Great food and restaurant was well organised. Steak was cooked perfectly and Danny had great service and knowledge. 100% recommend.

Danny was very helpful all night. Athiught here was an issue with one of the steaks he got it sorted and came back perfect.

Very polite staff on arrival. Food arrived minus the starters for two of the guests. The same two guests received their mains still without having had their starters. They were told the sides and steak knives would be brought over shortly. 10 minutes passed, at which point another member of the serving team was asked for an update on the missing food and cutlery, soon after this the cutlery and very oily chips arrived. On paying the bill I mentioned that two of the starters were not received to which the waiter replied “Sorry” and continued to take full payment. I will not be returning to a Miller & Carter again.

Ordered meatballs pasta for my 3 years old son . Macaroni quite nice , but the meatballs it was hard rock and burn . I told this to the server and was the last portion what they had on menu , quite a lot of dishes missing from menu ...

Service was very slow, considering the restaurant was half empty. Food was ok

unbelievable dinner the steak is probably the best steak I've had in London. They had my favourite wine so I got a bottle. Had a lovely time celebrating my cousins birthday. Food was amazing. Service was spectacular, thank you Danny for looking after us so well. Very professional and all needs met as we had an allergy to cater for, so very happy and satisfied with our overall service and experience. Will definitely be coming back.

Mia, the manager on shift, showed us to our table and really helped us feel comfortable. Our steak expert Trocon made us feel very welcome and made sure everything was to our liking. We then had a drink at the bar and Taylor took our order and helped us decide what drink we would like. Will definitely be coming again! Beautiful steak and wonderful service!

Food bland - cauliflower starter tasteless steak chewy - wrong sauce arrived so chips went cold - waiter didn’t explain options or extra charges - he was dis interested in us. Manager was very helpful and professional

Service was friendly. Food was dreadful. The steaks were some of the worst I’ve ever tried. Thin, anaemic, bland and cooked badly. This is the type of steak restaurant run by people who have never eaten a proper steak.

Came here for our anniversary hoping to enjoy a great steak for meal out together and we weren't disappointed. Very good food and the staff were friendly and ready to help.

The food was outstanding. Fillet steak cooked to perfection with beef drippings sauce. Bannoffee pie was the dessert we ordered which was incredible! Janice served us and was very polite and friendly and had a great disposition about her. Will most definitely be back again.

Janice was great as ever. Lovely to see a long serving member of staff at this venue. Steak is good quality and well cooked. We know exactly what to expect and weren't disappointed.

We made a booking. When we arrived, the restaurant was mostly empty and we were shown to a table. A few minutes later two men were seated at the table directly behind us, talking and one of their mouths was half a metre away from my ear. I approached three waiters to explain that I was unhappy about this. A man who looked like the manager said that the restaurant would soon be filled up and all the tables are allocated. When I said I was still unhappy he offered a different table which was very close to a table with a lot of noisy children. When I showed there was space elsewhere, he said a section had been closed due to lack of waiters, despite the restaurant appearing mostly empty. My family and I were disappointed with how we were treated so we left. It was my birthday and my evening was ruined.

Always such a pleasure to come here for a local meal. It’s even more of a treat when we are served by Janice, she treats us like old friends every time and we are always so well looked after when she’s serving us. We came tonight as a party of 11, 5 of which were young children. Nothing was too much trouble, the food arrived in good time and everyone left very full and happy. Looking forward to returning again soon.

The only place where I've never wanted dinner to stop! Amazing Chateaubriand, as well as sides that are all pretty geniusly put together. Couldn't let a morsel go to waste. First time here and can't wait to go back
