KFC in Hounslow

applaud by service in KFC Chiswick. Firstly served stone cold chips, told the girl behind the counter, surely she knew how long they had been sitting there as the shop was quite. She cooked some more, I couldn’t believe it. She only gave me one hot portion and one cold one back, but she was cunning, she put the cold one underneath so I didnt realise until I got home. This person should not be serving food to people and deliberately trying to piss the customer off!!! I really hope head office read this..

First of all this a year long review 2022-23 Staff are racist, dirty, if you pay with a big bill they dont give you a receipt and they steal tge money. Food quality is shocking mould and old smells everywhere. Noone speaks english so almost every order is wrong

Dreadful service from the staff here and even the manager didn't respond at all to my complaint. Just stood there in silence. Food hit & miss & that's if they get your order correct. Does not appear very clean abd staff do not seem to follow basic hygiene rules, fingers touching your food. On my last visit I cancelled order due to shocking service & my fears around their unhygienic practices. Have also made a formal complaint to their head office Avoid at all costs

Great food but shame they don’t insist on customers wearing a mask - illegal - and when I mentioned it a customer gave me a mouthful !

This place three times on the trot half food is missing they won’t answer the phone to complain told the delivery driver he said it’s always like this food is crap it’s not the way KFC used to be

kfc 3 Royal leisure park This is the worst kfc I have ever tasted the food tastes old. Which is weird because they have a steady stream of people, so my only thought is they cook lots of it and then it sits there for 2 + hours I just ordered chicken and really is that bad, the crispy is not there and it’s barely warm, the fries soggy as you can see by the picture. The Pepsi or whatever you call it is so watered down one sip reminds you of rain water.

Absolutely drives me mad ! I order thru uber but there are always items missing from the menu choice either the chips or the drink if you ring in advance to beg them please get the order right please read the notes ect ..they just day yeh yeh yeh and hang up ....half hour later food arrives again items missing ..I ring them . They apologise and say they are busy and that's all they can do ...then hang up disgusting attitude.DONT WORK THERE IF YOU CANT DO THE JOB YOU HAVE BEEN TRAINED TO DO!! ITS US THE CONSUMER THAT SUFFERS !!

Wow to the lovely staff . food made with care and not thrown together. Very polite staff and friendly . My sandwich I must admit was the best from any other branch.this one I really enjoyed especially after many bad experiences with the putney and Hammersmith branch .

This is not the first time, but definitely the last. The service is horrible. They fall over each other and usually stand around as if they do not I ow what to do.

Came here at 10.45pm on Sunday evening and there was just 1 other customer present. Member of staff at till was inputting something and ignored me completely for almost 5 minutes. Another staff member appeared saying would take my order then disappeared again. I politely asked if we going to get any service and the man at till just mumbled something that I could barely hear. Have had issues with service here before and contacted head office who said would be addressed but it has got even worse. I cannot recommend this take away at all.

Rated poor, not terrible, because at the end of the day it is still a KFC and give or take the food is the same everywhere. However as a branch it is terrible. I've been twice now. Two boneless banquets. Arguably the most mundane choice on the menu. Put the various components in the box and say 'enjoy your meal' - what can go wrong? First visit: no popcorn chicken. Second visit: no dip. Both visits: Heinous wait time. The service is shoddy and slow. There was enough staff but two members, especially the guy in charge, didn't care at all - once my food was eventually ready he obliviously continued to stare at his phone/device until the lady intervened. Despite being seemingly ordered around by the two guys, she was in fact the best employee of the trio and only one who seemed remotely interested in processing ordered as quickly as realistically possible.

Three things in life are certain - taxes, death, and having to wait half an hour for your food in this KFC. You might as well buy an egg, wait for it to hatch and the chicken to grow to full size, before making your own fried chicken, because it will probably be quicker and much cheaper. Don't go here if you've got to be somewhere anytime soon after, you won't make it. Apart from that, the food is alright but I've had far better KFCs in my lifetime.

The main problem with this KFC occurs in the last few hours of trading every night, as they do not follow KFC rules which requires them to stop cooking chicken 30 minutes before closing. Some KFC stores extend this to 40 minutes before closing, but at this pathetic KFC store they stop 2 hours before closing. You can understand if their trading is slow and they don't want to be stuck with too much leftover chicken, however it's actually the opposite - they are inundated with customers in the last 2 hours of trading every night, always disappointed that they have only bits and pieces left or sometimes nothing at all. They are unreliable. I have complained to KFC head office time and time again, who have now given up entirely on trying to fix this store and now just offer you vouchers in compensation. I guess it shows how bad management is in the UK for KFC generally as this type of ongoing embarassment on the KFC name would never occur in the USA.

It had very disgusting food and the workers were racist and one of the staff was disrespectful to my boyfriend who is a dwarf and has rickets. I can safely say I will never visit this branch again. P.s. the bbq sauce was alright though.

Fui aquí mientras me hospedaba en el Best Western cercano, pero terminé caminando.Había solo 2 personas frente a mí cuando entré, sin embargo, eran tan lentos en el servicio que permanecí allí casi 15 minutos antes de que llegara mi turno.Justo cuando estaba a punto de ordenar que alguien más viniera de afuera y el asistente los atendió en lugar de a mí, a pesar de que él me había visto parado allí por algún tiempo.Nunca he visto a nadie en un restaurante tan incompetente y carente de habilidades básicas de servicio como los 2 asistentes que estuvieron esa noche.En ese momento dejé el restaurante y no volveré!

Trabajando en un sitio de construcción y obtener un descanso de media hora en uno fuimos a Kfc en Chiswick High Rd. Después de 10 minutos de cola y la observación del trabajador uno muy concurrido desbordado tratando impotente para servir kfc una docena de personas en su propio me informó que no iría la pechuga de pollo por 15 minutos. Añadir que a dos de los refrescos no funciona sin duda no regresaré a menos que llevar mi propio pollo. Pésimo servicio. . . . . .

Yo no voy a KFC por bastante tiempo, pero nada ha cambiado: ácidos grasos con un montón de huesos de pollo y poco para comer. Ahora seamos sinceros: este se supone que es una comida rápida, no es un restaurante de 4 estrellas, así que en este sentido, se hace el truco y creo que uno no debe quejarse demasiado: obtienes lo que pagas. . .

Pensamos tomar un sucio burger en el camino de vuelta a nuestro hotel, por desgracia en todos los demás lugares de comida estaban cerrados en Chiswick High Road. Esperamos 25 minutos para ser servido y terminamos caminando de distancia. Delante de nosotros estaban dos hombres bastante borrachos que parecía haber estado esperando bastante tiempo. El personal era muy desagradable a los hombres y luego les dijeron que si no te gusta el servicio "luego está la puerta". Los hombres obviamente no como esta grosería y todo. Si vas a tener una tienda de pollo abierto tarde en la noche y luego entrenar a su personal en cómo tratar con gente!

There is no sitting area in the KFC so it is just buy and taking away service. Just if you are in the hurry

It filled the need I had at the time after being out drinking but like most fast foods it is never special. The cost was cheap and very close tot he hotel I was staying in

Hier gibt es beispielsweise keine scharfen Hähnchenteile wie bei uns in Deutschland aber dafür super leckere Boxen mit Salat. Der Service war Top, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit bei der Auswahl und extreme schnell! Könnte sich so mancher Laden hier ein paar Scheiben abschneiden!

Ate thre few times fast friendly service easy to find cooked very well fries and chicken had bucket not long waiting time very popular and a very good location.

Confieso que a veces hago KFC. Yo los he comido en 4 continentes y docenas de ciudades y aeropuertos. No hace mal, a ralentí. Y son generalmente bien. Nada especial. Pero...hay algo especial acerca de este en este suburbio del oeste de Londres, tranquila más allá de Hammersmith y Chiswick antes realmente comienza.

Whilst staying in an excellent hotel nearby, I though I would get a quick bite for my evening meal and saw this KFC, unfortunately. I ordered a bucket for one person, the person took my money and mumbled something, which I didn't catch. After waiting quite a while, with a draughty door that wasn't self closing, I asked how much longer and he said I told you it would be 10 minutes, which had certainly long gone, judging by the amount of people coming in and out to enquire if their food was ready.They had completely run our of cooked chicken! Eventually after long draughty wait, it was dumped in a bag and handed over, not a bucket as advertised, which would have been easier to eat out of as I was in the Hotel. I had to go back and ask for the dip that was supposed to be included, he said you didn't ask for one.Whilst waiting I saw chips being attempted to be placed in a rediculously small bag helped in by hand. I haven't been in a KFC for some time after getting very poor food from another London outlet and this experience will put me off visiting again. obviously a very poorly managed outlet!

You don't to worry what to eat even you are out of your home town because a U.S. operated restaurant is here for you.

Um ein schnelles Essen zu bekommen, ist der KFC Bunker gegenüber dem Best Western ein gelungener Laden. Freundlicher Service mit Geduld für nicht entscheidungswillige Kinder :). Einzig die zugige Tür könnte repariert werden.

Типичное сетевое заведение быстрого питания. Низкие цены, быстрое обслуживание. Из минусов назвал бы то, что заведение не блистает чистотой. В целом не самые хороший вариант.

Now I know fried food is bad for you, but we all love a bit o fried chicken now and then.This place however gives you the excuse and willpower needed to stay away from the extreme calories!!!The staff are in their own world and obviously have not gone through customer service training. They are not rude, they just need some life and attentiveness roused into them.The chefs (station managers) manage to perfect the art of destroying what should be chicken and chips. I couldn't actually eat the chips to being so soggy.Oh well, here is to a healthier eating habits in this neck of the woods from now!! My arteries will at least thank me
