I visited this Wendy’s today for the first time and really liked the service and atmosphere, Wahida in particular was really nice and showed great customer service, and the food was delicious !

Love this place it’s very social and the food service is very fast and 10/10 always correct. A special shout out to Lewis he was very nice and helpful and never made us wait too long when we wanted to ask for extra stuff such as sauces. Thanks Lewis!

Got a chicken wrap for lunch and was served by Wahida. She was so nice and made my experience.

The service is quick and the staff were happy to help assist me to get the sources I wanted for my food which I ordered. I prefer sitting on window seats at fast food restaurants and this one has plenty. I love that Wendy's Kingston has appropriate music to enjoy with my lunch which creates a nice atmosphere. 5 stars for me.

Today Thursday 09/01/25 at 21:30 me and my friend came at this brunch we kindly asked for tap water before for my friend that has autism disorder before ordering our TA food, an Asian lady with glasses has been soo rude to us. She just moved her head and said NO! Very very rude service.

I like the French fries and chicken nuggets here very much. They are very delicious. And their service attitude is very good. I often come here with my friends.
