Great clean restaurant with easy to use touch-screen order points as you walk in. Well laid out and spacious. The staff member did put our dine-in order in a bag and forgot to give us our nuggets, but was very apologetic and gave us extra nuggets and a free frosty as an apology. The multi gender toilets are great except the one I used didn't have a sink that worked. The automatic sensor on the taps wasn't working, so I had to walk out with soap on my hands and try and wash my hands elsewhere. I mentioned the issue with the tap to the staff as I left, so hopefully they'll get it fixed soon.

No drinks in the machine and wrong orders with no alternative drink offered. Staff not trained to deal with issues

Food is ok but avoid the toilets. All toilets are unisex so the toilet seat was covered in pee. It was pretty disgusting in there.

I visited Wendy's at Kingston twice. On both my visits, the food was delicious and fantastic. I ordered 2 double cheese stacks, with Baconator fries and fries with chilli and cheese on both my visits. Absolutely amazing. On the first visit, the staff were nice and welcoming. On my second visit, a staff member slammed my food on the counter with a grumpy look on her face. When I said "Thank you," the staff member didn't say anything. Instead, I was served by someone with a serious attitude problem. I would've given it a 5 star rating, but because of her attitude problem, it's 4 stars I'm afraid. If I didn't visit the second time, I would've given it a 5 star rating. The amazing food and service on my first visit made me come back. However, because of the service I received on my second visit, I regret returning to this restaurant.

Had a burger and chips with spicy chicken bites. They were OK, but I was disappointed that I had to pay £1.59 extra for chips, even though they'd advertised a meal for £5.99. Turns out the meal only includes a burger and 4 tiny chicken bites! A bit of false advertising, in my opinion!

Every time I’ve been here they’ve been super fast with my order and it always tastes fresh. Seating could be better and really dislike the jacket potato with toppings… It’s expensive though!

Ordered a small cheese burger and cheese fries. I watched it being made in front of me. Delicious. So much better than its biggest competitor.

Never had Wendy's before I went here (due to persuasion from my American partner since she misses it from home). I was pleasantly surprised by how yummy the food is for fast food and it doesn't leave me feeling rubbish and loaded like mcdonalds. The price is a bit higher and the portions slightly smaller but honestly I actually feel satiated after eating there. Plus you can get nuggets instead of chips and they are really good!! The chips are also good. I usually get the chicken burger combo with a small chips, small nuggets and small drink for 7.99. Soooo worth the money and is actually enjoyable compared to all other fast food I've tried. Miles better than mcdonalds and even tho it's slightly pricier, I end up spending less there anyway because it feels me up and hits the spot more.

Classic cheese burger with Fries and Mocha- taste is average but fries is real potatoes. Mocha is only half filled ie half cup. Price is not competitive!

Wendy’s is one of my favourite fastfood chains I’m glad they are now here in the UK. I even went to their Reading branch when it first opened to get my cravings satisfied. The burgers are good and tasty but I do love their nice and crispy fries and chocolate frosty (reminds me of my childhood). The ordering is straight forward and the food comes out quick and good temperature. Prices are reasonable too. The store could get quite busy though

Nothing worth second visit. We only tried as we’ve never had it before and as expected it was nothing to write home about. Cheap junk food, dirty tables, lazy unmotivated staff - typical Kingston centre these days.

Shop has excellent service and respectable staff members. My burger was a bit underwhelming but a staff member named Vincent made it right. I’m very shocked that I wasn’t disrespected and argued against like you would get in most fast food places. Would recommend.

Overall 3.5 stars Food was ok, beef Patti was on the dry side but meaty, overall ok nothing more. Fries, yep not better than what everyone else serves up. Frosty, nice but small Did the meal fill me up, yes, for a tenner. Service, well counter pickup, atmosphere, seriously! Was considering going to New Malden and having a meal in a restaurent that would have cost £13, as I did yesterday, hmm, maybe I should have.

One of the best burgers and fries I've had on Eden Street at this point. It's a treat you should try, even if it's a little pricey compared to other burger vendors. Chicken nuggets are a must try, it just melted in my mouth. The chicken was so tender and fresh.

It's a superior square burger with fresh ingredients. It's very similar to five guys but better and cheaper. You're looking at £20 for two bespoke built burgers with all the trimmings plus 2 chips. Easy ordering either at the till or at the screen.

Lunch is short have a frosty first.

Not suitable for indian or Muslims as not halal.. I hate the word when you say spicy when this is so not true.. anyone who enjoys Spicy or even a kick this is not for you... my 2year old can even eat this... Was so looking forward the the spice but truly disappointed

Food is not good. Tried their standard double burger - awful. Meat tasted like petrol. No flavour. I should mention - some of the terrible flavour is from cooking burgers in the same filth, one after another.

Quick service and beautifully cooked food. As a family we have eaten there twice, the service is so quick with a friendly face.

My first time in Wendy's. I ordered a grilled chicken burger with chips and an orange drink. The burger was very tasty, fresh lettuce, tomato, and generous sauce in it, loved it. The guy at the front was very busy and very polite. Would definitely go again.

Expensive for what it offers. The burger was pleasant but not exceptional, but the portions of fries were very small for the price.

Whatever disgusting member of staff has put together a burger with no sauce, no salad or seasoning is an absolute asbo, just chicken and bread for £8. The other burger I ordered wasn’t the right order. Never ever getting Wendy’s again, don’t bother members of the public they will rob you. 😡

First visit to a Wendy's in the UK for 40 years!! The burger was absolutely delicious; the fries, less so - rather bland (but there is unlimited free ketchup.) You make - and can customize - your own soft drinks at a separate counter these days. Service was very quick and efficient with eye contact and an engaging smile. This place is just too expensive for regular visits; in another 40 years, I'll be 97 and might reconsider. McD's is opposite.

First Wendy's in Kingston since they came back to England. Excellent squar patty. Baked potatoes on menu too. Chilli con carne and chips. Brilliant chocolate dessert. Lovely jubely.

Wendys used to be really great. This location is just ok. My kids like the beef burgers but the chicken burger is like chewing a piece of rubber. Other than that you get what you pay for.

It will always be a discussion of McDs v Wendy's. I am glad they are here. Competition is good for the customer. Happy to support them.

Although I visited on a very quiet Saturday morning, the staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast bap was very nice.

My daughters had tge burgers and fries and they were impressed. The food was not greasy like other fast food places. I had tge advocado salad and yummy, it was plentiful & oh so delicious. The small cold drinks are refills if you wish (a good concept for a fast food place). It was a little higher price albeit if the food is good you accomodate the extra charge. Try it for yourself, I certainly recommend Wendy's.

So much better than the two big others. Reminded me how McDonald's and burger King were thirty years ago when they actually cared about the burgers they put out. Shakes and coffee were better too, and the service was lightning fast even though it was busy. 10/10.

The beef burgers are square, which didn't really seem like a unique selling point to me, but they're very flavoursome! The only thing I wouldn't recommend is the chicken nuggets, they're thin and I didn't think the size of them reflects the price.

Wendy's is a nice change from the other fast food burger places. However, I've been 3 times and the food seems to get saltier every time. The last time I went it was overly salty and not enjoyable. The staff are efficient but always seem stressed and unhappy. I think if the reduce the salt and train their staff to be more joyful, it would do much better. Sometimes it's completely empty compared to the M opposite.

Very enjoyable, freshly cooked burger.

I love the employees here. I’m allergic to carbohydrates so i was unable to have any of the burger buns. So I asked one of the employees if it was possible for a lettuce bun burger even though it wasn’t advertised on the menu. I spoke to a tall employee who was incredibly nice and made sure my order was personally made with a lettuce bun. The fact that they were so nice and understanding made my day.

I like Wendy's. I prefer the smaller menu compared to the rest of the fast food take aways. Would it be rude to also say that it's usually less busy than MacD across the road! Chips are also way better.

Had the baconator. Some options to customise but no mustard available. That is rather shocking for an American burger joint! Otherwise enjoyed the burger. Although below says 10-20 per person came out to 10.99 for a meal

Small portions for what you pay for.

Will be my first and last time I will be going into this shop. As it was my first time going to Wendy's and having such high expectations. First impression was horrible I was waiting for a few mins at the counter for me to get severed when it wasn't even busy. 2nd impression was when I got my food (classic chicken burger and cheesy chips) I didn't even get a paper to go on my tray and the second thing is that the cheese was not even melted properly as well the chip portion being so little. If I had my phone I would of uploaded some pictures but I can't.

We placed an order which didn't show on the screen and as there was no one else in the restaurant I asked if they were preparing our food. The lady told us that they hadn't started it because they had run out of spicy chicken and could only offer us normal chicken which was fine by us. What i couldn't understand though was why they hadn't told us this immediately instead of doing nothing and waiting for us to approach them. Food was fine when it turned up. I do like their burgers.

Not like in the USA ! You can not pay cash , they are letting your CC company to charge extra if you are Tourist !! I order double dave but they serve the single … after a couple bites I return and they exchange it !! Not bad but not perfect !

Only half of our order arrived from our online order so we rang and were told it would be sent. Two more phone calls and 4 hours later...still not here!

Generally it is the better option of the big burger chains; preferences aside, the milkshake is definitely top notch.

Honestly the best food restaurant I have ever encountered. The food was aesthetically pleasing and tasted like heaven.

Since opening, I’ve tried this place 3 or 4 times, each visit has had issues with service. A simple ‘no mayo’ on a burger can’t be done at the self service, so I have to order at the tills which are never manned. The place was empty but I had to wait for the person cleaning the floors to finish doing so before I was served, while several staff messed about in the kitchen, even looking at me waiting to be served. The guy who served me was friendly enough and put through the no mayo request. The place was full of rubbish, bins overflowing, none of them being attended to. I waited at the collection counter and watched the woman, who was making burgers, slather mayo on one side of the burger bun. She realised her mistake and guess what…!? she tried scraping it off, what kind of place does that?! It’s basic. It should have been chucked and restarted. Unsure if it was mine, I waited until it was handed to me and checked it, there was still mayo on the sides of the bun. I asked for a new burger. The person who seemed to be in charge said he understood but apologised to the woman making the burgers for having to do another one!! As though I had made a fuss over nothing. Shocking! While smirking and laughing between each other staff, all she did was replace the bun lid. No apology or fresh one made. I was totally shocked at the lack of customer service, they made McDonalds look amazing. I wish I had asked for a refund and gone there. I don’t expect people working minimum wage jobs to put out the red carpet, but this was just appalling. Not meeting basic standards of customer service or food preparation, better training is needed. The chips were nice.

A tasty burger for sure… crisp fries and served fairly quickly for something freshly assembled in the open kitchen. The only reason for the dropped star is a lack of ketchup in the dispenser and a lack of fizz in the Dr Pepper… but these are easy fixes. Update - I’ve been a couple more times now and it seems when busy the service levels fall through the floor. Delivery drivers get priority as do friends and conversations with colleagues. Bins don’t get emptied, tables don’t get cleared and queues to order are addressed by closing a till point. Shame

Best fast food on the high street... Chilli n chips to die for!

The fries were probably the best ive ever had from a fast food restaurant. Crunchy and fluffy inside. Not over salty just perfect tasting. The burger was fresh and definitely beef. Juicy, tasty and well cooked. The tomato was as big as the roll and there were several gherkins, not just 1 or 2. Everything was freshly cooked so nothing was hanging around waiting to be eaten. I didnt have one but the milkshake was super thick. You even get a spoon and a straw. You might think you like the rest but this was better than the rest. I thoroughly recommend Wendys, you wont be disappointed

Clean and staff are good. Drink selection is excellent, you can get all the usual selection (coke,sprite Dr pepper etc) but each also has its sub flavour (cherry,lime,vanilla coke etc). Portions are smaller than McDonald's but that's probably a good thing tbh.

Actually 'fast' food. Tastes great, decent price. Only complaint was that multiple toilets were out of order and the drink machine screens weren't very sanitary. Otherwise highly recommend.

too warm aircond temp was advised at 21 degrees far too warm. Sutton Wendy’s is cleaner and air cond is perfect!!

They never have lettuce and tomato for the burgers!! Always the same story that all Wendys are out of vegetables!! Unacceptable!! You pay the full price and you get only bread with buns which is not what you ordered! They never let you know that they are out of vegetables…You only find out when you wanna eat..The place is always dirty …Do not visit this site
