Really good lunch today. Jessy our waiter was excellent. Food was excellent. Venue was really inviting. I will be bringing my team from the bell Broadway to this venue for a treat in the not so distant future. Well done guys.

My partner and I called in for lunch today and can’t praise the experience enough! We ordered from the fixed price menu, fantastic value for money and the food was amazing. Great service from your waiter Jesse (not sure if that’s the right spelling) We will definitely return! Fantastic work guys

Reserved a table online and paid £40 deposit. Arrived to be told no record of reservation, screen shot on phone confirmed it and Credit Card on phone showing deposit. At the end of the meal still no sign of deposit so had to pay in full but assured no additional charge would be made. Additional charge has now been applied to CC. I am assured this is an IT issue and it is being worked on.

Megan was our waitress and was really professional. She was friendly and knowledgable which really added to over fantastic experience.

Went here recently for a meal for two. Me and my partner both had filet mignon with seasoned fries. The meal was lovely and the steak was cooked to our liking, one slight criticism was the seasoned fries, they could of been better. Desserts were warm chocolate brownie and mango bomb and both were also lovely. The service wasn't bad, also could of been better but overall satisfactory with the restaurant having a nice relaxed, cosy and warm atmosphere. Would definitely recommend and me and my significant other will definitely be returning. Edit: Unfortunately had to remove a star from my previous review after my most recent visit on 12/2/25. Took my partner for the set valentines menu advertised to run from 08/2 - 15/2. We both wanted to try the exclusive for valentines 12oz wagyu ribeye. After we were seated and greeted by our waiter we were informed that they were not serving the ribeye, we expressed our disappointment and he informed us they were holding stock back for the 14th as not to "upset" people who were actually attending on valentines day as the wagyu ribeye was in high demand! Me and my partner were there for our valentines but apparently we should be penalised as we weren't coming on the actual day! Biggest pile of bs I have ever heard. Imagine advertising a set menu for a special occasion for a set date and then holding back an exclusive item for a particular set of customers! Maybe management should remember the old adage "first come, first serve!" Maybe next time think about stocking up enough for said occasions! Not the first time we have been either and menu items haven't been available, and when you are paying the prices you charge it isn't acceptable! To conclude we weren't even offered anything such as a discount off next order for the disappointment, defined needs work from management on customer service.

I've been to this restaurant a few times and always got the sea bass with dauphinoise potatoes. It is delicious.

We came for a double 32nd Birthday party on Monday night and had an incredible night. Our server Zoe was phenomenal we could not praise her more. The food was another level and it was an experience we won't forget! We can't wait to come back again! Thank you to everyone that was involved from setting up the table and balloons to making the food!

Service was quick, server was polite and attentive, took time to ask if it was a special occasion, it was our 46 wedding anniversary, meal was spot on, lovely touch at the end with a plate wishing us a happy anniversary in chocolate and fruit

Tonight we visited Miller and Carter in Weston and we had the pleasure of having Belinda as our waitress and she was absolutely amazing. From the very beginning she realised we were out to celebrate an occasion and upon realising it was our first date since getting married she was very attentive, even surprising us with a congratulations dessert plate.. thank you Belinda, hopefully we’ll see you on a future visit 🙂

We were welcomed at the door and the waiting staff was great however ordered 10oz fillet mignon steak to be cooked medium. I received the steak ( in two pieces ) only to start eating it and I knew immediately it was medium rare and the second piece was rare! I thought I will have it even though I didn’t enjoy it as much because my partner had a birthday and didn’t want to ruin the mood. When I start my second piece it’s when I sow the steak was soooo rare that I couldn’t eat it. Called the waiter and she absolutely agree with me and send it back to the kitchen ( while my partner is eating his dinner alone ). They brought it back after 3min only to find that was not cooked at all - just slightly where I had cut in the first piece. Showed the waiter how RARE the steak was as she agreed and apologised. Ordered Medium and got RARE ( not even medium rare ) for £40! Absolutely unacceptable from a STEAK restaurant!

Taken here yesterday by my daughter & her partner for a roast. Couldn't really fault the place. Daughter & I had a sharing platter roast which was delicious & so much meet for us that we ended up taking the rest of the meat home for the dog & cat. 🙂 The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because I like my food served hot & this whilst tasty was barely at best warm.

Belinda was a lovely host, very attentive and made the dining experience feel just that little more special. Its never easy brining a child to a restaurant, especially a one year old, what pleased me most is that Belinda interacted with my son, made him smile and not once made myself or my family feel like an inconvenience, being very attentive to his needs and safety when it came to the temperature of incoming plates. Would 100% come again and would be delighted to be served by Belinda once more.

Great stake house, we loved the meat. I had meat with bone marrow, blue cheese on a lettuce and chorizo. I found the bone marrow to have a kind of mayonnaise fat style, I didn’t enjoy it, I was expecting only bone marrow. The quality of the stake is good for the UK. It’s elevated price but good quality and trust me, better go hungry!

Booked the table online . Was sat in bar area to wait for the table . Meanwhile they sat 3 tables . A bit unfair and waiter unprofessional.

Food is always amazing, as was the service from Belinda. Only rated the atmosphere as 4 as we did come during the day and it's not as busy as it is during the evenings. Staff are always amazingly friendly and attentive. They upsell in that nice way that leads you to purchasing desert when you don't really need it. Would recommend to any steak lover. I'm off home for a sleep.

Our first trip back to Miller and Carter in over a year after always coming regularly. Service was great by both the manager and Megan who served us! Although it wasn't the best food experience we've ever had, quickly rectified by Megan and service with a smile! :)

Absolutely delicious food, will definitely be coming back. I had the squash as I'm not a great fan of steak, and was very happy with it. The mini desserts are very small! (But do come with a tea/coffee). Perfect if you still want a sweet treat but have already probably eaten too much!

A very pleasant experience, with a very welcoming waiter (Jamie) Miller and carter, WSM

Horrendous service and rude member of staff who essentially shouted at me for asking where my food was after their mistake in giving me a freezing cold steak, making me wait until my family had eaten before bothering to bring it out. The female manager was lovely however and helped us massively at the end and apologised for her rude member of staffs condescending behaviour but still never been spoken to like this before and does not think this person should work in a customer service scenario. Food came out cold and then sent back and steak came back fine but chips came almost 20 mins later. What should have been a lovely family meal was ruined. Will never go back. Cold steak, eating alone and an arrogant/rude member of staff essentially shouting at me and speaking to me like a dog shouting at me to ‘sit’. Never been spoken to like this before, especially from someone with his attitude. Never again.
