Kfc in Weymouth and Portland

Just need to warn people never to spend £39 on the party bucket 2 times now ordered with the belief of receiving fair amount of quality of chicken for the price! Only to be giving small portions of chicken that looks pitiful and a joke considering for the price Never again and I will force people not to bother because it’s disgraceful and a complete rip off. This was ordered as a family meal as a birthday treat and completely to the piss out off hard earnt money!!! Thanks KFC , your a joke

That’s my last KFC. The chicken was dry and honestly smelt off. 3 hours later I feel sick. The place itself was dirty and the staff honestly had no interest in either customer service or have any form of job satisfaction. Never again! Oh and price? I could have got an excellent Chinese freshly cooked for the same.

Totally disgusted how are they allowed to charge for this cold and overcooked then left to stand for I don't know how long then just eat tells you they will look into it

Absolutely shocking , stupidly 2nd time experiencing their awful food !! Dry hard tepid food. Do not waste your money ! !

Haven’t been to this kfc for ages! And I certainly won’t be rushing back. We were a party of 6 doing 2 separate orders, so sat down and sorted what we all wanted first then went to the till together in the hopes we would all eat together, nope! The wait between both orders took the mick, to the point I had to go and ask if ours was being done! When our order was called, I wasn’t even told which drink was Pepsi and which one was Pepsi Max, they were just plonked on the counter! By a young lad called Dylan who looked like he’d rather not be at work! No enthusiasm at all, noticed this as he served other customers too! The floor was disgusting all over! We were there at least an hour and not one person came to clear/clean 2 tables that were full of rubbish. The amount of food on the floor. The rubbish overflowing in the bins! Couldnt use the loos upstairs as the door was locked and so was the disabled! By this point I gave up and decided I’d wait until I got back home to ILMINSTER!!! Sort it out Weymouth KFC!!! What a let down of a visit!

I spotted two members of staff crush bin waste and then serve on till also dirty trays put back on clean pilealso a female member of staff rubbed and inched her nose and then serve food to customers, not once did I see any of them wash their hands,basic food and hygiene out of the question.

Once we got the attention of the the server over the drive through speaker, everything was fine. The food was fine, usual kfc.

Zinger buger meal, chips were cold, burger was like warm. One of the worse meals I have every had. Was the first time I tried since the last bad time should of learnt

The chicken, particularly the southern fried coating had very little flavour, the chips were Luke warm & soggy. The drink which was part of the meal deal was filled to just over half way. The toilets were disgusting. Haven’t been in this KFC for a while, it has gone right down the pan.

Rubbish place no cleaners bins inside overflowing service was no better toilets filthy no toilet roll on the whole worst KFC I have ever had the misfortune to visit infact the worst food establishment I have ever been in never again

I arrived intending to use the drive through which was coned off. Parked up and entered building to see handwritten notices stating cash only. There were about 10 people in front of me. Stephen, the duty manager explained that due to a national computer fault, that they could only take cash. So far, so good. The next 10 minutes were spent listening to Stephen and his two lady assistants trying to work out what to do. Stephen was trying to sort it out on the phone. They seemed fairly oblivious to the customers who were left waiting to order. At my suggestion, they finally decided to restrict entry in order to clear the backlog. The two ladies started to take orders on a piece of paper but did not know the price of items without looking them up. We were told that any discount (ie Blue Light etc) would not be given. I suggested that due to circumstances that the inconvenienced customers be given 10% off to make up for the problems. Stephen said that he did not have the authority to do this. I also pointed out that as they would be shutting up that an awful lot of food would be wasted and thrown away. Stephen said that he had not the authority to answer this. When I collected my order and returned home I found that the order was wrong and that the outside of the supplied chicken was rock hard and looking like a reheat. Having worked on event organisation, it was evident to me that the staff had no contingency planning experience and on the whole were like headless chickens. It would help if all staff at this outlet were trained how to deal with problems and how to act in case of emergency. The food I was served was gross.

This place is an absolute shambles. It’s a stain on the KFC brand, which will ripple out unfairly due to the appalling experience at this outlet. Deliveries not fulfilled. Missing items. Filthy dining area. Unmotivated staff. Surely the area manager reads this?

Seriously awful, don’t come here. Go and get a chicken burger at McDonald’s or go anywhere as for £16 you could easily get a much much better meal

Have eatern here on several occasions in the past especially when my kids were younger..The bargain buckets were great value back in the day!! and its been pretty good.. having not been here for a few years, me and hubby thought we would try it today. We ordered our food on the screens at the front of the restaurant, and scrolled don the drink section ..and were amazed to see that they no longer did FULL FAT PEPSI!! WTH.. this is one reason to come to KFC as they used to serve actual pepsi, not now it seems, just diet pepsi or pepsi max.. I don't like either as they use all sorts of chemicals, which IMHO is worse than sugar..I know its not just this branch but all of KFC in general.. ridiculous, what has happened to been able to CHOOSE!!! Service was quite quick, but the food portions have also changed.. I thought I had been given a kids meal by mistake.. The chicken tasted quite nice though.. as were the skin on fries.. but np KFC you have made a mistake a BIG mistake in taking full fat pepsi off the menu.. HUGE!! ... Thankfully Weymouth has many other places to eat!

KFC is the wife favourite take out but not my first choice but as we were away as a birthday treat for her i thought why not and we were not disapointed quick service and excellent chicken

2pm lunch, not many customers, ordered by self service machine, 3 piece chicken was dry and very crispy and the pot of beans only half full and dry. So disappointing

We visited the Weymouth KFC at about 1.30pm on Monday 2nd August. We ordered ok but were told there was no salt for the fries (which definitely need seasoning since they changed them, they are horrible!) I asked if the chef had any, the answer was no. We ate upstairs, the bannister rail was sticky, the stairs hadn’t been swept, the windows were filthy with hand prints, the whole place was dirty. We washed our hands and left. In this current climate with Covid still so prevalent, I was absolutely disgusted. And what fast food outlet has fries with no salt?! Unforgivable!!

Dropped in for my dinner tonight at 18:45 , young lady taking the orders was friendly and polite BUT the moron who took the money and handed the food to me needs to learn some manners . Very grumpy , rude and not friendly at all . Needs to be taught some basic customer skills . Food fantastic but spoilt by that moron .

The level of arrogance and ignorance amongst the "staff" is beyond belief. No covid secure measures in place, and the kids working there seem to delight in pulling off each others face masks. Avoid!

Very rude staff in KFC Weymouth, some manager called Steve or similar name, he is quit tall and thin guy.. I was waiting for long time my take away order, so when I asked for my order he loud me saying " something like that "We are very busy so I most to way o take your refund." .. I just look him, feeling very sad and angry, soo disgusting situation and just wait for my food.., looking around me how the delivery guys are collapsing the rest. like unsafe place non-covid rules at all...

Thought I'd go back here for a "treat" after nearly a year - don't really know why I bothered. Went to drive through (after being shouted at by one of the counter staff for not wearing a mask last time (first lockdown and I'm medically exempt from wearing mask - and had also spoken to member of staff on the door). Anyway, ordered 3 piece meal for one and took it home. The chicken, although nicely cooked, had absolutely no taste whatsoever in the coating - what's happened to their herbs and spices? Nothing!! They've also changed the chips and they were nothing to write home about. There was also no salt sachet, no napkins and no hand cleansing tissue (cutbacks?!). Shame, as I actually usually enjoy KFC, but my last 2 or 3 visits here have been very disappointing. Don't think I'll bother again.

Just had a meal from the KFC in Weymouth. Worst chips I have ever had! Not at all fresh. The chicken was ok but overall could do a lot better for the price charged. Won't be hurting back.

The order was placed via Just Eat but in fairness to them the order was placed correctly according to the receipt on the bag, the bag which also had 2 "Checked and sealed" labels on it. The bag which had almost 50% of the order missing! Bank holiday Monday - delivered late or with 1 item missing you can excuse. A lot of the of the food missing in a bag which had been checked twice? An absolute joke. We switched to "Rays Chicken" some time ago and are regretting this one disloyal excursion back to KFC. In the mood for some southern fried chicken? Try Rays Chicken on Abbotsbury Road and do yourself a favour by avoiding this poor excuse for a fast food restaurant.

Restaurant was packed. Nobody on the door to control people wanting tables. No one advising on the so-called one-way system. Crowds waiting for tables and orders. No cleaning of tables between diners. Loud argument at the only working ordering point because they would not apply the 50% discount. I was overcharged which took and age to resolve and then when i got home the order was short!! Never again would drive to Dorchester.

As a family with two younge children who have severe special need decided to pop in for some quick lunch. We noticed there was a massive que so ordered online to save our boys from having a meltdown. Once we had ordered online it told us to go to the counter to pick up our food, doing so we took the boys to the toilet and was stopped by a very rude man working there telling us we cant use the toilet as there was too many people in... We explained that they had needs and wouldn't be able to wait for the toilet.Then our food was ready so we went to the counter to collect but was accused of punching in the line. The same man came over and told us as we pushed in the que we wouldn't be able to eat in. I explained that we didn't push in we were just collecting our food that we ordered online and that our boys needed to sit at the table to eat properly. Unfortunately this man did not understand and made us leave with our food and very upset children. We had to eat in our car. Very upset and disappointed by this man who did nothing to help or support us. We will never be going back again.

KFC has signed up to the government’s “Eat Out to Help Out” scheme and this location is on the website as a participating branch. When my family and I placed our order this evening, the cashier asked us for the total amount (without the 50% discount). When we asked why, he said that it wasn’t available as they had closed the restaurant upstairs at 8pm so we couldn’t eat in. They have a large sticker on the door advertising the scheme but no notice advising that it was currently unavailable. I cancelled our order and we left. 4 disappointed and dissatisfied customers KFC ☹️☹️☹️☹️

Came here and ordered through the drive thru after being told we could not eat inside as the upstairs was now closed (their website does not say this, only that you can now eat inside here again) Got back to where we were staying about ten mins later and the food we had ordered still tasted hot and fresh. All the menu items were there and everything was tasty. The chicken was delicious and we couldn’t fault it.

Rude manager, that while still open for deliveries and collections during the start of Coronavirus pandemic locked all the toilets and when requested to open them so myself and others could wash their hands was treated with rude and aggressive behavior. Even after trying to explain about how cleaning hands with soap and water was vitally important to stop the spread, he refused to listen. What other guidelines was he flouting?

Thought I would give this new place a try. Sorry to say tis not for me, the menu did not excite and the food was not too good. If I want fast food I would prefer a Burger King or even a McDonald

Worst KFC in the country, extremely useless management! Failed to deliver correct items through deliver roo, avoid like the plagued and support your local restaurants

Never going to use uber eats to deliver KFC again. Nothing wrong with the driver or uber service.Chips arrive cold and only half filled bags, there was dips missing, the chicken was so small it could hardly be recognised as chicken. The gravy had less than 10mins shelf life left and was ¾ filled.I have eaten from here before, and the meal was ok (not great but ok) but this was the most disappointing takeaway ever.I tried to call to get my issues resolved but after 9 minutes on the phone, it finally got answered and the handset placed straight back down.

Poor service by an assistant that couldn’t understand ‘chicken breast without bones’ fatty /gristle and a milkshake composed of watery liquid -horrible! Go elsewhere if you’re looking for decent food and helpful staff. In summary rubbish and not even quick in serving.

I work for KFC in London Wallington and Purley. But Weymouth KFC is the worst 1. No customer service, food is disgusting and they all seem brainless. The shop is always filthy. Even when is quiet, there's like 4 to 5 team behind the counter why can't they clean the shop floor. The team always seem to argued between themselves. If I did that where I worked I would been sacked by now. It's a food placed. I really think EHO should visit you. You don't deserve your stars. The hygiene of the team is appalling.

We went into the Weymouth Kfc last night ordered a 10 piece bucket .Costing £14.99 .It was not at all busy around 7 ish .We got served and noticed the bucket of chicken left on the side with no lid on for must have been 5 mins until we were called for the order.We took the order and touched the chicken .It was cold not hot !!! We took it back and told them at the counter .They replaced it but No cutomer service !Not even a word .No apology like sorry about that !!omg i suggest you look at your staff and give them communication lessons!Not impressed and unlikely we will return to this one in the future .

I last visited this place nearly three years ago and wasn't impressed then and if my other half hadn't had a hankering for fried chicken I would not have gone back. I must admit that the place was clean and tidy and that the staff were keeping it in good order but it was a very quiet day so were probably only doing it to relieve the boredom. I'm afraid the food was nowhere near as good as we were expecting. We both had the same and found that the chicken fillets were very dry and the thighs were running with grease and once again the coating fell off as soon as you touched them. The fries were the only really edible items. I'm sorry KFC but you've lost two customers as we definitely won't be back and it's doubtful we'll ever visit any other of your branches.Once again the staff, although polite, didn't appear to be enjoying their work.

We visited the Weymouth KFC using the drive throw... NEVER AGAIN, what a stupid narrow layout! So a BARGIN BUCKET is now going to cost a insurance claim. Weve a mid sized SUV pulling away from the ordering point youve little clearance at the front and far be it for me to suggest the post jumped out and hit the rear door but my car now has a ripped off plastic wheel arch and badly damaged rear door.

Very chilly day popped to KFC in Weymouth it was the nearest place so we thought we would give it a go ordered -1 regular mighty bucket for one with regular friesHot chocolate1 twister Wrap Sweet chilli dip price £11.28 it is what it is but it was hot and taste good.

While I was waiting for my order 5 people came back with there orders wrong or some thing missing from there order so I was thinking is my order going to be write and it was not I had one more drink than I ordered but the order was wrong no lipton tea and no chocolate sundae then I ordered 2 crushems on the way out and they was wrong this place is a joke lots of people pissed off waiting for orders

I went there to get some tea for me and my family we was waiting for 35 minutes for our food no apologies from any of the staff. I got home and it was all wrong! The wrong food in the wrong boxes! My mum can't eat spicy foods and she was given a zinger burger instead of a boneless banquet she wasn't well for the rest of the eveing! Been trying to call up all day and no answer! Really not happy and will not be back there again!

We have to wait half an our for our order, no apology!!!.. staff look uninterested in their job or giving good customer service.

I haven't been to a KFC for a few month, and whilst staying in preston, Near Weymouth we went to the KFC , having been there several times in the past.

I have not had a Kentucky for years as the last one made me ill, so yesterday I thought I would give it another try. I ordered a mini feast which consisted of popcorn chicken, (which tasted foul), 4 pieces of chicken which were dry and tasteless, chips that looked and tasted as if they had been re-fried over and over, and a piece of corn on the cob which was so tough it was not edible. Never ever again.

Ordered the stackburger. It came out with half the ingredients missing. 'Sorry we've run out of ingredients. We can't give you a refund but you can have another one [with ingredients missing].' What a lousy approach. You have to make an effort to be this bad. Go to McDonalds instead.

Ate in. Order produced incorrectly. Original chicken fatty and greasy. Chips tasted like cheap oven chips. Stale coffee. Bins over flowing. Toilets filthy and in disrepair - sink blocked with toilet paper. Won’t be returning - avoid!

Food is always lovely from here but when you go through the drive-thru you’d expect to be spoken to in a nice manner! The man taking our order should be sacked with the tone he was talking in! Such a shame, let’s the place down.

Stopped going to kfc after always having cold food Nobody likes cold chips or any food really disappointed

If i had a birthday party with 7 children and went in the drive through asking for 7 drumsticks with fries and a drink i presume i would receive my order quite happily. Then why is it so hard for them to give me an order of two three piece meals with drumsticks telling me they may not be able to give me that many drumsticks. Obviously I ask, why have you run out of drumsticks to which she replies no, to this i ask, then why can't I have my order, she repeated her previous answer, so i repeated my previous question i could see this was getting us nowhere but before I could rap up the order she very abruptly said, “DO YA WANT ANYTHINK ELSE.“. Well obviously I get home and the order is wrong. So thankyou for taking the fact that you are working on a Friday night out on all the customers lovely girl.

Not many people seated, and only one person ahead in the queue. One person serving but three others behind the counter all assembling orders but not just on their tray, they were all getting in each others way putting food on all the trays. I gave my order several times, but the guy serving me had trouble hearing me, probably due to the loud music blaring. Eventually I collected my food, got to the table, the order was wrong but corresponded to my receipt. So at least I wasn't diddled. I couldn't be bothered to complain as the queue was now very long. Staff all had faces like thunder, no manners, customers are an inconvenience in these establishments. Sort yourself out KFC

Myself an my other half went through the drive through in weymouth and ordered a dirty louisiana with bbq sauce instead of the original sauce and asked for it as a box meal and I was asked what side and drink I would like, I replied gravy and a Pepsi max please my other half then ordered a zinger burrito, the lady then asked us to go round. I only got the louisiana with no sauce at all, chips and the zinger burrito. There was no trace of the gravy or drink. I went in to the restaurant and asked where it was. She relied 'I only charged you for the meal, so it will be 99p only for the gravy and I'll give you the drink' I said that I wasntt paying for something that I've just ordered and should have received, I then asked if I really had to pay for this and she repeated herself that she didn't charge me for it even though I'd asked for it. I am really disappointed, I walked out. I will not be going back if they think this type of service is okay. I would have been okay if she had apologies and just given me the gravy and drink. Really angry about this.

Whilst I appreciate good food shouldn’t be rushed an 20 minute + wait for a standard takeaway chicken meal is unacceptable really....

my choice of fast food has always been KFC and always will be,but the experience at this branch iis enough to put you off it,EVERY time we go for either take away or eat in the order is wrong,our recent visit this past Saturday around 5 pm,The drive through was out of the carpark we never use this anyway,so we parked up and went in,the restaurant was quiet so straight up to order,the guy taking the orders didn't seem to want to be there as his manner was appauling he took our order,and we waiting ,got our food in a brown paper bag...odd as we had ordered to eat in,found a seat opened up the bag and my wifes order was totally wrong....so went to sort out the mistake whilst my meal went cold......total shambles

I arrived at the drive thru the guy behind the mic doesn't seem interested in what we wanted, at the collection window they gave us the wrong order, then when we got the order it wasn't complete that forgot the fries, the buns tasted stale the coating was over cooked(what coating there was),we ordered a wrap with way to much sauce,then I got home to find I only had 3 instead of 4 bites, this has to be one of the worst kfc's I've been to unfortunately I have to give a rating so only 1, I would not recommend this resturant to anyone!!!

Visited today to be told that they have never heard of the Tuesday 9 pieces for £5.99 deal that is currently advertised on the KFC website and local bus stops. Left with no dinner.

We called in for some food, placed our order and ended up waiting for 45mins for our order to arrive. The restaurant was very busy at the time, which was around 7.30pm. When I asked what the delay was, I was told that it takes 25mins to cook the chicken from fresh. I asked if the chicken could be cooked prior to the order being placed (on the basis that chicken is the only food item they sell) and left on the grill. However, the chap behind the counter replied that they couldn't do this as they don't work this way and only have two grills! He then said I could make a suggestion as to how they could improve things. I replied that I'd already made a complaint and offered them a solution - i.e. prepare the food sooner, and that it was for him to escalate with a view to getting it sorted. Although the food was nice, several people complained about the waiting time and I noticed several people leave when they saw the queue. I'm only glad that I didn't take the drive through!

Went to KFC and firstly sat at a table it was really dirty so asked a passing KFC Lady if she could clean the table top for us, if looks could kill, she reluctantly went over to the dustbin cupboard, opened the door with bin inside and took out from the floor, a spray bottle of some cleaning fluid and an extremely dirty looking cloth and proceeded to clean our table top with it. When I complained that this isn't what I meant by cleaning and asked her to bring some serviettes so I could wipe the table myself. With a withering look at me she put the spray and cloth back in the dustbin cupboard and disappeared into back of KFC. She neveer appeared with serviettes and just gave me weird looks everytime she passed.

Not much you can say it's a KFC so it's never going to be amazing but I found this to be one of the worst I've been to. It was painstakingly slow in the drive through and they had ran out of most of the sides. As stated before staff were indifferent at best. Then to top it of as we drove away found out we had no sauces which I found to be pretty poor considering how many times I asked for them.

Not a fast food fan but ate here and must say food was pretty good hot n tasty . The Weymouth KFC is modern clean with staff helpful ..ideally placed opposite a huge carpark too! Well done Weymouth KFC team!

Arrived at lunch time to break a journey back from the West Country, with three hungry children (and two hungry parents). Attempted to order a large zinger meal, a regular zinger tower meal, and three kids meals. None of this was available. Completely indifferent staff refused us a large meal on the basis that they had no large drinks (presumably they had run out of cups?!), said they had no hash browns for tower burgers, and told us they weren't doing kids meals at all. There were no signs to say this, all menus were displayed as normal, and we queued with impatient hungry kids to find this out. We ordered boneless strip meals for the kids instead, and had to remind the member of staff serving three times that we needed fruit shoots for the kids not Pepsi max. He seemed completely confused that the meals weren't for adults, despite us attempting to order kids meals initially! A huge disappointment all round. Families should avoid!!

Stopped for lunch but as they still can’t bother to get a full delivery and certain items unavailable I told them to forget it. Staff wasn’t bothered either. Found a better place to eat in

Just a quick evening snack. A tasty Zinger Burger Meal with extra fries just hit the spot. Very enjoyable.

Went here for a treat, the drive through was rammed so I went in, place was filthy but I ordered a bacon cheese fillet burger with chips ... got in the car and ate the chips on the way home ... no salt pack... but 4 packs of wipes .. wtf .. so chips were tasteless and only just warm... the burger was cold and had absolutely no taste , waste of £6 , will not return here .. don’t waste your money xxx

Went to treat the family to a boneless banquet & ended up being served a meal for one! Place is filthy & staff obviously need more training as in the end I lost my patience! Not the first time I've been served wrong here, even come to expect it now, worst one around, avoid!!

So... I got a parking fine because I parked 2 h in boxing day, 26 December 2017..My mistake was that I visited 2 shops and then I ordered the food. Its my last time when I am going to Kfc... seriously..

KFC really doesn't care about their customers, i visited with friends and ended up being sent a £60 parking fine, won't be visiting KFC anymore, think I'll just go over the road to McDonalds where you can park for 2hrs. Being the same car park...

On several occasions recently bought chicken with chips. You get miniature portion of chips,and the three pieces chicken were all thigh!no breast meat,considering you can buy whole chicken in Morriston for £3.50 you're paying good money for s*** food!

Not sure what regulars think of this place, we holiday once a year it is always dirty looking and the staff never get the order correct?! And the latest excuse not to do a bargain bucket is that they have run out of chicken!! Go figure KFC!!

We took our children here as they really fancied a kfc. There were empty seats downstairs but the tables were...

Our food was OK but the restaurant was filthy and had dirt in areas obviously not regularly cleaned. Would not return as not sure how clean kitchens would be!!

I know it's a fast food establishment and I don't expect haute cuisine, but inedible chips most of which were tipped into the bottom of the bag (two out of three bags) along with greasy chicken that looked like it had been thrown in from across the room left us with a less than positive memory of this particular KFC. We only ate it through desperation and tiredness but would never return.

Called here as the children were keen. It is what it is ... a standard fast food outlet. The food wasn't to my taste - greasy and without much flavour. But the kids liked it!

This place needs cleaning up! Inside and out. Absolutely filthy. Avoid if remotely possible! Couldn't physically eat my meal as was so put off and that was just going through the drive thru. I then had to go inside as my order was incorrect and that was equally as bad! Seriously bad.

Just visited this restaurant the boy that served us seemed to be wondering rather than listening to what we were ordering the food was barley warm like it had been standing around for ages and the restaurant it self was filthy all in all I won't be visiting again any time soon

It was nice. I was afraid because of the bad reviews but it was good, more than I expected. Maybe it's because we've arrived at 8:30 pm and they had to cook everything, but who knows? Everything was great!

I enjoy KFC however on 3 occassion at 3 different locations all geographically widespread. They had no coffee, coincidence, I don't think so. Fobbed of with machine broken down. On communicating with head complaints line 3 different excuses. KFC please get your act together if you are no longer doing hot drinks just say so. To rub salt into the wound after three polite and constructive complaints not even a hint of complimentary offer just same stock reply. Clearly there process doesn't link complaints together, we are all just a number.

Lunch. Mexican type burritos are now on the menu. Plain or spicy chicken with rice and lettuce in a flour tortilla. Tasty change. Fast service. Low cost meals/snacks.

We decided to give the place a try again after a few months hiatus to see if it had improved. No. We both had upset stomachs the day after, the chips still ate terrible. Really really bad food

We ordered food for a family of four, and the person at the till could barely speak any English at all. So much so that they got quite cross with us when we had to repeatedly ask what the options were. Due to the language barrier, she messed up our order.When we received our order from a different person (who could also hardly speak English) we tried to point out that the order was wrong, but the server just got snotty with us, handed us a large Coke (not that that fixed the problem) and we were sent on our way.Now I know that not everyone in this country speaks perfect English (more's the pity) but surely KFC could have some basic standards for customer facing staff i.e. basic grasp of the English language, and don't get snakey when a customer asks you a genuine question.Avoid this place, the staff are absolutely terrible.

This place had successfully put me off kfc for life. The chips are never crispy and taste like washing up liquid. I've always ordered the same thing but it comes differently every time. Have given up on it completely now. Yuck!

is KFC, so it is what it is, but as KFC goes this one is good, even the chips are ok in this branch, and it has adequate parking and is near the centre of town

Staff disorganised, mix up with order, not only mine but others as well. meal looked like it had been trodden on before serving. Not expecting gourmet food but had a lot better

Visited a couple of lunchtimes while working in Weymouth. Service is slow, took about 10 minutes to get to the front of the queue, then another 10 at least to get my meal. Staff appear untrained and are thin on the ground. The girl who served me on one occasion was a trainee and barely spoke English. Food was ok, but definitely not fast food!

Nice clean KFC. Not far from the front but plenty of seating and never have a problem when visiting. Quite busy main season

Had a quick snack in here. Queued to place the order then had to queue again to collect it. When the food arrived it wasn't too bad though I had a lump of chicken breast and I have to say that it was very greasy, so much so that on the first bite the coating dropped off and I was left with a slippery lump of meat and bone.The tables were reasonably clean but all the bins for the rubbish, bones etc were overflowing and in need of emptying. I went upstairs to use the toilet (which was spotless) and, although there was no one sat up there it looked as if a bomb had hit it with packaging and rubbish strew everywhere.Some of the staff gave the impression that they weren't all that interested in their jobs and would rather not have been there.

When this KFC does it right it's one of the best but 40% of the time they either forget something or the food is cold cold

I always get a variety of takes on a zinger burger when I order one, chips have been cold and soft the last few times I've had them. The evening staff cooking need to put a bit more effort into the food. I can't eat there any more as after the last meal even the thought of it makes me feel ill

We are regular customers, hate to have to say it but the food was crap. As I say we are locals,sorry to say but we like our food hot!! Need I say more!! Other than buck up your ideas Weymouth KFC or you will lose regular customer's! Don't forget who keep you going in the winter months....locals!!! Time to buck up your ideas or close down??? Ur choice!!!

First and last time we visit KFC in Weymouth. Staff agreed with us that Chips were cold and chicken Luke warm. Didn't eat it as did not want to be ill. No one either at the store or customer services gave an explanation as to why food was served cold, just apology and refund as did not want to chance the replacement they offered. Never had a problem at other KFC's.

always tasty. depends on the time of day wether its fast food. staff friendly. has drive thru but prefer to go and get it.

I have traveled quite extensively around the world and for a quick snack you can usually rely on KFC to supply a good standard of fast food. This KFC is easiest the worst i have ever had food from in any part of the world. Most of the staff have little or no customer service skills and the chicken is definitely not up to the standard of other KFC's. Give this place a miss go to McDonalds across the road

The kids love KFC and loved this one as they got to sit upstairs and watch the world go by as they ate. The staff were good, the order was spot-on, the food tasted great and all was well with the world

Went there last night and got totally ripped off. Ordered a 8 piece bucket, deluxe boneless box, and a couple of ice cream things and 6 hot wings... well they failed to give us the popcorn chicken with the boneless box and the hot wings. This isn't the first time it's happened either! Do us as customers really need to check before we leave! Yes is the answer! Also the chips are the worst I've ever had. In fact my family don't even like them! They go straight home to the bin! We have to have them coz the staff can't handle it or work if out if they take the chips off! No wonder they are opening shops up all over the place if they only give part of the order! I've sent an email but KFC are yet to apply. Just maybe if they had some locals working at front of house the language wouldn't be a problem as they could read the order( I hope).

Don't know what it is about this place but never as tasty as other outlets. Gravy was good but the chicken was missing at least 3 of the 11 herbs and spices. Very bland.

I visited the jubilee close Weymouth kfc DT47BG the other week to have some dinner after a long drive on my way back from Portsmouth..There was quite a que as it was very busy but we waited with the kids as all were starving 35-40 minutes later we had been served and enjoyed the food , all good .!Today I received through the post a parking fine (pcn) for £100. Or £60 if I pay it in 14 days for stopping at KFC for more than one and a half hours, seventeen minutes more to be exact!!!Which is disgusting as we didn't see any signs although they are there apparently according to KFC ..I phoned KFC Weymouth and they didn't even know how long you could park , they had to go and check!!!They passed me on to there happy customer service team who don't want to know either . So if you do visit there don't stay long !! I know I won't visit KFC at all any more because this is stupid !!!!!

This is my second recent visit here and both times I have been disappointed! Chicken was cold and tough, chips were cold and had been sat there for about 10 minuets ( only have a 5min shelf life) staff are rude and don't apologise for you waiting for food or orders to be taken. This store is not actually a kfc and only carries the name.

easy to park quickly served and in and out in minutes(not normal). food was well cooked and well enjoyed by both of us.
