apparently can’t follow simple instructions 😂 had things taken off my burger when i ordered it which technically makes their job easier and they still put mayo and onions on

Helpful and friendly staff, quick service

Good food and good variety on offer. As three customers, two wete satisfied and one found the cheeseburger looked tired.

Food was fresh, nice and hot. Will go back again. Staff nice. Went this week, staff still very good and understanding.

Visited instore at lunchtime and it was the busiest I have seen but the food came out quickly considering and was piping hot.

Hi so everything was great but the music I don’t know if you have ever listen to “not like us” by kendrick Lamar but it contains a lot of swear words as well as the “n word” and on a 2 pm on a wenesday afternoon when the place has children in I don’t think it is appropriate

Would come more often, but the service is always really bad. They are very slow and the orders are not complete.

Only been once or twice. Burgers always lukewarm and fries stone cold and hard. The famous 'flame grilled' taste is no different to a rustler burger. Disappointing.

Visited here a month or 2 back and the Burger was great Hot, Tasty really couldn't put it down it was that good, unfortunately today the burgers were pale looking and chargrilled I think not, the bread was dry and crumbly, onion ring toppers were chewy tasteless all in all rubbish, no original Cola or full sugar drinks just artificial sweetener drinks, basically if you can't be bothered then we will go elsewhere. Its far too expensive to cut corners now.

Had some horrible experiences a few years back. Recent times have been positive so ammending my review. It's not my go to, but will do in a pinch. Deals/offers are always really good value too.

Bartec, Megan and georgina are a credit to the store always knowing my order and being on time each time. the way they treat the staff and others around them really shows. i couldn't ask for better staff than at the runcorn branch very happy and will be back

Stopped here on the way home from a small road trip. Used the drive through, so can't comment on the restaurant itself - however, staff were really friendly, food was well made and was fresh (hot!). A pleasant experience through and through!

There are some amazing staff inside. It may take longer for me to get served SOMETIMES but the food at the end of the wait is amazing. I would recommend to out of towners any day. I once saw them take extra time to help someone with a language barrier

Would have been a nice meal if I hadn’t heard one female staff member tell everyone how she is self harming. It made me feel very uncomfortable and I only popped in for a burger

I have never really been to sit in, once to pick up inside and it wasn't very welcoming which is why I get some reviews however, the staff are so friendly that for me it makes it up. I usually go drive through and always smile, helpful. When I go to pay and collect if they taking a little longer they are always apologetic and friendly.

Went runcorn shopping city burgerking . Couldn't get served as staff weren't interested in walk in customers , only interested in Just eat and uber orders. So we left .Will not get returning to this branch .Very disappointed.

On the whole this is a great branch. James the Manager is fantastic and most of the staff members are great as well. There is one particular young male who is SO rude. (Sometimes has coloured hair - you know who you are!) At the speaker he almost shouts at you and you can hear him sighing. There is no interaction with this person- he just passes your order. God forbid if you ask him for sauce or mayonnaise and there goes the eye-rolling and multiple sighs. He slams the serving window shut to prevent any more interaction. He is the rudest retail individual I have ever come across. Come on James, sort this person out. Maybe a Customer Training Course would help? He is letting your store down. So many people would be grateful to have his job. Not sure what his problem is, but he should not be dealing with the public!

Always deadly quiet, staff seem disengaged and drinks machine was just pumping out soda water. Food is mediocre at best. Generic fast food. Ok if your in a rush and dont care for presentation

When I ordered my food from just eat, my order arrived but I was missing half of my order, I’ve tried ringing them up multiple times but no response.

Always get a bad belly and too expensive.

Slow service for a fast food restaurant!!

Not one of the better burger Kings I've been to. It was like the food had been thrown together carelessly. Some of it was quite dry like it had been sat out on heaters for too long. Still, it's burger king so still tasty. Update. Vastly improved and the lady that served us today was cheerful and chatty, which is great. The food was much better and we enjoyed it. Well done.

Take my kids most Saturdays staff are always friendly, food is always good an the kids love the free crowns

After an incredibly awful day, I came here to pick up an order from the app & head home with it. I arrived at around 9pm & got in line at the drive through. Unfortunately for me, someone decided that was the day for them to act extremely ridiculous and the car at the 2nd window was refusing to move. Around 40 minutes later, the staff finally managed to get them to move & on top of a sincere apology, upgraded our meal items. Staff handled it extremely well but, personally, I'd have just refused service & called the police. Not the staffs fault whatsoever & although a little cold when I got home, our food was very tasty indeed.

I use burger King for my lunch break, 3-4 times a week, the girls are very welcoming super friendly, unless your served by (what i think) the new manager attitude to staff and customers is disgusting makes me not want to go! Throws food in the bag and drops it on counter in front of you

Had a great time with my youngest. Still a great place to go and have a good burger.

I just finished work from a 2 - 10 shift and thought to go here at 10 pm only to find out it shut an hour early. This has happened twice now this week and I'm confused if either Bburger King just shuts at 10 pm now it should still be open till 11 pm.

Always a good service here ignore the bad reviews people will moan about anything if they’re not moaning they’re not happy. One too many lock downs have sent them mad. Manager is spot on and the staff are great.

by far the worst BurgerKing outlet Ive every had the misfortune to visit, visited in person twice, order took way to long TWICE and one of them times they totally forgot three items off the order despite charging for them. ordered delivery half a dozen times and 50% of the orders turned up with missing items, once is bad, twice understandable, three times is just a joke, and even when they get it right out of those 6 times getting a delivery, 5 of the times the contents looked like the delivery bloke had used them as a seat on the way here, I will now happily boycott Burgerking and its just a sh*tty competitor Mc Crapfilled Donalds.

The staff here were excellent. They were very helpful when we explained our granddaughter is lactose intolerant. They suggested various items on the menu, and also other alternative options.

Orderd 2 kids chicken nuggets meals the nuggets were exactly that hard and tiny kids never eat them the tasted like the oil need changing, and there was only one drink instead of 2 called the restaurant and had the phone put down on me twice. Called the uber No answer. Would never order again. Deffintly not worth the over priced rubbish the sell 😡

I had a code on my phone to use and they said they can’t doing anything as the system is to old and they can’t key in the code or scan my barcode and they didn’t have a key for the till very poor customer service

Went to BK runcorn for my dinner and used the drive through. The staff were very quick to take my order and very polite and james chatted to me whilst I waited for my food. Foord was quick hot and fresh. Will definitely return

Came in after a long driver Shantel took my ordered and helped me with the drinks machine as it was broken was very stressed and tired after driving for over a hour very considerate and helpful even down to seeing if I wanted ice in my drink, seen my son being fussy and was speaking to him and cheered him up with a crown
