Food always good, customer service very unpleasant alwas from one female waitress.Is she there as a punishment ? I feel unwelcome as I stepped in. Strange look ,no hello,grumpy face, she give no attention when We try to order ,looking up in the air, she needs basic training. Dear owner this is not good for your business.By the way ,please pay attention how you staff is dressed to serve food, simple shirts or aprons will do insted of flashing bits out.

I came down to man vs food for the first time today. I had the pleasure of being served by April and Percy who were extremely hospitable and friendly. I would definitely recommend man vs food to anyone who has not been and I will definitely be coming back for one of the challenges !!

The Buffalo wings are extremely salty and the pork rib is so dry and burnt. Definitely not worth the price. Not ordering again. 👎

This place used to be good, no longer the case. Was dirty in there flies hovering over my food and one if the workers decided to start cleaning up around us as we sat down, the waiter serving was sneezing every other minute and should not have been near anyone. The food was dry and 0 effort had been put into it the best thing about this restaurant was leaving it

It's the fourth time I've come to this restaurant and it never disappoints me. Yesterday I went to the restaurant with my uncle and my little cousins, the kids ordered the "JR BURGER" and my uncle and I ordered 4 buffalo wings as a starter. Half barbecue and half Frank's red hot, the hot wings are delicious, it's a spicy that is not so invasive and you can feel the flavor perfectly. Then, as a side we ordered the "buffalo fries" which in my opinion are one of the best potatoes I've ever tried, and I love them because they have small pieces of fried chicken, they have been very creative in that aspect. And for burgers, my uncle ordered the "juicy Lucy" and I ordered the "Krispy kreme". We fell in love with burgers, melted cheese, caramelized onions... all. And the service is very good, we were attended by a guy called James, very nice, attentive and polite, he always made sure that we did not lack anything. The price is very good, not only for the food but also for the service. Totally worth it An unforgettable experience and I am proud of it James, if you see this, I just have to say thank you so much for bringing a smile to our faces.

I am not impressed with the customer service. Staff eating and drinking, they don't great you when you enter, but they start telling you what's not available from the menu. Funnily enough, when you pay service charge and they don't even bother, come to your table to take the order. The food is really average looking at the competitors. Sorry, but this is my true opinion... you will need to level up your customer service if you want business

The food is great and watching people do challenges is a hilarious experience. They have a separate room which is good for a party of 15, I'd recommend that. The prices are okay but the service wasn't great, for a Saturday they only had 1 waiter dealing with everyone. But the juicy Lucy and Krispy Kreme burger did not disappoint. Everything tasted great and I'd go again.

Hmm, well well well…. Went here for my birthday Got the hype from the TV thinking it was okay going to be the same or better it was slightly similar but without the thrill when I had the ordeal! The beef ribs were okay but tasted like TGI food The wings/butger was okay could have been better. Typical of Just Eat to not post a negative review so I will post on here instead Ordered the Juicy Lucy burger and it was seriously over seasoned with pepper making it wayyy too spicy and not pleasant to eat Says Molten cheese inside but there was none at all Thought they would use proper bacon and not the same cheap cr@p that you get in a McDonald’s bacon and egg McMuffin Asked for no lettuce but wanted tomato and they literally put 1 tiny slice of tomato in My 10yr old son complained that the hotdog roll was stale and hard, I thought he was just being fussy but no, I tried it and it was stale and hard and incredibly dry both the roll and the hotdog itself Most other restaurants like this usually give you little pots of sauce whether you order them or not but not this place You need to sort out the amount of pepper you add to your burgers as they are far too peppery and spicy

a 12.5 percent service charge is bloody diabolical. The service was subpar and the server only came to our table for food, nothing extra, so I'm not sure why I'm paying a service charge that you only get to know about after you pay it... Sad the man Vs food Hounslow closed down, this place is way worse and food portions are a lot smaller.

Love a bit of fried chicken and this place offers a lot of it in different ways! Came for my friend's birthday and she loved her burger and the beverages too. Good place to go if you fancy a bit of (or a lot of as portions are massive!) American grub. Staff were fab and we enjoyed our meal here. Would recommend.

Tried for the first time and pleasantly surprised. Cheese and Chicken Burgers from Lunch menu were delicious. Joined the loyalty program as well and surely will visit again. Limited space for parking but Tesco Extra is close by.

Second time I’ve visited this restaurant, last time being a few years back now. When I initially visited I found the food to be awesome so decided to try again. Service: booked a table for 2 on the phone for Friday evening (same day booking) and they had tables, on arrival we were seated promptly, it wasn’t packed so that was great. We were served quickly and the waiter was very friendly. Food: the concept is great however unfortunately I didn’t enjoy the food as much as I did last time, I ordered the same as last time as well. The loaded nachos were actually nice, the wings were a bit dry inside and the burger wasn’t great either. Environment: it wasn’t too busy but not empty was was pretty chilled. Accessibility: there parking outside although very limited, was lucky enough to find a spot. It’s was a fun experience but may give it a while before going back.

Over priced and over rated food.

This place is incredible. I've had several meals here and each has been brilliant. The chicken and waffles are a must. The Krispy creme burger is also a major highlight. The brontosaurus steak is so good, especially for sharing. We got it medium and much of it was medium rare or rare due to the sheer size of the cut. This worked out as planned for us because we wanted that variety to share. I'm past my peak so I haven't done any of the challenges. But with prizes of up to £350 it's still tempting. Great place.

Food had not changed in like 5 years or so, over priced, not enough sharing platter options, renovated the place but not a ambient atmosphere, more dark and dreary, that was during the day, used to offer 1/2 stack of lamb ribs, but since they've gone to a full rack of ribs, it's not the same, I've told them about this already, but they not willing to change back.

The prices are on the high side. But it is good value for money once you are in. The lady serving us was really nice and friendly. The food really was delicious. I couldn't fault the service or the atmosphere.

We had dinner here on a weekday and it was moderately busy. The furnishings clearly follow the concept and are funny to us, you just have to like them. The pork spareribs were a poem, really extremely tasty. The kids had burgers and they tasted really good too. Food really great!

7 of us had lunch there yesterday (29/02) Unfortunately due to the painfully slow service we received meant 3 of our group had to return back to work before even getting their order taken. For the 4 of us that stayed it took 45 minutes to get a drink and nearly an hour for the food to arrive which is too long. It was clear from the off the one member of staff was struggling to keep on top of things as they just had too much to deal with on their own. Trying to juggle another large table and constantly prioritising the Uber Eats delivery guys over us. When we finally were able to place our order the staff member then left half way through taking it, leaving 3 of us without placing an order, the staff member then didn't return for another 15 minutes by which time we were nearly 45 minutes into the ordeal and 3 of us had to leave. Food was ok when it finally arrived, but the 4 of us that remained had to rush it down to get back to work. A really disappointing experience and will put me off going back for lunch there again. The fact that we weren't even offered the drinks on the house for the whole debacle was poor customer service, our whole experience was ruined by the fact 3 of us had to go back to work and the amount of time we had to wait.

When our food arrived we began eating and I noticed in my salad that they had not washed it. I knew this because stuck to a piece of the cabbage was the barcode label. I bought this to her attention and she ignored me and went and made drinks before returning and very half heartedly offered a new salad of course I declined. Why would I want another unwashed salad?? To make it worse she didn’t even offer to remove an item from our bill and made no effort to apologise. Safe to say we won’t be returning here after such horrendous service. It cost nothing to show manners and maybe if your unable to show a bit of enthusiasm then serving people is not the job for you especially when it is the staff that are serving sub standard food!!

I've eaten here a few times and it's always been good, however went for lunch today with a young person I work with and had a terrible time. Although the food was still good, the service let the whole experience down. Upon arriving we waited a few minutes for someone to come and greet us, this didn't happen so we went and sat at an empty table, as soon as we did this the server came over and sarcastically stated "a table for two". She gave us menus and asked us to order at the till when we were ready, which we did. We we're looking at the challenge menu and the server came and took the menus away from us, we were both shocked so when she walked back past us I told her we were looking at the menu, and asked for it back, to which she showed a clear irritation. There was an influx of kids presumably on their lunch breaks. Instead of dealing with them she priorised cleaning the tables and left them waiting to order. She could see them waiting but clearly didn't care. When she finally did get round to serving them I heard her say WHAT on several occasions when she wasn't sure of the order. No can you repeat that, or sorry can you tell me again what that was. Just outright rude. Super unprofessional, this would be my reason to never return to the isleworth branch. No hello, no courtesy check, no good bye, no manners!!! It was clear she wanted to be anywhere but there. Complete disappointment

We came here for my partners birthday for dinner. The place needs a thorough clean and could do with an uplift as it's looking dated with the laminate on the tables peeling and being held on with tape which i dont think os food safe nor hygenic with the amount of crud between it all. Tje neon lights are not saving it anymore. When we arrived there was a group of 10 lads on the center table and 3 groups of 2 diners down the side aswell as a a couple on the center high table. We sat at the 4seater table and my partner went to place our order and paid at the same time. Needless to say our wait of 40mins for 4 chicken wings, mac and cheese and 2 burgers was ridiculous. I asked a couple times how long we will be waiting and was repeatedly told they had online orders to do also. Why they don't turn off the online orders at times they are busy and unable to maintain wait times I don't know? Then we saw another table that arrived 10mins after us received their order before us, which I was not best pleased about having been made to wait have online orders prioritised. Our food came staggered, so we were unable to enjoy our meal together, and when my partners burger came out, the beef patties looked like it had been chewed up, spat out, and put back together again. We flagged this with the staff who were happy to redo it as it was bad but it would be another 20 minutes' wait, so we waited. All in all a poor experience and won't be rushing to go back again.

Milkshakes were fab My own fault for getting ribs and wings n chips delivered,luke warm is never a joy, especially when spending nearly 80 quid,and the Kids Burger was nowhere near to 5Guys Would be marking lower,but for the thought that I'm guessing it would have been better eating in. LESSON LEARNED,don't bother being a lazy farker like everyone else,we will only get fatter and poorer sitting in doors.

Not great, the Krispy Kreme burger does not taste good at all, the combination is just plain weird. The chicken on the waffles was dry and overcooked to. Overall food was OK but nor worth it. The other thing which irks me a bit Is the prices on my receipt were all about 2 pounds higher than on the online menu even though I ordered via telephone and picked up myself. If prices have gone up then please update your menu

Krispy cream burger was the best combination of sweet and savoury. The chicken wings with the blue cheese dip was delicious! And the cocktail was reasonably priced

Nice long table for all my friends, 12 of us, we just came from a basketball session, we were rowdy and the staff didnt mind. Food was tasty and piping hot. Tenders were crispy outside and soft inside. We were served by Percy, he was attentive and served 12 of us plus 6 more guests swiftly. Nice place to grab comfort food type meal.

All gimmick but nothing special about food.

Sadly very disappointing, ordered the Krispy Kreme Burger on delivery, the bun came completely soaked through and so unable to eat properly, burger very dry and bland, and chips very soggy and cold. Such a shame as been wanting to eat here since it opened but wouldn’t recommend to eat from Delivery.

I was never disrespectful to any staff and did not shout once and if this was the case why did no one ever mention any disrespect when I was in the restaurant, it’s funny how now I leave criticism you have to make up lies about being a bad customer even though this was never mentioned to me when there & I treated staff with respect as I would in any establishment, instead of replying telling me I should learn basic manners you should learn that lying is not okay

I've been eating here for just over a year and I absolutely love the environment! 10/10 Food and 10/10 vibes and atmosphere. Even if you're a picky eater you could probably find something to your taste here. Another great thing about this place is its kid friendliness. I usually bring my younger brother who loves the food and is fascinated by the food challenges. If you're looking for a good weekend out with good food, music, friendly staff, tasty cocktails, and entertaining food challenges, you should stop by. 👀

Firstly the food minus the wings was inedible asked for a medium rare and received a burnt steak in its place to which I then had to return and wait another 15 for a steak that wasn’t cooked to my asking again the Mac and cheese was terrible and it was freezing to the point we’re I couldn’t take my coat of the waiters were nice and very polite but the food and price for what was served up was poor would rank it no stars if I could but the one was for the wings they was proper

Absolutely terrible service. Food took over two hours to arrive. Rang to ask where my daughter's food was. Restaurant denied all knowledge of receiving my order. Blamed uber eats for their delivery. Not Uber Eats issue but man vs food. Food arrived cold and inedible.

Myself and 19 colleagues from visited MVF Syon Lane 21 September 2023 for my leaving lunch the whole experience was an absolute shambles. Although we told them we were coming by booking and paying a deposit and with no other customers in the restaurant we had to wait almost an hour just to get drinks there was two waitresses on duty and one chef and we had no apology or kept updated when our orders would arrive. We then received drinks we had not ordered and could not return them because the waitress Gaia said 'well somebody must have ordered' and we had to pay for them, this isnt the first time this has happened in this particular branch so I think this is a bit of a con, the whole service was diabolical which is a real shame as regular customers we have not experienced this ever before. When we came to pay we were told that the £100 deposit I had paid could not be taken off the bill as we were all paying separate what kind of place is this? Im sure this isn’t the first time this has happened? So I then had to pay for the whole bill of £252.50 myself and retrieve the money from my colleagues individually. To make things worse when I got back to work Gaia called me to say they didn’t charge me for some apparent extra food they forgot to charge for totalling £17.90 which has now been taken off my card she did ask if I could return to the restaurant and sort this out but there was a storm that night and I wasn’t walking back to MVF and getting drenched and besides it was there mistake not mine. There was no food that hadn’t been paid for everyone crossed off the bill what they had and all numbers added up perfectly so where is this £17.90 coming from? This is a con and I think your staff are trying it on. The £17.90 amount has now been taken off my card as an unauthorised transaction which I have been onto my bank who are in the process of refunding me. I called MVF and spoke to Gaia who was as rude as she was in the restaurant and told me to email the management with my complaint and and she put the phone down. I emailed the management but surprise got no response. So as promised here is my zero star review of your restaurant and customer service. Its a shame as we used to come here about once a month for a treat and never had this kind of experience before but there was different staff on those occasions

I used to order in this restaurant but it’s the first time I literally don’t taste anything the waffles are overcooked ( hard and dry!) the chickens is ok but no taste other than the taste of burn . When it come to the fries what is it ? I can’t even eat them it’s just as a nasty taste,the chicken and chips one are 100 better . What is going one ? I don’t recognise anything I used to order in this restaurant…. I should’ve order it …waste of money …

Taste is banging but, small portions for normal size people. I had to order 2 portions and large chips just to feel full and yet I left hungry.

The food was great in every way, so was the service. Big portions which I do enjoy and a great variety. Just wish they were a bit closer to me. Definitely recommend

As I have been before, I thought I knew what to expect, boy, was we pleasantly surprised. The food was amazing, I had a steak 😋 which was seasoned to perfection 🥰 I like a salad with my meal and that was a meal by itself. I was so full that I took a doggy bag and had to take my dessert to go. I will be returning 🤗 Side note my server was new and was so attentive. Thank you 😊

Excellent service, tasty food and humongous portions. The wings are super crispy fried and very tasty. The Nashville Hot Chicken burger is the size of my head, and so delicious.

Not what I'd been expecting: Took them ages to make the food which gave me plenty of time to look around and watch the chefs in action. The prices suggest that the burgers are going to be hand made and marinated on site using good ingredients and that the fries will be hand-cut and triple cooked for crispiness. Having spent 35mins watching the kitchen staff go about their business I can tell you that this isn't the case. The "chefs" are cooks, the burgers are fairly big but don't quite justify the prices, and the chips come straight from the freezer. when I mentioned the frozen chips to the manager he confirmed that they were, but that the portion sizes make up for it. The portion sizes didn't make up for it. I know that they'll have to pay for the rights to use the MvF branding which puts the prices up, but I left feeling as though I'd been a bit ripped off tbh and won't be going back. Do yourself a favour and go over the bridge to Isleworth Kebab, they aren't gourmet by any means - but at least they don't pretend to be.

Great atmosphere, however, I couldn't believe that my milkshake has ONE single, Ferraro Rocher that hadn't been blended into my drink. How it was supposed to fit through my straw is beyond me!! And no, the rest of the drink didn't contain any other blended rochers in it. It was creamy milky.

I’ve been here before but never reviewed, first time I came it was lovely food, same again this time, their steak was beautifully cooked and the bbq sauce is delicious, beef ribs were juicy and soft and again the bbq sauce was lovely. The food is halal which is great. Service this time around wasn’t as good, there was no one to take our order for almost an hour.
