KFC in Wigan

Food always poor quality burned or overcooked. Had multiple times of ordering chicken and it was ethier filled only half way or half the size of what it should be, terrible taste compared to other kfc branches and now they are not doing popcorn chicken apprently. Wont be back

it was amazing the staffs greeted us with smiles on their face ready to help us. would recommend this place to anyone who’s around the area

I never received any food. And the drivers you are employing are not registered, i will be reporting this to the police, the trading standards.justeat are having people delivering food to people's homes,who are wanted by police

It’s frustrating that some orders were missing, you pay for delivery fee and service charge and the cost of the food is more on delivery than when you buy in the shop. Also I have to reorder the food missing and pay the delivery and service charge again, you end up paying more twice.

Ordered hot wings through drive thru on Thursday 23.01.25 and I’ve been up in the night with severe diarrhoea and stomach cramps. Has anyone else experienced this?

The chicken pieces have been on a warmer for a while which dries it out. Certainly wasn’t freshly cooked. The fries were just say warm. This is the reason why I stopped ordering chicken from KFC and went somewhere else, which I intend to do again!

Not all KFCs are the same. This branch on Rowlands way in Wythenshawe (as opposed to the one in Stockport) has been prompt in delivery and consistently good quality - well done!

Food was freezing cold, tiny pieces of chicken and absolutely horrendous. Paid a fortune for food that went in the bin.

Delivery was very good. Food was not great, which is not the delivery guy's fault. E.g. ordered 6 piece chicken bucket, received 3 drumsticks, 1 wing, 2 side breasts. Food was also cold and selected dips missing.

Absolutely disgusting filth give me a dodgy stomach three times. Avoid this place now give me a stomachache where’s my time with my money on Uber eats? It’s shocking hi cholesterol gives you a bloody diabetes eating this food. All the KFC’s are disgusting and McDonald’s is okay if I was really desperate for food by McDonald’s. It’s more cleaner and it’s more safer to eat. Chicken is absolutely disgusting.

Absolutely fed up of orderig from KFC and there be something missing. It's not even like you can call them and they'll bring it straight to you. £45 we spent and someone still goes hungry. It should be down to Just Eat to make sure the order is complete.

Food looks bad, chicken is brownish burnt like it was fried in 3months old oil its nowhere near golden colour from the photos, been there first and the last time. Edit: went there again and its the same cancer food, re-fried chicken soaked in oil, thats basic cooking skills but what to expect…..

hi today the app shows me that the courier delivered my order at 17:23. It is now 17:46 and I have not received the order yet.

I would strongly suggest to check your collection orders as with my experience KFC has habit of missing one or more items with big orders across their branches. We went to Wythenshawe branch recently and they didn't add wings as part of my order. When I questioned it only then front guy asked the cooking staff to prepare one. How could it be missed by cooking staff and front desk both?

Absolutely furious! I’ve just spent £40 on food that hasn’t been delivered! Why are they employing people that steal. It’s outrageous! I’ve taken this further with the restaurant and also with “just eat”. Myself, my husband and our 2 children were all in the house. No ring of door bell, not with any neighbours either. So the scruffy delivery driver has had off with my £40 order! Not happy, not happy at all!!!!!!

Order never turned up even after getting a phone call to say they had run out of chicken on the bone, and agreeing to put extra wings in there instead, when phoned back to see where my order was 40 minutes later to be told doesn’t know what happened did not off to replace anything and told me to go through just eat to get a refund

I was given an ETA of 20 mins or so and the food arrived almost 2 hours after ordering. when the food arrived it was cold and there portion of gravy was only half-filled.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent KFC delivery. While the delivery was punctual, the food was far below standard. The chicken was overcooked and lacked any real flavor, the fries were cold and soggy, and the corn tasted strange. It felt like no care went into preparing the meal, which is unacceptable considering the cost. Punctual delivery doesn’t make up for such poorly prepared food. I won’t be ordering from KFC again.

The chicken looked and tasted as though it had been left a long time. In banquet meal they didn’t add the popcorn and the delivery driver was down one road then another I had to phone him and direct him so food was cold/luke warm. Very disappointing

there were 6 portions of fries missising and it was cold 2 of my children only eat the fries so they didnt eat . i will never get kfc again

Worst experience at KFC in my life. Came back from holiday met up with a few friends and family and all agreed on a KFC. Got the order after waiting a stupid amount of time from a very rude staff member. Got it back to my cousins house only to find it was the wrong order. Took it back and the same member of staff was so rude insisted they didn't get it wrong. Finally they gave us our order for a second time and we checked it in front of the staff member. Guess what. Its still missing 2 items. I only say it had 5 stars for atmosphere because there was am atmosphere.. if you want low grade food and rude staff come here. The short person on the drive through was also really rude.

I had recently in the last year left a quit brutal review regarding this KFC. I had to delete it and write a new one as the establishment has done a full circle. The staff are polite. The store is clean. The food is hot and presentable. Nice.

Items missed off order. Rang KFC. Said they couldn’t send out so gave me a voucher code to use in next month to pick up missed items. Won’t be ordering from them again.

Delivery time was spot on & A+ for the driver….the food was luke warm & greasy though…threw in the bin…had a discount voucher so won’t lose any sleep. Thumbs up to the driver 👍🏻 thumbs down to KFC! 👎🏻
