The food was great aswell as the aptmosophere. My seat was good and I also love the chefs vocals in the kitchen 😁

Came into today with my family and had the set lunch menu; it was delicious and was incredible value for money. We were served by Belinda who was absolutely lovely and made our meal. Can’t wait to come back next time I’m visiting my family.

If you want a beautifully cooked steak, drinks and good company then why wouldn't you come here? Our waitress was lovely, although a busy night she made sure to keep checking in on us. All in all another amazing experience with Miller and Carter.

Fantastic meal at Miller and Carter Weston. Perfectly cooked steaks and sides. My only little niggles with the food would be that my scallops needed seasoning and my banoffee pie was a bit grainy, but overall a really lovely meal. Belinda, our server, did everything she could to make our experience enjoyable. She was knowledgeable about the menu, friendly and attentive, without being too attentive. It was our friend's first time in a Miller and Carter and they were thoroughly impressed, saying they will definitely return.

We had a lovely meal, the food was amazing. Belinda was our server and was brillaint! She was friendly and gave quick and efficient service, even including a special treat as we were celebrating our anniversary.

Under-staffed! Long waits - can't blame the staff at the coal face as they seemed to be running around like mad - not sure if they are always this under-staffed, or this was just an August Wednesday blip (though quite a few other reviews say the same thing...). Took my elderly mother out for supper to a steakhouse for a change as they have great deals Monday-Wednesday - she quite liked it as something different (I take her out to a restaurant a couple of times every month). Unfortunately they had run out of the mocktails we wanted to try (the deal was 'steak and a cocktail') so we tried two different ones (one was too sweet for me, the other definitely too bitter). My ribeye steak was ordered medium-rare but was definitely the other side of medium (this includes according to their definition on their menu) - however it was tasty, we were hungry, and didn't want any further delays so I didn't send it back. The sirloin was ordered well-done and it was (and elderly mother definitely liked it!). The fries had evidently been standing around a bit before they were served to us... Staff were generally very very friendly (though rushed off their feet), but one of the servers (very young) was a little sharp in her response to my legitimate question (definitely NOT the same level of customer service friendliness as her colleagues). Including a reasonable tip the total price was just over £30 per head (note: we did NOT have any extra drinks, starters, or desserts). Will we go back to this Miller & Carter? Possibly, but we will book extra early next time as we expect it will be ages (hour plus) before we get any food... Other: there is lots of disabled parking (which is wonderful to see) which is close to the front door (when you have worked out where to go 'round the back'!) though it's a bit of a hunt to find this main disabled parking car park the first time. Other 2: be warned - the EV Car Charger (BP ChargeMaster) is cursed, it failed on me the first three times (accepted the credit card, but had a connection error with the car), and you have to use a different credit card each attempt, so I now have 3 x £45 pre-authorisations. Another user of this car charger (apparently he uses it most days) told us how flaky it is compared to the norm.

With the prices of the food, you would think they could put more staff on. The waiting staff were very nice but run off their feet.

Ellie was aaaaaamazing, if you had a full team of ellies you'd be top of the chain. Management team need to reward Ellie for her hard work and dedication to the cause. Couldn't have asked for anyone better.

The Steak was great on 3 plates The Ribs were cold on 1 plate The chips were cold on 3 plates. Customer service was good. Couldn't fault that !

Great meal, great service, good value.

Despite having to wait a while on arrival to be shown to our table the rest of the service was excellent. Beth was lovely and couldn’t have done more. We had the Butchers Block which was all cooked perfectly and was delicious. Will definitely be returning. Thank you 😊

Lovely starters and main. Unfortunately sticky toffee and apple pie were a bit poor. Brilliant service from young host and waitress Anya. Overall 9/10

What made this a really nice visit was being served by a waitress called Ellie. What an incredibly helpful and considerate member of staff to have on a team. We had with us a lady without eyesight and a small child, and Ellie just seemed to know exactly what to do to be helpful without being intrusive. The food was nice too, it was a good place to meet friends and family. I hope the team get thanks where it's due, good employees like this are worth looking after.

Heard so much about Miller &Carter chain, so I decided to try it out. Service was excellent, very informative. My only suggestion is if you like a steak cooked to a certain way, don't be swayed by the suggestions. You know what you like.

Convenient stop-off into or out of Weston-S-M. Tucked away just off the main roads. One EV chargers in a corner of the car park. The entrance to the place is a little difficult to see if you don't know it (one couple were circulating the car park, unable to find it!!) because the main doorway is on the opposite side of the building from the car park. Food, menu options, services were all really good. Freshly prepared food and attentive staff were above and beyond the standards I've seen elsewhere. Definately a keeper to stay in our list of recommended places to eat out.

I come here every single month without fail and I’ve always had an amazing experience! Our server today was beth and she was absolutely brilliant see you soon millers!!!

It was busy so we weren’t sure what the service would be like but we were pleasantly surprised. Our waitress was particularly friendly and polite and we felt looked after. She also had a message “happy anniversary” on our plate for pudding which was a lovely gesture.

Came here for a meal with my husband and could not compliment the miller and carter enough. From being sat to having order taken we were made to feel at home. Our server Belinda was so friendly and made time to have a conversation with us which made us feel more at home. The food was brilliant. I believe the chef who made my steak was called paddy. The steak was marvellous and so juicy. My partner burger was wonderful as well. Thank you miller and carter in Weston can’t wait for the next time x

A very large and lovely well laid out restaurant and was made to feel very welcome when arrived. Promptly shown to our table. The steak was inedible. I asked for med/well done. It was still weeping lots of blood onto my plate! 🤮 for dessert I chose apple pie. Who on earth warms up a pie in a microwave? They did!

17 quid for a burger and chips. They didn't bother adding the smashed avocado and pickled cabbage but made exactly ZERO attempt to do a single thing to make up for the FACT that I did not receive what I ordered. Go to burger king or McDonald's for half the price or less and better quality. All that comes to mind when I think about Miller and Carter is overpricing and under-delivery. It is safe to say that I will never be back again.

Never been to one of this chains pub before but we really enjoyed our visit. Very pleasant atmosphere, staff were great and food very nice.
