Worse KFC which takes some doing but these guys top it Ordered food this evening and was riddled with clumps of black greasy hair, not the odd hair clumps of hair in all 5 meals Never answer the phone

Got th twister wrap and zinger burger meal. The chips one of the worst chips KFC serve. No sauces no ketchup serve. Staff not easy to understand.

It’s difficult to express just how bad this place is. It’s not the good although it is overly greasy a lot of the time. It’s the fact that they always leave items or numerous items out. You literally need to check your order before you drive off. A gravy box meal with no gravy. Fillet burger meal with no burger. Sides missing. It’s constant. And no apologies just free extra fries that no one wants as they are terrible. Since the Lower Early one has opened we no longer use this place. Thank goodness.

Chicken tepid & dry. Customer service very poor. The staff were getting most people’s orders wrong, with no apologies.

Was hungry so drove to collect a 6 piece bucket and being only 5 mins away seemed OK .. On getting home opened the package and the chicken dripped in fat and the chips were stone cold. Would not go again

My husband and I visited last weekend at reading gate the restaurant wasn’t full for a weekend and not busy through the drive through, tables were all filthy had to ask for one to be cleaned and the staff are not very welcoming and rude!!!! WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!! no wonder they weren’t busy for a weekend!!!!!!!!!!!!’

Very bad service. The girl on the till wasn’t helpful at all. Did ask for a wrap without cheese but was served with cheese. When we told the member of staff, she very rudely said we should have mentioned, but we did.

Saw a member of the cooking staff pick food up (a nugget of similar) eat it and then continue to cook other food without washing their hands. Absolutely no level of hygiene

Ordered 6 pieces of chicken, I got one leg, a wing and other scraps they most probably couldn't sell, it was so dry I gave half of it back and took a walk to Nando's which was delicious.

1850 on a Tuesday night and not busy, 15 minutes to get served, a family of eight in front of us with their children running on the tables. Nice. when they took their order the guy behind the till went off to do it while no one was serving, great. I don't use the machine to order as it doesn't allow the use of my blue light card so had to wait. eventually got the order in waited, not too long about five minutes, when it arrived the chicken was fine on the inside but crunchie hard to break through, not burnt, just rock hard, fries were cold. Children from Feral family were running around the car park with the table reservation numbers. Never again.

Chicken fillet burger was more like an anemic chicken steak burger, chicken pieces were just mainly bone and dry, the chips were completely dead and tasteless and the corn on the cob looks like it had been grown before the world lock down! Should be yellow and it was brown and growing its own legs walking off!!! On top of that the food was cold. Avoid this rat infested dump.

The worst KFC I have ever gone to. Went there 3/10/21 at about 4pm. The male customer service attendant was rude, unprofessional and racist. I had to leave to go to another KFC simply because that’s what my son wanted. If I had a choice, I could have gone to Burger King or even Mcdonald’s.

So much better than the last time because it was not cold and that one came from Shinfield road . We all enjoyed our meals and appreciated the difference. Their rice box was amazing too.

Stopped there for lunch while the meal was ok the level of cleaning was well below what it should be. There was no sanitizer when you go in and no one was cleaning tables when they were left! Also the toilets smelt bad and looked like not cleaned in a while.

Ordered 15 mins after they opened. Staff standing around chatting. Obviously very new person taking orders and very slow but polite. Ordered a coffee with meal (meal was ok). Waited 15 mins for coffee which u pay 40p extra for. 4 people standing around coffee machine chatting. When I asked if my coffee was being delivered from Brazil I was informed they were trying to fix it whilst emptying coffee into it. After 20 mins was informed it was broken and do I want a soft drink! Asked for my 40p refund but was informed only the manager can sanction this! Was informed he was outside having a cigarette ! Fair play one of the staff went off to find them but couldn’t wait any longer!!! My thoughts.....1). Surely as it was only 15 mins after opening wasn’t machine up and running prior to opening and 2) why charge extra for a product that can’t be served! How many 40p’s are they making from the captive audience of people using the services????

We went to KFC at Reading Gate Retail Park recent and made the mistake of eating in. We ordered 2 meals to eat in and it took 3 attempts for the server to get the order correct. We found a table easily, but finding a clean one took a little longer as nobody seemed to be clearing up even though there were plenty of staff available. The meal was nothing to write home about as it was barely hot enough to eat but this gave us time to look all around. The mess all over the tables and floors was disgusting and eventually somebody came out from behind the counter to start cleaning up........What a waste of space he was, he started by spraying the tiniest bit of disinfectant on one table and then disappeared again. By this time we were mesmerised by how long this was taking. He eventually came back with a bit of blue paper and proceeded to just push the food straight onto the floor with as little effort as he could muster. We thought at least he's doing something, we waited another 15 minutes thinking he may return to actually finish what he'd started, but no, he just went back behind the counter waiting for someone to serve. Needless to say we will never return to this absolute pigsty of a place

Ordered spicy wings meal , chips were uneatable, tasted as if a bit of plastic was fried with them . Spicy wind worst I have ever had from KFC !!! They were not seasoned At all and soaked in oil , you could squeeze oil out! Shocking shocking shocking very disappointed , I would of complained but I went through drive Thru !

One of the staff very rude, just said hello to her and totally blanked me. I spoke again and she just gave me s filthy look said if I didn't like it she said this is my name which I couldn't read she said complain about me if you don't like it. I did speak to the manager about her attitude she said she would speak to her but not good enough. They are quick enough to take your money but not give good service. Hence will not be going there again

Ordered a meal via the self-service screen, but I kept getting an order error. Ordered the same meal at the till and it cost £5 more. I pointed this out to the staff, but they didn’t care, in fact, they were quite rude. Awful customer service.

We spent too long in B&Q so needed to refuel. I had seen their ad for Fill them Up for £1.99 outside but couldn’t see it inside. I asked a member of staff but was unable to understand her. However, we decided to have go as it was so cheap. We received a small chicken burger with Caesar salad, 2 hot wings and fries; plenty to fill us up and a bargain. So with drinks our lunch cost £5.94.

Person that served me could not understand english so order came up wrong, we had to go back to the counter because they forgot one of the coffees

Stop there on a Saturday for early lunch when my sister picks up her child that has special needs as that's where he always asks to go and going at the time we do it is not to busy ot noisy

Me decepcionó un poco que el día que lo visité, una de las comidas especiales anunciadas no estuviera disponible. Siendo popular, tendrás que estar preparado para hacer cola y esperar un poco, ya que puede volverse maníaco.

Pidió un cubo de inmersión deshuesado de 12 piezas y un Oreo Krushem. Había gente haciendo los pedidos de comida, mientras que alguien más hacía las bebidas. El joven que estaba preparando las bebidas preparó el oreo krushem, donde se sentó durante los 5 o más minutos que tardaron en recibir mi pedido. Tanto era como la leche saborizada para cuando recibí mi pedido completo (o al menos eso pensé) el cubo DIPPING deshuesado vino menos el DIPS, y no me dieron el Pepsi Max con el pedido, lamentablemente ya estaba a mitad de camino. Cuando llegué a casa me di cuenta de que no tenía la Pepsi. Las papas estaban terriblemente empapadas y frías; para un pedido que llegó a más de 20 personas, nos sentimos enormemente decepcionados y la gran mayoría de las personas fueron recluidas, ¡fue tan malo! !

Fuimos en la semana pasada ordenados comida en la pantalla del uno mismo. Luego esperó y esperó. El personal de donde todos estaban escondidos y nada se estaba haciendo. Luego me tiraron la bolsa de comida y cuando la revisé y tenía papas fritas. desapareció cuando le pregunté a la chica que era grosera y me miró con los ojos en blanco. Dijo que han caído recogerlos. El gerente dijo que no me ocupo de eso. Llegué a casa y la comida era terrible y llamé y llamé 10 veces ni una vez el teléfono fue contestado. No usaré aquí y he reportado a salud ambiental y oficina central

Check your order before driving off! Didn't get what we paid for and what we did get was old cold rubbery chicken. Soggy fries with no salt or sauces. Poor all round

On entering , debated where to sit down .Tables needed to be washed down and drink on the floor . Staff standing around not doing anything .Lack of training in this particular establishment.

Visited twice through the drive thru and on both occasions there was a missing item in the order. Short change me once, shame on you, do it twice, shame on me.. Will not be returning

Will never return there shocking service, cold food and horrible atmosphere. One of the most awful experiences. Beware.

The food seems to have been used for several days and when cold and ready for the bin it is sold to unsuspecting drive they customers who can't come back.

On two occasions the drive through was closed at what I would consider prime drive through time (6.30pm-7pm) so we went to McDonalds instead. On another occasions the queue was so long that we waited around thirty minutes for food which was cold. The food is greasy but dry- I've never understood how that could be possible. Avoid if you're looking for convenient, tasty, fast food.

Food came cold and rushed. The preparation of the food given to me looked hideous. The standard of chicken isn't appealing either. I ask for specific pieces but always get pieces I haven't asked for

El servicio es lento. Deshecha los pedidos. Número llamado izquierda. Comida en la barra y me ignoró con mi recibo. misma mujer en la misma situación. Pedimos una pepsi y era horrible. El agua marrón. La cajera toyah es realmente desagradable cuando buscas en el menú de orden hace innecesario las observaciones. También podrían aprender cómo. con una sonrisa y decir gracias habilidades básicas de atención al cliente y el resto del personal estaban bien pero bajo presión. . .

Por desgracia los pocos meses de pollo Kentucky bien y rápido servicio son más aquí. El pollo está cebada cocinada y lleno de aceite de cocina. Café y bebidas calientes o cualquier no están disponibles como la máquina no funciona. Este ha sido durante al menos un mes para mi ciertos conocimientos. Probablemente una decisión de gestión, uno menos personal requerido como bebidas frías no tomar tiempo para servir. Como una pena ya que la calidad aquí habían sido ciertamente muy buena antes, quizás un cambio de administración, tanto antes como después, no puedo esperar para el siguiente.

Pedimos la comida estaba fría. Cómo el infierno es cualquiera supone que comer pollo frío? El personal de allí son perezosos y todo lo que hacen es hablar mientras que sirve. La mayoría de los empleados son groseros y los miembros del equipo no les importa en negro. Pregunté amablemente a conseguir un pedazo de pollo fresco y ellos dijeron que no había nada malo con él.

Buena comida, como podría olvidar carrefull para darle un ala caliente o papas fritas. Aparte de que el personal es agradable, buen restaurante, buena apertura. Es bueno en esta cadena de restaurantes que está en todas partes el mismo gusto si la comida. Realmente respeto...

Una persona en la cola delante de mí, y todavía tardó 10 minutos en servirnos. De hecho, la única razón por la que sirvieron fue porque pedí la URL a revisar! Por desgracia, se necesita un código de la factura para proporcionar una revisión y mi factura le faltaba este (Sorpresa? Así kfc) no dijo directamente que si tienes 4 empleados en el establecimiento y uno hasta tiene problemas, debe abrir otra!

Chicken burger was like chewing rubber! Cold chips as well. Staff didn't seem bothered so I'll us better run KFC's in future!

I visited your establishment Friday night at 9 p.m. ordered two large Family Bucket and was very disappointed at one having to wait nearly half an hour secondly by the order being incorrect with far too much salt and thirdly by the fact that the only Chap working seem to be a foreign excuse me if I'm wrong Chinese Chap who is snowed under and had no qualms about letting all the queue now he had not eaten and was rushed around with lack of support very disappointing to say the least after spending nearly £30 the restaurant is in a great location and could be a real success if the management can sort out the staffing issue and the ordering process. Very disappointed to receive cold freezing food with a total waste of money and especially from being not from the area living in Nottingham.

Although a bit slow in taking the order the food when arrived was piping hot. So hot we had to wait for it to cool down.Just hit the spot after a couple of days in London

Yes that is correct a KFC getting 5 stars?!!! It was a really clean restaurant, the staff taking the food order were very quick, the food itself was very hot and tasty. This was a great experience and of course great value for money!

Visited yesterday for a drive through lunch . Only had a original recipe burrito that was quickly prepared and provided . Near to M4 and Madjeski stadium so convenient

Thought we would pop in quickly, no. Utter confusion at the tills, woman complaining about under cooked chicken to the left, drunken idiots to the right and staff losing control and getting orders wrong. We managed to order but waited ages, very poor.

A KFC is just that right? Apparently not! The food we had here was hot, fresh and a wonderful choice of drinks including 7 up with Strawberry & Lime.The place was amazingly clean and I hope they get a visit from the guy on TV to give them an audit as this is the best fast food joint I have ever visited!

Perhaps sadly this has become a regular stop on journeys from the deep south east to the Welsh borders. I prefer this to a motorway services. Good parking and handy if you need something from B&Q too.It's had a recent makeover and since this year is offering free drink refills. Service has always been reliable and establishment clean. One of the better chicken & chip serveries.

We purchased our usual mighty bucket with a coffee and a hot water. However, we were refused the hot water. The staff were very helpful and embarrassed by their manager who refused us the water on the grounds of health and safety. I inquired if the temperature of the water was different than the black coffee that he was happy to serve. He replied you might burn yourself with the water. The food was tired from resting in the warmer to long. A very dissapointing visit. The hot water was needed for medication.
