KFC in North Somerset

Absolutely awful service, staff not trained properly, need to be retrained. Management just as bad. Incorrect order. Couldn't get order right twice. Simple order a mega box. No apology. Disgusting.

Overall the worse time I've been tabels and counter tops filled with grease rubbish over lapping the bins.just don't know how it's still running also toilets wer vile and should have been close off piss all over the floor,Wouldn't take two mins to mop up.also both urinals filled with piss and the smell 😑 was hideous.not recommend

I ordered from the machine, when it turned up at the table, the order was wrong, so I mentioned it, staff very unhelpfull. Said that's what the order is. The machine didn't print me a receipt so had no proof of what I did order, will not go back there again.

Once again a upset stomach again, 3 times now won't be going again. Staff rude burped in our face. Never get the order right

What is it with the KFC in Weston? Every time I've ever been, something is wrong enough to spoil the experience. From running out of fries to dirty tables, uncleared from previous diners, there is always something! Tonight, I ordered a 3 piece chicken meal deal. I was asked "What drink would you like"? A regular Pepsi please, I replied. Uh uh... " we don't sell 'full fat' Pepsi, we're not allowed". What the hell is that about? So, you can sell a fat laden dinner, probably full of I don't know how much salt and sugar but not serve a regular Pepsi. Ok, I'll settle for the cancer causing aspartame version you ARE allowed to serve. Why do these people think they can police a persons diet. You CAN'T because people who want sugar can get it in a 1000 other places. Its ridiculous. Tonight is the last time I'll go to this circus of a restaurant. I'll stay home where my table is clean, my rubbish goes in the bin and I can have a drink who's ingredients my body recognises and can process.

Waste of my time. Won’t visit here again! No Krushams, no milkshake, no ice cream! Don’t know why they bother opening?!

Unfortunately this KFC is so inconsistent in it's quality that it is not possible to give it a positive review. We have visited KFC Marchfields Way many, many times because we like Southern Fried Chicken always hoping that it will be golden brown and freshly cooked, unfortunately this is rarely the case, mostly it has proven to be dark brown and quite dry, we go back hoping it will improve but it rarely does.

Awful place , rude staff and manager, food orders were all wrong, vegan burger burned and was rock solid so asked for a replacement, they quickly gave me a new one, when opened new box they had put the old burger back in a new bun with no mayo or lettuce thru proving a point. Staff all rowing and one in the background shouting “shut up” to another team member. Restaurant was all dirty and tables left not cleaned, no ice in drinks, avoid at all costs. Ignorant staff, save your money and time don’t visit here.

Seems like I was late to this but visited KFC to find out they don’t trust customers with their decision and force diet drinks upon them and refuse to sell regular Pepsi. So I walked out and won’t return

Drive through for a rice salad fillet bowl/box It was ready very quickly, that always worries me. No fork/knife or spoon to eat it with. Had to go into the store for one. Which is annoying after going through the drive through. I asked for a knife and fork for my salad. A person shouted from behind the counter in an aggressive tone, we don’t have any just sporks! Such a bad case of rudeness! C’mon KFC let us have a knife and fork with our salads? Plus sort out your rude staff!

After a day at the beach we stopped at this kfc. Cleanliness not the best, bins hadn’t been emptied , cramped restaurant and missing items from our orders. Food was mediocre. Not much to shout about.

My husband and I had a gravy box each a few hours later we were both violently sick, coming out of both ends and bad stomach aches all through the night, this meal made us very poorly for a few days. We will not be eating a KFC again this has put us right of it. I emailed KFC they didn’t have the decency to respond.

Our food was awful cold and dry and I had a dead fly in my chicken!!! Never will be eating from there again!

To be honest I visited this KFC about 18 months ago and it was dreadful not properly cooked and very fatty skin. I wrote to KFC at that time to complain and looks like they have listened and done something. Wow and big tick I went there again today to see if it has improved and absolutely brilliant, much better. Gorgeous chicken really well cooked and just as KFC should be so I will definitely be returning

Most of the customers including staff not wearing face coverings when ordering many leaning over counter, children running about and no social distancing. As earlier review delivery drivers standing around with no masks.

The girl taking our order was very blunt and rude. She rushed my girlfriend while taking our order as she was deciding what drink to have and didn’t give us much chance to reply. We had our food practically thrown at us through the window and they completely messed up 3 orders out of 4. They missed out 1 piece of chicken in a 6 piece meal, gave popcorn chicken when we asked for chicken fillets, they gave us 3 drinks out of the 4 we ordered but still charged us full price. Absolutely shocking. Would not recommend ordering from here when there is a perfectly fine McDonald’s around the corner. They also didn’t give us our receipt so we couldn’t complain with proof of ordering.

Mouthwatering y tastebuds were boogying with joy as the chicken socked into my tongue , the BBQ sauce was making ne cream and the chips were oozing with joyful potato flavour

Absolutely disgraceful. Was inside picking up my order and all the Uber and deliveroo drivers were coming in the side entrance and jumping the que. Some were not wearing face masks, when asked to wait outside still no social distancing. Staff were very busy and trying their best but the delivery drivers had no respect for anyone. At the time of waiting for my collection there were 3 other people inside as well as 6 delivery drivers!!!!

Drive through service shocking, seems to have gone downhill with the introduction of deliveroo. I mean im all for it but if the restaurant cant handle it and you are losing customer after customer something needs to change. As a result food is always undercooked or the wrong order. We were sat in the car park along with 10 other cars waiting for food for 30 minutes before we gave up and went in to get a refund during that deliveroo orders were flying out.

Dreadful food and CustomerService -Worst food and customer service ever! No receipt offered at drive thru, guy walked off! 2 fillet boxes ordered. Chicken side was luke warm, chicken in the burger exactly the same. Tasted like it been cooked hours ago, dry and rubbery. Chips were dreadful, mostly brown stained, not fresh looking at all. No spoons or forks provided to eat coleslaw or beans with! No serviettes provided! Yet we got 15 sachets of salt?!?!? Most of it went in the bin. Absolutely disgusting!!!! Unfortunately no receipt to show you as www weren’t given one. I did not go in to store as I did not want to risk the same standard of food. Worst KFC I’ve ever been to!

After ordering a meal at drive thru, I was asked to pull over whilst they prepared the meal and was given my drink. 30 mins later after still not receiving my order, I went in to see where my food was. Staff member strolled out looking like he wanted to be somewhere other than there, grabbed a bag off the counter and said "Here". I told him I had waited half an hour for it and got a half hearted "sorry 'bout that". Got home, food was stone cold and the order was wrong anyway. Straight in the bin. Thanks for nothing KFC.

I visited this KFC last week and really enjoyed the food. I had an All Stars meal and I really enjoyed it. The food tastes delicious like any other KFC I have been too! Recommended! 5 out of 5.- Thomas, aged 10
