Really nice night, food was lovely and drinks were also great. Amazing service from Cici who was a lovely host and very happy to help with anything.

we came for my birthday as a group of 14 and we were seated very quickly and the service was great! a couple missed starters but were quickly brought out when i let them know! Janice served us and she was great! so lovely and polite and couldn’t wish for a better waitress! food was lovely and excellent prices on the set menu!

Fabulous dinner at Miller and Carter Worcester Park. We were well looked after by Niroshan and Mia and especially our waiter Trocon who impressed us with his knowledge on the menu! Our food was fabulous, thank you to the chef Sophie! Highly recommend for a tasty evening out.

Edited review from the second experience: The second experience was maybe the worst dining experience ever. I received a call 15 minutes prior to the booking time and while I was on the road to the restaurant. I got in and I was told that almost no dishes were available because "they had a busy weekend"! And my only option was to leave although they tried to sell their limited remaining stock of dishes. It was ridiculous to hear "we don't have this, we don't have that" when even salads were out of stock. First experience : Amazing ambience, lots of steak options, good food. Great service from Shaun.

We had an amazing time at Miller and Carter. Food came out perfect and quick but our server Erin was brilliant, she was very smiley and attentive towards everyone on the table. Nothing was ever too much hassle for her. My friend has an allergy and she handled it amazing, taking her time to go through the allergy. Our first visit to this Miller & Carter yesterday to celebrate our first wedding anniversary, and we were not disappointed. We were served by Janice who went above and beyond to make sure everything with our visit was perfect. She even offered us a lift home after it started snowing if we couldn't get an Uber, as my husband had recently injured his foot! So many thanks for a lovely evening, we will certainly be visiting again.

We love coming to this Branch of Miller&Carter .. Janice always looks after us so well and we look for her when we arrive as she knows exactly what we all like and takes care of everything.. the food is always 10/10 and we always leave happy and full… thankyou Janice for always taking care of our family xx

Food is absolutely delicious and worth the money!! From the start the host was welcoming and showed us where the bar was while we waited for the rest of our group. The girls at the bar were lovely, think their names were Nia and Alice, and helped us with some great drink recommendations (the Long Island is lush). When we went to the table, our ‘steak expert’ Chelsea was great and helped me choose between a ribeye and fillet. We went for ribeyes in the end and they where definitely the right choice, they where juicy and tender so pat on the back for the chef👍 all in all a great experience

I recently dined at Miller & Carter in Worcester Park and had a decent experience overall. The majority of the staff were pleasant, but I must give a special mention to Imarni, who provided exceptional service throughout our visit. Her attentiveness and friendly demeanour truly enhanced our dining experience. The steaks we ordered were prepared to a satisfactory standard. Whilst the overall experience was good, there is some room for improvement in certain areas. However, Imarni's outstanding service definitely made up for any minor shortcomings. I would rate my experience 5 stars, primarily due to the excellent service from Imarni and the reasonable quality of the food. This establishment offers a reliable dining option in Worcester Park.

The burgers were average but tasty, of a healthy sized portion and served without delay. A little messy on the presentation. That being said, when our drinks were served by the waitress who’d taken the order and was delivering the drinks, picked them up off the tray by the rim of the glass in each case and placed them in front of us. When serving drinks rule number one is don’t handle the glass where people put their mouths. Health and safety is key!

My family and I dined here on Christmas Day and were overall disappointed. I of course appreciate that there are a lot of moving parts when it comes to a Christmas Day service, but I feel that matters could’ve been handled differently. We were not served our grazing board until after the starters - only when I asked a member of staff did they arrive. I believe that the main course of turkey roulade was pre-prepared. For a restaurant that deals with steaks, surely cooking, storing, and carving fresh turkeys isn’t too much of an ask. We ordered a bottle of Chardonnay and the member of staff assumed we would like the more expensive bottle rather than enquiring about our preference. This was what was delivered. We failed to notice this until the bill arrived, which is partly our fault but more cooperation would’ve been appreciated. The starter of prawns and the desserts were fantastic. The waiter was friendly and attentive however forgot to put through our request of extra side dishes. They only arrived, once promoted, after our main courses were nearly finished. Our friends joining us at the table ate steak which looked fantastic. I wish I would’ve chosen the steak over the turkey. Overall a disappointing experience for the price point. Not even a welcome drink included in the £90 pp offering.

Chateaubriand was dry, A little disappointing I have to say after hearing great things about this place. The sides was nice. Service was a little slow. However the waitress was friendly

We had a pleasure to visit Miller & Carter on our way to London. Absolutely amazing atmosphere and service by Chelsea. Here’s another version: This steakhouse exceeded all our expectations! The food was incredibly flavorful, with every bite being tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. The interior design created a warm and inviting atmosphere, making the experience even more enjoyable. The service was outstanding—prompt, friendly, and attentive to every detail. I highly recommend this place for anyone who loves great food and excellent hospitality. A must-visit!

An absolute shambles. Table 35 minutes late and the manager kept blanking us as we were waiting. Finally got our table and lots of dishes off the menu. Main took a long time to arrive then the onion thing was really cold like it was just out of the fridge. When complained the manager got defensive. We usually come here for Xmas but never again. Our waiter was great but so embarrassed by the whole thing

Went out for my finacès birthday dinner , the first time away from our 10 month old. The staff from the start were welcoming and polite. Our server Chelsey was helpful and genuinely nice . We would definitely go back to this branch again. My partner had blue rare and I had medium rare fillet steak which were cooked to excalty how we both like , 10/10. The festive cocktails were delicious too. Thank you all.

We were turned around saying that they were fully booked and no tables available, even though the place looked half empty. Then we tried booking online and were able to get a table right away. Felt unprofessional and unwelcome.

I like the atmosphere and food in Miller & Carter. Maybe a bit more variety on salads would be nice. Also kids mac and cheese portion is tiny. Service was excellent by Janice

Wonderful experience overall, dropped in for a quick bite- the 50 day aged ribeye was on point and so was the side of mac and cheese! Thank you for the amazing service and hospitality- Paul and Janice. Will be back soon.

Visited Sunday for a birthday treat. Greeted the door but there was no enquiry if anyone had any allergies. This led to having to ask for a gluten-free menu. (All my family are coeliac) The server was very polite but literally had to go looking for the menus. Not a good start. The restaurant wasn't that busy but once our orders were taken it was a full hour before they arrived. This seemed a long time. Once the food arrived, the plates had obviously been under a hot plate as they were roasting hot. The sides arrived separately, and then my daughter's not at all. We had to ask for it. Again, not exactly great service. Nobody checked if the food was OK or if we needed anything else. Once finished, we had to beckon service as nobody was overtly concerned if our meal was OK. For the price you pay the steak was OK. It wasn't spectacular, and if I'm being honest, I've had just as good from a supermarket. The venue was average, and I probably wouldn't return unless general service just increased dramatically.

We had a fantastic meal at Miller & Carter with a group of six, and the experience was nothing short of excellent. The ambiance was perfect for a relaxed evening, with comfortable seating and beautifully done Christmas decorations adding a festive charm. The soft, warm lighting was just right, making it easy to read the menu without straining our eyes. Even though the restaurant was full, it was well-ventilated and not overheated, which added to the comfort. The food was outstanding—expertly cooked and full of flavor. My Ultimate Rack of Barbecue Ribs was absolutely at its best—tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. A big thank you to the kitchen staff for their hard work and attention to detail! Special mention to our waiter, Joe, who truly enhanced our evening. His friendly and professional service made us feel welcome and well taken care of. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!

Had the Sunday roast sharer! Came out with minimal roast potatoes! Asked for the lamb medium and the steak medium rare. Steak had more fat than meat and was so under cooked it was basically blue! And the lamb came out rare my partner could bearly eat it was like eating raw meat! Overall food quality was a complete disappointment but couldn't fault the service....

Careful, they put the special lunch menu in front of you and then charge you full price from the main menu which is considerably more expensive and claim it was an accident?! that is very bad practice. They even gave me a non itemised bill to try to hide the extra charges. Steak ok, Sticky Chicken horrible. Service is very slow too, wasnt even busy. Service is the worst thing here, will never be going back there.

Had our anniversary meal at the Miller and Carter Worcester Park branch, it was as lovely food. Our waitress Millie was amazing too!

It was the worst experience. I ordered the lunch menu, but was ordered from the regular menu. 4 people ordered, but only 3 came out. The steak was cooked poorly and was tough to eat. There was no apology for receiving the wrong order at checkout, they just said there was nothing they could do and only received a 10% discount.

The food and service has been incredible here today. Head Chef Taylar’s cooking was incredible. The Sunday sharing board was delicious and cooked to perfection. Alongside this Danny who served us was lovely with such good vibes and so helpful too. Our first visit to Miller and Carter and we will definitely be back and will be recommending to our friends and family.

Order was originally meant to arrive at 22:00, kept getting delayed after the order left the restaurant and the courier was in the same spot for 15-20 minutes. By the time the food arrived at 22:45 it was completely cold. I wasn’t given an option to cancel the order due to the long delay. The driver explained he had issues with his car and that was the reason for the delay which is understandable but I am unhappy as I spent £82 on this order and it was completely cold and unenjoyable.

came in with my dad for a dinner. our server, i think his name was danny, greeted us at the door with some great banter and quickly seated us. when he took our order he was friendly and made some fantastic recommendations which elevated our meals. the service from danny and the kitchen staff was brilliant all night. :))
