They ALWAYS forget part of your order.

Went to counter to order, was told I had to order using a screen, staff all stood there but did not offer to serve, I said I was paying cash, was told don't worry to choose that option on the screen, very impersonal service, not everyone is able to use the screens and like to speak to human beings and order their food face to face, when I went to pay the lady who served me was lovely, I expressed my disbelief on why I had to choose my food by ordering on a screen, KFC you need to sort yourselves out, this disconnect from customers is awful, and non inclusive, some older people may not be able to use your screens and will be left feeling excluded by this use of technology, I get it as an option but the customer should be able to choose not be told to order in this way,

Absolute joke, rang up to ask if ice creams were on we was told they was running until 12, got there at 11pm and was turned away because they had “turned it off” wasted 20 minutes worth of fuel to get there, to be told it waw turned off. Terrible service

The food was good. Although delivered a bit too fast(within less than 5 minutes of placing the order, which asks the question if it was kept in hot hold)

better going out for meal for the prices they charge.

What a fantastic place Robin park is now keeping up with the time love new k f c they got we have the very old one in skelmersdale it stuck out of the way it hard to get to.but what a place Wigan is now.

Food was fine but the drive through on 24/9/23 at around 9pm server was extremely rude, and seemed to think she was above having a complaint leveled against her. Practically threw the food the the window and when asked for a receipt responded with sarcasm that wasn't needed. Won't visit there again anytime soon. Update, subsequent visit has confirmed I won't be going back again, no interest in customer service, just a rude, rapid fire process.

Matchday so great atmosphere, food always good here.

Went through the drive thru, still perplexed why the have stopped putting sala on the zinger tower. For me it's not the same.

food was almost cold by the time it was delivered. app said 6pm delivery but each time I checked the delivery time increased.

Rude staff .poor service staff rude one of them set on the casher table and ignore the customer. Rubish service.

I’m so disappointed again. The chicken was stale, and I didn’t get my drink - I wouldn’t mind but there were around 6 staff chatting and I still didn’t get my full order.

One of burgers in box meal was so overcooked that it was like biting into rubber, couldn't eat it because it was horrid and the chicken wings was missing.

Ordered two BBQ box meals. Chips full of salt changed them no problem, but they were covered in oil.you need to ask if you need seasoned fries. The coating on the chicken was overcooked very chewy not crispy. KFC is one of my favourites fast food restaurants, but not this time it was terrible.most of it was uneatable. came hungry left hungry.

did not receive the full order. only arrived with 8 pieces of chicken when ordered 12 pieces. didn't receive the extra beans or popcorn chicken we'd ordered either

the food was cold and this is the second time we have ordered through you for kfc. Take aways are not cheap these days and for a company as big as just eat you need to do better for your clients.

I ordered a bucket meal with 4 piece chicken meal. I got 4 chicken legs, and they were so greasy and cold I couldn't eat them. Called 4 times and no answer. Disgraceful.

The quality control seems off. This is the second rice box without bean salad and sauce. Also this rice box had significant chicken strips: the previous box had limited chicken. All very odd .

Our first KFC in 35 years! Weren't disappointed. Easy access, really rapid and friendly service by lovely team. And the chicken was delicious!

I never got the delivery, it say on the order that it was delivered but it never did. Someone took food for £50 and no one know where it went this is just unbelievable.

Didn’t even deliver the food after waiting ages and no sign of a refund for the food that didn’t show up !!!

i was missing a bottled drink which was on my receipt on the food that was delivered.

i had to collect my order as they didn’t deliver it. i rang up twice to see where my order was. they brought me a burger king when i ordered kfc

I have dined in a number of times at this kfc. Staff seemed efficient. Tables are kept clean, and I've had no issues with the food. I'm a breast man myself but the other pieces are good too. In line with everywhere it seems, prices have risen. But again, that's the kfc chain as a whole.

wrong order received. given a code to get my order in store when next in the area and left with someone else's order that half of it we would never choose.

We were a gravy short. I paid an extra 2.99 for an extra large gravy.

Complaint Upon attending the office, the driver, who had been asked to deliver food to the front office contact a member of our staff team (not my number as provided). He was informed that food needed to be delivered to the front door as our rear door is locked. The driver initially refused to take the food to the requested location, as per the instructions provided. Not only did the driver fail to follow instruction but he was also quite rude to one of our staff members. This is completely unacceptable.

ordered a 2 piece of chicken and was only sent 1 piece.
