Food was very nice and hot it was wrapped up in foil we had hot sauce double burger and One single burger all lovely 😍.

Am absolute gem of a place. If you want a burger and fries this is the go to place. The menu is straightforward no messing about... Burgers and fries with drinks or milkshakes. I ordered the bacon burger and my friend the double burger. Both were excellent and the curly fries a great side. The service was promot and friendly.

I'm always ordering from here. I love pretty much all their burgers they make each one super delicious. Full of flavour and always having me back for more!! The blue cheese sauce is something else two !! I always recommend this place to family and friends. So if you're reading this. Order that damn filthy tasting burger. it's definitely worth it ! 👌

Amazing burgers, friendly staff

(I don’t give many places 5*) Been using these guys every time I come see my mum & sister in Eastbourne. They never miss a beat on their food quality and packaging. Always arrives hot and fresh. The standard of food is spot on!! Every burger is lovely and looks amazing and taste even better. Always arrive within the hour. Normally 40mins or less! They have to be the only place in the south east who make a decent burger at a high standard. I eat a lot up in London and this is the only place that meets that quality, lots of places try but these guys achieve it!! Thanks!!

The food was ok, however the prices are ridiculous, especially for the gourmet burgers and chips/curly fries, for the same price that my takeaway order came up to, I could of eaten at one of the top Italian restaurant in the centre.

Disappointed! Read a review that said you pay gourmet prices for cheap burgers. But decided to give them a chance. Got a triple burger and a single one. Triple one was 3 cheap kebab shop burgers in same bun. Single burger was a little thicker but full of gristle. Cheap meat tasted horrible. Didn’t eat it all check picture. Won’t be going back. Wish I could get a refund! 👎

Nice staff Bad food paid 10-12 pounds for a gourmet burger it's cheap processed grisly meat would never by there again sorry to put a business down but I feel ripped off it was that bad.

Honestly, I’ve eaten different burgers around the world…..right now I’m working and staying in Eastbourne and was recommended Ramo’s burger from a local, Monster burger with Cajun fries….out this world, best takeaway burger and fries I’ve had in years!!! 🙏😃

Ramos Ka Blamos! Short and sweet I'm always skeptical with burgers that proclaim to represent the crown of gourmet. People of the world rejoice for no longer do you need to waste your evenings searching for a burger to contempt your calorie intake when protein and carbs are required. Do yourselfs a favour one day and treat yourself to a Ramos.. We had the monster burger amd it was without a doubt worth the 35 min wait. I give the geezer a tinkle to say thanks for the feast and the joy I heard in his voice from our compliments cemented in my mind that these folks really care about the customer journey and these days this should not go unnoticed.

Used to love Ramos. It was our go to burger place. Now it’s so beyond terrible I can’t. They have changed the quality of meat so the beef now tastes like processed spam. Used to be a proper nice flame grilled. The chips are poor quality now as well. And shocker the prices have doubled. How can you justify charging more for poorer quality food? Please change back to the old burgers or chips because after 7 years of using you guys I no longer will be.

Ordered again 4/11/22 big daddy it didn’t arrive with chips - when before it did. ? Had the big daddy with trimmings fries and fudge cake all washed down with fizzy. I got Uber delivery for my son quick and efficient (Ivy) all the food was banging tasty flavoursome and very satisfying. Highly recommend. 👊

Great food! Your £6.50 for a burger meal inc drink of your choice. Better off going here than Mcdonalds down the road! The gentlemen serving you always have a smile on their face and customer service is excellent :)

Probably the worst burger I have ever eaten, supposed to be a Hawaiian burger it looked like it had cheese in it that had been then wiped out it three bits of crushed pineapple stuck into the bun, it was cold greasy and disgusting absolutely revolting!!

Have used Ramos for some years now, but have noticed the quality of the products have gone down, different type of chip used not nearly as good, no more nice boxes that the food was served in, smaller portions. Will look to eat else where from now on. Shame used to be great food.

Used to love Ramo's, but not anymore. This will be our last ever order. Placed an order via their website for delivery at 6.45pm (because that's when we knew we'd be ready to eat). They seemed to ignore this and delivered 30mins early - so food was going cold by time we ate. Order chilli loaded fries with no BBQ sauce. Came with BBQ sauce - it was all we could taste. And honestly, not worth the money (tried Chicken and Bacon loaded fries last time - also not worth it). And burgers not as good quality as before. So disappointing!!! Will be going elsewhere in future.

Just had my first ramos a failed uber delivery(ubers fault) so i picked up which was great parked round corner up side road both guys where freindlly and welcoming food was ready on time and the taste omfg amazing this place is worth every penny if u appreciate gourmet food not rubber burgers will defo be back and all in all no more expensive than feeding my lot at a mcdonalds and cheper than a bk

This take away and dine in service is outstanding the food is amazing and tasty and they are all different and ecerytime i use them the taste necer changes and always tastes the same andf thats what i like the milkshakes are to die for and service with a smile drivers are polite highly recommended

Visited on a busy Saturday night. Got bacon n egg burger n partner got 6oz cheeseburger. Absolutely delicious burgers, bun, and toppings. Although they were busy, the guys in there were very friendly ,chatty, and really take pride in providing a great service, along with great burgers.

Not sure how the reviews have been so resoundingly positive? Advertised as ‘gourmet’ burgers which cost around £10 but taste like basic burger-van burgers you can get for £4. Not great for taste or quality. Also pretty gristly. Also, £6 for 8x nuggets, were expecting something more substantial than tiny kids frozen looking things. Daylight robbery @ £30 for 2x people, for 1x ‘gourmet’ and 1x ‘saver menu burger’ + a portion of over priced nuggets.

It was OK, but there were some issues. We were missing a food item and told it would be supplied the next time we ordered when I called (except we probably won't go back), the chilli fries had barbecue sauce on (very unusual), the chicken strips were dry so my daughter didn't eat them, one of the burgers had a big piece of bone or gristle and the chips had an unpleasant greasy taste, so a lot of food went uneaten. However, my burger was nice and the onion rings were good.

Best burgers in town, and we've tried them ALL. The chips are perfect and the chocolate cake is absolutely delicious. Milkshakes are exactly as you want them. Not only is the food good, but the staff and delivery driver are so friendly and polite.

Delicious burgers and fab desserts. Usually we had the Big Daddy etc, but today decided to try out the classic beef burger and it hasn't disappointed. Amazing food and great customer service, definitely recommending.

When lockdown hit and places like McDonalds closed, we looked for a new takeaway for a Saturday night treat... and found it in Ramos! Everything you could possibly want from a takeaway, both meat and veggie options are delicious, and the food is delivered very quickly! Kudos to everyone at Ramos Grill!

First time order, can’t knock the burgers but 👎🏻 On delivery, took 2 hours to arrive, hence barely warm food and the ice cream had turned to milk.

Decided to grab a burger looked at just eat and found ramo's Couldnt pay by cash so decided to call direct and arrange to collect As soon as I arrived they where placing order on the counter Got home and oh boy they where awesome Basic cheese burger Hot burger Galic bread with cheese Chicken nuggets and chips And strawberry milk shake All where great We was not expecting the quality to be as good as it was All of us said we will be ordering again for sure And due to Eastbourne loosing such an awesome burger restaurant as old daves Ramo's is just as good Great work guys

Visited Eastbourne the first week of July me and my partner went for the weekend we went out in the evening but left it too late to get food anywhere so after drinking for the night we were starving I was googling takeaways close to where we were staying and all the chicken shops I got up on maps read the reviews and they were appalling then I came across this place all the reviews were amazing and it was only an 8 minute walk from our hotel the staff in there are amazing so friendly chatty had a good laugh with them while waiting for our food not only that the food was cooked fresh and in front of us if your looking for something late this is the place to go well done to you guys your food is amazing your shop spotlessly clean and you people are great!!!!!

These do the most amazing burgers on this planet, very well priced too, staff very friendly and kitchen nice and clean too! 5***** Wish id found this place earlier on my 2 week stay! Would very highly recommend! 👍

Mmmm that is a tasty burger! 1st time eating from here and definitely won't be the last. Had a crazy dream last night about eating a big burger so I needed one and it lived up. Phoned through for a collection of a king-size and 15 mins later I walked through the door and found my burger waiting for me just like I'd been promised, hot sealed in a bag and a couple of napkins (extra Ramos printed napkin underneath nice touch) which I needed for this beasty burger. Really friendly service, awesome value for money and seriously tasty. Great job guy's thanks for my father's day treat, see you soon

Had a lil mix up with delivery but the food is amazing and worth the hiccup I would totally recommend these guys and they were very helpful in sorting the food order great food and good hands to look after there customers

I won a voucher on Facebook for Ramos and used it today with my friends. The food was absolutely delicious and the burgers are incredible! Generous portions and great prices for the size. Fries were lovely and crispy and the customer service was wonderful. Will definitely order from here again. Highly recommend.

Tried this place for the first time tonight. Was not disappointed, the staff were really friendly and chatty. The food was top draw, proper beef burgers! Will definatly be coming back.

2nd time for me, Bacon and Blue Cheese Gourmet Burger, Curly Fries and Choclate Fudge Cake!! Delivery was spot on time, driver was polite, food was hot, ice cream served with Fudge cake was still frozen!! My only criticism was I ordered a large curly fries and I think because they were delivered in a polystyrene carton they had gone soggy. Apart from that the burger and the fudge cake were delicious!! Very happy, will be ordering again.

We ordered from Ramos as the positive reviews we read suggested great things however the food was vile. Basically the chicken was birds eye chicken dippers ( manically processed meat ) the other chicken wings etc probably came from Iceland. In fact buying frozen food from Iceland would have been far better. I was charged £3 more which wasn’t disclosed at time of order. We would have got Kentucky fried chicken however they don’t accept cash. If you want good value tasty food. Don’t go to Ramos. We would have been better off throwing the money in the bin. Which is exactly where the food is right now. What a waste of money we are now cooking at home instead. Tried to contact them to complain surprise surprise no answer!

The food here isn’t particularly pleasant. Made very clear what I wanted and still got order wrong. Not expecting anything outstanding but food is either burn or soggy. Chips were stuck to white napkins. All food packaging was sweating when it arrived. Delivery was late.

We get Ramos delivery for our big family quite alot the burgers taste delicious and are good quality and the kids love the small kids meals but everytime we order online they always get something wrong maybe its something to do with their website. But its just disappointing when you pay for add ons and extras not to be receiving them. We even had a whole meal missing on one order. Other times the chips were cold or tiny in portion size and the milkshakes are just too sugary especially if they are for kids. Maybe its a different story if you go in to dine but it just seems there is no consistency. I cant fault the burgers at all though the bbq chicken one is especially good.

Friendly helpful staff & amazing, tasty food

My husband and I ordered takeaway from here. Food was prompt, driver friendly and initially the food looked great. We did pay extra for a hadhbrown in 1 burger that we didn't receive which we would have let slide being a busy Saturday night but then I found a bit of plastic in my burger. I emailed them with an attached photo of it and I swiftly hot a call about my complaints. They guy I spoke to said he would speak to his manager and call me again to resolve the issue. Unfortunately even though I have since emailed again I haven't heard anymore. I cant stress enough that if it wasn't for these issues we would have definitely of ordered from here again as what we did eat was very nice and if ordered online, great value for money. It's just a shame our issues have been ignored.

We have now made this our new takeaway option, Got to be the best burgers around town. None of these skinny cheap burgers these bad boys are on a new level. BIG FAT EXTRA NAUGHTY BURGERS ! Delivery was super quick, I like the website very simple to use but I would add a simple description of what your get without any extras & give you the option to add more of the same extra. Fair play to you all and I hope business is very successful !

Absolutely gorgeous, burgers were cooked to perfection, the jalapeno bites had just enough heat to them and such great service, I work all over the country and its hands down the best burger I've had in a long time.
