Terrible KFC to go to, we order on uber eats, as the food arrived, the bag was torn and ripped apart, we even ask for 1 beans but they gave us 2 beans, as well the food was cold and plus once I went inside it was dirty, bones everywhere, tissue, cups everywhere, and plus the place is unhygienic and their staff is pretty rude, will maybe try for a second time in the future, will not recommend to people.

About 4 years since I last popped in here. Pleasant service, only slowed slightly, by the copious amount of Moped delivery drivers, picking up food for lazy people, who can’t be bothered to get off their posteriors and walk/drive/cycle and collect their own food. Two Vegan Chicken Burgers were very nice indeed, and the Large Fries were equally enjoyable. Place was tidy when I arrived, but messy when I left because, again - lazy ‘diners-in’ couldn’t be bothered to move their trays and rubbish to the bin areas - not the fault of the extremely busy staff, frankly.

By far the worst KFC EVER. Second time this happened. Closing time is 11 pm... I arrived at 11.53 after a hard days work and all I wanted was a burger. Didn't have a chance to cook. There are 5-7 employees inside laughing... Door is locked. Am showing them my watch and reminding them it's not 11 pm. One of them comes over and tells me they've run out of food.. pathetic excuse. Really grow up. Especially as most of the food is in frozen and just needs to be cooked. Absolutely lazy people... Have a heart you guys.

Hmmm we should of read the reviews before ordering for sure.... bone chicken bucket ... warm just about acceptable....chicken burger cold .... fries could of been hot or cold... cant advise they forgot to send them (went down well with the kids...our fault we gave this branch the benifit of the doubt due to a previous disapointment... a mistake we certainly wont make again ....s..t ...Steve /Jan and disapointed children

Saw this on just eat and thought definitely worth a go, prices have been raised and £2.50 added on for delivery. Food has improved in recent times and is now pretty good for a KFC, will probably order again.

This is about an incredibly disappointing experience my family and I had at the Aztec Temple Restaurant at Chessington Aztec Hotel on the evening of 11th April. When we arrived, there was no staff at the check-in kiosk. After several minutes of waiting and searching, we finally found someone to check us in. Despite the chaos, we were asked to pay approx. £100 UPFRONT, even before being seated. Just minutes later after being seated, we were told by a staff member that the restaurant was closing - despite having just been seated and having paid full price. There had been no prior warning at the time of payment that the buffet would close imminently. The food options were limited and poor. The starters included just two options: a Thai-style poppadum and a bland savory pastry. The salad bar featured limp vegetables and stale beans - certainly not worthy of the price that seemed extortionate. It was clear the buffet had already begun winding down before we even arrived, yet we were still charged full price. When we raised the issue, the manager assured us we could take our time and that the restaurant would stay open for us to finish. However, just minutes later, another staff member contradicted this, reminding us again the restaurant was closing. This back-and-forth left us feeling rushed, nagged, and incredibly uncomfortable. To make matters worse, both I and my child experienced digestive discomfort and acidity later that evening - undoubtedly caused by being rushed into eating substandard food under pressure. What should have been a relaxed family meal turned into a stressful, overpriced, and physically uncomfortable experience. I formally escalated the complaint the next morning (12th April), while still at the resort, but no one from the team contacted us during the remainder of our stay. The response we later received was dismissive - suggesting the matter could only be handled at the time, despite us raising it in real time. We have been offered a 20% discount for a future visit which is both inadequate and impractical, as we clearly mentioned that we have no intention of returning. We feel misled, let down, and ignored. Guests deserve better communication, respect, and value for their money.

Dreadful in all ways. We were here for a two nights stay with family for chessington. DO NOT EAT HERE NOT BREAKFAST NOT AN EVENING MEAL. Staff cannot be bothered and are very rude. You are in the service industry learn some manners and service or leave premier inn need to sort this out urgently utterly terrible. Breakfast is awful laid out badly no care taken

We came for a Saturday night meal just 2 of us, the place was full of delivery drivers waiting - the waiters don't even wait tables anymore you just open and pay on an app and they bring it over. They didn't ask if the food was ok (it wasn't). I had to chase them round the restaurant to get their attention as they were pre-occupied with the drivers. We ordered 1 x grilled chicken burger salad and 1 x breadcrumb chicken salad. The grilled chicken was the thickness of a small slice of ham which was already ridiculous and was pink in places. The breaded chicken came out cold and the coleslaw was lukewarm on both salads. There were 2 other tables in the restaurant with people on and they had complaints too. This place has gone completely downhill, came here for years with zero complaints ever. But I will not be returning.
