KFC in Maidstone

This place is absolutely awful, they never get the order right because they are not listening, how they keep their customers I really don’t know and it is always cold, I had to tell them 3 times last night my order and they still didn’t get it right, the employees are all awful

it is terrible how the prices are going up so quickly, nobody will buy your food if the prices keep getting higher and higher. for a tiny portion of chips it’s £3.19 !! how shocking! 😤

Never, ever, ever, ever get delivery from Week st branch. It was cold, dried out and looked exactly like it was, the last dregs sent to someone who paid money and they knew there was no chance of any comeback from ripping someone off. kfc should close down everywhere.

I have been a huge fan of KFC since the 70’s and have watched the steady decline in quality and taste over the years. KFC fries have been the worst available for a while, a fact accepted by themselves. They even sent emails announcing their new ‘seasoned fries’. We thought we would give them one last chance. Oh boy, big mistake. Food was fresh and hot so no excuses there. The two piece meal was the worst I’ve ever had. My son had a chicken popcorn meal. Both were tasteless and the fries? well they were just the old fries with some non descript seasoning. Hardly any of them and no flavour whatsoever. We both had an overwhelming taste of grease, so much so that we had to stop and buy something to take the awful taste away……without success. I could still taste it 4 hours later. I’ve now had my last KFC. Unless they return to their original fries, which were great, and the original colonel’s recipe, I won’t be returning. There are far better options out there and when KFC should be upping their game, they are doing the exact opposite.
