it's was late the cold drinks were hot I paid a lot of money for bad service

delivered it to kfc not my address justveat the app glitched

Waited an hour but that wasn’t down to the delivery driver was the restaurant. Delivery driver came from the restaurant straight to our house which is maximum a 10 minute drive and food was cold and soggy

Food looks bad, chicken is brownish burnt like it was fried in 3months old oil its nowhere near golden colour from the photos, been there first and the last time.

It took 2 hours for the food to arrive, the food was warm and the chips were undercooked. Definitely the worst experience I've had with a takeaway delivery.

The chicken looked and tasted as though it had been left a long time. In banquet meal they didn’t add the popcorn and the delivery driver was down one road then another I had to phone him and direct him so food was cold/luke warm. Very disappointing

Worst experience at KFC in my life. Came back from holiday met up with a few friends and family and all agreed on a KFC. Got the order after waiting a stupid amount of time from a very rude staff member. Got it back to my cousins house only to find it was the wrong order. Took it back and the same member of staff was so rude insisted they didn't get it wrong. Finally they gave us our order for a second time and we checked it in front of the staff member. Guess what. Its still missing 2 items. I only say it had 5 stars for atmosphere because there was am atmosphere.. if you want low grade food and rude staff come here. The short person on the drive through was also really rude.

there were 6 portions of fries missising and it was cold 2 of my children only eat the fries so they didnt eat . i will never get kfc again

Absolutely disgusted, £31 for two meals, so called chips had 8 in each bag and cold, ordered 2 beans and 1 gravy and get 1 beans. Place an absolute joke

Didn’t deliver the food and when you ring the store they tell you the driver has ‘given your food to the wrong person’

Every time I order a drink I never receive it. How hard is it to put a drink with the order and how hard is it for the drivers to check beforehand. It's ridiculous that it consistently happens. I won't be ordering online again

I had recently in the last year left a quit brutal review regarding this KFC. I had to delete it and write a new one as the establishment has done a full circle. The staff are polite. The store is clean. The food is hot and presentable. Nice.

Items missed off order. Rang KFC. Said they couldn’t send out so gave me a voucher code to use in next month to pick up missed items. Won’t be ordering from them again.

Delivery time was spot on & A+ for the driver….the food was luke warm & greasy though…threw in the bin…had a discount voucher so won’t lose any sleep. Thumbs up to the driver 👍🏻 thumbs down to KFC! 👎🏻

Food was cold. Drinks and food in the same bag which I’m assuming made the chips and chicken cold.

Only half the order received never had this problem before first time ordering from kfc and the bit of my order I received was cold it’s the first time ordering from kfc and it turned into a nightmare with one hungry little boy waiting on a kfc that

2 gravy exploded in the bag and all the chips were soggy and covered in the bottom of the bag and the bag then split as I carried it in because the gravy soaked through the bottom

Kfc wythenshaw is good when compared to other kfc's I had in Manchester.

One of the best if not THE best KFC I've ever been in in the Manchester area. The staff are very pleasant

Order was late. It was cold. A whole meal and sides were missing. Shocking that I am not refunded and delivery fee or any more for the 1 meal that did get delivered being freezing cold!

Chicken filet was inedible, it crunched as it was bitten in to before it went in the bin and the lettuce was the centre leaves, minutes leaves.

Nearly forgot my popcorn chicken! Food was nice and staff friendly Genuinely have to check my order every time. At least 1 in 4 times they forget the chips or some chicken. Other than that, it's fine

I ordered the 6 hot wings meal and only got 4 wings, please check the bags before you leave make sure all your food is there that you paid for.

Such a disgrace. This is the third time it happened. We ordered variety bucket and pieces were missing. cant be bothered to drive back all the way just to ask for missing piece but when it happened for third time, decided to put a review to make other customers aware about it. Pathetic customer service. Will never order from here again. One is chorlton is mile better.

Service is good and food is abit hit and miss though! The tables and chairs are not the cleanest.

Othet than the chicken popcorn the foid that arrived had clearly been cooked for some time before delivery and the mini fillets did not smell right on opening and one bite confirmed the chicken was not right. I notified them straight away.

The delivery driver tried to steal our food again. you need to look into this driver. he stops the car,presses delivered then gets back in the car and drives away. I caught it all on my ring doorbell but this time I caught him before he could drive away

My order came warm and was missing a can of Pepsi? The zinger burger only had a bit of sauce on the fries wich were warm had lots of eyes ? Black bits. The chicken was ok but I’m sorry I won’t be ordering again.

Came to KFC last minute as out shopping . First time in ages really lovely friendly staff also food was hot fresh and quick . Lovely staff member who helped my grandson order an icecream on machine then he paid at counter .couldnt fault the service thank you .

Best experience with KFC in a very long time. The food came out ready in less than 5 minutes and it was piping hot, delicious, and filling. The order came with plenty of ketchup and mayo on the side. It was a very pleasant outing with the family. The only complaint I have is that there aren’t enough customers!

Ordered 2 burger 2 fries meal for £10 and got a burger and fries with chicken poppers and gravy this was for 2 people so one had to have just a burger and then my girlfriend had to have chicken poppers and grave with chips
