Lovely food, couldn't fault it at all. Infact I was really surprised to see how many bad reviews there was, personally I've never had a bad meal In there, however I've had to take a star off due to the heat in there, it truly is unbearable especially when it's been a nice day weather wise, it just ruins the experience a bit.

My idea of a portion of fries is clearly different to there’s. Chicken was ok but F me, they're tight on fries. That was the untouched portion.

went here for a nice meal whilst I was in the area and had no idea what to have as never been to a KFC but a kind member of staff called Sam Langton helped me out and even brought my food to me which was very nice and kind of him.

uber brought the 6 piece family feast 4 chicken legs and 2 small wings attached to tiny bit of breast how can they warrant that amount of money absolute discusting wont order again

I went in there for KFC it was already past their opening times but there where still people in the restaurant so i drove inside the drive-in they refused to serve me and i got a parking fine ticket for 100 ..

called into KFC Langley Mill was suprised the place was empty at 12.30 lunchtime ? i ordered a captains meal the chicken was running with grease looked double dipped the chips were cold I had asked for a coffee that was out of order on a cold day i had a coke it was flat no wonder it was empty last time i visited it was before the virus then the place was so busy and the meals i just ordered was rearly nice howerver afterwards i got home i thought i should have complained !! BUT IM NEVER GOING TO EVEN ENTER A KFC AGAIN

Poor service, went through the drive through ordered three meals one mega box and two wraps after waiting five minutes to pay the girl said “sorry could you park in the waiting pay your wraps will be 2 to 3 minutes” after 20 minutes someone ,a manager !!!!!! Bought them out without even a sorry for the wait. Absolute joke of a place- can you get minus on a customer service score ?

Went to the restaurant with my family and met up with sisters family. Ordered, ate food in an empty restaurant, caught up over a coffee then left. Two weeks later get a parking ticket. Basic premise of these companies is that the signs are clearly displayed so you enter into an unwritten contract by parking there (limit is 60 minutes, apparently). Only thing is we didn’t notice them. I’m sure when I go back they’ll be obvious, but no more obvious than the usual ‘2 hours and for customers only’ jobs. But no - these seditious little sods only let you have an hour. No ability to contest, no desire to return. Hope whatever share of the £60 you get it’s worth not having our custom again, KFC Langley Mill, you robbing gets.

Nipped into this restaurant after taking our dog for a walk down the canal was immediately asked did I have a mask I replied no to which he replied are you excempt I said yes then he asked if I had any proof that I was I I said I don’t need to show anything my medical history is private and his reply was you cannot just say your excempt which I found very rude I was on my own has my partner was outside with the dog and he could see I was distressed from the immediate barrage of abuse from this idiot then when my burgers were done the woman behind the counter just chucked them on there and shouted there’s your burgers as she turned her back to me so I said are they mine and she proceeded to shout at me all of them disgustingly rude kfc get yourself some new staff !!!!!!! Only gave a 1 because you have to put something in there !!!!

Food was cold the fries looked like they were re cooked and the potion size was more like a child’s would definitely not recommend.

just been in KFC Langley Mill Notts.Discusting.Tables not clean.Out of 15 customers 12 are walking around without face coverings.They are getting served at the counter without face coverings. In the current climate i would shut this venue to orotect the public.Health and safety need to visit.STAY AWAY or risk catching something

I have always used the drive through at this restaurant when the family want takeout. But one sunday afternoon I needed a bit of time out alone . I went for something to eat and then sat relaxing with a cup of coffee. Only to get a parking fine for being in their carpark for an hour and half. I think it is absolutely disgusting that they only allow 1 hour for a paying customer. I wont now ever use this restaurant or drive through ever again. I feel it's a money making scam as the carpark wouldn't really be used unless you are using the restaurant. A bad way to treat a paying customer.

Opening times on the website says 10.30am I arrived at10.55am, they refused to take my order as they said sorry we don’t open till 11.00. Took my business elsewhere McDonald’s were happy to serve me.

Visited may bank hols...chicken always nice, chips not so...since they changed them. Some of the staff ok but the restaurant itself was minging! No one was wiping tables down and the ladies toilets were disgusting. Hope the food handlers don’t have to clean them 🥴

The food here is lovely, nothing to complain about but the service is really slow and I wouldn't call it... Fast food. A lot of the tables hadn't been cleaned and we were the only people there so no excuse really. If we go again we'll go through the drive through and take it home I think we're it's safer to eat. As I say, food fine though.

Went into KFC on Saturday late afternoon, the lady behind the counter was friendly and helpful. We ordered a boneless bucket meal, only waited a few minutes for it to ready. The chicken was so fresh and hot it’s was lovely in fact even the last piece of chicken was warm. All the side orders were really nice too. The place was also clean and tidy. I will certainly be going back 😊

Me and my partner went to this KFC for dinner, BIG MISTAKE, we chose to sit in and because there was only one person serving at the till and getting orders whilst the other staff looked to be on a cigarette break, our food was cold and swimming in grease. A total waste of our time and money. Avoid disappointment.

Terrible KFC we have never had a decent takeaway from here but we always give it a couple of months, and then try again. But now we wouldn’t bother again, the chicken never tastes as it should and the fries are always cold. Such a shame, it could do so very well. Please somebody sort this KFC out!!!!!!

We thought rather than cooking at the end of a busy week, we thought we would get a bargain bucket. Oh dear, the women behind the counter was coughing up all over the place, not ideal in a food environment. For hi ken was ok but the chips were disappointing.

Visited here when most other KFCS were shut. Service was fast and meal was nice. Good service and great food

Of all the fast food take aways there are, kfc are always the slowest. However kfc Langley mill had got to be the worst. The order window does not work and has been like that for several weeks - everyone had to queue at the 1 window to order, pay and collect food. This can take up to half an hour.... once you’re in the drive through, there’s no way out. The staff try their best and are friendly but are embarrassed at the state of things and are always apologising.

The KFC product is great, I love them finger lickin chicken. However, the chips are rubbish, popcorn only batter and gravy cold.

Just had a three generation meal at the above. The food was fresh and tasty and reasonably priced. However on this visit, the memorable aspect was the service provided by Ebony. Upon ordering our meals, we found our diabetic granddaughter to be having a hypo- meaning she could not eat for another 15 minutes-Ebony kindly took her meal back to keep it warm and refreshed her fries when we were ready. She also kindly reminded us of the time limit in the car park-a rule enforced by the council and not KFC.All in all a very enjoyable visit.

Visited here in June The service from behind the till was disgusting and nearly walked out There was only one person behind the tills who had got themselves in mess resulting to talking to the customers like crap in there frustration

Absolutamente espantosa servicio. Era muy tranquilo y estaba yendo por el viaje. Me dijeron de ir a la bahía azul como esperábamos por la patata para ser cocinados. 10 minutos más tarde teníamos que volver a preguntar dónde estaba la orden de pedido (que podría haber hecho y preparado la patata en el tiempo que tuvimos que esperar). Sin duda no será recomendar KFC a cualquiera de mis amigos y familia.

Thought I'd take the kids to KFC for a treat,omg we ordered which is obviously to hard for them to understand the order,sat getting out the bag everything covered in ice cream,a hair in the burger and given half eaten chicken fillet for my 4 yr old daughter,this place needs sorting out it's absolutely disgusting and customer service is crap my 4yr old could do better

We decided to give this KFC one more chance, it's a year since we last visited and I must say it was a lot better, they seem to get a lot of negative reviews but we enjoyed our food the other day and the service was good.

Where do I start, I have visited twice, the first time I was told they did not have any chicken left.? So, okay, it can happen, I suppose, let's just imagine, would you let it happen? Second visit, ordered chicken strips, I could not eat it, it was cold, hard and overlooked, so offered it to my three hungry dogs, no takers. Maybe they have a second sense, or just good sense. Not hating on the the teens, but they should not be left in charge of the store and certainly not in charge of the cooking.

This is the most disgusting KFC I've ever visited. The staff have terrible attitudes. They run out of chicken, gravy, beans... I gave it another try the other day and as I pulled into the drive through a member of the staff climbed through the drive through window because she couldn't be bothered to go the extra 10 feet to the door! People get served food over that counter!! When taking the food from her you could see into the kitchen where the person handling the food decided to very loudly sniff and fill his mouth with snot.... Absolutely rancid! The food was disgusting, burnt to a crisp and dry as a bag of sand. The chips were hard and stone cold. The hot wings weren't seasoned just coated in a plain greasy batter! It cost £14 for absolute crap. Do Not visit this store. For your own safety.

generally KFC drive-thru is always a quick and easy alternative to food on the go.. a concept the staff at this branch havent quite grasped..what is wrong with these people.. ? awful attitude (the staff really are in the wrong job and were either not listening to their training or just not bothered enough to care), wrong order and had to walk BACK into the restaurant to get serviettes.. we are EATING 'FINGER FOOD' IN THE CAR PARK FFS!

The staff have trouble understanding simple orders. Food is ok. One more point, this KFC is in Langley Mill, Derbyshire, not Eastwood Nottinghamshire. It does have an NG Postcode but Nottinghamshire isn't part of its Royal Mail address.

This is the only KFC I've known that run out of chicken!! The staff don't have 2 brain cells to rub together and are miserable as sin. Avoid

Waiting in the car for a drive through order took about 10 - 15 minutes. Turns out there was a mix up with our order and eventually it came after handing over the receipt to prove our order! Not good

Really rude staff member with description as above. Made Us go through drive through again. No mayo with food and would not give us any. Generally just really rude and ordering other staff around in a bullying manner. Avoid this KFC.

Just visited this KFC for my sons birthday and the food wasn't fit to eat, the chips were so hard you couldn't bite into them and the rest was horrible! It's time this place was closed down :-(

Bottom line? Avoid this place like the plague. Do yourself a favour and if you must have KFC then go the extra few miles to the one in Ilkeston.I don't think I've ever had a complete order. Today missing large popcorn chicken, all the dips and the gravy and beans were literally cold (I only do the boneless chicken because the pieces are awful from here). Theres one group inside and me alone at the drive through, hardly rushed off their feet.I realise they are young and hey, who wants to work in a fast food joint.. but at least put everything in the bag.

Visited after a cinema trip to take food home with us. A young blonde girl served us. Whilst waiting for us to decide on our order she was arched over the till with her hands on her chin looking bored! When we ordered she didn't seem interested and actually got our order wrong. I've visited in the past and always had a problem mainly with food missing from our order. I thought we would give it one last chance and it will be the last! I work on customer service so I know how important it is for customers. Management seriously need to sort out the members of staff working there. Next time I'm in the area I will be going to McDonald's.

staff are crap and rude. Can never get an order right and always have to wait for food. Was told it would be a 4 minute wait so to park up and wait. 4 minute wait turned into 15 minute wait. When they brought the food over they didn't even apologise just out the food through the window and walked off then didn't even have the burger in the box or given a drink. Management really need to get better staff. Surprised half of them can tie their shoe laces and they never have a clue what's going on

one of the worst kfc iv ever visited went with my children and decided to change my order the staff member decided to call me a moaner to the other member of staff who came out and said whats the problem.m8 we got our meal sat at dirty tables chicken dry and flavourless and fries dry and cold what a waste of money bad management discusting filthy restaurant avoid this place at all costs!! and staff members are do busy there sat outside in full uniform smoking in front of customers again avoid !!!!

Normally I wouldn't bother reviewing somewhere like a KFC as you know what you're going to get usually, but I have made exception due how shockingly badly run this place is.Every single time I have visited this KFC there has been some sort of issue, the food is usually decent, there have been a few times when the chicken hasnt been great but generally it is acceptable, however the big problems begin with all aspects of customer service.Staff members have a poor attitude more often than not, there are regularly long waiting times (both being served and waiting for food) to a point where there have been 3-4 staff members standing around the counter with only 1 serving while the others chat amongst themselves (on multiple occasions), incorrect orders also add to the plethora of problems with this place, If it wasnt for the convenient location and the passable food I would certainly never visit this place again.

Dirty tables .. Staff slouched over the counter .. Taking orders for food they didn't have then refusing a refund .. Shocking place

I stopped here only to see the staff smoking by the bins only for them to return to serving food and this was without washing hands. As we were only a handful of customers you would think the food would of been fresher and not cooked and left all morning. Clearly that is no leadership and extremely poor Food Hygiene practices that need addressing before someone becomes ill. The floors, seating had food debris of which was not from that day, it was most probably lazy staff before closing from the previous evening. I urge you to think twice before using this KFC, the attitude of the staff mirrors the standard of the restaurant, absolute filth and inexcusable.

Terrible service. We love to eat at kfc but every single time we have been they mess the order up,we never get condiments and they never press the indicator on the cola to tell us which is diet and which is regular. This place used to be brilliant a few years ago under another manager but now is useless. We have made an official complaint to kfc but as so many people complain about this place I doubt anything will be done. Very disappointed.

Without doubt the worst KFC I have ever visited. I have given them many opportunities to prove me wrong but, alas, it is beyond their capabilities Just the other evening upon entering the drive through the speaker erupts into life with "how are you paying? Card or cash?" When I asked what that meant the question was repeated to me till I asked again what difference does it make? I was then informed that the card machine was broken!!! Here is a simple tip to any manager that actually supervises in there, put a sign up at the drive through entrance or teach the petrified potatoes that talk into the microphone to simply say "good evening, unfortunately our card machine isn't working at the moment and we can only accept cash"It saves any confusion and negates the use of such a dreadful script that is currently employed.As for the rest, I've seen more life in withered plants than the staff in there and I have had more scintillating interactions with sleeping bovines.Orders are invariably wrong, if they actually have what you want in the first place, and it's just shocking how truly bad the place is.There is a popular hamburger retailer just a stones throw away who seem to have managed to find staff who are able to communicate and articulate themselves in a clear and concise manner. Perhaps the manager could go investigate for some tips or perhaps track down Jane Goodall to ask her to do some in house training

I have tried to eat at this place on a couple of occasions when finishing work late and the food, customer service and hygiene are awful.They have messed up my order each time I have been, they have also missed things out of my order but let me pay for them and I have even drove off once as they didn't even acknowledge I was there!This branch needs to be shut down, it lets the KFC name down!

Visited here 3 times and EVERYtime there was an item missing from the order. The staff seem to be always messing around, more interested in each of their colleagues conversation than serving the customers.

I gave them 3 chances on 3 occasions. Got the order wrong 3 times. The food was garbage 3 times. Travel 3 miles to the Ilkeston KFC. 1000% better.

Just had bucket of rubbish from this KFC. It was dry, tasteless and very overcooked. Complained once before a couple of years ago but was told I should have returned it but it's too far and I couldn't be bothered. Thought it may have got better but clearly not.

This 'Fast Food' outlet needs strong management to turn it from dismal to cheerful. The food is good but not hot enough and the wait was unacceptable. The outside bins need emptying regularly - nothing worse than seeing overspill, and the staff need strong training to treat their customers in a courteous manner. A sign against the Order Post would be helpful too. I accidently ordered a beef burger and was told in a rude manner that 'We're not MacDonald's you know!' This branch of KFC does not do justice to the company. Get in a good manager

The staff always look scruffy, have a bad attitude and miss things off your order... food always tastes old, personally I'd say don't bother unless you're seriously desperate! McDonald's opening has clearly effected this kfc as its gone down hill massively since it opened.

Me and my family desided to got to KFC to get a take away. When we arrived KFC wasn't busy one person in the drive through,And two people in a queue inside. We desided to go inside to get are take away BIG MISTAKE! As we wait in the line for about 5 mins to get served I observed that times the kitchen was struggling with what three orders and with loads of staff on. As are order was taken we made it clear what we wanted and the ladie read out are order to confirm. Then we waited and waited seven minutes had gone past still Notting( and before anything said I'm a fully qualified chef and I know how long different food takes. No way can this be called fast food. Finally after waiting 14 mins anther women came around and started taking anther order I over heard her taking an order I'm amazed the customer didn't walk out because the way this women talk to them was rude and disrespectful and unprofessional. After there order was taken I sure her starting to sort are order out which we had been waiting for 16 mins now then she shouted not asked I mean shouted the order wrong then shouted the order right we were worried that she hadn't put the right order in then she pushed the bag into me not gave it was shoved into me. We stud there in amazement how rude this women was wish I'd court her name take but I couldn't see it. Then she turned around and did something else we asked where are bottle of Pepsi was and are two milkshakes and she called someone else to do i. How rude does someone have to be any way by time we got all are food we had been in there 22 mins waiting. All I ask for is a bit of politeness that's all.

This is a relatively new KFC in a purpose built out of town drive through. In all honesty I should have left when the wait time to order exceed 5 minutes. But fancying a Zinger I bit my tongue and waited. The restaurant wasn't, in my opinion, overly busy but there were several people waiting for food. The staff seemed disorganised and more interested in laughing between themselves than serving but after a 10 minute wait I was able to place my order. The problems had only just begun. I now had to wait for the meal to be served, when it was I was not given the drink ( I had to ask for this twice) the side ( I only had to ask for this once though) napkins or wet wipe ( when I asked for these I was told they were on the side table - they weren't the dispensers were all empty.) Fork - these were available on the side tables but didn't look clean and fresh. 18 minutes after placing the order I was able to sit down and eat my cold tasteless Zinger meal. First time for me to find one so bland and just luke warm. Looking around the tables were cluttered with old food and empty trays/cartons etc. The floor was dirty too. So all in all 28 minutes of hassle and frustration to get a luke warm bland Zinger meal that I had to eat in a less than appetizing environment. Thankfully from other experiences this unit is not typical of KFC but I for one wont be giving it a second try ever.I didn't even bother to keep the discount code I got from the KFC on-line service questionnaire
