Miller & Carter, Worcester Park in Kingston upon Thames

Callum served us at Miller and Carter, WorcesterPark. He was amazing, made us feel welcome, relaxed was a lovely young man. Food was excellent and Callum even arranged for a surprise slice of brownie, raspberries and profiterole, with a candle, for my wife whose birthday it was. The Manager was welcoming as well. Well done M&C we had a lovely lunchtime experience

Cool vibes and unique décor. Tried the vegan burger, and it was surprisingly flavorful. Great option for plant-based diners, though dessert options were limited.

We had a phone call on the way from Joe, due to having booked the previous night too. This was to check in and ensure it wasn't an accidental booking. On arrival, warm welcome and seated swiftly. Joe who served us was excellent and very attentive. Food was excellent, delivered in good time and pipping hot and absolutely delicious. We would 100% recommend 👌

From the moment we walked into Steakhouse, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism that set the tone for an exceptional evening. The star of the evening, aside from the perfectly cooked steaks, was our waiter Danni. His customer service was absolutely brilliant—attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely kind. He anticipated our needs with grace and made us feel truly valued as guests. Every dish we ordered was bursting with flavor, cooked to perfection, and beautifully presented. It’s clear that the chefs at Steakhouse take great pride in their craft. We left with full hearts and satisfied appetites. This restaurant is a true gem, and the outstanding service we received made the experience all the more special. We’ll definitely be returning—and recommending it to everyone we know Thank you again, Danny and team

Lovely experience here for a Birthday meal. Vlad is an absolute star and was incredibly friendly, professional and attentive throughout despite some other difficult customers. Thank you, we will make a return visit soon!! I even received a personalised birthday card on my visit.

We went to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We had a drink firstly then were seated. All the staff were very polite, cheerful and organised. Our waitress was amazing, so professional, polite and efficient. No rushing for us to order quickly. The food was really good, prompt and to order - no complaints from us ! I mentioned to our waitress it was my husbands birthday, then after the meal she brought out a pudding lit with a candle, with a happy birthday chocolate tile in it and sang Happy Birthday, other people also joined in - it completed our evening amazingly . So a big Thank You to Miller and Carter and a special recognition should go out to our waitress Annelise - thank you, you’re a proper super star, you made our night special !!

Well, with 3 x 5 stars above demonstrates the food quality & value for money. All of our 4 meals were superb. Joe our waiter was excellent. Professional, friendly, helpful & efficient. However, Apart from no draught beers being available due to a cellar issue (which wasn’t a problem for us as we all drank non alcoholic beverages anyway) our only gripe was the gents toilets. Resulting unfortunately in us giving only 4 stars overall. 2 cubicles, both littered with toilet paper upon entering. Both had wet seats from previous usage (although this can’t be attributed to the establishment but the last user, if a regular 1/2 hr maintenance regime was implemented, as in many other licence bars & restaurants it could be avoided) I actually cleaned a dirty seat with tissue & hand soap before using it myself! Upon using the toilet, I then understood why toilet paper was all over the floor as the dispensers are totally inefficient, impractical & of poor design. Then, after finishing washing my hands the electric hand blower/dryer wasn’t working! I informed Joe on my way back to my table as to the condition of the WCs’ & he gave me a towel to dry my hands & said “the sensor often plays up” & apologised. So I presume management are aware of the toilet issues but nothing has been done to rectify the problem by way of actioning a maintenance log. It’s a shame that (thankfully) something not remotely related to the superb food somewhat tinted our overall dinning experience. Thank you to Joe, he was excellent!

Steakhouse. We sat in the bar area because dogs are not allowed in the dining area. The food is the same, we all had steak, outstanding! But we ordered at the counter and paid straight away. Price ok, but not cheap.

Came with family of 8 including 2 young children to celebrate my sister's birthday. Food was very tasty and our server Janice was excellent, very friendly, interacted with both children and checked in throughout the meal to see how we were doing and if there was anything she could get us.

The usual great M&C experience (albeit pricey). Great service and delicious fare. Just a couple of niggles for me - my Rib-eye was as ordered medium rare but for the first time ever at M&C had a lot of sinew rather than marbling - mad it a very chewy experience and in the end had to cut the sinew out to enjoy the rest - I know this is sometimes pot luck with meat - pity though and not my usual experience. PS please get your table lamps working or why are they there.

Came in for a meal with my mate and had Chelsey as our server, she was incredibly accommodating and kind, it made our experience even better, the food was delicious and atmosphere was perfect!

My wife and I visited this venue last night. What a brilliant experience, evening we had. I always remember first impressions. From the moment we walked in we were met with a smiling happy face. The food was excellent. We had prawns for starter, I had 16oz ribeye, my wife had the lamb. For pudding we had the chocolate sharing platter. It was heaven. Couldn’t believe we managed to eat it. This place has a great ambience. As for the staff all so friendly and happy, it makes for a lovely experience. A special mention for our server JOE he was attentive, professional and funny. He is a credit to miller & Cater. We would certainly recommend and be going back soon. Thanks for a lovely evening. 👍👍

They didn’t have my starter or my 1st choice of main, but it didn’t matter, the steak I got was lovely, cooked blue beautifully. Our server Joe was fab. Very relaxed atmosphere and And Niroshan, we’ll see you next Tuesday 🤣🤣

We visited this Restaurant last night and I have to say what a brilliant evening. Excellent ambience, food and staff. For starters my wife and I had prawns, main course I had rib eye 16oz and my wife had the lamb. For dessert we had the chocolate sharing pudding which was chocolate heaven. From walking in we were greeted with a happy smiling face and this continued throughout our evening. All the staff here seem really happy and this place certainly has a great team. A special mention to Our server JOE. He made the evening extra special, very attentive, funny and professional. He is a credit to Miller & Carter. Thank you for a lovely evening. Enjoyed a very nice meal with family. Shared the sharing platters with very nice sides and great quality food. Very attentive and friendly server named Erin, who gave the best service and ensured an awesome time. The banoffee pie for desert was one of the best things I’ve ever tasted, def recommend.

Our server, Tony, was exceptional—attentive, professional, and genuinely helpful with all our needs. The food was absolutely delicious and well-priced, while the cocktail drinks were outstanding. Overall, we were thoroughly satisfied with everything the restaurant had to offer. A fantastic experience!
