One of the best if not THE best KFC I've ever been in in the Manchester area. The staff are very pleasant

Kfc wythenshaw is good when compared to other kfc's I had in Manchester.

Food was fresh n hot. Not really had any problems so far.

Order the food arrived wrong order the second time arrived wron we only take it as we really was hungry joke the driver was rude … and wasn’t bothered next time KFC app doesn’t work as usual can someone get back to us we paid ££43.45 and the food wasn’t great it’s not for you get for couple meal at Sunday

Nearly forgot my popcorn chicken! Food was nice and staff friendly Genuinely have to check my order every time. At least 1 in 4 times they forget the chips or some chicken. Other than that, it's fine

Food tasted horrible, worst KFC I've ever had

I ordered the 6 hot wings meal and only got 4 wings, please check the bags before you leave make sure all your food is there that you paid for.

Such a disgrace. This is the third time it happened. We ordered variety bucket and pieces were missing. cant be bothered to drive back all the way just to ask for missing piece but when it happened for third time, decided to put a review to make other customers aware about it. Pathetic customer service. Will never order from here again. One is chorlton is mile better.

Service is good and food is abit hit and miss though! The tables and chairs are not the cleanest.

Othet than the chicken popcorn the foid that arrived had clearly been cooked for some time before delivery and the mini fillets did not smell right on opening and one bite confirmed the chicken was not right. I notified them straight away.

Order says its been delivered yet i havent received anything, phoned kfc the lady on the phone did what she could and now im waiting to hear from just eat about a refund, doesnt help when im sat hear with no tea

My order came warm and was missing a can of Pepsi? The zinger burger only had a bit of sauce on the fries wich were warm had lots of eyes ? Black bits. The chicken was ok but I’m sorry I won’t be ordering again.

The delivery driver tried to steal our food again. you need to look into this driver. he stops the car,presses delivered then gets back in the car and drives away. I caught it all on my ring doorbell but this time I caught him before he could drive away

Came to KFC last minute as out shopping . First time in ages really lovely friendly staff also food was hot fresh and quick . Lovely staff member who helped my grandson order an icecream on machine then he paid at counter .couldnt fault the service thank you .

Best experience with KFC in a very long time. The food came out ready in less than 5 minutes and it was piping hot, delicious, and filling. The order came with plenty of ketchup and mayo on the side. It was a very pleasant outing with the family. The only complaint I have is that there aren’t enough customers!

Ordered 2 burger 2 fries meal for £10 and got a burger and fries with chicken poppers and gravy this was for 2 people so one had to have just a burger and then my girlfriend had to have chicken poppers and grave with chips

food was great only problem was I ordered the ultimate BBQ burger meal and the BBQ burger isn't worth what there charging the chicken fillet was a little bit bigger than the mini fillet it came with think am gonna stick with ordering from birds .

Absolutely disgusting 45 mins late food cold, driver went 5/6 miles out of way before delivering to us,didn’t even give a reason why late,went to wrong address in our drive will never order from this store again £40 order wasted literally 90% went in bin. I will be taking this further

when the bag was passed to me it ripped where the can was placed, from the condensation cause by the hot food and cold drink making the bag soggy, once I opened the bag, I discovered the fries paper was all soggy causing the fries to spill everywhere in the bag, along with the pop corn chicken, the only thing that stayed in it's box was the chicken stripes, and even the gravy leaked, it was a complete mess to sort out the food, and because the drink was in same bag that was also warm.

The food was freezing when it’s arrived and they forgot my wings and the burger was poorly made and undercooked

great food for a change it was hot and so fresh which definitely makes a massive difference

The driver was friendly and delivered food on time. Everything was in the order and was very hot.

Half the items missing. 2 small gravy’s no corn, one lot of fries missing and one piece of chicken. Bought 2 mayo and only got 1. Also very dried up beans put in lieu of all the other missing items. Absolutely abysmal

My can was warm but food cold far to much Mayo on my burger freezing coleslaw placed on top of my chips stuffed in a small bag so they was soggy and not edible!! Mini fillet was missing from order also

Covering Manager Inaq on tonight’s shift has provided excellent customer service and has gone above and beyond to resolve an issue off the back of a just eat delivery driver who failed to deliver our food. Understandably we were frustrated but Inaq dealt with our complaint in a very calm and professional manner. The issue is still ongoing however we are very impressed with how Inaq has tried his best to make us comfortable and happy for the night until we hear back from Just Eat. Thanks!! There should be many more people like you in the world!!

Won’t be ordering again was someone else’s order took forever for kfc to answer phone then told it was the drivers fault nothing they could do then requested refund to be told they need evidence which by then was more then 24 hour and no we don’t take pictures of all food that comes so could not provide this absolute disgusted both children have eating disorder and kfc was 1 of safe foods that is now lost

26th May 2024 21:00 Young staff behind the counter were messing around, shouting at each other and throwing food at each other - very unprofessional, wasting food and time ! Staff member serving looked so confused when I asked her for a cup holder for 2 loose drinks when I already had a large food bag in one hand. On a plus side for us our order was wrong, but it has extra food in it so not bad for us. Think your staff need check for professionalism.

Been waiting over an hour chicken is dry its that cold chips are soggy not eatable its that bad

We were disappointed and didn't enjoy it as my husband's meal should have contained a spicy burger and mine a plain one. I started to eat mine and realised it was spicy so I couldn't eat it and it was wasted. My husband thought his was bland as it wasn't what he expected. we couldn't swap as I had already took a bite of the spicy one. They were in the wrong bags and there wasn't any markings on the boxes. Every time I order anything from KFC in Wythenshawe they get it wrong.

All of the items were stuffed into one bag (instead of the usual boxes for box meals) meaning the food was squashed and burgers were broken up. Would be better if it was packaged as it usually would.

Can of cold tango placed on top of fries and small popcorn chicken so the can was greasy and food cold. All shoved in a little thin paper bag. Costs way more than it should so sort yourselves out!!

The food was over cooked and dry, rock hard the chicken was! Obviously been sat there all day, not one piece of fresh chicken was in the bucket. Absolutely disgusting £28 for dry hard chicken. And it was cold. And it only came round the corner and was delivered within 15 minutes of ordering.

On both occasions, April 30 and May 7, I purchased a takeaway 20-piece hot wings bucket. Upon reaching home, I discovered that my orders were incomplete. On April 30, the bucket contained only 18 hot wings instead of the expected 20 hot wings. I encountered the same issue of an incomplete order during my visit on May 7. This time, the bucket contained merely 15 hot wings. I understand that mistakes can happen occasionally, but consistent discrepancies in fulfilling orders are unacceptable.

Never again , ordered a salad box , the lettuce was disgusting unedable with black edges and rotting leaves all smothered in sauce hoping to disguise how bad the lettuce was . What ever appetite I had went in the bin with the meal , total waste of money .
