Ordered online, no one at restaurant. Had to wait an hour to get refund sorted through delivery app.

Ordered a £12 kebab to take away, got home and only had the kebab and that's all!! Keep away!! And got the pic as well!!! Try to ring them and no answer at all!!

After ordering online the money left my account and no food showed up tried phoning but no one answers would nether order again

First time ordering from here and we were pleasantly surprised, ordered Donner meat and a Donner calzone, the meals were huge, I had to share the calzone it was that big, I did forget to ask for salad and sauce but it was very tasty and very hot, so well done to the staff on a great meal

The worst restaurant ever!!! I ordered 5 items, didn't receive one, received chocolate cake instead of cheesecake (someone does not read) ... I'm allergic to cocoa!!! Not recommend at all!!! We ended up.woth my husband having a full order and Mr not having anything to eat! How pathetic!

Food was nice we went in for pizza was cokked fresh. Staff where great the price wasn't bad considering I liked It better than some pizza places. But overall I liked it, and would go again.

If I could have given less I would have. If they cannot deliver for 2 and a half hours they should tell you!!! Great delivery driver and I felt sorry for him because he must have been getting some grief. Food was seriously stone cold apart from the worst looking garlic bread I've ever seen. Straight in the bin and a £20+ lesson learnt.

Never givin a review in all my life but this was the worst food av ever bought instantly get throw in the bin don't know how these sell there food 😂

Well after many lovely meals then i didn't order for a while as the quality went down hill.i started ordering again which was good so i was told the next time I ordered one of my orders were free so tonight at 5pm i phoned my orders threw.2hours later and a phone call to them to ask where my orders was.a very nice delivery driver turned up with a postcode and a number no address with a burnt pizza chips that were hard and inedible also the free meal which was awful nothing like it usually is. So back to square one of not ordering anymore. Must add the number that was wrote down didn't look like my address. Goodbye again mama's but i will be giving a different take away my money.

Food was late due to the order not going through online. But, once we tasted it, Omg! Well worth the wait. We ordered the chefs special calzone. Food was piping hot and was definitely the best I've tasted by far! Will not go anywhere else from now on. Even the free garlic bread was amazing, not skinny or bland! Delivery driver was very polite too, wasn't put off by the dogs barking. Best takeaway in Runcorn!
