I Waited well over twenty five minutes to be to be served and was completely ignored by the supervisor. Was I invisible? ?

Terrible!!. First visited one month ago and a group of noisy female teens were holding the doors open, making lots of noise, rude to me when I asked them to please shut the main door as it was getting cold inside. Staff totally ignoring the rowdy group. Second visit today, decided to have take away to avoid any teen issues and this time group of teen boys messing around by the drive through pushing each other onto the road. When I got the order back to our hotel, some chicken items missing!! NEVER AGAIN. Terrible experience both times.

Went to this kfc one Wednesday tea time, we used the drive through, the food was excellent and the young lad on duty was really helpful and friendly.we would definitely visit again next time in the area.

Rude 'supervisor' after they got the order wrong. Told we had to bring it back for them to correct!!

Disgrace of a place,at least 6 staff behind the counter and not one of them challenged 15-20 crazy 12-14 year old kids who were running amok,too over the place, swearing fighting etc,never ever again

This place has improved a lot over recent times and the staff are very pleasant and polite. The whole place is let down by rude vulgar delivery drivers who park in the disabled bays chatting and waiting for orders to deliver. As a blue badge holder this is so frustrating as the car park is very small in the first place with limited parking opportunities. I have never been able to park in the disabled bay yet and it has always been owing to delivery drivers parking in them.

This store is an absolute joke! I have rang their phone 30+ times within the last 3 days to see if my lost purse is in their restaurant and they have not picked up the phone once!!!!! I am now having to drive an hour to go back into the store to ask them this question in person because they are too LAZY to pick up their phone

Odered a meal from the drive through. Went to pay and they said only card payment and wouldn't take cash. Don't know why? The kfc in Garston takes cash much better

Bad customer service and when asked is the sauce in the bag they said yes, there was no sauce in the bag 🙄🙄

KFC WIdnes are beyond awful, ordered over an hour ago, they're still waiting on a driver......but it's fine because there's another 6 sat waiting for drivers before mine.......hope no one on here is one of the 6 because chicken shouldn't really be sat waiting on a driver, needless to say I've told them to not bothered sending mine now I know that 🤢🤮

Just been to the drive through not one member of staff was wearing a mask of gloves and one male member was stood biting his nails

So I ordered the big daddy box meal and the Pepsi was flat, the burger was dry and overall a disappointment

The service is poor the food standard can change hour by hour, the place could do with a revamp AND GET BACK THE OLD FRIES

Title says it all, the last few times we have been here it’s been poor, wring orders, items missing or not available. If you want a KFC I’d try a different outlet! Need to do better.

I love KFC as a food choice, but was very disappointed when bought 3 meal deals in Widnes KFC, all serving were very small, my pieces of chicken looked more like sparrow legs, for a 3 piece meal deal a was served 2 small legs and I small thigh, no breast, or larger piece, it left me disappointed and still very hungry, the other deals were also served with the smallest portion of fries. We would have rather paid more money and got a decent serving.

Absolutely awful and that's being nice ! Visited here this evening ordered a 6 piece bargain bucket Arrived home sat down to tuck in and discovered the 6 piece bucket in fact was a 4 piece and 2 fried chicken skins , greasy and cold . The new chips ( advertised ) was in fact frozen chips tasting like a supermarket CHEAP alternatives not even lukewarm The gravy was cold too and very watery ( may I add the temperature of the meal wasn't due to travelling distance to home as this was less than 3 minutes away ) not hard to realise it had been sat for sometime waiting to be bought and no temperature been taken by staff to ensure food was hot enough for consumption A waste of good earned cash Colonel sanders wouldn't be impressed with this meal .

Disappointed again. Went to find only chicken on the bone available. Having worked in KFC I know that all the other products except spicy chicken can be cooked in same machine as chicken on the bone so this is either bad ordering or bad supply! Either way disgusting for a company this big. Will not come again as the disappointment seems to be standard with all local KFC. St. Helens is just as bad! Sick of spending out petroleum to come away empty handed, with crap food or half a meal

Went to the kfc in widnes last Tuesday the staff were very friendly and helpful and when I went to order I noticed there was an offer on nine pieces of chicken for £5-99 what a bargain and it was very tasty.will visit again.

This is our closest kfc and it is constantly running out of stock and not even st the end of the day. Buns, chicken...chicken! What kfc runs out of bloody chicken. Do yourself a favour, don’t waste your time.

After the refurb, things were looking good. Orders were correct, food was hot, as it should be. Last night after finishing late at work, I decided to go. Half the menu not available as they've ran out of chicken. No gravy either. When I do get it, it's Cold. Sort it out KFC!

Came here with service user after having a lovely day out at 18:30 for tea. Queue was so long we decided to goto the drive through after taking 10 mins we got to the pay window payed it was cheaper than expected because they had bit put beans in . Got beans put in order. Handed a soggy bag of food and as I was about to ask for a spoon and sugar bloke serving me ran away. Had to wait for him to come back. Worse to come went to park in Tesco opposite to eat food opened soggy bag ordered a 3 piece and a 2 piece only had a 3 piece and 1 other piece of chicken with two bags if soggy cold chips. The guy with me refused to eat his one piece of chicken as it was soaked in oil and wouldn’t eat his chips cos they were cold. Coffee was fine. Totally ruined our day out. Get your act together we wont be coming back. Colonel Sanders you owe me a piece of chicken

Better than it used to be food wise, but honestly, how hard can it be to put the right bits of chicken in a box. It's not just once or twice it's happened. Have gotten back before and they've either missed off full meals or given us the wrong stuff completely?

Ordered a load of stuff, got home and loads missing. Contacted KFC and they sent me a £5 voucher!Anyway went back with the voucher and got a meal, forgot to hand it in and to top it off there was a item missing!Never again!

Called in off chance as we don't usually go for fast food. We where pleasantly surprised at how nice the experience was. Really clean with smiley and helpful staff. Food at the better end of what you expect from fast food outlet. Unfortunately they had run out of gravy!!! Whickham slightly baffled us

Thought I'd see what all the fuss is about since this place has reopened! We visited Sunday evening about 6:30pm! Cars were literally queuing back up near the round about so I took the bull by the horns and actually got out of my car and went into the restaurant! What can I say it was a lot cleaner than when I visited last time! Staff were friendly,helpful and efficient! Couldn't fault the payment and processing waiting! Food was hot and fine..exactly what I expected at KFC! Well done looks like they are slowly turning the place around!

Truly the worst fast food joint I have ever had the misfortune of visiting.Bad service, and worse food. Chicken cooked in dirty oil tasted discusting. You will notice that despite the amount of bad reviews on here, there hasn't been a single reply from KFC HQ.To my mind this speaks volumes about the contempt they have for their customers.

Queued for 20 minutes with only two people in the queue before me! Arrived at the counter to be informed there was no gravy, heard a shout only 6 regular beans for the night... no this was not 10pm but tea time! 3 staff on the middle of the shop chatting like it was quiet yet there was roughly a queue of 20 people at the counter and a queue of cars around the drive through. There was an ambulance in the car park I can only assume they were there to check that the staff had pulses!

I had gone in to my local KFC with my children an my mother, we used to go quite often as the place seemed to have a nice atmosphere and the staff were generally friendly and made us feel welcome, i had never really had a problem with this store until recently, there is the usual que which I don't mind as we all get our food in the end. But my issues is with the staff as none of them seem to know what is going on they are completely clueless as if they were on drugs, which I thought nothing of until I over heard a conversation between staff members of how many drugs they had taken on their night out the day before (the day of my visit being a Friday, so they must have went out on a Thursday) which is all well an good as people have there own mind and can do what they like but talking about it freely in work in front of my young children I think is disgusting. Also the drugs still clearly being in there system they should not be aloud to work, there was quite a few of them talking about it one girl with a black top on and blonde hair she also seemed to be quite gobby, (I can only differentiate her as all other members were wearing the same uniform an black jackets) an a few other all of them look in the age range of 17-21. If that place was to do a random drug test I doubt very many of them would still have jobs at the end of the day.Another issue I have is all the staff seem to be very touchy with each other which I myself seem to think is extremely inappropriate in the work place, I know this is only a fast food place but come on there is a time an a place, considering the males touching the girls in appropriately look much older than the other staff members. I wouldn't like to tarnish all the staff there with the same brush as some seem like decent people, but the vast majority of them look like they need a good wash an to be tested for illegal substances as they shouldn't be trusted around food people are about to eat if they are not all together in the head with being under the influence.

For me, KFC is a guilty pleasure. But not at KFC Widnes.Pool of what I would assume to be water on the floor in the toilets. No Toilet roll. Hand dryer broken.Trays of half eaten food lying on tables and debris on the floor.Standing in a queue with four other people for 15 minutes whilst the staff stared at trays of chicken and fry’s and the order monitor, completely disinterested.Ordered food and another 10 minute wait. Eventually the food arrived as a split order with several items missing. It took 15 minutes for everything to arrive and several trips to the counter to jog the memory of the staff. After all of the waiting and standing around, the chicken was terrible.To summarise, the place is dirty, the service is poor, the staff cannot cope with a very small number of customers so I would hate to see what the service is like when the place is busy. Finally, I do not know how they manage it, as they are cooking chicken to a corporate specification, but the food is awful.

What a joke this place is, Is there actually a manager employed here ? Do the staff have washing machines at home ? Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes, got to window, no apology offered or explanation, isn't this supposed to be fast food ? Chicken fried to a crisp and the chips cold, no ice cream and no mayo, yet at least 15 sachets of salt given in box ? KFC has gone down the toilet and won't be around for much longer. I don't know where to start in all honesty it's an utter disgrace. We promised our little girl a chicken shop tea as we were running late to cook (she has her tea at 6 and was 5:45) so we stopped off in KFC Widnes, the drive through wasn't moving it was packed but few people were inside so thought we would go in for once. What a mistake.My husband waited in the cue for 20 minutes whilst me and our little girl sat and waited. He finally got served (we normally wouldn't wait that long but thought we will be served any minute surely) so we put our order in and he waited and waited and waited until 25 minutes pass he asks a member of staff and they had forgotten us so was told two minutes and we will have your order ready my hot chocolate was cold by then so they swapped it and was given the container for the ice cream, my little girl was so happy as she had been really good waiting so long. 10 minutes later finally our order is ready so we tuck in fairly annoyed but it's almost over. We were promised a free bottle of pop when we go back for the ice cream yey... once finished the other half cues back up now my little girl is excited holding her ice cream container we get to the till another 20 minutes later and guess what?? They failed to tell us when ordering the ice cream machine wasn't working.. WHAT? my little girl is disabled and doesn't have much understanding we only promise what we can give for a start off we would t have mentioned ice cream other wise. The guy was extremely rude to us no ice cream no bottle of pop no apology so I was fuming staying as calm as I could muster trying to get her into the car promising we would find some. We had £2.50 left until payday so took her the co op for a small tub of Neapolitan. I shouldn't have wasted what little we had it would have been faster, cheaper and nicer to go home and cook.Now we weren't going to go back but yesterday we were passing we all had calmed down a touch ordered our meals got to my mother in laws house and guess what?? The whole order was wrong AND missing a meal I had to split mine with my husband. I called them up quite angry was promised the meal they forgot and 20% off our next order the guy didn't even ask my name until I said won't you need it to know what I'm due, he said my name will go in a box I won't be going back there's always something missing it desperately needs staff training and cleaning. I've now been on the toilet since half hour after eating there yet again. Absolutely disgusting.I complained to KFC on the website and was given a fob off answer. Thanks KFC you have lost us three as customers and whoever else who has ever eaten there.

After getting to the counter and being told they have no Pepsi or Krushems ordered meals. Waited for 6 minutes to receive the food, some of which had been sitting on the side whilst the rest was packed. No reason for a delay was offered so I can only assume it was due to poor staff. When we got to our table we were missing a drink, had been charged for an extra fries and given the wrong snack box. Also my partner got a daddy burger rather than a fillet tower. This place has gone downhill over £16 for poor service and wrong meals.

The staff uniforms looked as though they had never been washed, couldn't fulfil my order yep you guessed it a KFC with no chicken laughable. Sad thing is the health inspectors need to get in there and sort it out another disappointing trip off to Speke KFC

Poor lad on the till was left on his own to take orders and then had to go around and prepare my food as the rest of the staff (and management team) were stood by the door having a mothers meeting.

No customers in the place I could see through the window either waiting or seated, no cars in the par park, and yet I was told to park up and my meals would be out in 2 minutes. 12 minutes later they appeared , the girl that brought them out to me I had seen by the bins having a break, so did I wait whilst the staff had their break? The food was ok , just OK.

Popped in for lunch Saturday with friends. Service wasn't the fastest but had worse! Ordered chicken salad box a corn and drink, at just under £6 it wasn't worth it. My salad was lettuce and baby tomatoes with few bits carrot, the tomatoes had that awful taste when they are about to go off. It came with bag fries, they were like warm. Friends meals were not much better! My visit to toilet before leaving left me thinking the cleaning isn't up to scratch, the toilet bowl was very stained needed a good scrub, certainly not to a good standard,. Sorry KFC you need to have a good clean of you're toilet bowls yuk!!

Awful. Unfriendly staff , you can tell are just doing it because it's a 'job' 1st time we went in they didn't get the order right ,hot chocolate was cold and watery food cold and tastes like it was left overs from the veSaelunch. You wait very long to be served. You wait very long for your food. If you get the correct food it's a miracle. Before you sit down wipe you seat they are filthy. The whole place is a disgrace. They need to take a leaf out of McDonalds book.

Visit here often, very similar to other kfcs, several places to park, always seating available. Food is same standard as other local KFCs, ideal for quick lunch

The place has so much potential but the staff let it down big time. From ordering food to receiving it there seems to be a complete breakdown in communication between the staff. They always get the order wrong

The last time I visited this restaurant I left without finishing my food. I took my two young nieces, after ordering the food we sat at a table that I had to clean with baby wipes. I then took one of the girls to the bathroom, it was filthy. I left without touching the food as I felt if the tables were unclean and the bathroom so badly soiled how bad was the kitchen?

If you like waiting for ages for them to get your order wrong and suffer unfriendly, rude staff then this is the restaurant for you. Don't get me wrong I do like a KFC from time to time but the Widnes KFC is a disgrace and senior management need to have a look at it.

I visited this KFC a couple of years ago and was not impressed at the time but while in the area desired to try it again, things may have improved well sadly they had got worse, food tasted rank and I threw it in the bin, staff were not interested in there customers, it was a mistake going back but it is not one I will make again and I would highly reccomend you don't visit here

On arrival there was a queue, no problem as there were 5 people on the counter. After about 10 minutes I was finally served, after taking my order it took nearly a further 15 minutes to receive my food. Why? I could see the product was there! On receiving the food it had a burnt smell and taste (although the product looked good) I can only assume that the oil had been mismanaged. It took that long to pack the order - items being left upon the side when others were fetched - the whole order was also lukewarm when we came to eat. An awful experience and a disgrace to the brand

Visit kfc drive through,With my partner and son. Ordered bargain bucket and a boneless box meal. As we got home and tucked in the chicken pieces smelt burnt, they tasted burnt,although none of the peices were burnt. My poor son was so disappointed with his boneless box chicken,he said it tasted like the smell of cigarettes. We wasted a lot of money on chicken we did not eat. We could not take the risk and eat smelly,burnt taste of food that was greasy and not well prepared. As we got the food late and arrived home we felt to late to take it back to complain. This is not the standard of food that should be delivered at any time of day through the drive through.Worse case of food I have ever received!

We called in for a quick dinner. I always struggle with the menu on the drive through so went inside. The staff were really helpful. They explained exactly what each option was, made recommendations and delivered it very fast. Nice fresh food and very enjoyable.We all had something different. The new rice boxes are lovely and there is plenty there to fill me up. Great for me who doesn't want too much fried options.The rice is really tasty. Well done more of the same please.

The food tasted really nice, as usual, I had the meal deal, 3pcs of chicken, fries and coffee, all good and tasty... BUT the chicken pieces were the smallest I have ever seen or been served anywhere. On the meal deals I understand you get one decent nice piece and a couple of smaller pieces, on this occasion I had the three tiniest pieces you could ever see, they each went in one bite each. Not sure I will be going back again.

Thought I would venture into this location for some refreshments. However, how wrong I was the best way to describe this kfc, was that its possibly one of the worst. First I asked for a plain burger with no sauce I recieved it however, i could not eat it. I complained and it was like you asked for it so you have to eat it. Not nice.

Came here for my grandaughters treat for her birthday also brought my Mum who is 98, the children had childrens meal with ice cream, and we had chicken strip meal with coffee, the chicken was excellent. i have been to numerous KFC restaurants and do feel this was the best , good service. Could have done with tables floors etc., being cleaned quicker when people left, and toilets could have been cleaner no toilet paper in one

Stopped visiting this as never had the correct items when ordered through drive thru, and even when you enter the place it is hit and miss if you get what you ordered. The staff seem bored and not customer focused at all

Recently visited KFC Widnes and found it be one of the most disgusting places I've had the displeasure to visit. The chicken is so greasy and it is of a terrible quality, this is compared to other KFC outlets. The restaurant is so dirty and messy. There was food all over the floor and it sounded like some of the staff were ill who were cooking the food (lots of coughing and sneezing). I will never eat there again.

I recently visited the KFC store in Widnes and was appauled at the service I recieved from a so called "manager" under the name of Steph. I use the term "manager" lightly as I failed to see any form of "Manager" like behaviour. The store itself was a mess and when placing my order I was served by this "manager" who was snotty and ignorant throughout the whole time. It was very obvious that my custom was not welcome. The state of the store itself came at no suprise when I saw how this "manager" spoke to their members of staff. I have heard dogs spoken to better than what I witnessed on this visit. It is a wonder that staff turn up never mind do anything productive while there. This review is to forewarn anyone planning on visiting the KFC Widnes as if this "manager" is in. Do not expect much and be prepared for a shocking experience in management.The only thing this "manager" MANAGED to provide me with was a shocking customer experience.And to top it all off my popcorn wasn't filled to the top either.

Had drive through recently no problems ok fast food. Drive through speaker not great but got what we ordered with a smile and a have a nice night. KFC widnes it is what it is fast food.

You've got to get here at the right time of day to get the right combination of fresh food and not having to queue too long. Food can be great but it can be lower end of average too.

Widnes kfc appalling.. Never has gravy, never has boneless chicken, once never has buns for burgers. And best of all one night they ran out of cooking oil.. Chips always cold, burgers if got buns caped in Mayo. This is run by kids talking about Facebook, maybe reason it's dirty inside, u get ignored and orders always missing items.. Close widnes kfc down.. After complaining why is it still going on..

Crappest service and horrible food need to shut this place down ASAP. Toilets were dirty got the wrong orders had watery gravy and watered down Krushems, terrible. Needs closing down asap
