I tried to order the popcorn chicken and chips I waited half and hour in parking bay one, the chips were spggy and the chicken tasted like what I imagined my nans feet to taste like. The staff were rude and called my nan rude names. Absolutely LIVID. 🤬😡😠

Ordered Kfc a few times now for delivery in Burnley, absolutely shocking is all I can say! Got a rice box, which come with shredded lettuce and a piece of chicken on top, no rice, no salad no sauce, nothing what a rice box is actually advertised as. Then the second time I ordered we had things missing! Absolute joke and has put me off even going to the drive thru which isn’t even bad

1hour queue through drive through 😱🤷‍♂️ won’t be using this one again in the near future. Hopeless service, no indication at start of queue as to the horrendous delay to expect

ordered tonight. food arrived unsealed and with items missing. rang restaurant manager who explained that its the delivery drivers stealing the food. explained i would be doing a review and she confirmed that the problems are caused by the delivery drivers. no apology. no nothing. thanks kfc. please please check your bags are sealed

My wife and I had the KFC Christmas special for lunch today from the KFC takeaway in Burnley and both of us really enjoyed our meal. The Christmas special gravy burger is topped with a hash brown gravy boat a slice of cheese then a chicken fillet and some very tasty gravynnaise, which is gravy and mayonnaise, delicious. We also had two chicken spicy wings each, a portion of fries and a hot drink each, not one of the cheapest meals but it was soooo finger licking’ good. Enjoy

Ordered kfc while at work. Received my order and not got the order correct, missing items. Rang up to be told I didn’t order the burger which was missing even though I have the receipt in front of me. Will not be ordering again or recommending to anybody! absolute joke!

I've not given any rating for this Restaurant as its customer service is terrible. Ordered through just Eat 3 meals, never received the fries or drinks with it, phoned the Restaurant to be told rudely I had to contact just eat, the Drivers probably knicked them by the male who answered the phone (there words nor mine). I then proceded to say the order may of being delivered by just eat but they have a duty of care to make sure all the order is there in the first place, to be cut off again to be told I've just told you nothing to do with us phone just eat, and the phone put down on me, I then looked at reviews and it would appear it's an issue items missing both from orders and from within store, so obviously a problem with the job, hardly surprising as there response is too be rude and do nothing about it, or even a simple apology, I've since contacted just eat and hands up yo them they refunded me, however I've sent an Email into KFC UK complaints department as well, not because I want anything out of this, to make them aware that there's obviously a problem within this outlet for getting orders correct and no customer care given whatsoever. As holding quite a high position myself within the food industry I was disgusted with the lack of customer care, and I would want to know if one of my outlets had a serious problem like this, won't be visiting this outlet again by online or instore, so that's one customer lost, and maybe a lot more if people look at this reviews and others very similar to mine on here and on other forums such as justeat.

Extremely hard working staff keeping up with orders well. They do just eat deliveries aswell and always seem to busy regardless of time of day

Ordered a few meals for family and I am reviewing a mighty box for one that I ate and the box was awful. The chips were cold and oily and soggy and the worse chips I have ever tasted and reviewed and I have reviewed many and always been fair. The chicken was only slightly better but also too salty and not cooked well. Clearly this KFC has major issues with q⁴uality control and by looking at the food served to customers the staff and franchise owner must know it shouldn't be served for sale. You can tell the oil that the food is cooked in is not clean as you can taste it in the food. Even the diet pepsi tasted off and I have no explanation for this. I will not return again.

Should be called soggy fried chicken! It is as if the staff are trying to sabotage the place. Terrible!

I visit every now and then and some staff are obnoxious.I visited on Mother's Day and the staff were great - whoever they were please compliment tham.

Four pieces of chicken and two lots of chips, had to wait 10 minutes for the chips and then till jammed. The chicken was soggy and lacking in taste while the chips had no salt and were chunky and cold. I will not be making a return visit.

If I was the manger of that place I’d be ashamed, just cause someone orders a large meal, doesn’t mean you have to be rude to the other people waiting. Patiently waiting and not one member of staff acknowledge me for well over ten minutes as I was next in line. Will not be going again.

Old stale chicken from yesterday warmed up in the fryer absolutely disgusting will never go again waste of money

I'm not one to complain but this was awful. The place is filthy. I'm guessing this is from being extremely under staffed so I guess its not all their fault, however we found it very hard to find a clean table so had to ask the girl on the till for a cloth, baring in mind it was quiet at this time with at least 3 customers, so my younger brother went and sat at a table next to the window and happened to be the only person sat by the window at that time. One of the girls grabbed a cloth and asked which table so we said the one with the young boy sulking by the window (he was having a strop), so she then wiped every table BUT the one where he was sat? The place is empty!!! Anyway we got the food, it was all cold. The only thing warm was the corn on the cob. One came without a side which is an easy mistake its not an issue, but when i did ask for it she said "are you sure its not on your table"... well yes or I wouldn't ask for it? I just found the way she said it quite rude. Think they forget sometimes that your custom is paying their wages. I will not eat here again, baring in mind they didn't have much staff and the place was empty maybe this could have been a good time to clean, or maybe not. I would have complained to them in person and asked for a refund but there was nobody to complain to and part of me felt sorry for the staff as again, they were clearly under staffed.

The chicken was greasy and tasteless, the tables were greasy and covered in rubbish. The order took forever to be filled. I'm surprised this restaurant hasn't lost its franchise rights yet. Especially considering it appears the store is not always using the approved suppliers.

Went to KFC on clone rd in Burnley . The chicken was slimy and tasteless and the gravy was like aired water. Won't be going back.

called in at the drive through tonight giving them another chance to get it right after not being in the mood to cook dinner. Went here on our way back from manchester, usually I find KFC for do be rather cold, but this was piping hot, we were told the we could only have black coffee or tea as the part that makes latte wasn't working, Khuram who served us couldn't be more apologetic and nice we will go there again

Personal estaban demasiado ocupados hablando y riendo y bromeando y no sirve comida era hecha y supuestamente alas caliente eran como dos pequeños trozos de madera quemada no es agradable en absoluto. No comer desde aquí de nuevo.

The staff in kfc Burnley are to young and have no care in what they do or who they serve.. Twice now my order on the drive though was wrong . And when you tell the staff they just look at you like you are daft

We always have the same meal here the chicken is top notch!, would recommend KFC over Mc Donald's next door, offer great children's meals, Filet Burger Meal is outstanding!

Me and my partner visited KFC on the way home from a weekend break. Both hungry and tired KFC seemed to be the best option. We ordered the food and then both visited the toilet, to out horror the toilet floor was covered in urine and hasn't been cleaned for a long time. If we hadn't already ordered and paid for the food we would of walked straight out. After collecting the food we returned to the car to eat it as the hygiene in the building was extremely poor. I opened the bag, every piece of food were freezing cold and dry. I wasn't expecting a slap up meal but getting food like that ANYWHERE is soooo unacceptable. I would never ever return to KFC now. Very very disappointing

Came here after taking my niece and nephew 10 pin bowling. We went through the drive thru and ate at home. The children enjoyed their snack boxes. We found our chicken quite salty. I wouldn't rush back here.

Shocking. Used to be a cracking little takeaway but I fear that the restaurant that opened across town as had an adverse effect on it. Although it would be nice to have one decent KFC in the town because the restaurant is awful also.My last two visits the staff just haven't been interested and the food inedible. My last visit I literally could not bite into the chicken fillet in my burger.Avoid at all costs.

The service in this place is horrendous!! Slow is an understatement! The place is usually covered in old food on the tables, bins over flowing. There food is ok, when u finally get served!

The worst kfc we have ever visited. Slow, and uninterested staff, soggy pink chicken (sent back but replacement not much better- no apology for disgusting food), chicken strips burned, no toilet paper in loos. Daughter is kfc mad,, andolutely loves kfc chicken .... but here she barely touched it! Never again.. an embarrassment to the kfc franchise.

If you like luke warm chicken that is overpriced but packaged well then this is the place for you. Being honest I can't actually remember the last time that I had a good meal from KFC. However the man that served me this time was actually quite helpful, but the least he could have done was wear a mask. From time to time I crave KFC only to be reminded how constantly poor the food is. Nobody likes paying for cold food. Will not recommend.

Seriously, i know its a franchise but surely they have standards they must work too. afterall its KFC's reputation thats being tarnished. I ordered from the drive through this evening & was quite shocked at the arrogant & miserable attitude of the young man who served me.When I commented on his poor attitude & lack of customer focus he proceeded to argue with me.I certainly won't be returning to this restaurant in the near future.

Just been to KFC drive through went inside to be served never again!!! Was served by the most miserable surly young man I've ever come across. Do KFC not do secret shopper if they did they would see why there are so many bad reviews about staff on here!!!!!

The Zinger burger and two chicken legs are my favourite at this KFC. It's normally a quick drive through experience feeling a little worse for wear! The restaurant has a good sized car park next to the drive through area. KFC have ruined all the chips; they should have never changed them to the thin rubbish they serve now!Never had an issue with anything else at this restaurant; staff and chicken always good! Shame about the chips!

Waited 10 minutes to take order as only 2 cars in front, then a further 10 minutes to collect order, a cocky pillock called josh got order wrong and had to go back into restaurant to get it right again no one in restaurant but made to wait while this josh guy virtually called me a liar saying i ordered it wrong nearly dragged the guy over counter if not been with my children. What a shambles that place is and so arrogant.

Was in kfc in Burnley today, on a Saturday after the staff was stood around chatting and talking about other staff, I asked if there was any one serving she came over with a attitude was asked by a friend anyone else serving she replied no, and the girls behind carried on talking I asked to speak to a manager his name was Daniel he was rude as well they way he spoke, to be honest it's a Saturday afternoon yes you will be busy but your are customer service people for your company, I'm shocked how they got in that position if that's the way they talk and act in front of customers

the last few times i have been here the chicken has been very fatty and not much chicken on the bone, very disappointed, hence why i do not go any more ( this is the colne rd shop). the staff can be a little rude and are always on phones or chatting to one another.

Went to KFC burnley drive through. On one occasion we went in and the staff behind the counter were swearing and joking around with one another in front of a couple who were stood with a young boy aged about 3- 4 years old and completely ignoring what they were there for to serve food to customers. I and the other people waiting were disgusted with their attitude in front of customers.. Thought that we would give it another chance and went again..We went inside to order food and decided to eat in. On entering there were about 3 tables occupied and about 3 people queuing. We waited 10 minutes for us to even be acknowledged even though the staff were all there behind the counter..We eventually ordered our food by this time the people that had ordered before us were getting slightly annoyed as one guy had been waiting near 30 mins for his order. I approached a member of staff who had decided to come out to saunter about in the shop (not even bothering to clear the grubby tables or sweep up the mess on the floor) and asked why it was taking so long to not only get the food but to get acknowledged and she just shrugged her shoulders and said "I dont know we have to cook the chicken " in an abrupt tone and she just walked away. We eventually got our food and left I will definately not be frequenting this KFC again. The staff are very rude and the place is grubby.

Its fried chicken,the best fried chicken tho,no one else can match the receipe,what lets this one down,is slow service,and food is only warm not hot,oh and if you get takeaway check it before you leave,especially if served by a younger member of the team,because on a few occasions theyve missed part of our order,even tho theyve charged us for it.

Tried this place yesterday with my family, worst KFC I have been to. Food poor, restaurant filthy and staff ( one young lady in particular ) ignorant.Absolutely no excuse for poor hygiene in such a well known chain.

Tonight me and my family ordered a wicked variety bucket (10 pieces, with hot wings, 4 mini fillets, 2 dips and 4 chips), with a large popcorn chicken & a malteaser krushem, to take out. Costing us over £22. After being handed a bucket I was told it was my order. I returned home to find it was not my order. I had received 10 pieces with chips, popcorn chicken and the krushem. This is extremely annoying because we specifically paid extra for the hot wings, mini fillets and dips as this is the only thing I personally like. This is not the first time it has happened to us. The KFC staff do not listen when I place my order!!! Numerous times they have ripped me off now

You know exactly what you get in a Kfc wherever it is. I have eaten Kfc in the Caribbean, in the USA, in London and in Burnley. Kids love it. It is wholesome. It fills a gap. This one is typical of the franchise
