Made very welcome for my birthday dinner I love M&C Weston No loud music blaring away so you can enjoy company whilst eating delicious food served by a friendly helpful young girl The simple dress code makes eating out a bit more special & a chance for us women to dress up a bit if we like .Everything clean and well presented & they have managed to keep the prices down Always a pleasure to go there

We had a delightful meal here for my sisters birthday, we didn't book so the staff were very accommodating to fit us in with no notice, we had a range of meals off of the menu which everyone thoroughly enjoyed. Special shout out to our waitress Ellie who recommended the Beef Brisket Mac & Cheese to go with my Chicken Burger, was the best Mac & Cheese I've ever had and we will definitely be returning!

Took my wife out for a birthday meal..bought 4 her by our children..started off poor from the start..drinks we wanted the never had..starters we wanted they never had.. our 2nd option of starters wasnt what we usually have service wise. Basically a bowl of cheese with half a loaf of bread(baked camembert)the bowl of lettuce with my main was pink/yellow sent that back,my main the award winning rib eye 12oz was just gristly which put me off the rest meal!complained to the staff they didn't seem anyway interested!the tables were just were full of plates and glasses 4 a good hour we was there..as we departed most of the staff were standing outside smoking cigarettes..ill not be eating at this food chain again..go to McDonald's better service...

My watermelon cooler was thirst quenching and tasty. The calamari and sticky chicken starters were cooked to perfection and tasted amazing. The fillet steak (rare) was the best I've ever eaten, and again, cooked to perfection. Vegetables were cooked al dented, just how I love them. Belinda, our server, was friendly, had a good sense of humour and offered us our pudding as take away as we were stuffed! Would come again and highly recommend you visiting.

Absolutely incredible experience! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, stylish, and inviting. Jamie offered excellent recommendations and making us feel genuinely cared for. The steak was cooked exactly how I like it — juicy, full of flavor, and absolutely satisfying. The sides and sauces were on point too. It’s the kind of place where you leave full, happy, and already talking about when to come back. Can’t recommend it enough!

Miller & Carters in Weston is our local and the best one I've visited from Cardiff to Bristol. The food is brilliant as always, but what makes weston stand apart is, Belinda! Shes our favourite waiter, each time we get here we are really happy because she makes the experience 10x better! She's a huge asset to this branch and I hope she's recognised for giving the best customer service, every single time 👌🙌

Food only got 4 out of 5 as a couple of small temperature issues otherwise it was lush. Ellie our waitress made our evening with her vibrant smile and efficient service.

Slow service today unfortunately and not busy, came in as a couple and got a table by families, should be aware of different experiences wanted by different customers and seat them appropriately. Spilt food left on the floor under table from previous customers so lack of attention to detail for the premium paid even though held by bar whilst preparing a pre booked table. Food was decent as usual but experience was less good and staff ok but far from attentive. Also realised when leaving as usual not asked for loyalty card so even though we use the restaurant 10 to 12 times a year our loyalty is wasted.

We were served by Megan, i loved her energy and she was very attentive. She made the experience so much better! We were kept happy from start to finish :)

I was disappointed with my dining experience today. It took multiple asks for table water to be brought over, our main course was served without cutlery and we had to go get it ourselves from another table. Once we had paid and we were ready to leave the change was not brought back to us in the check book just her hands which felt inappropriate for the level of expectations. To top this up we spoke to a member of staff who dismissed us and a manager couldn’t even muster up to come talk to us ur provide an apology.

Melinda at Miller &Carter is amazing. We come a few times a year and she is always here with a smile and always chats to us.

We were served by Beth, such a lovely person, provided all the information we needed and made sure that we had everything. The food was great, had the butchers board, with additional scallops and lobster, more than enough food for the 2 of us. Would definitely come here again, our experience was made by Beth, very sweet and helpful.

We have never been to Miller and carter before, we were amazed how lovely it was. The restaurant was beautiful, the staff friendly and helpful, the lunchtime deal such good value and the food perfect. We will definitely be back asap.

When we arrived we had to wait 7 minutes before we were greeted and taken to our seats. Food was okay, but when it came out it wasn't hot, just warm, and the steak wasn't medium it was a bit too rare.

Lovely place but my steak was the worst i have ever had in a restaurant. Had the halloumi fries to start which were nice but dripping in oil having not been drained properly before serving so I had to mop up the oil with my napkin. Then came my steak! I always have a rib-eye as it’s my favourite cut and flavour is always great, it’s also a thick cut of meat so retains its moisture well and is always beautifully tender, so I ordered the 12oz ribeye, rare with the addition of the lobster tail. I was beyond shocked when my plate arrived with what can only be described as sandwich steak. A thin piece of meat no thicker that 4-5mm at most, which when I cut into it was at best well done with no sign of pink at all! The steak was also cold as the garlic butter on top refused to melt! The lobster tail was dry and tough and extremely small and having worked in many restaurants specialising in shell fish over the years, this was more like a langostino in size plus the shell was softer than a lobster shell. My daughter called over the waitress who agreed that the steak was too thin and that it would have been impossible to get a rare steak from such a thin cut of meat! She offered a replacement but by this time my daughter had nearly finished her meal so all I ate was the chips and I ate the “lobster” which was like tough rubber. I had to ask for the steak to be removed which was done so I ended up paying nearly £18 for a small portion of chips and rubber lobster! The manager made no attempt to come over and apologise and the waitress, though lovely, gave the impression that complaints are common and swept it under the carpet. I have been looking forward to going since receiving a voucher as a gift from my daughter for Christmas, so this was beyond disappointing and we will not be returning

Excellent service, lovely food. Would highly recommend. The only downside was a few unapproving looks from other diners as we took our children aged 7 and 11 who say good as gold and ate there, but as always there are the few that believe children shouldn't be allowed to eat out in a restaurant 🙄.

Nice meal, very good service. We had the rib eye 50 day matured which was very nice. We were told that there is a strict dress code and dressed smart casual but saw no evidence of this with other diners nearby wearing sports shorts and baseball caps. Doesn't bother me but why advertise something unless you are going to keep to it?
