Burger great. Hotdog great if a little small. Strawberry milkshake really lovely. Nice polite staff. Clean restaurant. I was the only customer so not much of an atmosphere but was ok. Staff member comp’d me a free soda when I went to order one after my meal. Very gratefully received.

Driver delivered wrong food. Called restaurant who refused to help and said to contact justeat for a refund instead of send out correct order or contact driver to return.

Ordered at 17:25 didn’t arrive until 19:20. Food was all correct but delivery estimate was 25-45 minutes. No issue if it had been estimated as that long but delivery time kept going later and later

This is quite possibly the worst burger and chips we have ever had . Stone cold , soggy bun , overcooked stone cold chips . £40 later !!! Joke

I placed an order at 18:40 with an expected delivery time of within an hour. However, the delivery was repeatedly delayed, and despite multiple attempts to contact the restaurant, I couldn’t get through. By 20:30, I decided to cancel and order from another place instead.

Waited for nearly 3 hours for delivery with a message to say a driver had been allocated but never picked up the food. The delivery time gradually changed from 17:30 to 20:00 with no delivery and no option available on the app to cancel the order. Phoned the restaurant multiple times and they have been waiting for a driver to pick it up for over an hour. Checked the app and it now says the food has been delivered with the time of delivery showing an hour in the future and we have not received it

I went to collect my takeaway order and it was all being cooked at the time. Then they wrapped the burgers tightly in alumjnium foil,which at the time i thought would be a good idea. But when i got home,the burgers and contents had stuck to the foil and ripped some of the bun off. You would think that with their experience,the company would know of this issue and package their takeaways in a more suitable manner. The burgers tasted great and so did the chips. But the following day,the food hadn't done my digestion system any favours and that was the case for 3 of us in total who had food from there. Very expensive too.

first time I have been here and the hot dogs where dry maybe better with a sauce in them and the burger was also dry could have done with sauce and salad in it

The order arrived with about seven chips when speaking to the restaurant they informed me that the driver has probably eaten the food and this always happens

Absolutely awful service. Ordered at 6:30 and delivery time went up from 7:35 to 9:15. Called them and they said there’s nothing they can do. I don’t mind delays and lack of drivers, but to just not care and offer no real solutions is just odd. If you can’t get drivers you need to turn off your order taking. Simples.

Took over two hours for the food to arrive, rang the restaurant twice ans they said the burgers are made and waiting couldn’t cancel the order.

First time me and wife had five guys takeaway, absolutely amazing burgers, yes a bit more expensive than the run of the mill burgers but totally on another level, no comparison, will definitely be back, could do with a few more chips though 🤣🤣🤣 thank you.

Already had one order take an hour over the time it should of get cancelled to then re order it to be late and also items missing this was a treat for my sons bday and it took over 2 hours 30 mins for us to receive cold food and 1 cancelled order

Went on a Saturday evening, ordered straight away and then proceeded to watch at least 5, if not 10 delivery drivers come in and stand around waiting for food. After they'd all collected their food, finally my burger and fries were ready. Fries - salty, lukewarm, salty, burnt and salty again. It was like eating pure salt. Burger however was a solid 9/10, only losing 1 point as the lettuce looked a bit off and wasn't crispy as previous visits. Shame as before it's been a solid 10/10, but it all felt rushed with the delivery orders getting priority over waiting customers.

I must have missed something because people really do rate 5 guys. Unfortunately, it didn't come across to me as any better than a McDonalds, which I don't rate as a good restaurant for reference. It's pretty basic and the food isn't anything special

not great . expensive for a burger so we expected more . very sloppy ,food spilled out in outer bag . we had a hot dog in lettuce wrap- horrible . cheeses burger fell apart from wrapper. chi

What more can l say,it was 30 minutes late arriving,but we realise traffic can be bad at that time so we forgive the delivery chap.

Chips where stone cold and burger was warm at best.

First time trying five guys literally burger and chips. Enjoyed it but my break was quite soggy think the quality of the bread could be better maybe not serve it in foil lol cheese could be cheddar or better quality as well beef was very nice I had a cheese and bacon burger good size with onions lettice and mushrooms. Nice burger but I've had better. Refill drink was 4 pounds 25 expensive in my eyes for a fanta or Coke tbh. Have got to say chips were very nice enjoyed them alot. Think this place could improve tbh but not keen on serving it in foil and paper bag.

Fries were disappointing - nowhere near the amount that we’ve previously had. I ordered a large and the size we got was more like a small. Disappointed

Food was a little cold, chips traveled surprisingly well. Milkshake was delicious as always.

The food was good but the courier didn't have a delivery bag and the order arrived cold.

the order came fairly quickly but there was no sauce or relish in either of the burgers and they really needed it. it's the second time this has happened now and it's pretty annoying, given how much the burgers cost I might have thought some effort would go into the prep. but maybe I just shouldn't order a fiver guys on a Friday evening, or maybe I should just go somewhere else entirely.

Great service from the restaurant and quick delivery from the delivery guy's too and really enjoyed my burger and fries, thank you very much.

Best milkshakes ever. Try the peanut butter and bacon. Also the cajun fries are superb and I loved their hamburgers and hotdogs. Sure its expensive, but it's worth it.

Chips were cold and bag wasn’t properly shut. Burgers were too soggy and not enough mayonnaise sachets, only given two for three full meals. Driver arrived on time but had the food in a Sainsbury’s bag, not even an insulated one to try and keep food hot. I never normally leave a review but this was really poor, normally five guys is pretty good but all were disappointed by food, packaging and by driver.

£19 for a cheese burger, fries and drink.

Stone cold food. Empty ketchup sachet. Sunday ruined.

Great service, tasty burgers, a bit pricey and cheap interiors but all in all a good experience. Worth the money.

our order wasn't delivered despite this update! it was the wrong food so we refused to accept it. phoning Five Guys was about as effective as fitting fan light windows on a submarine! £40 quid down and nothing to show for it...not even an apology!

We had a takeaway order delivered . Tiny bacon dog and a bacon cheese burger...cost was around £22 and was not value for money as my 2 grandchildren were still hungry. Have had 5 guys before which was great. Never again

First time using Five Guys - burger tasty and enough chips to sink a ship, but barely warm when arrived but I suppose that is the downside of home delivery! Bit too expensive for just burger and chips though

Cold and burnt food, I’ll be wanting a refund

So we ordered about 8ish and we was sent 3 different times our food eventually arrived at 23.00 cold the delivery driver said it took the restaurant a hour to even get a driver it was already remade and it come to us cold iam fuming with the service provided and I also heard the driver moaning about how far he had to come to deliver our food I paid 40 pounds for this food

Ordered 18:40 advised delivery 7:15 to 7:30, arrived 8.03. Both burgers cold, one patty still pink inside which is a hygiene risk with ground meat. All fries cold and soggy. For the price paid this level of service and quality of food is appalling.

Milkshakes are good, but the food and the crazy prices are not compatible. It wasn't anything special. They need to radically change their model to survive in this climate.

Absolutely amazing even though the price is higher than most fast food places the food makes up for it 10x I can eat a massive order of McDonald’s and feel hungry but this one fries and a burger just fills me up straight away soooo good. Highly recommend make sure u get loads of toppings 😋

I went yesterday 26.05.24 to buy a burger and witnessed the chef using the same pair of gloves to manipulate raw meat, vegetables and bread. Can someone please give them a course of food cross-contamination? They should be washing their hands or as at least changing the gloves each time they manipulate raw meat.

Completely the wrong food delivered by the bike rider! I ordered a 5guys delivery and the driver just gave me someone’s kfc order.. refund immediately requested or simply deliver the correct food from the correct restaurant

Lukewarm at best but nice burgers. Tiny bit of limp lettuce in one burger. For the price, you’d expect it warm and to properly include the extras.

no sauces, shorted on the fries (none in the bag) the tub wasn't even full to the top and the fries that we did have were poor quality some being firm/underdone... worst experience at a five guys I have ever had!

Food and service are fantastic as always.

Disappointing quality, and quantity: the hot dog is a small frankfurter in a crumbling dry bread roll. To compensate, they put a ton of average quality chips in the bag (just loose!). I've given it a second chance after being disappointed some time ago, but no, this is not worth my money.

Lived in Maidstone for over 4 years now and unfortunately haven’t been able to visit due to a awful smell on the outside so tried to come in the other day to see if it was actually coming from the shop as surely not as they have customers inside but wow the smell is terrible so had to leave.

the chips were good but everything in the burgers was very overcooked and the relish was completely missing as a result they were very dry, lacking in flavour and disappointing
