The worst takeaway ever. I should have read the reviews before treating my family to a takeaway. Don't waste your money. Never before have I thrown away so much.

Ordered a ricebox online for it to arrive with no rice! Called up to be told there’s nothing they can do about it because they don’t have rice. Don’t accept the order in the first place maybe?

They charged me for my meal twice due to an error by the staff asking me to tap my card twice when the first payment did go through.when I came back they could would not refund me the money and instead offered a voucher that was equal to the price of the food. Very disappointed

Would give zero out of five if I could. Just had a delivery and they missed an item. When I phoned, they told me it was included and didn’t believe me when I told her I’d checked three times then she hung up on me! Terrible service with no care that my dinner didn’t arrive. Very rude to me. The chips we did get, we had to put in the air fryer as they were soggy. Never again ordering from there again.

Ordered with the KFC app. However the food was quickly delivered my wife never received her chicken. When she called they were not helpful and after 20 minutes they hung up. Really disappointing. Chips were soggy and had to reheat them in the air fryer. I will never order from them again. Really terrible.

Absolutely disgusting place... not only did they miss 3 items from my just eat delivery order - we found a battered chicken foot in our meal ( tendons attached an all ) called to complete an was told " oh sorry won't do this again next time " if I could give 0 stars I would have.... ill spend my money else where next time.. this place needs a good food standards check!!!

Worst service I have every had. Order marked as delivered but never turned up called the store to me 30 minutes for the staff to actually pass me to a manger who just said they couldn't help. Never have I had such poor customer service. Never order

The toilet is awful! There is only one and it is falling apart. I'm not sure if the soap is actually soap. It smells awful and works as well as hand sanitizer if it didn't rub in and evaporate. The taps are weak and you have to touch the disgusting basin to get to the middle of your hands. Overall awful. I would not recommend using that toilet except in a dire emergency.

I turned up late and close to closing. The chap who I’ve seen before assuming duty manager role Let me in and was super courteous. It was a great experience and think with other later opening places around could have been different but he was awesome. The food also was actually the best I’ve had from there in a long while. He got one of the staff to be on the door to as he said politely let people out and be polite about being closed to others. Absolute dump, staff look like they’ve been dragged through a hedge backwards, food was awful and whilst in there the manager was offering some feral kids out for a fight. Never again

We gave them another chance and they failed miserably. In all but 1 time over the last 5 years or so we've ordered from them something has been missing. I swear they do this on purpose as they know nothing gets done about it. This time we had no chips, 6 packets of them we paid for and didn't get even a single chip. Deliveroo wouldn't refund for some reason, and after speaking to the manager at KFC Horsham he wouldn't do anything, but suggested i made another order...no thanks. Avoid KFC Horsham at all costs, you will only be disappointed.

Used to love KFC but not any more. Mostly automated service so have to know what you are doing when faced with a board that you have to precisely tap to get what you want (much prefer a face to face service) Queuing up to wait for order number to be called & then taking home a greasy, inedible box of food - not the nicest meal I've had!

Where do you start with this abomination of a "meal" if you could describe it as that. I love kFC but not my local one in Horsham for many years now. But I allways think just one more chance and it actually gets worse every time. So today's delivery I couldn't find one plus point if I could mark zero I would but the system doesn't allow it. So let me be perfectly clear and break it down for you here......... 1, all food stone cold 2, in a 10 piece bucket we got 1 breast, 1 wing, 2 thighs and 6 yes 6 drumsticks. 3, the chicken coating was soggy, 4, the 1 breast portion was dry as was the 1 wing 5, there was a acrid bitter taste which I know as a chef indicates dirty oil, this was backed up by the pooling of brown not clear oil in the bottom of the bucket 6, although not raw a lot of the chicken was hard/firm texture wise indicating it was rushed out of the fryer under its cooking time, this would be backed up by the fact it was very pale in colour and not crispy 7, chips soggy and stone cold 8, gravy was watery not thick and had the all to familiar bitter aftertaste 9, the bottle of pepsi was warm🤣 not cold, nitpicking? Maybe but made more intolerable by everything else 10, coleslaw as it should be but it's not made there so that explains why Check the other reviews, this is one of the worste KFCs in the country, please please please vote with your feet it's the only way of encouraging them to improve. I will be posting this review on every format possible and to KFCs head office in order to warn any unsuspecting customer so that they can make an informed decision. Please be warned they shouldn't be allowed to keep ripping people off like this. Thanks for reading my review

I have been to KFC Horsham a number of times & this place is in decline! The inside eating area is filthy, really filthy. Food portions are definitely lower than other KFC’s. Saturday 9.53pm and they are closed. Staff inside, lights on, door locked & a sign in the door stating they are open. What is going on with this takeaway?!

We visited KFC Horsham on Sunday evening just before closing time. The gentleman that served us was extremely friendly polite and helpful.Nothing was too much trouble and he delivered fantastic service with a smile as though he was really enjoying his job.( even though he informed me he runs his own business during the day ) I have been to expensive restaurants that didn't deliver such a pleasurable experience. So Thank you ! Well done!I hope you get the recognition you deserve.

Me and my mum went to this kfc in horsham and lady not very up to date on the English currency when my mum give her the 20 pound Note she said to her what is this not in very friendly Voice this is not English money if don’t know currency should not be serving customers We will not be visiting this KFC

Every time I order something from this branch via deliveroo something is missing. Phone the shop all they do is insist that they are not to blame, the deliveroo driver stole it and they can't do anything. What, the driver stole it EVERY TIME? Useless staff, waste of time and money.

This kfc is the worst,most dirty kfc in the uk.had party bucket tonight took one bite of chicken had to spit it out,all the family complaining straight away.had to put the hole meal In The bin.gravy is never the same 2 times in a row(black tar or black water,never seen gravy like it in any KFC in the uk.you couldn’t get it more wrong if you were trying to destroy the establishment.needs to close down immediately.sack all staff and start again.please for the safety of your life do not visit.

This is the 3rd and LAST TIME we will Oder from hirsham kfc. The order is always wrong this time no popcorn chicken in the bag and only 2 portions of chips instead of 4 and nobody answers the phone when you call them. The time prior was 8 pieces of chicken instead of 12. Awful service and check your user before you get home!

Not a frequent fast food eater , so can't make a comparison , but today have tasted the most disgusting chicken and chips ever . Greasy soggy tasteless chicken and equally appalling chips . How they can continue to serve such poor quality food is beyond me . Made us both feel ill , will be a long time before we can stomach chicken again . Appalling !

Waited 25 minutes for my 'fast food' while deliveroo came time and again taking priority.I finally got my order home to find several mistakes...The fillet burgers which were meant to be plain had mayo on.The hot wings were missing.There should have been three boneless fillets but instead there were three pieces of boned chicken.This following my last visit where they left out a whole mega box meal, but today told me they could not refund as I hadn't kept the receipt.

Called in for a takeaway, on the way home - ordered and paid for 4 meal deals. Given just 2 !!! Along with the wrong drinks!I queried 3 times whether they had all 4 meals as it didn’t seem enough and the server checked against the till and said yes they were all there. Three times,,, I should have made him open up the boxes, but as not a regular thought they must put them together - but sadly not. Having phoned them they won’t provide even a part refund without taking all the food back in - even though the guy at the till must remember me querying it. Being 20 mins drive away this isn’t an option. Shocking service from staff who don’t seem to have a clue or care!! Should be grateful that 1 of the 4 drinks might be right - although they were all v flat, so hard to tell!

Specifically asked for a flaming wrap without the supercharger sauce, seems the staff can't read English..... It was put through on the till but yet again either something is missing, wrong or just frustrating.Great when it's right but these days hit and miss just isn't good enough.

KFC is always very 'hit or miss' especially this Horsham branch, I've had days where the prep has been slow, food has been cold and soggy, and have been left unsatisfied, these experiences alone would leave this place at a 1 or 2 out of 5, however my recent visit on Friday 30th April 2021 was the perfectly ideal visit for what you'd want from a KFC.The ordering process was as always very good, the screens work a treat just make sure to sanitize after. Took a bit of time to navigate the menu and make a decision but once ordered, we waited a very speedy approximately 3 minutes for our food. Once we got the order home, a 5 minute drive, we were pleased to realise the food didn't even need microwaving or heating up, instead it was still steaming and none of it appeared to be soggy! The guy at the till who we observed taking orders seemed very professional and passionate about his job, very knowledgeable of the menu and keen to help customers make a choice and sort out anything. The chicken was exactly what you hope for with KFC chicken, the gravy was perfect as always and the chips were crispy however a few were a little soft. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and this visit alone has reignited the flame of reputation that this place once lost for me, I hope to return for another similar experience soon. :)

I really cant waste any more time on this place. Use an alternative kfc or takeaway. This place is dire. I had a large order for work mates £65. asked them to double check it. Get back to site to find 3 meals missing out of 9 and various other bits. They finally answered the phone some 2 hours later and told me it was my problem i should of checked the order before leaving.

Firstly my husband got there and noticed they were cleaning without covering the food. Cleaning a good hour even before they were due to close. I got my box meal when he got home and noticed the chips had a chemical taste to them. I thought it was just me as the other bits of food were OK. Then I continued trying the chips and said to my husband this is disgusting, try this and they were totally covered in cleaning products. My husband drove all the way back with just my meal as he didn't have chips and nothing else tasted funny to either get a fresh box or refund. The staff were disgusting. Rude. No apology. No refund. Said "Where's the rest of the meal" as in my husbands food - which was fine. Why would we bring back perfectly OK food? He said he can't refund part of a meal order which is complete rubbish. He's doubting my husband as if we wanted to drive back to receive a refund on one meal whilst my husbands got cold sat at home?! Absolutely ridiculous. Managers name was Simon Downham apparently but I believe he's given a false name which I'll check with head office tomorrow.I tried calling 16 TIMES and they either didn't answer or picked up the phone and hung up. At closing time they finally answered the phone and didn't speak. I was on the phone for 50 minutes with them in the background slagging customers off, and purposefully ignoring my call.So top and bottom of it, don't eat here if you feel like not being poisoned and hopefully new management will come into practice. I'll be speaking to head office tomorrow about it.

Order was for 2 large box meals, got home to find the chips where missing. Phoned and after waiting 6 mins for the phone to be answered i got to speak to the manager. very helpful and agreed a FULL refund. Went back the following day only to be told that she only agreed to a refund for large chips and popcorn meal?? strang because i did not have a popcorn meal. Explained that i had witnesses to her agreement but she carried on talking over me and going on about some popcorn meal. As soon as i got my phone out and started recorning, every staff memeber that was watching there manager talk over me, put there heads down and walked off, including the manager. This was probaly becuase no one was wearing face masks or adhearing to the covid measures. This is a shame because Horsham KFC use to be excellant but the last couple of visits have been poor.

Staff are rude . When I asked for some sauces she threw them at me . Would never come back again. Disappointed and discussed. Place is dirty too

Horrible customer service. I overheard the guy on the counter talked rudely about the previous customers. He talked very loundly as if he owned the place.The other lady staff talked down to an Asian customer who speak perfectly well in English. The staff talked very loud and asked stupid questions as if that customers don't know English.No smile, no thank you but stern looking when you ordered food or pick up your food.Very rude customer service here. Food is ok. KFC and Rude customer service seems to be a common image that represents the company all across the social media.For me, this branch is the most horrendous and unfriendly. So I won't be back any sooner. Not bring my children in to hear such a rude comments they made behind customers back.

The chicken is very moist and covered with a tasty coating. The gravy is amazing and all the sides are great

Interiors is really nice, food terrible, staff running around like headless chickens, orders taking stupid amounts of time and then terrible quality. Mind you this is Karma as Horsham turned their noses up at fast, good quality and efficient McDonalds for this bucket of $hite.. i'm glad i live in Surrey and have at least two McDonald's near me amongst other outlets. Also i was told, although i cant confirm this that they serve Halal where the animals throat is slit whilst its conscious.. So it dies in agony , yeah enjoy your KFC !! To summarise, building good food absolutely awful and pricey - Avoid. go to McDonalds

This KFC has a nice interior and appears to be good; however, you would be wrong. The service is beyond awful with my first visit, being forced to wait for my food to eventually be served, watch two members of staff arguing and then delaying my food being served even further. They put all the chicken in the bag first and then waited 10 minutes for the chips to be ready. The chicken was then cold and the quality overall was appalling.Then there was me second and therefore final visit. I walk in and it was busy as it surprisingly was and I order perfectly fine. After ordering I then had to wait 20 minutes! This was disappointing itself and I was then when I had to ask why my food was taking so long told they were just finishing my order and it wouldn't be long while also removing my order from the collection board even though I hadn't yet been served. I then waited another 5 or so minutes before finally receiving my order. I then went on to find some of the chicken didn't have batter on it, I was missing a portion of chips and half the order had been crushed from the rest of the order. The prices in there are pathetic enough anyway without all the other aspects of this poorly organised place. Disappointed.All that isn't to mention someone waiting near me also had to ask why their order had weirdly vanished and another person had to come back in after half their order wasn't even given to them. I will therefore never visit again as the staff service is absolutely awful and the quality of the food is significantly below expectations.

Better than my previous experience. I had 3 pieces and some fries along with some coleslaw and a drink. KFC - it is what it is. The food is generally the same wherever you go.

So close to my house and never disappoints. Quick service and food is always piping hot and tasty. Martin & Emma are the best as they are both professional but down to earth.

Terrible service, waited 20 minutes to be served and that was when I was at the front of the queue! Constant wrong orders and always items missing. Staff are rude and not helpful. Food always cold. Used tongs to serve a cookie then the girl pushed it round the tray with her hands! An inspection and closing down is needed.

Straight forward ordering as expected. Delivery was on time and informative as usual. My order was completely wrong had a £5 meal paid £13 . Phoned Horsham KFC to be pushed from puller to post offering no solution but a possible offer off my next order ! Asked to speak with the manager when he eventually came to the phone I could hardly understand him , he was very rude and unhelpful and blamed everything on deliveroo and would not send out the correct order then hung up ! Went there for a take away, ordered on the touch screen and my order was the only one on queue, my food took ages to get prepared but I was fine with that because should be the sign that is made fresh. I went home (I live less than 5 min drive from this KFC branch) and I've discovered that all the food was lukewarm, the chicken was not crispy, seemed like heated in the microwave when you get soggy and soft food, chips where cold and oily, I was also missing one of the dips I've ordered with a side and they gave me Pepsi Max instead normal Pepsi. Such a shame because I do really love KFC and I don't remember having any problem with other branches, but this one was just a disaster.

Absolutely disgusting! As teenage and young adult I visited this KFC regularly,almost every weekend! Have a confession haven't been here for a while! So ordered Zinger burger, large fries, gravey,hot wings and some pieces of chicken. Fries were over cooked! (baffled how they managed that) dark brown/burnt! Zinger had no zing! Lettuce was brown and wilted and mayo was sour. Hot wings again had no spice or zing the chicken pieces where greasy and coating soggy and chicken it self was pretty gross! Gravey was cold and watery! Over all the whole meal was disgusting! And didn't even complete order! As check order before leaving store and they'd forgotten Zinger!! Wasn't busy or packed with customers! 1 customer with 2 children sitting at a table already had there food! myself and a guy behind in the que and yet was there waiting for almost 5 minutes before being served. Most of the meal went in the bin. I ate the Zinger and hot wings cos I was bloody hungry(wasn't enjoyable) everything else in the bin. Even my cats turned there nose up to the chicken!! Disgusting, gross and inedible.....

Don't bother. Go and buy some chicken from sainsburys and cook your own, less disappointment that way. Absolutely no herbs and spices in chicken coating which seems to be a problem with not just horsham branch. YUCK. YUCK. YUCK. 🖕.

Just been to new re-vamped KFC in Horsham, it’s still far to small for a town the size of Horsham . Ordered our food on new touch screens at 4:45 spent over £35 no que so thought food would be fairly quick ,well forget that we were told we would have to wait for the hot wings to be ready in 8 minutes, it took 20 ,we could have cooked them at home quicker ,we were not offered any discount & when we wanted to check the order they got annoyed & very unfriendly, we found they had not given us our drinks so it was lucky we asked . Service was Awful 3 other large orders were done before us yet we had arrived when there wasn’t anyone There we were basically ignored. Very unlikely that we go back anytime soon. In total it took 25 minutes to get our order.

We got a bargain bucket and some wraps .... always consistent from KFC - you know what you're getting, and I don't think that I've ever had cause to complain over the years. Back again soon.

When you walk into this branch of KFC you are greeted by the most revolting smell, this is followed by staff who don't know how to communicate, people in front we're asking for orders that were not being understood, even when you finally ask for what you want the staff just keep trying to get money in the till and seem to forget the customer. I've been there when they have handed my order to the first person who put their hand up!

I ordered a zinger burger to be delivered by Deliveroo when it arrived the food was cold the chicken for the burger was more like a goujon and the chips were cold, seriously food is supposed to be piping hot not cold, this store needs new management who can actually run the place properly and staff who can actually cook the food so it’s piping hot.

Ugh worst ever KFC my chicken was dry, partners was swimming in grease. Fries numbered about 8 per portion. Not given salt, serviettes, or spoons. Should we have eaten the beans with our fingers? Coffee no milk and took an age to find any. They shouldn’t have bothered because one sip and it was undrinkable. Food lukewarm. The manager of this place should be ashamed. Shame I can’t award zero

KFC Horsham , you've simply disappointed us.

After waiting in line for best part of 10 minutes and placing my order could not help but notice the portion sizes have gone down inside especially the tender strips. Found the food to be lukewarm greasy its fair to say I did did not enjoy , staff need some serious training in customer service.

So after yet another shocking visit to KFC I have been reduced to writing a review. Come to this branch of KFC 20 times and 19.5 times you will be disappointed. Seeing as they have computers showing the order I am beside myself that I feel I have to open the bag and boxes to check everything before I leave. Tonight, ordered two kids popcorn meals that include a regular side, requested beans and corn, got neither. For me the fillet box meal. Burger, side, 1 piece, chips and drink. No single piece but two hot wings. Wouldn't have minded had I not ordered two hot wings separately. The only order they got right was the missus's 3 piece meal but each piece was dripping in grease and inedible.

I visited KFC yesterday evening and ended up leaving before getting any food, having waited for nearly 10 minutes. This isn't the first time this has been the case. On arrival there was a note on the till with a list of unavailable products, and when a customer questioned this they were told some of it was available but several other products weren't, so this made ordering very slow. One of the people serving was apologising to a customer to whom she had given the wrong order, and the customer who was clearly annoyed and fed up with waiting so just took it anyway. There is no room for queuing, so customers ended up waiting on the pavement outside. I could see there was very little food on the shelf, so I decided to go elsewhere. Complete mayhem. Won't use again.

All the equipment is there and they must be trained by KFC central office but it is awful. I had a Zinger burger meal and the chicken, which can't be that difficult was old, chewy and not zingery at all. If we weren't on our way home, I would have complained most vehemently. The chips were good however. My wife felt the mayonnaise in her wrap was off.

Ordered food, polite staff. Order came as asked, got back to the local travelodge and food was still hot which was a joy as usually in my area its never as hot.. enjoyed it so much.

A small outlet, often no places to find a seat. Staff are ok, if unenthusiastic. Nothing much else to say really.

I genuinely struggle to understand how the Horsham KFC can be so bad...!

I have been 3 times now and every time I question why I go back, order is wrong EVERY TIME, food is lukewarm at best EVERY TIME, chips are awful EVERY TIME. If it was the same in other KFC branches I would perhaps understand it a bit more - but how can this place be so terrible? How guys how? Genuine question!!!

I normally enjoy a KFC, but the 2 times I've visited this store the chicken has been terrible, on the last visit chicken tasted as if it had been washed in washing up liquid and the parts that didn't were over fried and greasy, ended up with dose of food poisoning. Definitely wont be going back.

Went in tonight they weren’t serving any teas or coffees the restaurant was closed no manners they all need to go on corses shoddy work man ship. Visited on 1st June had 3 piece chicken dinner 2 days later had fever and sickness for 7 days couldn’t eat anything tummy pains went to docs confirmed campylobacter ( cross contamination of poultry very unpleasant experience will never go again

I went into this branch again with my son whom is Autistic. I have to say the staff were very, very kind and patient whilst he placed his own order. Food hot and delivered promptly with a smile.

Having visited fairly regularly for years and come to expect less and less. Finally it seems that someone has done something. Staff were happy food was hot and was what i had ordered .vast improvement on previous visits.

Title says it all. Menu on the KFC website bears no resemblance to the fayre on offer in this dump. No kids meals and very little else apart from slow and rude staff. Avoid at all costs

Having visited the site on many occasions I am always horrified with the way the staff are treated by some customers.

Whilst waiting an inordinate amount of time to get served yesterday i had the time to count the number of flies on the ceiling. There where 10 flies on 25 tiles on the ceiling and more flying around. I concluded fish and chips would be a healthier option and gave up waiting.

I have used this place a couple of times and each time I thought wow this is bad compared to others. But each time before I had waited in the car while my son or wife went in, this time I went in, omg there was dropped food on the floor done small popcorn chicken all over the surface, it was in a dreadful mess, service was poor , blunt and rude. I am mortified that this poor standard is allowed this day an age .

Worst customer service I've ever received at KFC today. Took 10 minutes to even be noticed by the staff even though the establishment was empty, staff kept looking at me and my friend but completely ignored us and carried on 'cleaning' even though they knew we were waiting. My friend ordered a one piece chicken snack box, and ensured it was a one piece snack box around 3 times, and asked the piece to be a piece of chicken breast, the member of staff confirmed the order and even read it back to us. 5 minutes later he comes back with a popcorn chicken snack box, and we protest and say this is not what we ordered, he argues and said 'you said popcorn chicken, you did!' (He also didn't speak very good English) I asked him to check the order but he dismissed my comment and proceeded to argue that we ordered a popcorn chicken snack box. Me and my friend decide to just leave with the snack box, sit down on a nearby bench to eat it and all the food was stone cold anyway

Love the Horsham KFC even when the queue is out the door, the wait is never that long. Always consistently good.

What a shame only warm food forgot coleslaw spend £40 had to throw a lot cos it was only warm won't be going back

Visited today. The chicken tasted undercooked. We have eaten from here before and not really had an issue. Most of the food went in the bin

I frequent this KFC purely for convenience, but have to say the service varies hugely depending on which staff are working. On a good day you get what you ask for, but on many times I have got all the way home to find one or two items missing even though I've been charged for them. Some of the staff don't know what it is you are asking for from the menu, which is frustrating as you end up having to tell THEM what should be included in your meal.As a positive, the staff are always polite.

This place needs a visit from KFC so they can train staff .. (if they can find any English speakers in there) ... They stop people from sitting inside from about 9.00 in the evening, (despite not closing until 11:00) and then cook up a load of chicken late at night, presumably to take home ... They invariably muck the order up and it's a real struggle discussing it as English appears to be about the 3rd language for most of them. I drive to Crawley instead if I have time !

I'm all for encouraging a free market and rewarding those that want to work but the staff have got to be able to speak and understand English properly. I can catch about one in every two words that most of them speak and when you ask them things they look at each other like you're the foreign one. Will be avoiding for now.

Please do your selves a favour and stay well away.Horsham is gaining a great rep for fine dining and easy night out.If you are tempted to have fast food then leave this place well alone.You have been warned.

Always busy and always good hot tasty food. They do their best to accommodate special requests and ensure everyone is getting what they want.

I agree that it would help if the staff here had a greater understanding of English.There is a high turnover of staff, as is usual at this type of place.I note that the outside tables have disappeared in the colder months.The food was up to normal average standard on this occasion.I always ensure that everything paid for has been included before leaving with my takeaway, and so should any other customer as this place is notorious for omitting items. But for the fact that I always check this I would have awarded only two stars.

They are pretty good with cooking the food,but just wish that KFC employed staff in there that could understand English when you are placing your order !!!!

The chicken was really nice hot and fresh and moist, such a shame that the chips were cold. Friendly staff.

Purchased another meal to share with the handicapped friend.Since Horsham's McDonald's closed a few months ago this place has become much busier and at weekends there can be a long queue.There are now seats and tables outside, but the kind of people who frequent this place seem to leave a lot of mess strewn everywhere, not just inside but now also outside this place.The food was OK as before but service is variable and you should always check that you have been given what you have paid for.

A colleague and I visited this restaurant recently around 8pm after a day of meetings around Horsham.We stopped for a quick and easy meal and were greeted by a restaurant littered with food, wrappers and trays covering every single table and most of the floor.The person serving unbelievably suggested that we sit somewhere else as the cleaner will be in in 20 minutes.Due to time constraints, we ordered our food to take away. To compliment the appalling service and state of the restaurant, one of the meals was missing a side and the othermeal had the wrong burger.Didn't bother returning to complain and certainly won't be returning again.

We couldn't give this place a proper review, as we could not get near the place for kids, bikes strewn all over the pavement outside the door, and just a general feeling of unease, we will never go near this particular KFC again

I picked up a meal to share with a handicapped friend who enjoys this type of food, and it was o k like before.There are always different staff here whenever I go, and you should make sure you are given what you have paid for as service can be lackadaisical.
