Amazing burgers, full of flavour. Top service, would recommend!

Got a delivery and the food took about an hour to turn up, we were missing multiple sides and all of our drinks. The two chicken burgers we ordered were burnt and nigh on inedible and ended up mainly in the bin and the sides we did receive were bland and low quality. The two beef burgers looked squashed and weren't the best.

Had a takeaway back in March, one of the best burgers we've ever had! Returned to the area this month, sat in this time. The burgers did not disappoint. Plenty of flavour and filling. We even tried their waffles this time which were fresh, soft and delicious. We will definitely back when we're in the area again!

The dirtiest and most laziest food I've ever had the misfortune of eating. Absolute trash cooking. I couldn't eat any more than a few bites. Dirty dirty place run by dirty people. Any good reviews are just one of the many many many many family members and friends living here (probably illegally).

Really wouldn’t recommend ordering from here. The burgers look like they’ve been thrown at a wall or sat on. The chips are cold and soggy and it took 1 hour and a half for delivery. Really over priced and much better places out there.

Food was absolutely amazing and came quicker than estimated. Was a mix up with my burger (Just Eats fault not restaurant) The manager was excellent and got me a fresh burger sent out straight away. Very happy will order again!

Great food. Highly recommend the loaded chips and the milk shakes . Reasonable price 👍

Just received my ordered of a route 66 burger with onions rings and chicken tenders with sweet chilli sauce. Disappointed is an understatement. The meat inside the burger was two pieces of barely formed meat that was burnt and tasted charred and acrid. The onions rings weren't onions rings but cheese bite things and the chicken was drowning in sweet chilli sauce which was far too much. Very disappointed indeed!!

They give you the entirely wrong burger and deny they did anything wrong. They’re all useless, constantly getting orders wrong, always 2 hours late. Just don’t bother with them, they need to go bust

I've ordered from them a few times, in hopes of giving them a second chance, the first time the food arrived really cold, the second time was actually pretty good and on time, the third time the delivery back was covered in leaking sauces and the back was dropping food and the third time they took 2 hours to deliver and was missing an item, I tried calling them but no one picked up. If you're really craving fast food there are other better options, the long wait time, bad condition of food delivered potential missing items isn't worth it. I've only given 2 stars cause the food was decent.

The food took 2 hours to arrive. The driver was on the road with the food for 45 mins, So but he time we got it, it was cold and looked like it had be thrown around he’s car! Will never order from there again.

I really enjoy the food from here, best beef burger in eastbourne but Jesus the wait time is unreal! I've ordered on just eat, uber and through the phone and every time it's over a two hour wait. The food has never come cold it's hot and tasttttyyyyy, but ordering from these guys you need to know it'll take ages to arrive x

Peri Peri chips are just normal fries smothered in dust that is very bitter, making them inedible. When arrived, burgers and chips were cold and order was missing items. As we paid by cash it wasnt possible to sort refund easily so we are waiting for the missing items to be redelivered... Hopefully... Burger tasted nice enough though and was wrapped in foil which kept it marginally warmer than the chips

The burger was not very well seasoned. The buffalo wings were way too spicy!

Having tried the Crawley branch I didn’t think it could get much worse, I was wrong… 2 hour delivery time and horrible staff when trying to resolve issue

Great food all round. Tired a fair few burger places but this tops them. Will be going back for seconds.

I liked it... Burgers were a good size - note the beef seems aged, it has a very beefy flavour and not sure that its for everyone. The milkshake I had was good (chocolate sauce and Ferro Rocher). My only real criticism is that the chips were a little underwhelming. Overall very good though and shall return.

We placed an order via deliveroo and was so late for the order when our food arrived was completely cold my daughter couldn't eat her burger because it had a hair in it as shown in photo and the two drinks we ordered were two cans of coke instead of the ones we ordered. Really not happy with the service and quality of food and will never use again

Tried both Crawley and Now Eastbourne too……& the quality and the service are both still the same!! 👏

First burger in a long time ! That I couldn’t eat , chewy beef with a nasty twang . Drowned it in ketchup and still couldn’t eat it 🤮

The food is fantastic, fresh beef and chicken. The taste of the beef patties and the crispiness of the chicken is superb and you can tell they have been freshly cooked upon request, not precooked or anything, this requires a bit more time waiting but well worth it. Service is friendly and polite. As someone passing through it was nice to see a genuine american/burger spot. Seems to be quite new but defintely one I would reccomend. The chicken thigh burger and tenders were particular standouts.

Ordered at 7.30 at 9.15 food still wasn't here.!!..phoned twice to be told food was on its way...

Excellent food. Best burger I ever had . I highly recommend these guys.
