is truly amazing how one team member can make such a difference, but he really does deserve the KFC crown in Orpington.

We only ordered a big bucket yesterday and tower fillet burger 🍔 which is the only thing I eat and they never delivered it they don't contact you back or answer the phone 📱

This is the worst takeaway I've ever ordered from. The staff were horrible rude people who treat customers like dirt. My view is if you don't like your job, maybe you should get another one! Chicken was undercooked and chips were soggy and cold, this place should be shut down!

Was ordered take-away with Deliveroo, took over 3hrs 30min for my food to be delivered. I ordered 2cans Pepsi Max sent me Tango, I do not drink that, ordered large bottle Pepsi Max sent diet Pepsi, again not what I ordered. Took too long to deliver my order.

EVERY TIME I order from kfc IT IS NEVER nice .I ordered a chicken burger my bun was so crusty and hard . Never go to this kfc

Having waited over 3 hours from KFC estimated delivery time for my order I felt justified in cancelling Why KFC takes orders when they know that they unable to complete their commitment I do not understand it would be far better to admit that they are unable to deliver By the way I have not been reinvested the money so have lost over 20 pounds If you should be ordering be sure to allow plenty of time for delivery but I would not recommend it

Order was wrong again, this time two items missing, ordered before, instead of coleslaw, they sent beans, let that one go. Ordered today thinking that was a genuine mistake, instead of salads and coleslaw they sent extra chips and corn, and spicy chicken wings, my partner hates wings, loves salads and coleslaw. Unbelievable they would just throw anything in expecting you to eat it, not finished with this franchise, will be reporting this to thier headquarters and trading standards if have to.

Poor service won't be going back. Delivery service no better. No communication just left to wait then they cancel the food. Go to collect it and it's no better. Bunch of jokers.

Very slow to order, muppets just stand there fulfilling drinks and orders for Uber eats drivers whilst the actual customers wait like Lemons. Slowest food place I have ever been to in my 46 years. If any managers are reading, sorry your life out and get your priorities right, if it’s Uber eats only, have the decency to state so on the door so we don’t all decompose waiting . Seen two people leave the queue and 5 drivers on bikes, tells you all you need to know. AVOID!

Chicken Wos not cooked properly and all of my family be cam really on will and wen I went to talk to them about it they didn’t do anything about it they said it was not their responsibility

Why can you not check the bag before it leaves the shop....it was deliverd by Deliveroo a Bargain Bucket ....but only chicken no chips ...its not rocket science ...will not use ever again

Nothing to tell.When I work in London, I often stay in Orpington A typical day starts at 5.30 am. I frequently work up to 18 hours a day . But I aim to get back for about 9-9.30 pm to grab something to eat before starting again on the laptop for a couple of hours.There are many workers out there that work late , with the commuting time around London I enjoy kentuckies as you will some good reviews.. You have to be open to take the money

During my visit on a Friday night, I personally was satisfied with the ordering system, the service and the food I received. However later on in the evening while I was sitting eating with friends, a lot of other customers didn’t seem to agree. There was a lot of shouting and abuse from leaving customers. Not sure what had happened but it was more than 3 occasions. Personally, the food I had was spot on and exactly what I ordered. Another till was opened up while I was waiting too which was great

We had the most disgusting service from KFC Orpington. We had ordered a delivery through Deliveroo and they had made a mistake which we called the branch to explain and we got told in no in certain terms where to go. We then rang up the branch again and then got put on hold for 10 minutes whilst we heard the staff talk about us in no un certain terms and then to be hung up on. Not once were we rude or even asked for the items that were missed, an apology would have sufficed. Disgusting service.

Good example of KFC, staff are helpful and get what you want quickly, 9 times out of 10 fresh as you get. There used to be a lady there who was obtuse, I can see from other reviews where she has struck previously:) she’s not been there for a couple of months at least..

This is a standard KFC fast food outlet. The staff are efficient and the food is typical KFC quality. There's plenty of seating if you choose to eat in, and they currently use 'Just Eat' to deliver to the local area so you may now be able to order from home.

Shocking staff working here, very rude with no manners. Ordered a delivery from them and 3 items were missing but when I phoned up to ask them about it I was told in a rude way by some uneducated fool on the phone that all the items were in the bag and that I would have to contact Just eat, he just kept repeating this over and over again like a muppet, I think I would have got more help from talking to a wall. Why would I be ringing up if all the items were in the bag?! Clearly no one checks anything there before sending it out on delivery then they have the cheek to be rude to the customers on top of that. Avoid this place at all costs and go somewhere else instead

every time I have got home with my order something is either wrong or missing.there are no way near enough staff to deal with how busy this place gets,let alone clear the tables and the floor.

We stopped by here after a 14 hour day working on the tools and to give the place some credit the serving staff were very nice and the food quite hot and tasty as it should be. However it's the little things you notice that takes the edge off it like looking around you can tell the tables haven't been cleaned in a while, the toilets looked like someone had taken a dump and then decided to put a grenade down the pan and set it off and then Dave who served us would go outside and have a fag right outside the entrance door leaning against the bin with his mates for 20 mins.

The kfc staff was brilliant, so was the food! The staff gave us free drinks for no reason whatsoever! It made my day. If you have to go to any kfc go here and have the best experience of your life :)

Chicos solía servir bien, pero el personal señora son ineficientes. Cuando fui a este restaurante que he conocido algunos señores personal. Todos ellos son muy amables y están haciendo un trabajo fantástico. Sirven bien y hacerte feliz. Pero el personal de la señora son tan horribles. Nunca sonríen y uno de ellos era un poco desagradable todo el tiempo.

Metimos en que estaban en la zona ( no parece haber nada pero el café y restaurantes de Orpington Burger High Street ahora ) y queríamos un cambio. Es como retroceder 20 años en el tiempo con la decoración y el ambiente, Guau. Y eso no es una buena cosa.

Si tienes prisa y necesitas coger algo rápidamente y convenientemente, entonces este es tu lugar.

No tener KFC por casi un año (tratando de ser saludable) decidimos darnos un capricho y para ser sincero deseo que lo hubiera hecho.

The food from this KFC outlet is reliable and consistently good, and the staff are quite friendly. This can be very popular early evening so you may a have a bit of a queue for your takeaway.

This is always a popular restaurant: there is always a bit of a queue!It's a shame that some of the other reviewers didn't find the staff friendly.. I always found a big smile from me helped to break the ice.It's a good, solid KFC! The food is good, always. I must admit I've never fancied eating there, I always take away.

One lady always forgot our order. Bad service! Staff need to smile a little bit! Clean the restaurant more often will help! Smell and dirty restaurant

This KFC is a typical fast food restaurant.You know what to expect and the food is ok. What was not ok was the state of the floors and the tables. Old food and paper waste was everywhere. These establishments are always busy but don't open and serve the public if you want them to feel like their eating at a refuse tip. Cleanliness was abysmal.

Went here for lunch on the 31/10/2014. Had to clear our table as there was litter from a previous helpful patron and then sat the kids and misses down while I ordered the food. Had to wait 7 minutes for the chicken, no problem, I want it cooked, but two members of staff taking orders and one cooking and no one clearing down the tables. The floor was sticky and the lady who served me was clearly under lots of pressure.KFC, check these little gold mines out, they need more people to make them perfect, not just average. On a different note, the food was piping hot and well presented.
