Copper Cow in Hounslow

We visited this bar/restaurant as a group of 6 people to meet with family visiting from abroad (and celebrate a birthday). We'd never been before and not familiar with the area but we were made to feel so welcome by Alfie and all the regular customers, including everyone joining in to sing happy birthday! The food was really lovely and freshly prepared (compliments to the chef!) and overall very good value for money. The service and hospitality was amazing, nothing was too much trouble for Alfie who is a really warm, friendly and funny young man. We'd love to visit again and highly recommend. Thank you Copper Cow! 😊

An amazing little place. Such a great find just off the beaten track of Chiswick High Road. Lots of choice drinks and still reasonably priced compared to the others only for minutes away on the high road. I ate thee and was served by a super efficient barman/ waiter. Who was running the whole show along with the chef on Saturday afternoon. The sun hits the place the whole day round. What a gem

Loved the place and the atmosphere. Staff are so welcoming and friendly. Took my German shepherd with me , she was treated like royalty. They even brought her water and treats. Customer service is top notch 👌 Fish taco was good. Sticking to government guidelines by having paperless menus 👍 Would definitely recommend

The Copper Cow is one of my favourite venues. Andy and Tammy are so friendly and even give my dog a treat when I bring her in. Great menu and nice outdoor area. Dog and family friendly. What’s not to love?!

Visited to celebrate sister’s birthday, called beforehand to make a booking. However, upon arrival, staff made us feel extremely uncomfortable. Requested the Menu, bar staff said to take a photo and was unwilling to hand us paper copy and had no interest in serving us ! Therefore, at this stage we exited promptly and visited Cote, Chiswick high road, and we were welcomed with excellent service !

Lovely staff but the menu is too big... Our at least, their 'meze' was underwhelming - cheddar cheese cubes and sliced tomato? Really? Probably a nice little bar for an evening but we won't hurry back...

A lively, busy bar but the food was disappointing. The pizza was OK but the chilli was dull, like a microwave meal. It does have Fullers pride on tap; I ordered a second pint but it never came.

Smooth booking for a family of 3. Two lovely members of staff handled the front of house amazingly. At good pace. Reminding customers politely of Covid policies whilst ensuring everyone happy and accommodated for. Food was delicious. Probably the best battered squid I’ve ever had. Halloumi cheese a must. Everything was good! Pizza, linguine and chicken. Will be returning

Very quiet as you might expect at this time. Lovely, friendly waitress. The calamari was very good and the pizza as good as any you'd find.

This pub is great for a weekday evening meal or snack lunch. Recent change of chef, (months) has brought about a increase of popularity here. Evening can be busy, so booking a table can help. The CC is dog friendly!

what a find, stayed in the are and came across the copper cow, and very glad I did, very friendly little place with great service. Cold beer and fantastic food....... try the fish taco there mint as.

My partner and I go to the copper cow for food a few times a month; breakfast through to dinner and can never fault the food. The staff are always friendly and accommodating and the copper cow is dog friendly, our husky Luna is always excited to go there and be greeted by the staff and other locals. Food is well priced and I definitely recommend their roast dinners on a Sunday!

Andy & Tammy are super friendly managers for what is a typically local small Chiswick pub. You can expect to watch the comings and going from this corner road spot & overhear local chat, watch the sports, enjoy karaoke/music nights and the occasional pub quiz. The interior does needs a facelift, furniture is worn & not somewhere you want to sit all day/night despite good company -this and the aircon/filtration needs some investment from the landlord urgently. Good value, hearty & tasty Sunday roasts/food generally, something for everyone on the menu. Drinks catered to locals needs.

Found this lovely little gem today. Food was excellent! Would show pics but we ate it - all!!! Lovely location. Great community feel, lots of locals eating in here. Fantastic atmosphere. Great service from the young lady working here. The food, steak and pizza was very good. Only negative - would like to have seen a little more topping on mah pizza, but...the Greek salad was so good so forgiven on lack of pizza topping :). Very clean Easy access for disabled Good clean toilet facilities (disabled friendly) Location lovely. Thank you for a great lunch.

Dreadful. Mezze for £11 comprised shop bought hommus, 2 dolmades, olives, feta cubes and some packet salad. Pitta bread was straight out of the packet. Not even warmed. Website still advertises half price food on Mondays though this isn't on offer . Truly disappointing experience.

Firstly, the website still offers 'Monday Madness'- all food half price. Not so. Vague excuse about not being able to change the website. Two of us ordered mezze. Joke. Nothing home made unlesd you count salad leaves out of a packet. Just hommus, 2 tinned dolmades, olives and some red pepper. To add insult to injury the pitta bread came to the table straight out of the packet, not even warmed. £11. They're having a laugh.

Probably the best pub in Chiswick. Feel like visiting the family. Matt, the owner and head chef is great, enjoy a good conversation if you have the chance to share a paint with him.

We are so lucky to have this gem on our doorstep. The staff are always so warm and friendly. The menu has a great selection of foods to keep everyone happy and is always cooked perfectly. We eat out here with the kids and they absolutely love it too.

We have visited this lovely restaurant with friends and family. It is a wonderful place to relax and have a nice meal. The menu is superb, with wide variety of choices. It changes every week. We had a pre starter, starter and main and every dish was superb. Highly recommend their steak and fish dishes. Service was great and atmosphere very relaxing. Perfect for any occasion.

We had a large group lunch here and the food was excellent. There was not one complaint from anyone at our table and the food was delicious. The drinks were good, the wine was well matched, it wasn't fine dining, but we didn't come here for fine dining! The meal and atmosphere was above our expectations. We will definitely be going back for more.

I enjoy this quaint hang out. I never had a disappointing dish and the selection of wines is superb. The salt & pepper squid is fresh and tasty do try! The acoustics can get super loud but the tables outside can get you away for a bit of peace and local serene. The employees are very friendly and sweet to go the extra mile to make a specialty drink.

A very friendly intimate local bar and restaurant in Chiswick Grove, totally worth a visit. A bustling bar with all the regular beers and wines, with a good menu and kitchen, whether you plan to pop in for a drink or stop for food, you will always feel welcome and a part of the local Chiswick Grove community. I would totally recommend this bar as a change of scene from the other bars and restaurants in the area, a very enjoyable visit!

After 3 attempts. No wine that we asked for. No soup as out of season. No apologies, so we left.

I went to the Copper Cow for a work lunch on a Friday afternoon. The pizza was amazing - huge portions with gorgeous toppings. They do have a lovely menu but for me the pizza is a must especially at the end of work on a Friday. The staff are also lovely and friendly and the place is doggy friendly. Lovely place for glass of wine and some food after a dog walk in Chiswick House and gardens nearby.

La comida es deliciosa y el personal muy amable y consistente y hacen sentir bien sobre ti y muy bien recibido. Es más un lugar amable informal donde puede invitar a sus colegas para una comida familiar o con usted en lugar de noche romántica fecha, en mi opinión, pero he visto parejas que disfrutan relajarse aquí. . Comida con un precio muy razonable y el menú, si bien no se extiende sobre diez páginas con opción bastante limitado es muy coherente y cocinado a la perfección. Noches temáticas que llevan la cena con comida lunes siendo la mitad de precio y las noches de los miércoles bistec, merece la pena visitar y tratando de yourselfs! Volveré y lo recomiendo encarecidamente este pequeño lugar escondido

Mi familia de hijas adolescentes fuimos esta semana y tenía un stand precioso para los 4. A todos nos gustó la comida del menú y realmente disfrutamos de él cuando llegamos, rápidamente. El curry de pescado era muy bueno! El personal era amable y el lugar tenía un ambiente estupendo. Volvería la próxima vez que estemos en Kew.

Me fui con 4 amigos y mi perrito, este es un muy concurrido restaurante/bar y era muy servicial. Me aclararon una mesa antes llegamos a corto plazo y muy acogedor. La comida era deliciosa y el ambiente era muy agradable también. Todo el mundo fue muy amable sin duda lo recomiendo y volveré!

Half price food on a Monday when you buy a drink. Such good service and a really local vibe to it. Portions are generous and the food tastes good.

Cena eccellente, siamo tornati per due sere a fila, si mangia davvero bene. La domenica abbiamo preso l'arrosto speciale della domenica, il maiale era cotto in una maniera sublime, la cotica sembrava una patatina, davvero buonissimo. Il lunedì tra l'altro c'era l'offerta del cibo a metà prezzo, quindi ottima qualità ad un prezzo eccellente!!! Personale davvero gentile, e la clientela è abituale a conferma del fatto che il posto è davvero accogliente e familiare.

The Copper Cow is a local pub located on the corner of the street, giving it good sunshine coverage for outside drinking. They have half a dozen or so tables outside but is often busy. The staff are friendly and so are the locals. They have a small menu of food at reasonable prices. I had the burger which was very filling and tasty too!

OK, so there was football on the TV - why do we need a TV in a bar/restaurant anyway? It's not a sports bar. Managed to get a table in the rear and ordered ribs which were mostly fat, sadly. The others seemed to have OK food, but mine was not only inedible but pretty yukky looking! Our chums said that they go fairly often and that my experience was maybe unfortunate, so I'm prepared to return as it's got a pretty good reputation.
