Cold cappuccino and poor standard cold burger. Only advantage to McDonald's nowadays is the food is already cold so safe to give to kids

£100 parking fine as we were in the car park for more than 30 minutes. DON'T USE THIS MACDONALDS or any of the other businesses in this estate.

Asked for 2 large strawberry milkshakes. 1 was banana and 1 had no taste. Rang up and apparently I have to go back to rectify their mistake!! Really!! Also, the banana was so full I now have to clean the area in the car

If you like parking up for anything you order .. come to lottbridge drove Eastbourne. They are shockingly slow and park everyone up .. good luck getting out within ten mins

Went to lottbridge Macdonald in Eastbourne with two winning food vouchers egg sausage muffin and a strawberry milkshake. And was denied the egg sausage muffin as on the voucher does not state a time. And was just told had to have that one before 11am. This should be stated on the voucher and not to waste customers time. It could of been easy to resolve just by offering me a hamburger instead. But manager was rude and also needed a new pin badge as worn with no name showing. Very poor customer service.

Don’t know why we bother. Everytime we go there it’s the same!! Management is shocking, they are more interested in the delivery orders than the people that actually walk through the door. Staff couldn’t care less, you wait forever because they are concentration on the Uber eats orders and everything is thrown together. They never get an order right, they miss out things and then when you ask for the missing item they stare at you like it’s your fault. If they had a website to rate all the McDonald’s in the world this one would be at the bottom!! Their franchise should be taken off them. Shocking lack of care from management down. Avoid.

You could not make up how bad the Lottbridge drove mcdonalds actually is. Been going here on and off for years and never seem to get the order right. Once again missing items and they don't care. Avoid this dump!!

Used the drive through and ordered 6 meals together with an assortment of milkshakes and fruit juice. Whilst collecting the order the drinks were handed over and the server then said ‘would you park up please’. I questioned this and another server said ‘no, it’s ok’. I was passed a bag and told that was my order. As the bag felt light I asked if there were 6 meals in there. Server assured me that there were. On arriving home NO FRIES in the bag! Children were not happy. My husband phoned up but the manager refused to speak to him. This is not good enough, and it is not the first time we haven’t received all meals ordered. Better training is needed and meals should be checked out properly. I shall be visiting tomorrow to have the shortfall credited to my debit card. Very unsatisfactory

I'm very disappointed in McDonald's Lottbridge drove Eastbourne. I've had an operation and it's left me not being able to swallow my food without hot water, or my food gets stuck and I will be sick or my food would get stuck.. I explained all this to the very polite boy on the service till and he said he would get me some. After waiting several minutes he came back and told me. Unfortunately the manager said it would cost me 99p, why would they charge me for tap water??🙈 I explained I only wanted some hot tap water so I could eat my meal in comfort.. Well I ended up with the manager of the store coming over to me and a helpful lady on the shop floor talking about it before they decided to give me a free glass of tap water. I had already got my drink with my meal, but I'm unable to drink a cold drink whilst eating because it closes up my esophagus tubs.. I paid £16.48 for 2 meals Surely a cup of hot tap water should have been free. It is in every other restaurant I've been in. I don't drink tea or coffee.

Absolutely appalled really. Have ordered online from here many times with no issue and orders again the other day and got my order completely wrong. Asked for a burger without cheese and it said on the receipt without cheese and even on the burger wrapper without cheese!! Opened it up to find it had cheese all over the burger, plus the cheese didn’t even look great (looked outdated). All they could offer me was a free burger because no one could deliver even though I had just had it delivered straight to my door. Not impressed!!

Only 24hrs when they want to be, pulled up and had already ordered on the app as it said it was open 24hrs, the drive thru and door were shut and rang them to ask what was going on, got a reply of “yeah we’re closed for tonight” well maybe that should have been altered on the app? Been going here on and off for many years and never fail to be disappointed. Check your order everytime as there will always be something missing. With whatever food and drink you do get it will likely be rotten. This mcdonalds is so well known for being awful even other nearby mcdonalds staff say to not go here

Had to wait a long time as is usual for a fillet. The bun was smaller than usual and was over toasted. The size of the fillet had also shruk and now only a quarter of a slice of cheese added. Dry and never going here again.

This is the worst McDonalds in Eastbourne, you have to order at the counter, watching the workers it looks like an accident waiting to happen - they're packed in, tripping over each other, there's no table service, the drive through is congested and to top it all off they run the home deliveries from a very under pressure premises. You have to wait 30 mins for food and even then they run out of what you want. Try and avoid it as muchas possible! This is one that needs closing and refurbishing to make it better.

We had this delivered, the chips were uncooked and the large portion was barely a small. The quarter pounder was dripping in grease, the bun was mushy and gross. They should be ashamed serving inedible food. This branch has been steadily going down hill but this will be the last time we will ever use them it was that bad. We didn’t eat it as were worried it would make us ill.

I was in the McDonald's yesterday when the incident was going on with the poor lady who had been in an accident. The staff were excellent and managed the situation in a very professional way. I always find the staff very helpful and friendly. It is always clean in there we could have eaten in the McDonald's in town which is always mucky and drove to Lottbridge Drive because it is so much better. Never have a problem with food okay sometimes you have to wait but that's life!!

Food is always good here, all the staff are polite and helpful, and the restaurant is very clean and the dining area staff work hard to keep it that way! Libby and Thomas on the dining area were very friendly, helpful and quick to resolve problems. What more could i ask for?

Siempre es acertar y fallar con este McD cuando se trata de la precisión del pedido. Entiendo totalmente que el personal está sobrecargado de trabajo y mal pagado, pero me desespero cuando alguien no puede leer una orden para poner los artículos correctos en la bolsa.

Drive thru was rammed as usual so thought we'd go inside to order food, the boy that served us had NO customer service, was rude and abrupt!, didnt ask if it was eat in or takeaway so started putting our order on a tray, when I only said 'its takeaway' he said back 'dont speak to me like that, I'm not in the mood!' The speed of service and friendliness of the staff was very good. The tables, like the floor, were clean and tidy. The coffee was the usual Mc D's that is excellent value and the chicken chilly wrap tastes good and is fantastic value, especially if it is the "Wrap of the day"

I’m finally fed up with this I don’t know how many times I’ve paid for this sauce and not got it McDonald have had a fair bit for no product at 20p each pot and the chips cold and soggy disgusting worst experience by far at this restaurant. Not edible.

Went to McDonald’s before work at a peak time so had to be in and out with in 10 mins to get to work on time, it was a Saturday lunch it was bound to be busy and as I expected it was hectic there was a que out of the door and a few trainees on the tills however I was in and out in time to get to work, the boy who served me was a trainee and was lovely, had a few problems with working out the till but the boy with him seemed really helpful and the problem was resolved swiftly, and to top it of my food was hot fresh and my hot chocolate wasnt watery as it is in most McDonald’s I go to, would definitely recommend this McDonald’s and will be returning again soon

my husband has just picked up 2 hot chocolates from the drive through. what we got were 2 half cups of warm water it had no taste of chocolate at all. staff were rude when they were questioned on why they only give half cups. McDonald's won't care but won't be spending money on these anymore!!

Myself and my family are local to this McDonald and and have been going here every week after my kids club but recently we have found that they are constantly getting orders wrong, queues are massive, waiting Time in the queuevis long and time waiting for food is long! I queued up at the drive thru where there are 2 lanes, when i got to my lane there wasnt a car at the other lane so i was expecting to have my order taken, i was sadly mistaken, i sat there while 3 cars had there order taken before me even though i was there first, a member of staff then came spoke over the intercom where you place your order and said sorry wont be a minute but then they took another cars order at the other lane first!
