I absolutely love wingstop with a passion, the food is amazingly good every time I eat here, and the staff is consistently helpful and well-working. I’m not sure what the other staff’s name was but Victoria has been especially great on almost every visit in giving excellent customer service. Absolutely devour my meal every time.

Being a fan of Chicken and spicy food I go here around once a week to get the tenders. My wife is jot a fan of the level of hot I enjoy, and so she loves the milder coating on the chicken.

Just got a Deliveroo from this site. Everything was stone cold no way the food was cooked fresh or even in a hot hold. The chicken was swimming in oil at the bottom of the box and incredibly salty. Not fit for eating will not be ordering from here again.

Really good wings and a nice selection of sauces / rubs but extremely pricey for what you get. Eight wings for eight pounds is a lot, especially as almost all the wings are the smaller "flats" with very little chicken on them.

The food is very good. High quality and great taste.There was a mistake in my order and I called them and Ishaan told me that he will give me the whole order again. He did that and I was so pleased with the amazing customer service. I want to especially mention Ishaan since he helped me a lot and was very kind. Great place.

Excellent chain specializing in chicken and chicken wings (even boneless)! They have different spicinesses in order of increasing spiciness, with very different flavors from each other. The fried potatoes are excellent (both normal and sweet, both crunchy). Really good dip sauces (I recommend the Blue cheese one). Drinks with free refill also in version 0. Clean toilets. Very friendly and helpful staff (at the checkout they even spoke to us in Italian)!

More than once, they've missed one person's entire meal from the delivery. Instead of offering to send what you've paid for, they blame the delivery people of taking food from the SEALED bags and offer part refunds leaving one of you hungry. Given the high cost of food, the service just isn't good enough.

Went there with husband and two kids for the younger one”s birthday. I hate fast food places, but the guy at the till was so lovely and welcoming and even brought over a little treat when he heard it was my son’s birthday. i wish i remembered his name- he made our day!

Very American food, in the worst ways unfortunately. Tried this recently and had their meal deal for one, which was insanely large but also unfortunately not great taste wise. Like in the States food is simultaneously very very salty and very very sweet (even the chips) at the same time (beyond unhealthy). I had the mango chilli sauce and blue cheese dip which also tasted ridiculously artificial.

I received my order and 5 extremely disappointed. The food arrived cold and overcooked, making it difficult to enjoy. The flavours were bland and unappealing, and the overall experience was quite unpleasant. I won't be ordering from them again. and grate service

I haven’t been inside this place, only through deliveroo. I love the chicken, flavours are great, but the fries portion size that they send is ridiculous. It’s too small for the size of the box they give. Also you should offer more tenders quantity options as they are the most popular I believe.

I came here with my friends because I heard very good things about Wingstop, and wanted to try it for myself. I had the Korean Fried Chicken plus a side dish of cheesy fries. The chicken was well fried and properly cooked, however the sauce used was way too overpowering, couldn't taste the chicken much, and the Korean sauce tasted very sweet, almost similar to BBQ sauce? And the Cheesy Fries left me disappointed, the cheese sauce was absolutely horrible, tasted like the cheese powder packets they give you in ramen cup noodles, had to throw most of the fries away because of the cheese on them. Otherwise the fries by themselves were quite good.

It was amazing! Today me and my brother came to wing stop for the first time and it was incredible! The food was too good even my mom liked it and the service was also good. The lady who checked us in was so nice too, i didnt ask for her name but she had had short curly orange hair. Loved it and will come next time! Forgot to mention, we even got free drinks!

Absolutely discussed, the chicken was raw in the middle, the fried way too much spice on them, hard to swallow, and the chicken was not chicken, I've ripped one in half and it was looking like a perfect cube with no fibre, similar to fishfinger, it was more like a piece of salami then made crispy, and I paid £20 fries a drink and 12 small piecesof chicken... never again, not even to go with a friend, obviously I'll not recommend the place, the girl working on tables and serving, I said "hi" nothing, I said "bye, have a good shift" nothing, I get that might be new, but shows me that the place has no training and no food value for chstomers.

**Wingstop Review: A Disappointing Experience** I recently tried Wingstop and unfortunately, it was underwhelming. The wings themselves were quite small, with barely any meat on the bone, which was disappointing given the expectations of a good wing spot. The flavor options, while varied, were surprisingly basic. None of the sauces or rubs stood out, and they lacked the boldness or punch that makes wings exciting. On top of that, the price felt way too high for what you get. Considering the portion size and mediocre flavors, it simply didn’t feel worth the money. Overall, Wingstop was just a bit of a letdown. There are better places to get wings that offer more value and better taste.

Some really good boneless and I like the burger. But I came back here twice for the loaded fries. They are really good !

My kids love wingstop but today was definitely our last visit at Kingston branch. I had one of the worst experiences I've ever had at any restaurant. The shift manager, Joshua, was shockingly unprofessional and rude. First, our food was delayed without any explanation or apology. When we finally received our order, it was completely mixed up. To make matters worse, Joshua, the so-called shift manager, didn't even have the decency to apologise for the inconvenience. Instead, he carelessly threw an extra sauce into our order, which spilled all over the bag, making a mess. Again, no apology, no acknowledgment—nothing. When I brought this to his attention, instead of addressing the issue, Joshua rudely told me to leave the shop in a completely inappropriate manner. His behaviour was absolutely unacceptable for someone in a customer service role, let alone a manager. I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated. I have never experienced such poor customer service and would advise others to think twice before visiting this Wingstop location. Joshua's behaviour is a disgrace to the brand, and I sincerely hope that management takes action to address this issue.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experience in a takeaway place. Service was fine up until when our second order not only got delayed but also mixed up. When I went to ask about our order, a guy name Joshua who claims to be a shift manager said another 3-5 mins. When we received our order, there was a spilled sauce on our food that got chucked in the bag as an “extra”. When I said we didn’t order this, Joshua said “what else do you want I’ve apologised to you and given you an extra”, not only did he NOT apologise for spilling the sauce over our food, but he also never apologised to me in the first place for the food mix up. Then he started telling me to leave the shop in an inappropriate manner, saying “piss off”. So not only did I have ruined food but I have also got verbally assaulted by someone who claims to be the shift manager. Very disappointing

Extremely noisy, it's not a bloody nightclub so turn the music down. We all had to shout over each other. Food is good but over seasoned. Ok you got to cater for a certain age and audience but you do get the odd oldie like me.

£23 buys you enough food to feed 2 average sized pigeons and no more… The chicken is basic, the music is too loud and and drink mixes are watery. Popeye’s will eventually bring the chicken war to their turf and set up a more serious chicken cartel in place.

Everyone had great customer service. However, Fred’s aura and personality shined through. Thank you for everything. If you go, look out for Fred - Top guy!!!

What really stood out, though, was the outstanding service provided by Ishaan and Louise. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure my order was just right.. I highly recommend Wingstop to anyone looking for fantastic wings and top-notch service!

Came to wingstop after a 8 hour morning/day shift and this wingstop branch have never failed to keep the consistency of the food quality n flavour especially the spicy Korean that flavour hit the spottttt! Shoutout to Romah and whoever prepared my order they were quick and efficient got my food 2 mins after I sat down and tasted fresh.

Excellent place. Went on Saturday afternoon. Order was quick, food was made and served well in time. Food was delicious, liked boneless version than one with bone. Giving gloves to eat spicy food was innovative so that hands are clean. Staff was very cooperative. Would visit again for sure.
