Online order arrived luke warm ..I would not mind but shop is 7 mins away ...and went on to complain about cold food no reply disgusting

Ordered via Uber. The delivery was fast but AGAIN there was missing food. Not just extras or sides, but an actual meal. Uber will refund but this sort of thing happens every time from this branch. We order very rarely and always want to give them another chance, but that’s it now. Terrible service. And I can’t understand why something is not done about it!

KFC used to be value for money, now the zinger burger fillet is at most half the size that it used to be (lots of which is just the breaded mixture), and the fries are a small handful at best. No value here and does make me wonder what chicken is actually used :( costs more but very stingey sized portions

The kfc is run bye young adults the place is filthy how environmental health not been in is unbelievable

First time using via Uber, item missing, food at best Luke warm. Potion sizes of fries and gravy was so small I wouldn’t have bothered First and last time

Girl behind counter serving us (Kerys) couldn’t do more for us . Very helpful and service with a smile Very bitchy attitude from staff towards the girl , no teamwork communication atall. Food was awful.

Worst KFC l will never use again food was cold and was slow to be served this is not the first time we have been disapointed

i ordered a rice box with a salad and asked the woman behind the counter is this my order she said yes and when i get home and open it up i got a burger with a hash brown on it with 2 hot wings and gravy? honestly...

I am absolutely disgusted with one of the members of staffs attitudes. Asked a question about an offer that I had seen advertised about the double down burgers and got a snotty response from the girl behind the counter. There is ways of going about things and communicating and this is NOT one of them! Terrible service and with staffs attitude like that I am shocked that you get any service. Absolutely disgusted (Dated Saturday 14th November around 15:00).

I really enjoy KFC chicken, the hot wings, fillets, popcorn, zingers...all taste amazing, it is the only reason I keep going back to this KFC as every single time I go, without fail, our order is wrong in one way or another. I order the exact same thing every time I visit this KFC and somehow they get it wrong every time. I order a large boneless banquet with gravy and coke for myself, a zinger box meal with beans and fanta for my mrs. It comes either not large, sides mixed up between our meals, wrong sides given, completely wrong meals than we ordered, which I find impossible when they put it in at the till as you order and they see it on a screen as they prepare it. I have let it slide for ages and do not like to complain but last time we visited afew days ago, ordered the usual boneless/zinger meals, my mrs ended up with a hash brown and some hot salsa on her zinger, neither of which she likes(obviously put a zinger tower in the till) and our sides were in each others boxes. Usually I dont want to check our meals are correct whilst in store as not to insult the staff but every time we go, which is not very regularly, it is always wrong. Check your meals before you leave the shop people.

Nipped in for a quick KFC, wish i hadn't bothered now. Bits of chicken on the floor, staff looked unclean and needing a good wash. I won't be back.

This shop is always busy but the service is good so don't have to queue for too long. I've been a couple of times and the food is typical KFC so nothing out of the ordinary but I'm impressed with how well the employees there work to get everyone served promptly. There's a small seating area too. Would recommend

Only ever visit on a Sunday, when tired & not in the mood to either eat out or cook.Always the chicken pieces but its either good or you get stiffed with chicken thats been held to long & gone hard/dry or the other favorite only thighs & drumsticks. You shouldn't have to ask is it fresh, please can i have a mix... Plus its never a quick nip theres usually one serving (giving it there all) but it can take a long time to get served.

Four lads behind the counter average age 18 and all clueless every order coming out was wrong and they seemed clueless. Received food had to ask twice for the drinks we ordered. I opened my twister? they had just chucked a full chicken Breast fillet on it cut in half and wrapped up up into a square, it was bland and tasteless because there wasn’t the correct salad and dressing on it. It would have looked better if I’d have booted it around the shop first.

Last time I was in they only had half the menu cooked. I ordered a meal with sides they missed my fries & the sides out. Had to phone and complain they said to give my name in the next time. So I called in a couple of days later ordered a meal again & again missed out part my meal. They need to get the staff trained better.

Cold food, incredibly filthy looking staff, no customer care skills at all, dirty repulsive place. Whose to blame? The management of this place. How are they allowed to operate ? Wouldn't go back even if meals were free and they gave me a fiver for each item I ordered.

Very nice went for lunch today, although it was quite loud in there has there was groups of kids in there.

Not a lot of kfc stores seem to get there chicken crispy but this place dose thanks for a great service and great staff

Went on a Saturday night not really busy, the service was shocking the lad behind the counter looked 12 and didn't have a clue what he was doing shaking like a dog.Then the lady after ten minutes of waiting for my food decides to tell me there was no corn after how long I was not impressed at all I did feel sorry for her and the boss was in the back letting all the young ones take all the flack absolute joke service shocking !!!!!!!!!

Went in especilly for the double down and since the restaurants revamp it looks alot cleaner and Inviting now plus loved the double down worth the years of wait lol. For me KFC best ones are zinger tower meal and the hot wings best things going.

We stopped visiting this take away a long time before the refurbishment (about 6 months ago). My husband had a craving for chicken last week so we decided to give it a chance, The staff was extremely rude and had no customer service manners! My husband and I ordered the same menu (big daddy meal), we sat down to eat, the food was stone cold, we went back to the till to complain and that "waitress" advised us that KFC was a take away, not a Michelin star. she also advised me to contact KFC customer service if I wasn't pleased with her answer.

very clean staff friendly just been refitted so bright and modern center of town so great if shopping no drive thru but you can park at back food is normal kfc but fresh and tasty not the best coffee

regretted going here. woman who served us with glasses on was obv in a bad mood and her attitude was terrible. no manners either. food was cold. waste of 10 quid. never goin back.

Así, el título lo dice todo, 3 comidas eran frías por el tiempo me senté a la mesa sucia de comer. 7 miembros del personal detrás del mostrador no tenía ni idea, uno recogiendo sus clavos, mientras que las otras. No hay papel platos no servilletas no leche para el té, etc. El tamaño de la porción era ridícula.

I would say this place is decent enough,clean and cheap enough but the main thing lacking is the consistency to keep its fries hot.

La sucursal estaba lleno, pero el personal charlando, personal en la que no tenía uniforme, charlando con el personal, que supuestamente estaban trabajando. Dar el tipo que estaba en patatas fritas, él no estaba hablando, sólo trabajo felizmente. Una pena el resto del personal. Mi comida es como tirado en mí. Nunca incluso comprobaron si era correcto conmigo, hace falta casa y lados y helada. Gracias KFC para nuestra noche familiar en ruinas.

Staff swearing while I was in there with my 4 yr old son. Always forget something on order. Will never return Burger King all the way!'

We've bought food from here on several occasions always hopin it will be better than the last time, as it is close to where we live. But the chicken is always burnt.

I like this KFC the staff are quick and the chicken and chips are the temperature it should be, worth a visit.

KFC standard of food and service yet this place is outdated, dirty and has many unsavoury characters lurking outside during the darker hours. Decent in the daytime if not too busy and okay for nipping in and out for takeaway. Kids love it.

Sometimes kfc restaurants are a bit hit and miss but thankfully never had a bad bucket from this restaurant. Food is always fresh and staff very friendly!

For a kfc joint the place was clean and tidy the food was really good can't fault the place fast and good service

Necesita un toque con la decoración, mesas sucias y la izquierda durante un rato antes de que alguien viene y limpia. Se requiere un poco de cuidado con las paredes son marcados con grasa y pintura, y el tejado cubierto de manchas de grasa obvias. Sólo necesita una buena reforma.

I visited on a Saturday evening, unfortunately so were half of the attendees of a race meeting at nearby Haydock park.

Lo que te dan con un KFC siempre es coherente, a veces tienes que hacer cola, pero no se puede evitar, lo que no encontrar con este KFC es que el personal es impecable y con algunos asientos al lado del restaurante es una buena idea
