left a 1-star review for eddies an honestly wish i could give 0… ordered food an it never even turned up, waited ages an when i called to ask where it was, the worker on the phone was proper cheeky, acting like it was my fault?? no apology, no refund, jus attitude. waste of time an money, avoid this place unless u wanna be hungry an disrespected.

Burger bun was stale and chicket fillet was a bit tough ... fries were lovely

Burger and chicken nuggets were gritty with grizzle, coleslaw was horrid, beef burger shouldn’t have had mayonnaise but had a ton on. Daughter wouldn’t eat it and now I need to make something else.

It said it was out for delivery for around 50 minutes and the food was cold. It's only a 10 minute drive. So they must have had multiple stops on the way and I guess we were last.

Very disappointed...asked for a Turkish Burger...got home and no donor meat on it....

appalling! chicken was soggy, bland and looked under cooked. chips were cheap frozen fries deep fried, some soft and under cooked and dome solid! Well done on that! only thing remotely worth eating was the garlic bread. managed half. wouldn't recommend to anyone!

MY ORDER WAS OVER 2 hours late, it was disgraceful. I was told they were waiting on a driver then told it was delivered then told it had not been delivered and I had to drive up to McDonald’s and collect it myself when I paid delivery.

Food was stone cold. Beans were a tiny pot and had split open and spilt all over the bag, as had one of the dips. The garlig bread was dripping grease. Normally enjoy eddys but today wasnt one of those times.

I spent 21 pounds and I wasn’t given a free garlic bread when it says you should get one I’m not very happy about this

Food came and it looked like someone had ate half of the donner meat. There was hardly anything in the box when I opened it and delivery took 2 and a half hours. Will never order from here again

Normally I rate 6/5 but tonight the order was wrong and cold. Ordered a portion of donner meat and a portion of chips but got a portion of donner meat and chips and a portion of chips instead so ended up throwing the chips away. The garlic bread was wafer thin and hard. On the plus side it turned up 5 minutes early 🤣

Had my first and last meal from here today. Got a pepperoni pizza which was stone cold when it turned up, cheese was hard like it'd never even been melted, and the base was doughy and clearly hadn't been cooked long enough. Never been disappointed by a pizza until today honestly

The fries were stone cold and overcooked. The chicken was just weird - the coating just fell off and it seemed to have a weird taste. The Shawarma was reasonably tasty, but far too expensive. I will never order form Eddies again.

My pizza came with the wrong toppings. Wouldn't normally be an issue but it was onion and I hate onion and I tried picking off but it was to much. Called the restaurant and was told to drive it back for a replacement. I have kids in the house

Ordered at 11:15pm. Order came around 12am, was given the wrong order. Contacted Eddys personally and informed them, they said the driver had came back taken the incorrect order and gave me what I ordered. Which did not happen, they made out like I was a liar. I ended up having to travel down to Eddys myself to sort it out. Finally got the food I ordered at 1am. No offer of refund or anything just a free bottle of tango. Absolutely disgraceful service considering the driver was lying and I got the blame. Paid delivery fee to have to go down there anyway.

ordered pizza deal. Was delivered 10 mins before time due, brilliant. the food was piping hot and the pizza was beautiful. full of topping, stringy cheese, just melted in your mouth.

It was cold and it was dry , the only moisture was the sauce inside the wrap otherwise it was rock solid and crunchy , and the chippy was cold and dry as well highly disappointed snd would like a refund!!!!!
