Extremely noisy, it's not a bloody nightclub so turn the music down. We all had to shout over each other. Food is good but over seasoned. Ok you got to cater for a certain age and audience but you do get the odd oldie like me.

£23 buys you enough food to feed 2 average sized pigeons and no more… The chicken is basic, the music is too loud and and drink mixes are watery. Popeye’s will eventually bring the chicken war to their turf and set up a more serious chicken cartel in place.

Everyone had great customer service. However, Fred’s aura and personality shined through. Thank you for everything. If you go, look out for Fred - Top guy!!!

I recently visited Wingstop and had an exceptional experience! I had the boneless flavour fix which was absolutely delicious, perfectly crispy, and bursting with flavour. What really stood out, though, was the outstanding service provided by Ishaan and Louise. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure my order was just right.. I highly recommend Wingstop to anyone looking for fantastic wings and top-notch service!

The food was amazing, so many tasty flavours to chose from. Service was great, Order came to our table in about 6-7 minutes. Would recommend for people who like a quick, tasty bite.

Came to wingstop after a 8 hour morning/day shift and this wingstop branch have never failed to keep the consistency of the food quality n flavour especially the spicy Korean that flavour hit the spottttt! Shoutout to Romah and whoever prepared my order they were quick and efficient got my food 2 mins after I sat down and tasted fresh.

Excellent place. Went on Saturday afternoon. Order was quick, food was made and served well in time. Food was delicious, liked boneless version than one with bone. Giving gloves to eat spicy food was innovative so that hands are clean. Staff was very cooperative. Would visit again for sure.

We went to Wingstop as a family and we loved it. The amazing service especially from Ishaan really put our experience over the top. I highly recommend this place to anyone at anytime as it is perfect for all groups and types of people. Overall, great place to eat and I will 110% be coming back here again

This place has been set up with youngsters in mind. (Music choice, staff age...) The food is way too salty, but the youngsters love it as they don't really care about the quality of food. But the concept works. Staff are friendly.

Wingstop is incredibly expensive for what it is. I had 10 chicken wings with Hawaiian and Louisanna rub flavouring together with Wingstop fries. The wings were tiny, beyond tiny. The louisanna rub flavouring was nice… the Hawaiian a bit sickly. The music in the place was so so loud like a club that no way is this place suitable for family dining. Also there were hardly any seating and people grabbing tables saying that they were waiting before us. I don’t want to mess with individuals like this and for this reason I think this place attracts people like this so I won’t be going back again. Having said this, there was a nice lady who helped get us a table in the end and she should be made employee of the month.

Nothing special about it, it's just another chicken shop with bit new concept. If you are really big fan of wings then try MAN V/S FOOD'S BUFFALO WINGS.

Price:- Colossally overrated and overpriced. 9 chicken pieces, a small plate of chips and a small milkshake cost us just shy of £30. They have tremendous social media coverage which is making them popular. Food:- We all love flavour but anyone with a decent palate will probably be disappointed with the intensity. It’s not about the most amount of seasoning you can chuck in a meal but balancing them together. With Wingstop, all you taste is seasoning. You can’t taste the chicken, batter or the fries. It’s literally just a mouthful of ranch, seasoning, spice and more seasoning. It could have been any meat and you wouldn’t have known. Service:- The service was good. The cashier explained all the chicken flavours and service to expect. It took about 15 minutes to cook, which was slower than anticipated but at least we knew it was fresh. Full marks. Music:- They are trying to mirror a nightclub feel but the music is far too loud. Eating is predominantly a social situation but they blast the music at such a volume you can’t speak without shouting at each other. They have speakers positioned all over the restaurant so there’s no escaping it. I wonder if they are catering to a different audience as the venue was packed with 13 year olds who probably thought it was a ‘cool environment’. Toilets:- The toilets are pokey. They are newly decorated but on the small side. One urinal not accessible as they built it in front of a pillar. Smart move. Only one hand soap so if that runs out… the men will not be washing their hands. Floor:- The greasiest floor I have ever encountered outside of a commercial kitchen. Bring your skates because walking to the toilets is a challenge. It’s even on the toilet floors as well. I expect several injuries and potential claims will be coming their way in the near future. Overall:- Lovely staff. Overpriced. Underwhelmed. Too noisy. Greasy floor.

Really, really friendly staff. Genuine people who are really kind, I've come here about ten times and every single time I'm either greeted by a happy cashier or a happy staff member handing the bag to me. Food is a ten out of ten, just absolutely amazing taste. The ranch is absolutely amazing, the fries are great, the wings are amazing as well. Atmosphere is fun and perky, usually lots of students eating here.

Honestly one of the worst food places i have been to in terms of customer service, i went here on my lunch break a few weeks ago at work and was served by a lady called Breanna (i think thats how you spell it) the whole time she was blatently rude and muttered swear words under her breathe. She was constantly on her phone while serving and just gave off the worst atmosphere ever. Made me feel very uncomfortable being there. Other staff where lovely and efficient, i do not understand how they are allowing this young lady to work here it could be such an amazing place. Food was really good and filling. However i will not be returning anytime soon due to this experience
