My wife and I have eaten kebabs from many places across London and Surrey, but this place is probably the best place for it's price bracket ! Excellent food, friendly and kind staff (the owner is a lovely man) and they accept AMEX too, which 90% of Kebab shops don't !

It's the first time we have ordered from Kingston Charcoal Grill but it won't be the last! The food was delicious, everyone enjoyed it. I love the way they send it separate so bread etc doesn't get soggy. Will definitely order again and recommend! Thanks :)

Good food I ordered a chicken meat and chips and a lamb donner kebab. Lots of meat this time and fresh salad. Delivered very early which was helpful given my hunger. I requested extra chilli sauce which they kindly gave although it was a bit overly salty - perhaps just this batch because their chilli sauce has been fantastic in the past.

Friendly staff, quick service, tables available if you want to eat in. On street parking so have to watch out for traffic wardens. Nice quantity of food, tasty kebab.

I always got kebabs from here but after how bad food was today I won't ever again. meat had no flavour except slight salt, it was swimming in grease, I'm so disappointed because I been ordering from them for years

Lovely kebab and chips however getting quite expensive I no prices are increasing but kingston seems to be getting like Chelsea for prices

Fab food and great service called the restaurant to ask for sauce on some of the meals they were kind polite and it was all spot on !

Humus was shop-bought, pre-packaged and had a metallic taste to it. Kebab had stringy tasteless lamb, the only fresh tasting part was the salad. Chips were mediocre. Shame. Hope you have a good week and good luck with your future.

Food cold on arrival, called restaurant when 10 mins late told on way. Only live 1 mile from restaurant so unsure why it took a further 20 mins to arrive... Driver not bothered by lateness no apology.

Took age's to arrive, chip's undercooked and the burgers over cooked and chewy gristly meat ! Been using this businesses for over 30 year's under various different owners never had such bad food Definitely won't use them

Ordered for a set time in advance because I wasn't home yet, got a notification saying the order was on its way an hour before the requested time. Phoned the restaurant as a courtesy to say I won't be home when they get there as they are delivering it at the wrong time, rude and argumentative to me on the phone and making out it's not their problem. They then deliver the exact same stone cold food to me at the requested time after it had clearly been sat in the bag the whole time. Phoned them again to tell them and again were very rude, refused to correct any of the issues and had the cheek to tell me I had attitude, awaiting refund and will never use again.

disgusting. delivery driver didnt arrive to me until nearly 4am. paid £8 for a chicken kebab that came as the smallest portion you’ve ever seen. not worth the money at all. was given a mars bar that was probably about 2 years old🤢🤢🤢. dont recommend.

Food was stupidly late (over half an hour over estimated time). The restaurant had already changed the status to delivered. So, I Called a couple of times & was told I would be next. Food arrived & it was clear they had only just made it and sent someone out. Didn't really like it either. Bland & overly greasy. Will avoid this place in the future.

I normally order from here and I’ve never had a problem, tonight order was wrong and food was cold.

Only 2 pieces of meat in a combination kebab and tried to disguise lack of meat with mushrooms that were not ordered nor ever included in a shish kebab. Shall not be ordering from here again.

Food was extremely late. 45 minutes after the last delivery time shown on the app. When I called the restaurant all I got is wait five minute, wait five minutes, my food came cold with no apology. Chips and bread was soggy meat barely warm. Water all inside the bag from the amount of time the hot food was in there

Everything was great apart from the sauce was already on/mixed with the meat on arrival. Would have been good to have it separately

Was perfectly made exactly as I requested it in my fussy noted and hit the spot when I was craving a cheeky kebab. My only feedback would be that some of the slices were slightly too thick, but other than that, excellent.

Food was good, baklava was full off flavour and crispy.

If you are a person who goes for recommendations check this out! Option 1- half pounder and chips! There burgers are brilliant and the charcoal marks give it that extra speciality. Option 2- meat and chips with chilli garlic. Classic but these guys do it well. There chilli and garlic is perfect. Defo recommend eating here as the food is clean and staff are extremely friendly. I’ve seen some bad reviews about the food being cold etc.. with deliveries unfortunately these things happen so it’s best to be understanding. Do not order?! Visit the store and eat piping hot simple!

Very nice and responsive staff. Quality of food is excellent. The portions of food are great. The prices are very reasonable. The establishment and food preparation areas are clean and hygienic. Kebabs (a large selection of yummy options), burgers, fish, chicken, kids menu, and extras like prawn cocktail, hommous with salad, onion rings, fried hot wings, hash brown, mozzarella sticks and garlic bread. All in all a great place to have quality food.

A shame because I’ve used this shop for over 25 Years. I’m more angry over the attitude than anything else. I requested food to be left outside the door but would’ve expected the driver to knock or ring my doorbell so we’d at least know it’s there. After an hour of waiting, I called the restaurant only to get a stinking attitude and shouted at. Just eat customer service equally rubbish. Now I’m £26 out of pocket and unable to leave the house as I’m having to self isolate. Not happy at all.

Display meat is fresh where as served meat was old and rotten no salad hardly any chicken £12.50 bollox thankyou for the eid meal

Great restaurant, fast friendly service! Just ordered the mixed grill came with salad, two sauces, a good amount of meat and some pitta bread. The lamb Donner, chicken shish and chicken wings were really tasty and well cooked. Only took 10 mins to prepare. Will definitely be ordering the mixed grill again! Staff were friendly and helpful. So far this is the best kebab shop I've been to.

I Ordered 3 lamb bonner First time. First of all potion was very small and it was cold. looks bad couldn’t eat only salad was huge. I don’t know how they keep their customers like this. Very disappointment .
