Well decorated, comfortable,staff were nice and pleasant,had the carvery,very good quality and portion size good value for money.

Massive thanks to all the staff at the Three Chimneys for such a pleasant dining experience. The carvery is delicious with some very original flavour combinations, and the staff are always friendly and upbeat even when the restaurant is absolutely packed! Warm and professional service, I felt very welcome and would highly recommend this place.

The food was ok. Place was clean. Staff were pleasant. Not much atmosphere. Open to non residents of the hotel.

Food was good and the accompanying music even better. Motown Magic tunes from the 70s made this a great venue for dinner 🍽

The food is Sunday, and dinner is amazing. All fresh food, with homemade twists. The service was a bit slow, but I think they have some new staff, so that would explain why the desserts were slow coming out, there was also a part of 20 in at the same time. They were all very friendly and polite. I would highly here for a Sunday dinner.

Went here last night with my wife two adult kids my brother and his husband. Food was just delicious. Garlic mushrooms, not the cheap and breaded type but button mushrooms in a thick jus and very good, smoked brisket platter for main, it just fell apart and again the jus it came in was so morish as was the home made slaw and the three bean chilli pot. 6 adult starters and mains £152 and the portion sizes were big to big to boot. No chance of fitting in a dessert haha ha. Very highly recommended, staff very enthusiastic and welcoming. Loved it and will be going again soon.

Three chimneys gave our very large group of approx 50 people amazing service and laid on really good food at very short notice. Staff could not have been more welcoming or more helpful and they did everything possible to make our evening fun and ensured everyone had a great time. All meals were really well cooked and presented, which was really impressive, considering they’d only had our pre-order two hours beforehand. Highly recommend for small or large groups, especially if you like karaoke!

Came for Sunday roast just before Christmas with a friend after hearing good things. Called in advance to book, but wasn't very busy but better to be safe than sorry! Food was absolutely delicious. Easily the most flavoursome carvery I think I've ever enjoyed that wasn't home-cooked! Great service, staff were polite and food was delicious, really couldn't fault it and will definitely be returning - Also, Free parking as a welcome bonus!

Definitely not authentic BBQ food. Precooked and just warmed on site if you're lucky. We had the big sharer plate costing £50 and was very disappointed, we had to send sausages back because they were still frozen in the middle, BBQ pit beans were just baked beans with a bit of chilli powder added. Brisket was watery. Ribs were tough. The staff were very friendly although they didn't really have a clue about how to run a bar or restaurant. Hotel above meant alot of traffic back and forth as the hotel reception is on same level as restaurant. Was really looking forward to this meal and extremely disappointed, we actually left over half the food because it just wasn't worth eating.

Carvery was excellent - the smoked meat was delicious. Decent size portions and all the veg you can eat! We will definitely be back there next time we are in Weymouth on a sunday

Had a really terrible Sunday lunch here, the meat was tasteless and the roast potato, begetables and Yoorshire pudding were burnt beyond being edible. The place is filthy, with rude staff who offered my guest a live-in job there for £5 per hour when he said that he was a chef.

First time we had been to The Three Chimneys. Excellent staff, lovely food, a really nice place to eat and drink. Accessible for a wheelchair and dog friendly. £5 cocktail hour between 5 and 6pm a bonus. Looking forward to returning soon.

Visited on a Saturday afternoon just after they had opened for lunch. It was still quiet. Service was speedy and very friendly. Had a burger and it was a good portion and tasty as well. I’d come back again.

Fantastic food, huge portions, freshly made on site. Really reasonable prices. I had pulled pork, a massive dish full. It came with pit beans, mac and cheese, home made coleslaw, and skin on fries for £14.95, thoroughly recommend

Just had a meal with my partner and we left most of our food. Pepsi was from a shop brought Pepsi bottle and the mixed grill was very overcooked! Onion rings were black and meat very dry. Lasagne was ok at first but after a couple mouthfuls it became very bland and dry. I eat lasagne a lot in places when we go out for meals and this is definitely the worst lasagne I've ever had! Won't be eating here again. Service wasn't great. Only good thing was the music.

Great carvery last Sunday with friends. Lovely new veggie cranberry and parsnip nut roast was gorgeous . All veggies so flavoursome. Staff so friendly and nothing too much trouble. Very reasonably priced and a lovely venue rain or shine

Did not enjoy the food here. Worth trying once. Won't be going back. But they did have a karaoke night which was good for the atmosphere.

Service was very slow, when we eventually got our food the waitress spilt one of the mains due to the fact it was being served on a board which was not fit for purpose. She then started to clear the mess and eat one of the chips, unbelievable! !

If you like barely warm food in a noisy mis mash of a karaoke bar (dingy) this is the place for you. Food so so it could have been good if hot but alas rare here I think.

Sunday Roast beef could not eat could not even chew it and vegetables covered in honey so sweet could not eat,no wonder they had no customers.

This place is not where you would go for an enjoyable dining experience. The surroundings are rather spartan, the food is typical pub grub. Friendly and attentive staff. The Chimney Stacker is to be recommended.

Not the best experience ever in general. The restaurant is big and unorganized. It lacks atmosphere and attention to detail The service was somewhat of a shambles, not bad or rude but unprofessional The food was, for the most part passable. 1 of the starters was undercooked, whilst the other was perfectly fine. The mains were plentiful and tasty, even if some where colder than you would like This place doesn't FEEL like a restaurant, more like a cafe/social club. Shame really as it has potential

On arrival couldn’t find our booking, when ordered drinks they’d got no sparkling water. When ordered food they’d got no ribs available. When food arrived they’d run out of salad to dress the burgers, my wife’s burger was pink in the middle. Non of the staff bothered to ask if our food was ok or offered any alternative options for the lack of salad. We won’t be returning or recommending this place to anyone.

Brilliant find! Stopped here for a last minute Sunday dinner. We enjoyed a delicious roast dinner- very much enjoyed smoked meats. Staff very friendly and even made a bowl of food up for our dog! Also enjoyed yummy puddings, something for everyone. Very family friendly. A hidden gem that needs more people to discover it!

What a great find, not only was the food great but the staff were lovely and our kids had lots to keep them entertained too. Lots of games, toys and colouring stuff. Five of us, parents and three children enjoyed a fabulous meal at the Three Chimneys. Generous amounts of tasty food, presented well and served by attentive staff. I would recommend the the chicken wings for starter, followed by the delicious brisket. I did manage to fit a dessert in however I needed to loosen my belt. Great value, I will definitely be back for more!!

Had a delivery of a standard burger meal, OUTSTANDING!! Lovey beef, loads of amazing chips, the great surprise was a salad and a delicious coleslaw. Hardly any more then the big fast food brands but restaurant quality, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Been here befor food has been lovely I get a carvery delivered without fail every Sunday today I understand it’s a busy time I phoned yesterday and was told to phone today to book a delivery they only ran roast till 4 today been on the phone multiple times today being told I can’t have it delivered then I can collect it so I ring back to pay and then they go through many people to say they haven’t got enough being a chef I understand the stress but therefore should know there numbers on meats and quantity’s very upsetting about this experience today.

There are better places to eat in Weymouth. This is a hotel breakfast room repurposed as a restaurant and lacks atmosphere. Our experience started poorly when staff continued to serve a customer who admitted to jumping the queue. We then waited an hour for our food. The restaurant was not particularly busy and other tables who arrived after us had their food served long before ours arrived. The quality of the food was mediocre. They gained a star for good portion sizes but this is the only positive I can find.

A friendly and warm welcome in a clean and surprisingly light and airy restaurant. We had carverys for 2 adults and 2 children. Clean plates all round!!! An absolutely delicious carvey. Wow, look forward to coming here again sometime. Popped in as a last minute decision, tried their Pulled Pork burger whoch was lovely, and excellent value for what you get, including really nice chips. Unfortunately, ran out of time to go back for a second time, but when I'm next in Weymouth look forward to it, everything seemed really good value and if its as good as the burger will be great. Friendly staff too, and the entertainment on offer looks good, of an evening, too.

Extremely disappointing. Food was not fully cooked especially Hunter Chicken dish and chicken Cesar salad in which the chicken being too salty. Most frustrating part was that we ordered 8 different dishes including one a carvery. And one of our friends went to get the food from the designated place, my friend overheard chef telling to the kitchen assistant to keep watching my friend as it was the only carvery and she might share with others. This note is to the manager that we are not such people and we have dined several places and have not come across such minded people in hospitality .

Terrible hotel. Made out of paper and stank of weed. When I complained I was told we couldn't move room and we would need to speak to the manager in the morning. When I went to reception I was told that someone would contact to to see what they could do. No surprise that I was not contacted even to apologise for the bad experience.

Fantastic staff who set up the table football (no charge) for us to play. Really friendly staff, particularly the Liverpool supporting lady. A selection of games available for customers, cold beer, decent food and felt very safe (in November) with the bar's covid measures.

First time of visiting and really impressed,entered from the back of building through an artificial grassed seated garden,lovely,great set up. This was ideal as a disabled person in our group. loved the decor, industrial feel,it's clean, airy and light. FOOD. Decided to have the sharing platter between 3 of us,good choice,could have fed another person easily (advertised 2-4). No room left for dessert but will go again.
