Miller & Carter, Worcester Park in Kingston upon Thames

Had a lovely experience at the Worcester branch on sunday. We had a lovely waiter called Imarni and she looked after us well, excellent communication and always had a smile on our face. We appreciated the excellent customer service and look forward to our next visit

Turned up after 9, even though they close at 11. Rude staff member told me to get lost. Terrible service

Best fillet steak I’ve had in years! Janice looked after us so well and the place had a lively atmosphere even on a Sunday night.

I had dinner there with my husband yesterday. Janice did an amazing job!! The attention to detail was spot on. She could tell that I couldn't read the menu (left my glasses at home), and she just came over and helped me without me asking. She was polite and courteous. I went for Janice's recommendation on going for a medium well ribeye, and I must say that i don't regret it. It was succulent, tender and just melts in the mouth. I had a fantastic night!

First time at Miller & Carter after everyone I knew exclaimed about how GREAT it was. The food was amazing on this experience, see photos. & our friendly and charming waitress Chelsey helped us chose our wine flavour and was very patient too. Sebastian came out with our food with a warming smile. We ended up learning about how the onion loaf was made!! We ended up loving the amazing food and drinks. Only con was the music stopped playing for an hour and it was strange hearing peoples conversations around you.

What a fantastic evening. Our waitress Janice was a total star and the highlight of our experience at this restaurant. I was taken here by a group of my friends for a birthday meal and from the start Janice was really welcoming, friendly and had us laughing, yet really professional. The food was excellent and the steaks cooked exactly as ordered. Janice even surprised me by brining out a birthday plate of 2 chocolate puddings. A massive Thank you to Janice and the staff on that Monday night (17th March 2025). We will be back.

I recently visited with my family after being recommended this by my eldest daughter. I have to applaud my waitress Imarni, who was attentive, friendly and smart! She had made sure to give my family the best time possible and I must recognise her hard work! The food was amazing, we will definitely be back.

Imarni was a delight and really sweet and helped us out tremendously. She helped to organise my sisters birthday really well and was so lovely… food was amazing and we will be back in a Sunday again!

The person who answered us was very friendly and attentive to us, the food was always very tasty but this time the food when it arrived at the table was not hot as it should be.

We had the pleasure of being served by Imarni, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, she was warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. She made sure we felt welcome, took our orders with a smile, and checked in regularly to ensure we had everything we needed. Her friendly personality and excellent service truly enhanced our dining experience. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and passionate about their work. Butcher's Block ... Best choice for anyone who like me, is indecisive on which steak to choose. All cooked to perfection! And the Tiramisu was mouthwatering! Thank you Trocon, for the great service!

Our waitress, Imarni, was exceptional!! She was attentive, super friendly, and made sure we were well taken care of throughout the evening. She checked in routinely to ensure that everything was perfect with our meal, and her recommendations were amazing. When we brought up that one of our steaks was underdone, she quickly resolved the issue for us and we were able to enjoy a fantastic meal! This was our first time at this branch and we’re eager to return soon!

Everything about our experience was second to none! We were very well looked after by all members of staff and felt like there was a very personal touch given to us from all members of staff we interacted with, whether it be a quick request or for ordering and being served our food and drinks etc.

The steaks are always superb here. Took my 89 year old dad here for his birthday, booked online, requested a quiet table, no fuss, everything absolutely spot on. Shared a chateaubriand which was absolutely perfect. Trocon looked after us perfectly, he definitely deserves a mention. Highly recommended.

Danny and Alice are absolutely amazing. Very polite and went above and beyond with the service. They know the menu very well and know what to compliments each item. Made us feel welcomed and supported our needs. They were clear with any issues and assisted in any changes needed.

Service very good the food was good but the coleslaw had no taste, it was busy but very cold so we kept our costs on which was a shame ,the burger I had was better than last time, it was very good and fresh but it was so very cold in there

Dined here for a birthday celebration. The food is great as always but Janice was absolutely amazing! Her service was second to none and she was absolutely lovely.

I would give less than 1 star if it was possible. Absolutely the worse experience I have ever had. Had to send food back multiple times, the staff was appalling, didn’t have one person serving but about 3 different people. They excuse was that they was busy and that’s why our food got wrong and it wasn’t, been to busier places and our food was right. Someone on my table has autism and they turned up their nose up at us. Waiting on a call back from the manager, this was Sunday the 26th I put in a complaint and the general manager said he would pass it on and with the problems we received, still haven’t heard a thing. Would never go back again.

Food is good but service is very slow. Edit: added extra star because they replied to my review. You will see me again... at some point. Edit 2: Went again for a birthday meal, food even better than before but service still very slow. Edit 3: 3rd November 2023. Went for a meal with a good friend. Service was swift and food was great. Adjusting star rating accordingly. Edit 4: 26th Jan 2025. Went for family meal, tought we would give them another chance as its been a while. Once again feel so let down by the slow service and this time lack of food options. No burgers or ribs!! Will never go again.

Our waitress Chelsea was a star, excellent service. The food was wonderful, well worth the price and cooked to perfection, the dessert (lemon tart) was the perfect way to finish the meal. Will definitely be back

we came for my birthday as a group of 14 and we were seated very quickly and the service was great! a couple missed starters but were quickly brought out when i let them know! Janice served us and she was great! so lovely and polite and couldn’t wish for a better waitress! food was lovely and excellent prices on the set menu!

Fabulous dinner at Miller and Carter Worcester Park. We were well looked after by Niroshan and Mia and especially our waiter Trocon who impressed us with his knowledge on the menu! Our food was fabulous, thank you to the chef Sophie! Highly recommend for a tasty evening out.

Edited review from the second experience: The second experience was maybe the worst dining experience ever. I received a call 15 minutes prior to the booking time and while I was on the road to the restaurant. I got in and I was told that almost no dishes were available because "they had a busy weekend"! And my only option was to leave although they tried to sell their limited remaining stock of dishes. It was ridiculous to hear "we don't have this, we don't have that" when even salads were out of stock. First experience : Amazing ambience, lots of steak options, good food. Great service from Shaun.

Danny our waiter was excellent, very knowledgeable, attentive & suggested recommendations for food & drinks. The food was exceptional. The staff were very friendly & welcoming. We will be definitely be returning.

We had an amazing time at Miller and Carter. Food came out perfect and quick but our server Erin was brilliant, she was very smiley and attentive towards everyone on the table. Nothing was ever too much hassle for her. My friend has an allergy and she handled it amazing, taking her time to go through the allergy. She was quick and very organised and will definitely be asking for Erin when we come back. Thank you for an amazing night !!

Came for a work dinner. Food was amazing and an even bigger shout out to Janice. She was amazing, attentive, friendly and a great sense humour!

Our first visit to this Miller & Carter yesterday to celebrate our first wedding anniversary, and we were not disappointed. We were served by Janice who went above and beyond to make sure everything with our visit was perfect. She even offered us a lift home after it started snowing if we couldn't get an Uber, as my husband had recently injured his foot! So many thanks for a lovely evening, we will certainly be visiting again.

We love coming to this Branch of Miller&Carter .. Janice always looks after us so well and we look for her when we arrive as she knows exactly what we all like and takes care of everything.. the food is always 10/10 and we always leave happy and full… thankyou Janice for always taking care of our family xx

Food is absolutely delicious and worth the money!! From the start the host was welcoming and showed us where the bar was while we waited for the rest of our group. The girls at the bar were lovely, think their names were Nia and Alice, and helped us with some great drink recommendations (the Long Island is lush). When we went to the table, our ‘steak expert’ Chelsea was great and helped me choose between a ribeye and fillet. We went for ribeyes in the end and they where definitely the right choice, they where juicy and tender so pat on the back for the chef👍 all in all a great experience
