Food OKish, but very slow service from very disinterested staff who look like they don’t want to be there. Customers seem to be an unwanted inconvenience, needing serving meaning staff need to put their phone down.

We visited here wanting to try the rice boxes, they look so good when advertised. Me and my husband ordered a zinger rice box and to start with NO cutlery provided, we was expected to eat salad using a wooden spoon. No chance! Then as stated the box meant to have had a bean salsa, 4 beans is no salsa! Shocking. Very disappointed KFC!

The seat had bits of tar my Dad did not see until he got up and it stuck to him. We told about itstaff to let them know so that no one ells would do the same he apollogised but he was going to leave at that. We found some more oil on other seats. and it was on his pants. I asked if there was anything he could use to cover his car seat so we would not transfare it he gave us a bag to sit on. a lady said to complane so did. he went to find the Asstant Manager he came back with there Customer Service web site we tried to contacted and phoned Head Office did not get though.

the manager was literally mocking a customer because someone tried to serve him cold food! He wasn’t interested in the complaint. The whole restaurant including Uber/JE drivers was complaining about wait times… disgusting g all round! Manager should be in school not work!

KFC is my favourite fast food but my experience at Blackburn will be my last there, the chicken pieces were so small and unappetising, when we complained to the staff they were unapologetic we shall NOT return.

Literally out of order ive purchased there has been something missing. If you get it delivered via uber eats its a given that your order is going to be incomplete. I feel like a mug for keep ordering but as its the nearest KFC to me I don't have a lot of choice (my kid loves the stuff). Seriously need to look at the staff and find folks that can do the simple things right. Poor poor fast food place

At first I was at the drive through where the lady made me wait 5mins when in the middle of taking my order she returned on the intercom to only say wait again and disappear for another 5mins then when collecting the food the short chubby woman was being rude when I asked was it two zinger burger meals she repeated it in a cheeky manor saying that's what I said I couldn't hear here because I have bad hearing, I parked the car with my friends to eat at the drive way and realised the the order came wrong we didn't receive both zinger burgers in the box meal I went back on foot to window where the short chubby woman and the other Asian male ignored me when I knocked on the window twice then the woman asked the Asian male about the missing burgers he was amused as was she the whole thing was very disappointing, rude and disrespectful as well this was at blackburn KFC euro garages at 10:10pm to 10:30pm very unhappy with this

Ok, so pre-covid I would probably describe this place as the dirtiest restaurant I have ever been in. Discarded food was left littering tables, spilled drinks left surfaces grubby and sticky. Luckily, we use this place for take away only - and the food until recently was pretty good. I mean you can’t expect much from a £20 bucket of chicken, but it was decent, hot and fresh. Tonight both me and my partner are full of a cold, we just wanted something quick and convenient as a family tea, so we opted for this place. We ordered a boneless banquet to share between us all. Whoever was responsible for packing our bag threw a full gravy into the bag with no lid on. This must have been pretty obvious to the other staff who tightly wrapped the bag and handed it over. Everything was covered. The cardboard boxes had gone soggy and the food had mushed card and paper on it. The chicken was also cold and tough. A thoroughly unpleasant experience and extremely disappointing. We don’t expect the earth, but a bit of consideration for customers wouldn’t go a miss. I imagine it must be a faff to redo an order if you chuck gravy all over it, hence the problem being ignored, but it’s really a very poor reflection on staff.

All I can say is What a disgrace!!! Each meal had about 10 cold chips with it, they kindly poured the bags of chips in upside down too so they was squished at the bottom of bag! Double down chicken burger was TINY and covered with sauce on both sides - so greasy he had to eat it with knife and fork cause he couldn’t hold it. Won’t be going here again, ruined our Friday night!

Thought would give them a try again we have been going to accrington which is fine. 9pm on a Saturday and no gravy, the hot wings were undercooked as the skin was slimy and very greasy left them

Called in for lunch today for a treat for our Daughter and Granddaughter, we all ordered our food then ordered our hot drinks only to be told that the machine wasn’t working so their was no hot water. So we all had to have cold drinks, then my Daughter took her Daughter to the counter to order a ice cream, again only to be told that machine wasn’t working, if we had realised before we ordered we would’ve have stayed because we enjoyed the food but being cold outside we needed warm drinks. Sorry.

Ordered a mighty bucket, no chips came and the gravy was about a 5th full rang to complain and they blamed Uber even tho it’s these numbnuts that cook and pack the food, women who answered phone was cocky and dismissive about the situation!

I visited yesterday at 17.15 (09/11/2019) and shouldn't have bothered. No gravy or beans, drive through had no lights on and couldn't see the menus, then was told that it was cash only. They told me this while I was already in the que and had to wait to get out. The place is a dump - Hence why I didn't go inside. I left without ordering and instead went to KFC located in the mall shopping centre which was shut. Another disappointing visit to KFC and I won't be returning ever again. I do hope that KFC take note of all these bad reviews and tackle this problem.

Extremely messy litter strewn car park. Full menu not available when I called in. The branded disposable cuos etc strewn in the area maybe more bins need funding by kfc. Untidy and tables need cleaning.

Absolutely disgusting. I work at the hospital and visit quite often I have got to say I will not ever set foot on the dirty floor again. A couple of weeks ago they ran out of salt and napkins for a full week. I let that slide. Two people in front of me waiting to get served they had eaten there food and was leaving as I was just getting served. Awful customer service. To the manager you need to train your staff correctly you are responsible for there employment train them it will pay you dividends in the future. To the area manager you need to get involved and train your manager.

We a young family just moved to Blackburn near the Kfc. We like Kfc and have visted many branches in the past and were happy to see Kfc near our house.But what happend on saturday 10 august 2019 was unbelievable. Rude staff, filthy manager (picking her nose while serving fries). Food not complete, cold and just horrible. When we make a comment about the food not been complete the manager just looked us out of the restaurant. Filthy and filthy looking staff, floor full of rubbish. Got as far as ordering then told them to forget it, wouldn’t eat from there if I was starving. Should be closed down and all staff sacked, have seen cleaner rats than the staff.

Went at 9_45pm no gravy got home which is less than 5 minutes away chips hardley warm Wrap was cold had to microwave not worth the money no straws given or wipes. Floor was filthy I commented looks like you have had a football team in no response and server sullen

Visited for food. Went around drive thru and it was so slow considering it wasn’t busy. We ordered our food and when we got to the window they missed out an entire meal. When we got home to eat, we couldn’t eat the gravy as it was so watery it might as well have been water and not gravy. Not happy at all and won’t be returning.

We visited here six months ago and it was dirty but we called in last week having forgot how bad it was and it was worse....much worse.

I have never been in such a dirty food outlet as this one, the staff were chatting and not taking much notice, there was food on the floor, the entrance carpet was very soiled, all the tables were dirty with empty paper cups, chips, salt packets, spilt drinks and left over food. Never again will I go in there.

Waited 30 minutes from entering the drive thru to actually getting the food I'd ordered. Was asked to park up (after waiting 20 minutes in the drive-thru) and still had go in to actually collect it since nobody bothered to bring it out. Weren't serving Fries or Krushems and also missed the drink off the order. Didn't once get an apology for the wait. Don't bother.

Saturday lunch time. Service at counter incredibly slow, staff cant cope. After 10 mins wait to be served and another 10 mins wait for food, it was only warm which was disappointing. No body clearing tables, bins over flowing, waste all over floor and to be honest, the staff seemed to not care less. This place used to be ok bit it's the pits now. Honest advice, don't go there and chose another KFC. It needs shutting down.

Went in as a family member was in hospital the customer service was quite good the food however was disgusting I work in a kitchen myself and I wouldn’t serve the chips to my dog let alone anyone else the chicken was louk warm and no gravy whatsoever me and my family have decided never to return again so quite a let down

I visited on sat night 23 /11/2018. With my family. I have never felt more sick in my life the place was dirty , rubbish everywhere . staff cant b bothered as customer asked for a member staff to clean table, and the staff member said no and went back to the kitchen. Went through drive through 29-11-18 at 14 15 and ordered my food , when I finally got served and took my food home half of my order was missing so I drove back and asked for the rest of my order and Also to replace the now cold food that I had firstly been given , the fat Asian guy on the drive through window started to argue that the food was not cold but obviously it was , when I returned home all the food in the bag was all over and mixed up , I have tried to call the outlet 9 times so far with no one picking the phone up , it’s a complete and utter joke either change the staff or close the place down , I will be advising everyone I know to boycott this place and not to eat from here .

Was having an absolutlely wonderful day and thought yeah sweet I’d treat myself to a nice krushem at kfc but no. 2 weeks straight they don’t have ANY. What a joke

So I ordered a large 3 piece variety meal for myself and when I got home I had been given a 3 strip meal. In all honesty I should have checked but was in a rush to pick the wife up. Anyways I got home and ate it, but took pics of the food and my receipt...next day I went in and asked for the manager. I guy called Jonathan was brought before me and I told him what had happened and asked if I could have the missing items. He told me not to worry and said he would be back in a moment. I waited a minute or so and he apologised for keeping me waiting, for the error and gave me a full large 3 piece variety meal. Was very polite. A lot of places could learn from this guy. If I had my own business I’d snap him up.

The floor was absolutely disgusting , covered in chips and spilt drink .Hygiene officers need to go in and force a change of their understanding of cleaning is as the current staff have no idea . I was there for about 25 minutes and nobody did any cleaning . The food portions were ridiculous , they couldn’t have made them smaller and my Diet Coke and more water in then coke . I shall not be going again ever !

This place is a disgrace I’ve never seen anything like it, as for the staff what they managed to to do to the colonels chicken was unbelievable, I got three chicken fillet meals these were upgraded to large and two hot wings, all in all it cost me sixteen quid for stuff that should have been in the bin, the food was cold, dried out tasteless chicken which was like eating a tennis ball, chips that looked like they were made when colonel sanders was still alive, tiny portions of fries were cold, the extra hot wings were anything but hot, the drinks were hotter than the food, tepid flat coke the guy next to me said tho a member of staff “this orange is warm” she said “ that’s because you didn’t want ice “ ahh so it’s his fault!! Absolute no point in trying to talk to the miserable millennials behind the counter as they made it quite clear that one you had payed, they had no reason to look or speak to you again!! Visited before the England match and expected a busy restaurant but surprisingly quiet which resulted in quick service the chicken was up to standard and wings were very good, chips were okay just not enough of them

Been here a number of times and have usually left disappointed, they always seem to have run out of something (and no, I'm not talking about the great chicken famine of 2018). It's either the sides (beans/gravy/corn etc) have run out, or there's no CO2 for the drinks... Maybe I'm just unlucky and choose to visit 1/2 hour before their deliveries, but there's always something they don't have.

I bought 3 meals, when I got home one was completely wrong and so I called the KFC to complain. Something I never do but in this case I was so angry. We do not live close and I could not go back, nor should I. I asked for the manager who told me his name and appologised. He gave me a number that I had to quote with my receipt when I next go in. So last night I went in, only to be told by three people that this person did not work there, and I must be in the wrong KFC. Hello I am not stupid. What made me even more angry was not once did any of the three people apologize and I was even told that I had already been in and collected it. How could that be when I had the receipt. When we first went in to order other food on top of this "Replacement" food the chap behind had the name of the person I was given over the phone and then when he came back round had a different name badge. Why would you put a customer through all of that, in front of other customers for £6.35 cost of the meal that they got wrong in the first place. My warning to all CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE KFC. You will only be given the run around if you don't.

There was hardly any chicken which is ridiculous. There was only zinger chicken left but the fact they had no boneless chicken suggests the meat is not fresh and comes to the shop ready made.

We tried again hoping that 6 months on it would of improved but unfortunately it has not it is the worst kfc ever, cold food not cooked right through, we had to put it in the oven when we got home but it still was not good.For two people the meal is expensive for something that it is only fit for the bin.Rang head office to complain lady very nice on the phone, but yet again fell short of expectations, she said they had a number of complaints they was going to send a regional manager round and would get in touch with me within the next couple of days, not happened.Very poor not worth the visit.

I went to KFC the other the day with my friends for the first time and i just couldn't example how bad it was. The food is ok it's just your typical kfc food. But the cleanliness it's horrible, tables always full of bits of food and gravy and the floor is even worse also bin always overflowing.

Very disappointed with the whole experience. From the food , staff and value for money . Staff were very unfriendly. Said to park up at food not ready .. past us drink which were wrong. Parked up . Waited nearly 20 min. The bag of food was given ..not a smile or words were spoken . Just bag past to us and the girl walked off . We opened our food .. items missing . So went back in once more to get the items . Got home ..stared eating our food which was very greasy ..Yes it's suppose to be juicy . Not greasy. I'm not saying the pieces were small but I found a piece of cuttlefish in the bottom of the bag!Sometimes they get the order wrong, but interestingly they never put too many pieces in the bag by mistake, instead there's sometimes a piece missing. The gravy was thicker today thankfully and I was out in 5 minutes instead of 15.

I think this is the first time they have got my order right in months. Tasted great and felt even better when I was tucking in to my chicken strip that is always missing!

I nipped in after work at 8pm and was stood in the queue (5 people in front of me) for almost 10 minutes. In that time, I counted 3 different customers had gone back to the counter to inform staff they had got their order wrong in one way or another and all were greeted by the same blank expression.The reason being, the 6 lobotomised-looking staff behind the counter were all having a jolly good chin-wag. One of them even dropped an F-bomb (I wasn't hearing things, she actually looked at me for a reaction).The only 'Please' or 'Thanks' I heard was from my side of the counter, meaning when these little cherubs go to KFC-Academy, the trainers are probably from the same estate.The food was edible though. I may return during the day when the adults are working.

Working till 8pm a few of us decided to visit kfc as a Friday treat. Which I hadn't bothered the service was crap and the food wasn't great not only that they lied about not being any Krushems they ran out of beans. But giving the person in front a upgrade to a large beans as they had ran out of regular. Won't return to this kfc. Staff are awful the restaurant wasn't clean the food was not all that. Called in here one evening.Took my two little lads with me for a bite to eat. I have to say the service we received in here from the European work crew was far superior to any other KFC I have been to.The food was, as usual, in line with our expectations.Will we go here again? Yes definitely.Would I recommend? Yes for sure. (Especially to other kfc staff from other outlets to learn customer service skills!)Hope you find my comments helpful.

This kfc is always busy , and food comes got and fast , but staff just seem to go though the motions , no real customer service . The seating area and toilets are always a disgrace .

Went to the Blackburn kfc tonight for my mum and daughter they both got the fully loaded meal to take home and when the got home to eat there meals the chips were cold the gravy was cold and when my mum went to eat her fillet burger the chicken was like rubber and had very little coating the staff are always to busy talking to each other to even bother. My boyfriend & I come here quite a lot and EVERY SINGLE TIME we are left dissapointed. It has now become a game before we get our order of "guess what they've forgot to put in!" Its always either cold or they've missed things out, it's an absolute joke. If you get a dips meal, don't forget to ASk for your dips too! Haha, poor poor service.

I have visited a good number of fast food places over the years and this one still sticks in the mind for being terrible. It was always filthy even when virtually empty. The staff would huddle at the back laughing with each other while hurling out some of the most sloppily made food you've ever had the misfortune to see. I frequent this chain of KFC about once a month as my young niece and nephew you love popcorn chicken.Every time we go there is always something wrong with the old whether it is giving those two small drinks because they don't have any logical or having to substitute chicken pieces for chicken wings not having any brains not having any gravy et cetera. Nine times out of 10 they get your order wrong. The food you do get however is usually very nice if the staff are little grumpy its probably because They are overworked. I little bit awkward at the drive-through window always seems to be staff Beckering not arguing with one another.

I'm Not one to complain, but this branch if kfc is a let down.Customer service standards are a bit like the weather... Unpredictable and often dull. Toilets are usually bad, place is often dirty, and no one gives a dam!Such a great product but it's a shame they let the side down here. Possibly the worst KFC in Lancashire! Chips are over cooked, they taste as though they have been left under heat for over an hour, from the front counter you can visibly see the burger staff whom aren't wearing any gloves when making the burgers, food seems to taste like it has been left in the shoot for over an hour too! I have been in contact with many people whom work at this eating constabulary and have been told of how certain shift runners bully younger staff members and shout abusively at them in front of members of the public and the KFC team, I can only imagine how embarrassing this must be for the younger workers! The store was closed for a substantial amount of time because apparent 'engineering work with extraction fans' what a complete load of rubbish, during the days in which the store was closed there were many pest vans arriving, as well as this since the store has reopened there is a revolting smell of dead rats! Very poor eating establishment, should be closed down! Most of the staff are very scruffy, lazy and unprofessional as well as certain shift runners when shouting at team members in front of customers!

I love chicken obviously, here at KFC they aim to cook the most tenderess of chicken to beat any taste. If you want a big meal, go for the big daddy it includes a supreme fillet burger, piece of chicken, large fries and a side of beans. I would also recommend the popcorn chicken which are irrestible washed down with an ice cold pepsi

Call here maybe once a month, service has never been particularly good, but tonight was abysmal. no beans, as usual for here, took at least 15 minutes to get served a basic order, only 1 person in front of me, disinterested, bored looking staff.More or less threw 4 portions of lukewarm fries into brown bag resulting in 1 huge portion. Waiting for popcorn chicken, waiting for Zingers.

I'm not really a KFC fan but my other half really likes it so we decided to have it and for the first time I actually enjoyed. No issue with order and we actually got gravy (this is rare by what I hear and have read) staff were friendly.

Just utter crap, never have what you want worst customer service Ever,Drive through ( are you joking ) drive through and then wait ages for the wrong food.Advice to KFC LOOK AT McDonald's they are always busy but manage to serve customers in a timely manner, this place there are no customers and still it takes a age to get a simple order.

Upon entry I was surprised at the number of angry faces in there. And there was a lot mainly because all the orders were wrong. I my self know how frustrating this is because for some reason mine always seems to be wrong as well. The food was actually decent this time but I'm sure they fished out the smallest pieces of chicken they could find of my bucket. Was very disappointed with that

We eat Kfc about 3-4 times a year and inevitably it will be here, as it's virtually on my doorstep. I have to admit the actual standard of food has gone up to pretty decent, but that's because it used to be utter garbage, very greasy, and usually served by people who clearly don't want to be there. The one thing about this place these days is their consistency, they consistently get the order wrong! Today we ordered the 6 piece Wicked variety bucket and it came minus the hotwings, which wouldn't be a problem if we'd eaten in, because it can be rectified there and then. But when you get back home, albeit 3 minutes drive away, then discover halfway through the meal that it's missing, you just can't be bothered going back, or at least I can't. And when you receive your order, who can be bothered checking their own order, you just expect it to be right don't you? I mean how hard can it be, any numbnuts can see the order on the monitor for crying out loud. # Message to manager# Please sort your staff out!!

Every single time I come they get the order wrong. You pay for large and they don't bother to give you large. They miss things out all the time! The chips are always cold! And they never put straws and the packets of wipes & salt in. Idiots!

Never again ! This has got to be the worst KFC on the planet, every time I have been they manage to get the order wrong . This time, no fries in any of the meals, the wrong chicken in the meals, popcorn chicken missing. It's interesting to note, the order is always short...they never put additional things in....you ask the staff to check, even the supervisor and it's still wrong, they just don't care.

i get an urge every so often to have a KFC. i am usually let down when I get it. What i am trying to say is that the thought is better than the actual. This was no different.the fries are never really hot and why i order the chicken I don't know because I don't like it on the bone but that is my problem not theirs.This KFC is pretty soulless if you elect to eat in. I usually get it and eat in the car.

This place, well theres no words to explain, poor service, useless staff that gets orders wrong, save your money and go somewhere else

After queuing for what seemed forever our food arrived and it was just warm! Small chips and lettuce had seen better days.Had to put other peoples rubbish in the bin as every table was dirty, all the bins where full! Food on the floor and even the staff didn't look too clean! Best bit was the gravy it's just a shame there was hardly any chips to have with it!! Won't be returning to this place think I will stick with Mellor !!!!

What a disgrace this KFC is. One too many times now that this KFC has let me down. If it's not "sorry we have no gravy" it's "sorry can you just pull up". Last time I came to this KFC it had just opened back up after it's refurbishment. We were asked to pull up in the carpark. We were waiting 30 minutes then had to go in because they had actually forgot about us. Now this time we were asked to pull up in the car park. We were told someone will bring it out to us in 5 minutes. 8 minutes later a woman comes out and comes to the car window. "I'm sorry we have run out of chicken but will have some more in 15 minutes. Do you want to change your order or wait." I was fuming but my fiancée said wait as she has more patience than me. Where was my offer of a refund? So 15 minutes passes during this time people who are coming up to the drive thru are actually getting food and driving away so I get out of the car and go in and ask a young girl who isnt doing much literally just wandering behind the till point. She says "oh yeah sorry the chicken will be ready in 2 minutes". I finally received my food where all in all I was waiting 30 minutes. So much for 'fast food' I could've caught plucked and cooked the chicken myself almost. I would love to run that KFC. It's basic management skills that could have made this much easier for the customers that had to wait. I just can't understand how a place of which their main product is chicken can run out of chicken. Would be like a pub running out of beer or a coffee shop running out of coffee. What a joke

Without a doubt the worst fast food restaurant in Blackburn. I don't think they've ever got my order right. Dare devil bites are the main focus on the menu currently and I've been three times these past two weeks and they've either not had boneless chicken or the sauces. It's ridiculous! How can you not have the ingredients in stock? If it wasn't for the fact that this is the only KFC in our area id never go again! Sort it out because I'm sick of being annoyed and feeling like I've wasted my money!

I am so very dissapointed. Its been a long time since i had kfc.... never again. I think its just awfull that A. They got my order wrong so i ended up cooking for my daughter and B. The chips with the "family" bucket were over done hollow shells tasteless. I wont waste money here ever again.
