great service a good KFC !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Super fast service with proper cooked food,

got no fries with both meals unhappy

Usual Colonels fayre served up quickly and efficiently.

Cooked to perfection today. I live literally a few metres from KFC Pemberton, but always go to or order from Robin park KFC.

Chicken all dried up and hard , was it last nights

Not really fast. Had to park up 10 mins. Got home and items were missing, the 3 piece chicken meal we did get was mostly bones. Remembered why I stopped having KFC

To the absolute menace(s) in the kitchen; all of the pieces in one of our pots of chilli buffalo bites were pre-bitten, and put us off entirely. Disgusting.

Delivery driver was stopped at another place for 15 minutes and then by the time he got to my house and decided to get out of his car and actually deliver the food, it was ice cold. Will not be ordering from KFC again and I wish you could review drivers personally.

The delivery driver was rude and I have him the number of 69 and he said it wasn’t right as it was 4 numbers so I said 0069 and he was sharp with me and sarcastic

Food cold and squashed wasn’t edible at all i messaged just eat to once against get fobbed off with nothing 3 grocery orders in past 3 months that never even turned up and no refund I will not use yourselfs or just eat again it’s beyond a joke now

Always a drive thru customer. Thanks to its through-put volume have always found the kfc here to be fresh and hot. 👍

Last two times we have been in the food has been amazing the staff are so nice Chloe is so sweet and made sure everything was good

Had to ring KFC and the food was ready with the driver at 3.21pm and was only delivered to my house at 16.05pm.

The delivery time kept getting pushed back then the driver turned up on a push bike and the food was cold,not even warm it was cold.

Forgot stuff from the order as per usual and put the wrong sauce on the burger

Ordered food. Ask for beans. Gets to window. Ask the guy if the beans are in the bag. Guy says yes. Drive home. Have gravy instead of beans 👌 thanks for that.

Chips soggy, main just warm,air fryer needed before eating

The food tasted alright although nearly all of the sides I bought were missing so that was waste of money. Overall it wasn’t bad, just won’t be ordering from here again.

Not the fastest of deliveries and food was cold once it got here as if the chicken had been left on the side for ages. Chips were sweaty/wet. Never ordering KFC from just eat again, food just gets left on the side

They forgot my sprite that came with my meal

A few years ago the inside of the kfc was dirty and wasnt being cleaned enough, with the floors being sticky and rubbish scattared around. Now with the change of staff it is very clean and i dont see any hygeine issues at all. Very clean and friendly staff.

Was never delivered. Estimated delivery time kept increasing. After 2 Hours of "Courier waiting at Restaurant" the app told me it had been delivered. Can only assume the delivery driver is sat somewhere eating my food.

Delivered in good time but gravy had been packed badly gravy over everything and made everything soggy and unenjoyable

Technology changing the way we get served. Went to the front only to find we had to order from a board now, well I’m of the pen and paper generation. A young man called Callum, very patiently and politely talked us through our order, made what could have been an ordeal very simple. I’m 60 and won’t hesitate to go in again now (and try and order myself). Well done young man, KFC are lucky to have you working for them

OMG I will never be the same went through me like nothing. I had to put a toilet roll in the fridge it was that bad.

The food was cold, delivery was late - very disappointed.

Went in before going to cinema, staff were friendly and helpful. Food was 5 to 10 minutes wait which I thought was quick at peak lunch time. Some good deals on the kfc app currently got a 4 piece adults meal and kids meal for under £12

Have been ordering KFC roughly once a week for years. Have never had an order quite as bad as the one I placed from here. There was literally no chicken in my entire order… just deep fried bones in a bucket… DISGUSTING 🤮

The morons that work there managed to miss putting the mighty bucket for one in the bag which is amazing given it was the biggest item on the order. Illiteracy obviously a requirement of employment at KFC

Usually order a box meal but swap the fries for rice. The new order points have more personality than the majority of the staff, but they don't allow this customisation. They also don't apply BLC discount correctly. Knowing this I went to the counter to order. Was told I need to go and order at the screen, press cash, then come back to the counter for someone to edit the order. Waste of everyone's time, when I'm stood in front of a till, talking to the person who would have to type the order in anyway. What sort of workshy practise is this? Ordered elsewhere. Won't go back.

my order came very late and cold

Clean, staff polite and friendly.

Everything was stone cold and chicken was rock hard tasted like eating a brick. Think I had one bite of the chicken and threw it all away.

Driver turned up late blaming issues with phone and traffic. But tracked him go the wrong way up roads twice.

Bucket contained only thighs which were dry, and order was missing 1.5litre drink. Just eat were very good and refunded the drink immediately.

Nice place to eat but the food quality was below average. I never tried pigeon wings before lol or maybe they were from skinny chickens

Food ordered aprx 12:45 - original delivery estimated at 13:15-20 - delivered 14.01 - driver was noted at the location for over 30 minutes - Food arrived cold. Driver was a cool guy though.

The children like it but the chips were almost cold

took nearly 2 hours to get fast food and once it got here every part of the meal was cold like it had been sat waiting for an hour. had to heat most things in the airfryer. Absolutely terrible service, was blamed on not having a driving, also the weather and traffic but that was not an issue in the area at the time.

the delivery driver called to say he couldn't find our home and then lied to me three times to say it was delivered. Also this is the third time they've forgotten most of my order.
