KFC in Blackpool

One star because I can't leave 0. Terrible service, getting a text from an Uber Driver ' have you got your order because I haven't'. Erm no, that's what you were bringing? Only waited over an hour like 🙄 rubbish tbh.

Ordered 3 Box meals, To be delivered as we had just returned from Holiday. So our vehicle was at home hence the delivery, when we rang and said about the missing food, he asked us our order number and checked and said oh yes I can see, we were told quite abruptly by a young lad that our options were, come and collect it, or go in the book and have it another time. This delivery and food Cost us £ 61.59, For 3 meals and only 2 delivered and can't have a 3rd meal sent to us. The chap was very rude and when we said that's not good enough he put the phone down. Customer Service needs to be taught, Rude Rude Rude !!!!

Honestly, I had to make a review of my worst experience in this KFC. First, we wanted a family feast instead of our first choice bargain bucket only to be told they cant change it no more. Then I ordered gravy that never arrived as I never heard my number called whilst I was eating. My grief!

Live 10 mins away love the sign cookie and coffe . As they have not done coffee for about 5 years you would think someone would of sorted,but to be honest even when they did it was closed after 8 pm probably because they cant be bothered cleaning it later. Food at best ok if lucky.

Cobwebs on the light shade, windows absolutely disgusting, toilets absolutely vile, staff never really spoke except asking what we wanted

Done a order from drive through as solo. Asked for a hot wings snack box. Paid through window, got the food through window and turned out this was not hot wings snack box as requested, was popcorn chicken. Informed a staff member this was not the order as requested and he explained they no longer do hot wings snack box as a menu. A staff member should of informed in first place when I mentioned this through drive though and paid. No receipt given and price was different. Very poor communication. And not to mentioned they don’t do Krushems for 2 years now, always say machine broke when it’s not the case, how can 2 years of a machine be broken 😂 be a last visit

Got a family feast 6 pieces three of them full of little bones not thigh or drums had to take them off the children not good. Totally unacceptable pieces of chicken that were little bones hidden beneath batter. I will never go there again what an unpleasant experience when all you want to do it Just EAT

Went in to the restaurant tonight to order food ,after 30min waiting to order and all the delivery guys just being prioritised over all other customers , and not one wearing a mask. Asked to speak to manger explained not happy about, Wait time to even order and that none of the delivery guys we’re wearing masks , and due to the shops policy of Delivery drivers being served first the shop was packed with people waiting to order. Will not be using this shop again..

I wanted to go into the restaurant to order food and order drink but I could not go in because they would not leave me they locked the door so no one could go in

Customer service is shocking the young lady who answered the phone had a severe attitude problem, items missing from an online order. They were out of stock of a specific item so they just replaced it off their own back rather than issuing a refund. Absolute joke of a business, so when I rang them to express my problem the girl basically told me tough s**t nothing we can do. Spend your money at smaller independent businesses rather than wasting it with a large scale multi million pound business who couldn't give a rats backside. Joke of a place.

One of the better kfcs I have been to staff where mice and helped me to the table with me food. Order was correct and food was very nice

Don’t even bother with this place anymore. It was bad when it opened and now they are only bothered about the Deliveroo and Just eat drivers that are waiting smoking their fags and walking in straight in front of you and getting served first. Can’t even get the bloody order I placed right either. Total joke this place and has been for a while now. Check your order before you leave people because they won’t make it it right. Never use this place ever again 🥴🥴🥴

Worst place ever! food was awful, order was incorrect 2 times and when order arrived was still incorrect, staff were rude and disrespectful. The floor was covered in food and rubbish. No cleanliness at all. Disgusting

Ordered a Fillet burger tower box with hash brown and cheese, got a fillet burger with a piece of chicken. The boneless banquet consisted of three hard at the end strips, popcorn chicken and about 14 soggy chips not worth 8 quid odd. All came an hour late all stone cold had to microwave. Never again. KFC should be embarrassed.

Ordered an 8 piece boneless feast and basically got a bag of scraps! Tried to call to complain but the phone number doesn't work!

First off the customer service is beyond help when we presented our blue card we was told we don’t take these no more so thought ok that’s fine. The order was as follows. 1 boneless banquet meal with Pepsi and coleslaw side 1 pop corn chicken snack box 1 Pepsi max no ice 2 corn on the cobs. KFC no longer sell corn on the cobs from this branch See below for what I received as my order. Next came the collection of the food with a larger man coming to the window and practically chucking the bag into the car while talking to another team member. I was then looked at as to have horns on my head when I asked for a fork to eat the coleslaw like It was a devils request. This store has seriously gone downhill recently and seems only to be getting worse overall the whole experience was disgusting I really hope the management team read this and address the issues because it used to be nice.

We only use this kfc a few times a year and the last time, probably a couple of months ago, was really good...I got my hopes up too soon! Back to its poor state tonight. Food was cold by the time I got home, which is only two minutes in the car, no napkins, hand wipes, salt or straws for the drinks. How hard can it be to get things right, I was the only car in the drive through so they were hardly rushed off their feet. Doubt we’ll be going again as it was an unenjoyable waste of money.

Second time we've used this KFC. Friendly quick service. Hot and tasty food. The best we've had by far. Definitely be back.

Ignorant neanderthal. The staff here need putting out to rest. The food was SYONE COLD, awful service. NEVER will I put my cash at KFC again. The alternative outlets are superior to these drive through. Awful

Collected chicken burger box meal at 815pm this evening and I have to say the chicken fillet was like leather god know how they cook it will not be eating there any time soon it not first time this has happened either

ordered via just eat 30 pound of food only 2 receive 2 mini fillets drinks and no fries.Original order was 2 fillet burgers 4 mini fillets and 2 piece variety meal.Phoned manager what a useless waste of space and a phonecall would not resend correct order.Never again shop is run by kids

Staff taking orders do not listen to what you order. Very often items are missing and a word 'large' does not seem to register with them. Customer service very poor and staff need training.

I had the worst customer service from a fella quite plump curly hair, he was rather rude told me to shove my chicken where the sun don’t shine

As a Group of Pensioners 12 in all we like the Bargain 9 pieces for £6 Chicken has improved a lot from tiny meat nuggets usually 3 per box but their chips are ok but they include blackened left over ends bits Awful. Most unusual as I wouldn’t normally go KFC but it was v wet and it was close. I had a really lovely salad and hubby had a super daddy. I did pinch a few chips to save him from himself! Think I’ll probably have another salad there it was that good

I was with my Mum and we came through the drive thru and we wanted a dip at the window so my mum went to go and ask and the man who was serving us gave us no eye contact whatsoever he completely blanked us, not very nice at all. My Mum is disappointed because she worked there 15 years ago and was always very cheerful and grateful, it was very rude. He never said bye or anything , I think this is just very impolite especially how it is Christmas Eve! I am very disappointed KFC.... .

I’m no expert, but reading these reviews must ring alarm bells for the franchise owners & speak volumes about the lack of customers. Food small portions, bit cold by time I drove home (5 mins). I went there with my daughter last Sunday. I ordered a two piece meal with a coffee. There were no hot drinks as the machine was broken. This seems to happen often. My two piece meal arrived and when I opened it I saw two of the tiniest pieces of chicken I've ever seen. No drumstick like in the picture, no breast, just two tiny identical pieces. They barely had one bite of chicken on each. Nice food and nice and clean but less stars for the broken machine and the tiny pieces.

Called in this evening around 9:15pm and asked for two meals. One without any lettuce as I am allergic to it. I was assured that one meal definitely did NOT contain any. I went home where my partner really luckily checked my meal. There was lettuce in it. Therefore my whole meal had to be thrown away. My partner's meal was stone cold too! I advise that this particular restaurant is avoided.

Called in with all the family whilst staying in Blackpool. Great service and food was fantastic - piping hot. Just wish our local branch was as good !

went for treat for kids bought a 16 party bucket ordered via drive throuh web wait until we got home a five minute drive home. dish it out sit down chips were cold and tasted of the fat or oil they were cooked in the chicken was ok but not the best we had, will not be going back there anytime soon

Not good over cooked and dry added with grease and the new kfc chips are a joke what as happened to the standards of this place totally disappointed

We normally end up going to the KFC in the centre of Blackpool, but we were in this area on Saturday, and came here for a change. Oh what a difference from Bank Hey Street. Its chalk and cheese, this branch was bright, very clean, very friendly, very efficient and a pleasure to visit. The chips were freshly cooked, and the chicken was hot and very edible. Its well worth going out of your way and stopping here.

Never tried a delivery from kfc and won't be doing it again from this one!

I always visit this shop and on many occasions I see the staff be abused by customers every time. The food is what you expect from a kfc, the chips aren’t the best but that isn’t down to the staff which most customers seem to think so on what I’ve over heard on visits. Managers do try and explain but never given chance. Definitely does not deserve a rating of 2! My kids love it here, so I will continue to return!

When what can I same got order wrong when got home and what we did get was terrible very very greasy chicken chips which cannot be kfc looks like frozen chips from over the road these cannot be kfc !,,,so tea has gone in the bin used have fish and chip shop and the smell reminded me old chip fat

Disgraceful! Purchased 5 box meals and extras, only received 4! Drove 3 miles back, offered nothing as an apology. Didnt get to eat as a family and Meals were cold! Receipt for same 2 meals cost 10p difference. More bread than chicken in the buns! Complete waste of £40!

Ive had a few bad experiences with this particular restaurant over the course of the last few months and have decided enough is enough and will not go in any more. Earlier last year I had to personally reprimand a member of staff for swearing (repeatedly using the f word) in front of my children and other children. This is completely unacceptable in a family restaurant. Other parents also complained about the behaviour of the same member of staff. I take my kids here every week after school on a Wednesday and sick of having to clean our own tables on every visit as they are all dirty, whilst one member of staff was sat down stuffing her face with KFC.

Casual visit but good hot food with bigger and better chips. Everything was perfect for this type of establishment. Toilets and tables hygiene of very good standard

Me and a business associate had a few bits to go through and decided to meet at Devonshire road kfc ... we got there at 8pm and although there was only us and a young couple with kids in the building it was almost 30 mins till our order was taken ... the drive through was churning orders out and the just eat orders were flying out just restaurant customers were treated appauling.. very very dissapointing .. the colonel would be very sad

On two occasions now this KFC have messed up my order on drive thru, first time no Popcorn Chicken at this KFC (paid for). The service isn't the best but it's good to call in on the way home from work/weekend, the food has been dry and practically inedible which you invariably miss until you arrive home when its too late (Its not cheap either). We made do and put it down to experience (after throwing most of it in the bin). We have stated we will not visit this particular KFC again in a hurray even though its our local.

This KFC has got to be the worse one. Nearly everytime I have been here for a big order theres something missing. I went last night to get the Tuesday bargain bucket 9 pieces of chicken. I asked for no wings and she said she would put all chicken breast in.....it had 4 wings in it. I asked for a 3 piece variety meal....I got 3 pieces of chicken with no spicy wings and no chicken breast. She even got the chips wrong. Its very disappointing when you get home and half of it is wrong. I live 3 miles away so not round the corner. They need more staff and especially some who no what they are doing its not just once its everytime.

Have given this KFC several chances but every time we go there we are given the wrong order, today was no different:( the chicken pieces getting smaller & the chips cold:( the barbecue bites & crushum are good tho:) not the best staff:(

This takeaway has got to be one of the worst rum I have been in. No hot drinks, several items on the menu not in stock, rude staff all who seem to be very young who appear to have the run of thw place. Doesn't seem like anyone was in charge and if so was as bad as the young staff. This isnt a one off. I don't eat heap takeaway food like this but my son does does and I often collect a takeaway for him. Its an ongoing occurance. When you complain you're met with rudeness. Probably better going somewhere else or doing without.

We were just before 9pm on Sunday 15th July, and our food was cold, staff were all carrying on and the whole set up was very unprofessional. We witnesssed one guy return with an order that had no chips! I mean really?? KFC meals with no chips? That itself tells you how incompetent the staff there are! One of the Customers even tried to start a fight with the guy complaining, which he had every right to do, apparently he tried to phone via two phone numbers, both of which were unobtainable! We spoke to the guy outside very briefly and the poor customer service and outcome was they refused to replace his order and gave a refund! Terrible all round, very poor non-existant customer service! We left half of ours and just walked out as we knew we would be fighting a losing battle, so rather than be subjected to that, we just left. Sade to say we would never return there on future days out to Blackpool, we are from Manchester and this would not happen here in our local KFC. Avoid this place at all costs!

Needs saying when someone is just that good at her job. She was clear, well mannered, got the order right and was a 10 out of 10 for friendliness.

had a meal delivered by just eat from here last night (10th june 2018 ) if u can call it a meal was just about warm we got chix that i asume no one else wanted the first and last time i use that app deleted frm my fone now would never use this kfc agian will stick to domenios af least u get hot food.aviod this place at all cost u have been warned

This is my local kfc, everytime i go they are either out of stock with something or forget something i have ordered. The staff are always good.

So we arrive at KFC drive thru after a busy long day moving house wanting some greasy food to make us feel better, you know how it is! So we are speaking to the metal box placing our order however the woman’s voice coming from the other side sounded less human or robotic and more like a grunting farmyard animal! But who knows could of been a bad connection. So we drive to the window to be greeted by this woman and believe me there was no bad connection, service with a smile forget it, the picture of colonel sanders is the only one smiling here. Once our food had been thrust at us through the window we asked for some sauces, we were given 3 between us so asked if we could have a few more to which this non human non robot grunt replied ‘No we pay for them you know, buy your own’ shocked we drove away. Once we arrived home we realised the grunt had given us no straws or napkins, we figured it must of been punishment. But then we tried the food and the punishment didn’t end there...the chicken was dry and burnt and had more salt in it then drinking from Blackpool sea, my mouth is still dry 12 hours later (shame I had no sauce to soften it) The gravy was more of a liquid then my Pepsi, which I couldn’t drink anyway with no straw. The chips weren’t even cooked and were like floppy worms just laid sad and sauce less. However we did soon realise the reason KFC are scrimping on sauce is they whack it all on to the burgers which become inedible because you can’t hold the liquid buggers! All in all we had quite a bad experience and I hope grunt cheers up soon.

Went to this kfc tonight ordered a mighty bucket for one plus a gravy first the crushem machine broke not there fault granted but it’s always either broke or they have ran out got home with my tea the chips and gravy was stone cold so thought I’d just eat the chicken opened it up to find ONE MEASLY PEACE OF CHICKEN ALL ON ITS OWN NO BONELESS CHICKEN NO HOT WINGS JUST ONE RIDICULOUS TINY PEACE OF CHICKEN the place is a absolute joke

Pulled up to the drive through and had to wait approx 5 minutes to be served. The drive through attendant was out the back of the store having her cigarette break and had obviously gone back in and straight back to work without washing her hands. Pulled up to the next window to which I pretty much had my burger thrown through the window (no exaggeration!!) Awful customer service!!

Without a doubt this is the worst KFC I have visited, please bear in mind I live around 5 minutes away from the restaurant and have visited it a number of times mainly due to my children not being overly fussy and not having to deal with the staff.

Just been in with my son and it was fantastic chicken was moist and very tasty and it was hot wich is a miracle as the ones near me they serve it cold so it was a welcome thing to have it that hot I had to wait for it to cool down and the service was good as well thank you

The service is terrible. The food is poor. The restaurant itself is dirty and the staff team look like they could do with a good wash. The uniforms were either dirty or un-ironed. The staff member who served me held her hand out for payment despite my order not being placed!! The food upon arrival was cold and dry. The fries were very few and far between, which isnt a bad thing as they were stone cold and dry. I know these restaurants are franchised by Colonel Sanders would be turning in his grave if he knew what would become of his trademark chicken. Shockingly poor restaurant.

Me and my partner were staying a hotel nearby and decided we were a little peckish so we had a look at the 'justeat' app - and to our surprise we were able to order AND for delivery to be arranged. For the amount of food we ordered (you have to meet a minimum order amount) it arrived incredibly quick! There is a little charge for delivery, but well worth paying. The delivery driver was very friendly and our food was still piping hot.

Lunchtime today the food was typical fare what was not typical, was that the service was very quick with pleasant staff. The premises were very clean, the tables clear of debris and the food very hot and fresh.

Not been to KFC in years, but kids like it so I went into one in Layton today, 2 staff behind counter one was making up an order, the other just stood behind a till doing something??? But didn't acknowledge us standing there, we were eventually served but it wasn't friendly or welcoming, food was very hot and fresh but the 2 front of house staff were quite off putting and could do with some customer service training and a smile!!!

Firstly l vowed never to go to kfc again..but as this was a favour for my elderley parents l relented. I didnt go to drive in as previously but entered the store. Ordered a bargain bucket with boneless fillets and hot wings. Staff just messing aroung no one interested in me. So l asked a young lady for my order. I waited patiently..she packaged my order..l watched her put fries into a bag that had been sat there since l went in..cold ones. I opened them..they were as expected freezing. I asked her to change them. She did..for more cold ones. I explained that everytime l come to kfc food is either cold or missing..never has my order been correct. Anyway 3rd time my fries were hot so took the order to my folks. On opening they were so undercooked the inside was cold. There were 9 pieces of chicken not 10 as ordered. The fillets were never fresh that day..they had definately been warmed up. The only good thing were the chicken wings. Kfc are not bothered about you as a customer..no pride..no interest.Im done..

Visited this kfc a few times the coffee machine is NEVER working and went to get some food after work quarter to 11 15mins before closing couldnt get a twister as they had turned machine off apparantly so asked for a burger and get told they have no bread! There a joke!

Never will l eat here again. Bought a take out at 8.40 last night which we threw straight in the bin. Chicken was freezing cold when we got home and we live 3 minutes away from kfc. Cold limp chips..popcorn chicken that was so small it wouldnt have fed my 2 yr old. I wish id read the reviews.Staff should stop messing around and start taking pride in what they do. Twice now this has happened.Wont be happening a 3rd.

I vowed never to go to KFC after visiting the one on Bank Hey St..as the reviewer previously said.."its either good or hanging"I couldnt of said it better myself.3 mini fillet burgers and l boneless box. Might as well have dropped my £10.17 in the grid on the road.Dried up crusty buns..chicken that was unchewable..brown lettuce and cold..that was the fillet burgers.Cold chips..10 pieces of popcorn chicken..3 mini fillets..binned. l seriously wish id gone back..but for what? They dont actually care..not one bit bothered about their customers. I will NEVER go to any KFC again.

Like most KFCs there's always times where the chicken is either delicious or hanging. Me and my friend visited last week. The chicken was amazing but the chips a little cold. I do feel that this is one of the best in the area of the KFC franchise. Most places get the orders wrong, here is no exception but it's a lot better than the others. Although staff need to be a little bit more enthusiastic with customers.

The only thing you can garantee about this drive through is that you won't get your full order, every time I visit something missing. Staff young teenagers messing about, girl on speaker order system won't let you speak before she's asking " is that everything ". Keep saying not going back but give them the benefit of the doubt, no more never again.

Staff to busy messing about. Very slow. Food not that good, staff touching hair & mouths, why aren't hair nets & gloves worn.??? Definitely will NOT be going back there. Terrible. Food thrown in a Lidl carrier bag!!!

Usual KFC if your are lucky the chicken is jucy & not dried out. When this drive through opened I tried it out, when I got home they had forgot to put in my full order, this happened again on my second visit. My third visit was counter service & guess what the order again was incomplete. Now when I have the KFC urge I only go to the counter & when I am passed my order I double check that I get what I pay for.

Visited 7th july about 8pm .....3 of us in total ..... i placed my order with what i can only describe as a misrable server called courtney , seriously she needs to brush up on her pr skills ,shouldnt be working with general public . Courntney please learn to smile n be welcoming ... I placed my order she relutantly assissted me if thats what u called it.... i payed by card she slapped the reciept on the counter n turned her back to us looking at the other young girl boxing up the orders.... my son was waiting to be served , he had to ask courtney can i order please , her reply what do u want !!!! Quite abruptly i might add!!!!! Order placed got the order wrong no surise and courtney and the other girl was confused on the orders taken she then slaps his change in his hand with n theres ur change , no thank you it wont be long...im quite sure ur not trained in how to put customer off returning !!!! Foid dumped on the counter no theres ur order have a good evening please call again NOTHING but silence. Got home food not even properly wrapped , overcooked dry, hard , cold fries , gravy black n congealed must of been sat in the holding draw a good few hours.... dont think my bin was happy at recieving this rubbish as thats where it was thrown!!!!!! Kfc ive read a few reviews alot very negative on the level of well under parr service by your employees..... time to get rid n get happy smiling friendly staff in, that will smile and upsell sides thank us customers for our buisiness sort it out kfc before u lose alot of customers!!!!!! This is the place where I first experienced a drive through KFC in the UK. The service is brilliant, the young guy manning the drive though last Saturday, 25th June was so kind and understood our needs. We were so hungry but couldn't be bothered to sit inside the restaurant as we thought of eating in the hotel instead. We asked for ice, plates and cutlery - all served with a smile. Kudos to you, young man! You are brilliant.

i love Kentucky and when I was told about this drive through I thought I would give it a try. Never again. Zinger burger box meal was missing 2 wings and chips were cold. Fillet burger box meal had piece of chicken missing and half a box of cold chips. Never again. Back to waiting in queue at regular Kentucky .Mcdonald's could give them a few tips on how to run a drive through

Dead restaurant ordered my food and was expecting person behind counter to say they would bring my food over as a nice gesture, instead stood waited for my food while blonde young girl member of staff stood on her phone, I was offered a plate and given 4 between 2 of us??? Food however was spot on and gravy just the perfect consistency therefore given a fairly good rating, bang average staff members did not help this score.

The food is ok as long as you get what you ordered.which never happens.if you go through the drive thru,don't even contemplate driving away without checking your order.i guarantee it will be wrong.the staff are a bunch of knuckle dragging mutants,with all the charisma of a toilet lid.dont under any circumstances use this KFC.

I'm not sure what other priorities they have at this KFC, but ensuring they have chicken to sell is obviously not one of them. I pulled into the drive through and ordered a couple of burgers and a side. I wanted to order a piece of chicken and I was told that they have a 30 minute wait. It's not like the place was totally packed out and had cars all over the place waiting for their food. To top this off they didn't provide me with a straw, napkins or any salt. Is there anyone actually managing this place? I don't normally expect much from a KFC. Just some crap to slap down my fat face. But this time they fell well short.

Customer service is not their strong point, firstly I do not know them at all so how can I be their mate? If the order is exactly as you asked then you have my heartfelt congratulations as mine is rarely correct which we will discover as we arrive home to eat.

You need to check your order as they are inclined to forget some of the order. Twice now I have ordered hotwings & when I got back to the hotel no hotwings. Same with the coleslaw missing on one visit. The food was KFC standard.

If we order for the whole family (5) then something always goes wrong!! We usually spend £25+ and it is usually one of the two children's meals messed up!! Once we ordered a big daddy box meal, a mighty bucket for one, a mega box and 2 kids meals and a kids meal came with "just the fries" no burger or corn as we ordered corn instead of an ice cream!! the other kids meal was without the fries, the big daddy meal was without the beans, the mighty bucket for one was completely missing and the mega box had no gravy and no fries!! When phoned up we were given a code for a free mighty bucket for one (that was missing) but no free kids meals or anything else compensated!! If we go in for just one or 2 meals then everything is okay apart from cold fries!!

It was really quiet when we visited but it still took an age for the food to be served. The staff appear to be young collage students who weren't really bothered and stood around talking to each other instead of clearing tables off. We ordered a mega bucket for four people, although there was plenty to satisfy your appetite myself personally found the food far to salty for my liking, however the rest of the family enjoyed it. I would not visit again as I like the places that I eat in to be clean, hygenic, tidy with freindly staff and the KFC certainly wasn't.

Went early Jan, service without a smile.Chips soggy.i think they water the gravy down !!!!I know they are a franchise, do they run any other??? as the clecelyes one tastes better and the service is fantastic

Shockingly bad service even for a kfc. Waited outside after going through drive through for 10 minutes to then have a girl come over with the wrong order. When I told her this she just shrugged her shoulders and said well this must be yours. Well it wasn't so eventually she went back in, another 5 minutes later she came back and by that point I just took it home as fed up. When got home realised was another completely wrong order! I mean it wasn't even close! Just terrible and staff really don't care at all, they have a really bad attitude.

Called on the way home from Christmas shopping The place was not busy but we chose to use the drive through so we could get home 2 simple orders Mega box and a burrito mealThe mega box was missing a hot wing the burrito meal was missing the drink There was no spoon for the gravy no salt no wipes or napkins !! Tried to phone the number to inform them and shocked and stunned the phone number didn't work either !! Have they switched it off to avoid complaints ?? There was far better quality of service when they were on Whitegate drive !! Please someone take control

The food was horrible, it went in the bin! The staff were rude & unproffesional - swearing at each other in front of me.Advertising products that were not avalible due to the promotion finishing over a week before! Terrible place

Great service. Had no hot wings that I ordered so replaced with strips and a free coleslaw as we were waiting ages. They need to bleach or disinfect outside the shop as the smell was overpowering, don't know what it was though, yuk!

We were happy with the bargain bucket we ordered - there was a good selection of pieces. My only negative was that we couldn’t find any salt sachets or wet wipes in the bucket. Staff were friendly.

Is it just me or has kfc gone downhill pritty much anywhere you go? Everyone in blackpool is rubbish and staff at devonshire road are clueless.i cant even remember how many times they have forgotton stuff on a drive through order not going to bother with kfc anymore.

on my way home called at the drive thru staff leaning against building having a smoke ordered a 6 piece bucket and a large gravy. When i got home i find that not only was i short changed but my 6 piece bucket was only a 5 piece bucket and the gravy was cold. i will in future not be using this k.f.c.

called for family meals. Immediately noticed shortage of staff and rubbish all over the place inside. Staff generally not on the button and untrained. Chicken not up to usual standards and was very greasy. Give the place a deep clean, train the staff and sort out the food. Until then I won't be finger licking, only scrubbing.

Nobody answered drive thur for 5 minutes, to then have a stroppy women answer. We ordered a drink and an ice cream. Once at the window nobody was there to take our money, just one girl cleaning the floor kept looking up. After several minutes, another women came to the window & told us their out of the ice cream requested. No apology nothing, but rude staff who didn't look very friendly nor clean either! I will certainty not be returning to this store again. Very disappointed.

Went with son. Staff ok. Clean. Food not the best but ok. Chicken a bit greasy and chipa not the hottest. Usual kfc but u wont be disappointed.

We called here on our way home from Blackpool and all I can say it was the best Kfc I've had in a while Resturant was clean and tidy the staff where spot on with a great attitude and the food was brilliant as far a KFC goes! All in all a great trip was had!
