Last year i came and posted a good review but unfortunately now i have to edit it and give a 1 star as now that i went again i wouldn't recommend this place when paying such high prices with such low standard and cold food and funny part is you are forcefully charged 10% service charge saying it's compulsory! Who gives a deep fried stale hotdog? The buns of the burger and everything in it was COLD!

Honestly one of the best restaurants ive ever been too. Not only was the food delicious it was also an amazing price, the service was increadable and a wonderful atmosphere with beautiful decor. Will absolutely be coming back soon

Staff friendly and helpful. Food tasty. Milkshake really good. Kids meals contained red onion and mustard-mayo - which was unexpected. But these were removed when ordering - no problem. Overall a great experience.

It may look like your average neighborhood burger place, but FARM FRESH BURGER is anything but! I wandered in with two friends on a Friday night, and was immediately greeted by the friendly staff and incredible atmosphere. The restaurant was filling up quickly (it was almost 7:00 pm) but we managed to snag a table. They're burger is so far the best I've ever had and the place is perfect for groups or a casual date night.

Absolutley lovely place, wonderful food. The burgers are top quality. Recommend their loaded fries as well. The staff are always great with us, nothings too much trouble. We are now regulars. Thank you!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dining at Farm Fresh Burgers, and I must say it was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I've had in a long time. To be quite frank, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. First and foremost, the staff at Farm Fresh Burgers were shockingly rude. Now, let's talk about the prices. I couldn't believe how expensive this place was. I ordered 2 Farm Fresh Burgers, 2 Chicken Fillet Burgers, Hand Cut Chips with Rosemary, and Traditional French Fries with Peri Peri seasoning. I expected the price to be reflective of the quality, but I was sorely mistaken. The cost was exorbitant for what essentially amounted to fast food with subpar service. To add insult to injury, they didn't even provide the basics. No ketchup, no tissues, and not even a grain of salt on the table. I had to repeatedly ask the uninterested staff for these essentials, which only added to my frustration. It's baffling how such simple requests couldn't be met promptly. Now, the most egregious part of my experience was their insistence on a service charge. They claimed it was mandatory, but I knew better. It's not compulsory, and they lied about it. After a heated argument, they reluctantly removed it, but the staff's displeasure was palpable. I don't appreciate being deceived and coerced into paying more than I should. Let's not forget about the food itself. The portions were laughably small, and the taste was equally unimpressive. The Farm Fresh Burgers lacked any discernible flavor, and the Chicken Fillet Burgers were equally bland. I expected a burst of taste, but I got nothing but disappointment. As if my experience couldn't get any worse, when I asked about a student discount, they seemed to take personal offense. It's not as if I was asking for a favor; it's a legitimate discount that they should have been willing to apply without hesitation. In summary, Farm Fresh Burgers left a sour taste in my mouth, both figuratively and literally. The rudeness of the staff, the exorbitant prices, the lack of basic amenities, the false service charge claim, the mediocre food, and the refusal to honor a student discount all contributed to an utterly regrettable dining experience. Save your money and go somewhere else where you'll get better food and service for your hard-earned cash.

Went to Farm Fresh for lunch as I had been a year or so ago and really enjoyed it. Had the chicken burger last time so thought I'd try the beef- had the chilli burger without jalapeños and added cheese and pickles. Enjoyed the burger but ⚠️ it is super spicy! We also had the farmfresh burger which was also tasty - and massive with the additional onion ring. The handcut chips were delicious, I had mine with some rosemary and salt. I asked for just a touch of the rosemary and they were accommodating and made sure that it wasn't too much. Also enjoyed the Chipotle sauce. Nice vibes , wish the inside was a bit bigger but it wasn't too busy when we went so it was fine. Would recommend 👌

I love this place and whenever I visit my uncle I come here! The burgers are awesome and chips are delicious. The only reason why I give this place 4 stars is only because the food in my opinion is a little pricey. Wish they were a bit cheaper other than that I love this place and would recommend!

I have visited this burger place multiple times over the past couple of years and I’ve seen it grow into something amazing. This spot has become my go to destination when i want a nice burger. The staff here have been very friendly to me and great me with smiles every time i enter. They are very polite and have even remembered what i order every time. Ive only tried a few of their burgers but there’s something for everyone. Theres something about the burgers and their combinations thats just tastes amazing and something you can get anywhere else in the local area. Moreover, There price for the quality of food you get is amazing. They also prepare the food quite quickly so you wont be sitting around waiting like you would in other restaurants. I cannot recommend this place enough. If you are in the local area and are craving a burger you should definitely try this place out.

We went to pick up two cheese burgers this evening got home to eat and as we bit into the burger the meat was uncooked leaving us unable to eat it. When spending money we would expect cooked food.

Overall the food was a big disappointment. We spent £35 on two burgers, one portion of chips and 2 drinks. If the burgers lived up to expectation, this would have been fine. The chicken fillet burger is extortionate for what was served to us, it was small and flavourless. No way should a burger like that cost £12.50. The farm fresh burger was bland, I struggled to notice any high-quality beef taste. The onion rings were overly greasy too. Overall, will not be recommending this place. The staff were, however, polite. If you do plan on visiting, I would only go during the week and use the offers available, otherwise you will be disappointed and broke!

We tried the Crispy Burger, it was good but i think the suace quantity in the burger was not enough so it was lil dry on the side. overall if i am in Kingston area i will def have this burger again.

Great, no-nonsense burger shop. Stopped in quite late after getting a recommendation. We had to park a short walk away, but on street parking close by is free after 6.30pm. We got stuff for takeout, and it was all packaged very well. The farm fresh burger was the highlight for us. The included onion rings were delicious. We also tried the crispy legend hot dog which was also very good.

The waitress's attitude was indifferent.

Came in today to try it out for the second time with my friends, the farm burger is delicious and very filling and the farm fries as well so I recommend them, the price is very reasonable and they have fantastic discounts. Burgers were sensational, beefy in size (excuse the pun) and really enjoyed the waffle fries. The mac and cheese bits were under par - have had better but decent nonetheless. Something wrong with their ketchup, tasted very weird...

I have been wanting to try this place for the first time for ages and finally we did today but unfortunately it wasn't a nice experience considering i spent £25 and my boyfriend spent £11. To be fair i was reading off the menu as it was the first time in there and i was conscious of the price and said a chicken fillet burger at £12.50 and mac and cheese bites at £5.95 and made sure i got the cheaper fries at £3.95 and i said plain fries with peri powder and can i have cheese sauce on them and he said they come with that but it came to £24.85 but i thought ok seems a bit much but I'm quite a timid person so i thought just l let it go…. Then when i opened the chips i realised they gave me wrong chips with all different sauce mainly a lot of a honey french mustard and pickles which i didn't want so i took back and said you gave me wrong chips i asked for plain fries with peri powder and cheese sauce nothing else. But they got quite funny with me basically calling me a liar so i left the chips there and walked out upset. So i wont be going back….

Brilliant once again burgers were outstanding Only reason the food is a four star is that the nachos were frankly sub par - could have got proper nachos, also cheese was not great. Aside from this brilliant.

I used to eat at this restaurant like 4-5 years ago and i moved back to kingston upon thames recently and i was very delighted to find this restaurant still opened it so i went there with my family and we tried the food and we loved it still same quality as before i would say a bit better due to so many menu changes and the prices have changed a bit but it’s understandable due to inflation but other than that the staff members were very good and friendly and i would recommend to any family thats trynna spend some quality time together and eat good food

I came here with a bunch of friends to try the burgers here bcs I was new in Kingston upon Thames and everyone recommended me to try this place out and to be honest it was one of the best burger I’ve tried staff members were nice and friendly the prices were reasonable compared to any place these days and you pay fair compared to the amount of food you would get definitely recommend this place to anyone that is looking to try a delicious burger.

I came to this place having high hopes after reading all the reviews on different platforms and I wasn’t disappointed with the food quality and the service I received I really enjoyed my time there and me and my family will definitely be visiting this place again. I especially appreciate the fact that everything the serve here is halal from hotdogs to burgers to wings and the food was freshly prepared.

Burgers were good but a little on the dry side. I don't think it's overly special. Pricing in my opinion is quite extortionate and don't think the food matches the premium costs.

Off the beaten track for most (but presumably located for the Kingston University clientele) this compact burger joint serves authentic grill burgers (and lots more) packed with taste. Whether eating in or taking away, it’s really worth seeking out.

I’ve been here multiple times now and the food quality has always been the same fresh and tasty last time I ate at this restaurant was last night I came in with a couple of friends and we ordered a couple of burgers with chips and fries the service was very quick and the staff members were very friendly and helpful. The burgers were cooked properly and the meat was well done and me and my friends were satisfied with the experience that we’ve had so I recommend this restaurant to every group of friends that’s looking to have some good food after a day out😉

I’ve been here for a family dinner got my wife and daughter with me and the place was very nice and welcoming the staff members were very friendly and served us with a smile on their face we ordered a farm fresh burger American burger and a kids meal and handcut chips and the food was spectacular good quality meat fresh and the chips were very well made and the seasoning was added perfectly i enjoyed every bit of peri peri on them and compared to other burger places locally the prices are very reasonable and i would recommend it to anyone looking to have a good family time and enjoy good food

This is the most horrific experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant. Firstly the restaurant stank of a damp smell, so we moved over to another side of the restaurant. This should’ve been the warning to go eat somewhere else but as we were fasting we thought we’d stay and give it a go. Then before we received our food we realised there were 100s of flies/mosquitoes everywhere, by this time it was too late to leave. The worst is yet to come, when the waiter was bringing over our food, he knocked over a glass of water which spilled all on my lap, there was no initial apology from the waiter. I had to eat my food whilst sitting on a wet puddle with my shoes and trouser all wet. When we went to pay, I asked for a discount on my food as I had the most uncomfortable dining experience I’ve ever had. He finally apologised for spilling water all over me, and then he refused to give any discount. After a bit of negotiations he agreed to discount the price by £2, even though this discount is nothing compared to what he done I accepted as it was better than nothing. When he we went to pay we realised there actually was no discount and the waiter had in fact lied and charged us the full amount. I’m not one to over exaggerate but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a restaurant, I will defo never be recommending this place to anyone and never be visiting again. I wish I can give zero star rating but unfortunately I can’t.

Went here after visiting an open day at Kingston University, which is a couple minutes away. We were tired and hungry, spied this and decided to check it out. It was Easter break so maybe less busy than when the Uni is open, and the man greeting us was also one of the cooks. He was welcoming and friendly. We had the signature burger with chips and cold slaw. It came with two huge and scrumptious onion rings. The burger was tasty. Chips hot. Cold slaw a bit bland but provided a nice cool crunch. We left happy.

Went here with 2 friends yesterday and this was our entire order: 2 x American Burger 1 x chilli Burger 3 x grilled wings 2 x hand cut fries 5 x dips Total bill: £57 Very high charge for average at best burgers. I was disappointed overall with the below par service, cheap sauces that they charged £1 each for. The best part was the quality of the beef, which on its own isn't enough when all the sauces in and out of Burger were awful. The worst was the flavourless, bland grilled wings and the quality of chicken was low. Overall I felt a little robbed and wouldn't recommend.

Finally! A legitimate takeaway cheeseburger in England! Take it from an American girl who knows her cheeseburgers! And I’ve had a lot of them here in Kingston. Some have been ok. Most have been utterly disappointing. Farm Fresh does it just right! And clearly they put thought into the takeaway packaging, which is a sturdy cardboard frame that opens to unveil a gorgeous, shiny brioche bun. The burgers arrive looking just as they looked on the cutting boards—not a soggy mess of sadness and disappointment like other takeaway burgers. Toppings are amazing, such as ox cheek, crispy potato strings, and fried eggs. Cheese fries are perfect, and they’re not a solid block of congealed, previously melted cheese like every other “cheesy fries” I’ve had in England (is cheese sauce not a thing here?). Everything is crispy and delicious, and it’s only messy in a good way. I wish I would’ve tried Farm Fresh two months ago when I first arrived in Kingston for my first post-covid business trip. Yum!!!

I went here last night for dinner as a last minute deal as the place we were supposed to go didn’t honour our booking, and I have to say I am so glad that we came across this place (on accident really), we ordered burgers, rosemary chips, milkshakes and onion rings and it is some of the best food we’ve ever had. Everything is seasoned perfectly and the milkshakes were delicious, huge portions too we shared the onion rings and chips and we were both so full after we had finished. I definitely recommend eating in here, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be back soon :).

Wonderful ambiance and lovely food

As per usual, despite the advertised times of a 1AM close and an earlier evening visit to confirm this, once again the useless, lazy and incompetent members of staff at this ridiculous excuse for a take away had decided to close early and go home for a beer. This is the 4th time I've had this experience and I live 260 miles away only visiting a few times a year. Says alot really. This company had less than zero respect for its customers and its staff have even less. They're more interested in going home as early as they can for their paychecks than weather or not customers return for more business. This company hires peaple who give less of a care about you than they do the algie floating on top of their Koy Carp ponds. If this company gave a the slightest care about their customers then they'd sack their staff overnight.

The beef was really tasty and fresh. All ingredients were fresh and beef was grass-fed and Halal. I had the farm fresh burger and crispy legend burger with hand cut chips and they were so delicious 🤤 ! The price is really reasonable for the portions you get and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Went here just to try out the place. OMG. So glad I did. The best burger I've ever had. So much better than Five Guys and GBK. You can taste the quality of the meat. The onion rings are massive, the portion of chips is just right and the BBQ wings were delicious. The service was excellent and the restaurant was very clean. The restroom was clean and fresh. We will definitely be going back here again. I can recommend this place to anyone.

Great place for a quick munch and a long awaited feast. Farm fresh is a great place to dine in, with friendly service and chilled seating. The Scrumptious burgers are amazing served with fresh beef and the fries are delicious served with a sprinkle of rosemary, and lovely milkshakes with many different flavours. The lunch set served from 12 to 4 pm is a great deal with lot variety to choose from at a great price. Definitely would recommend to anyone passing by Kingston.
