Out for a meal with the extended family and had a fantastic time here. The service was faultless, attentive without being too much. Some fussy eaters in the group but nothing was too much trouble. My ribeye steak was the best I’ve had in a long time! Thank you to everyone that made this visit so great and can’t wait to visit again!

Elena was outstanding and made our night. As she sat us, she asked what made us come for the evening and we shared we were sharing good news. She was genuinely interested and at the end of the night came out with a “congrats” dessert plate - which was ever so kind and thoughtful. Food and atmosphere great as always. Will be back again soon! One small complaint - you must bring back the previous spiced mayo with your halloumi sticks! Heartbroken that had been changed on the menu! :-)

Perfect Friday night dinner. The Chateaux Briande was outstanding, coupled with a very easy drinking Malbec. Service was fantastic and genuine and all in all a lovely evening. We’ll be coming back.

I must start by saying that the service was excellent. Amber was very bubbly and attentive. Unfortunately the food was not worth the high-ish (for a chain restaurant) price tag. Our starters were mushrooms and chipotle chicken. The former was served with a good portion of toasted bread, but sadly the cheese sauce was quite insipid. The chicken 'bits' were poor cuts of chicken deep fried in batter. Edible but nothing special. Then came the mains - a T-bone at £40 and fillet at £37. The T-bone had quite a bit of grissle, the fillet was well cooked but again, not very flavourful. They were served with half a tomato, again no real taste, mash, other sides and lettuce wedges. Although the latter were a nice touch, the dressing was overpowering to the point of ruining the taste of the other items. The dessert was good, however, and well priced. A perfect size banoffi pie and coffee for £6. Though the cocktails were well priced (double g+t £10), the mark-up on the wine was extortionate - £34 for a middling bottle of Malbec. A bottle of water was £5! All in, the above plus one other cocktail came to £170 for two. The food was edible, certaintly not so poor as to warrant a complaint - but way, way over priced.

We came for dinner for my fiancés birthday and we had the most fantastic waitress called Angeli who was brilliant from start to finish. She was very pleasant, attentive, prompt with taking our orders and regularly checked in to make sure we had everything we needed/ drink top ups etc. We very much enjoyed our food, the atmosphere and the entire experience was great. We would like to make a special mention for Angeli who also went the extra mile and made our experience special because although we were too full to order dessert, she kindly brought a surprise dessert plate with the words ‘Happy Birthday’ written in chocolate for my fiancé. This was such a thoughtful gesture and we’d really like to pass on our thanks to her for making our evening so memorable. We look forward to visiting your branch again soon!

We had a lovely evening for a family birthday. The food was lovely but the evening was made by outstanding service from Amber. She's an absolute credit to the business.

This was not the Best Dinning Experience we have had at a Miller and Carter Steak Restaurant. The staff were far from attentive. We ordered two Ribeye Steaks: Mine was Tough as an Old Boot!!! Had the Waitress actually visited our table while we were eating to "check -in" on use we would have mentioned this, however we were pretty much ignored once the order had been placed.

The food and ambience, as always, was excellent. Marielle was fantastic as our waitress. She found out it was my birthday and arranged a surprise dish with our coffees at the end. Much appreciated.

We was very disappointed last night with how slow the service was last night, the camembert cheese arrived and was lovely but no plates served with it , My partners steak was very dry and very chewy My T bone was very good. The peppercorn sauce was very good just the portion size has got a lot smaller. My partner had the crème brûlée which was a joke with the size as it was a size of a dolls saucer and was never like that before.

First time visiting here for my birthday, our server ( martina) was amazing and the food was so delicious I had the 160z ribeye . We will definitely be Back as I want to try the dirty Burger 👍👍

This is the second time me and my family have attended this restaurant together and it was just as I remembered! The food was delicious and the service we received was great. Amber was really lovely and did her best to make us feel welcome and appreciated, which we most certainly did. She took a genuine interest in wanting to make sure we had everything we needed as well as our reason for visit and wished us a lovely evening as we left. She certainly added to our experience and ensured we had a great visit. It’s a shame that I am only visiting family and am not from down here as I would be back more!

Had a fantastic meal celebrating my wife's 30th birthday. Our server Elena was absolutely brilliant, she was very attentive, funny and knowledgeable. She even made a lovely little complementary desert which was a real cherry on top of a lovely meal. Will 100% come again!

We ordered 1 x salmon and 1 x steak. Waitress apologised for a delay in service. Food arrived 20 minutes after, both meats dried and overcooked. Not fully realising the extent we declined the waitress's offer to replace. Our seems that our meals were cooked and left under the heating hotplate for 20 + minutes where they became overcooked and dried out. I suspect they were put there whilst my new potatoes were being cooked. The waitress reduced our bill by 20% -the sum of £13.41 which is M and C's valuation of our spoilt evening. The steak was one of the best I've had in a very long time! Our server Amber was absolutely amazing throughout and gave us great recommendations on sides and wines to pair with our mains! We will definitely be going back

Came to Miller & Carter Horsham for an anniversary dinner. Had a fabulous meal, made even better by the fantastic service provided by Amber, who was extremely friendly and welcoming.

My partner and I came here for our anniversary dinner. We had a ribeye steak and a rack of ribs, both were cooked to perfection and were delicious. Amber was very friendly and made us feel very relaxed, including recommending her favourite sauces or sides, which helped us get the most out of our experience.

We had a voucher to use and went recently.. as usual, the restaurant was flawlessly clean and the staff very attentive and friendly.. we ordered 2 ribeye steaks and some sides and both were perfectly cooked.. add in a tasty cocktail and a cold beer and it equals an amazing meal out.. special mention to Amelia, our server, who was charming, knowledgeable and very helpful..

From the warm welcome, to the great service and top notch food, I cannot recommend M&C more highly. Our server Elena, had a great sense of humour and was amazing.
