Ramo's in Eastbourne

Food was ok. Great effort but not best smash burger I’ve had. I should have been soft n juicey, cheese running out of it. It ate like a 1/2 pounder with cheese. The cheesy chips was dry needs a garlic sauce option. Garlic mayo n cheese is killer. Fairly expensive.

I ventured into this burger joint with high hopes and left with my tail between my legs and still hungry,couldn't mo finish burger,beef didn't taste right,skinny chips are not the best form of chip to serve,the best of all was the can of coke Expensive also for what you get

Excellent, exceptional, the food I ordered was all hot and very tasty. A very good price. I can’t rave enough about the quality and taste of the burgers, the fries are exceptional too. All arrived hot. Even the change to a listed burger was correct. And the food all looked like the pictures. Very pleased indeed. Would highly recommend.

Had my first takeaway from the new branch in Polegate and it didn’t disappoint. I had the Gourmet Cheeseburger and my son had a Smash Burger. Both delicious and for me the very best burger I’ve had outside London. We will definitely be back!!

VERY DISAPPOINTED... Burgers wrapped in foil, so sweated and the buns went soggy, fries limp and lifeless, just like the onion rings. MONEY WASTED 😞

they completely messed the order up, but respect to them, they got me out my actual order out asap with B&J on the house.

It has been a while since I have visited Ramos burgers in eastbourne but drove past tonight and popped in. As usual I was not disappointed! The staff were friendly and very helpful. They have changed their menu since I last visited and have introduced their own smash burgers so I took advantage of ordering a blue cheese smash burger and chips. WOW!!! Such a tasty burger!, cooked to perfection so enjoyable. The chips again cooked to perfection so tasty. Thoroughly enjoyed!!! Many thanks to the Ramos team for a lovely meal and I will certainly be seeing you again very soon😉🤝👍💯💯

By far one of the best burgers in Eastbourne and such nice staff, highly recommend and very filling, their chips are on point too, very crispy and fluffy

Food is always a good standard, we've ordered many times, the issue tonight was the delivery driver who when I answered the door simply pointed at me and said "I've been calling you as well" and walked off.. my phone didn't ring, we live in an area with bad phone signal, not my problem really... But if he couldn't find us, we live at number 12 in a street that starts at number 1. Go back to primary school (if you ever went) and learn to count. You better not turn up at my door again with that attitude!

We ordered food prior to arriving in town, however the order was ready quicker! Their lovely deliver driver called us and said that he will wait as he don't want to leave the food outside our door for it to get cold. What a great guy. He had to wait for us about 10 minutes and it was on Saturday which I am sure is quite busy for the restaurant! Thanks so much for the amazing service and customer service skills. We will definitely use your restaurant again!

I arrived at Eastbourne before 10pm and the restaurant I was told by the hotel front desk had an order stop. Babu's kitchen is closed. I finally found it just before 11pm! Burger? Even though it’s seaside?! It was a burger 🍔, both the patty and the sauce were delicious.

We love Ramos chicken burgers and their loaded fries are always amazing and freshly cooked and the bacon is top quality just like all their food we have tried! We regularly order from here and great value for money! Highly recommend! The delivery drivers are always friendly and when spoken on the phone always friendly to! 10/10 every time.

Great packaging for the burgers kept hot but buns abit soggy and missed the extra cheese that was a paid extra, salt in the chips good idea but gets wet and basically pointless, arrived in the the delivery time frame which is good, friendly delivery guy.

I will start by saying the pictures are real and the size of the burgers is real but this is the only good thing about it. Burgers are low quality, they do not have a burger taste but more like a lot of filler added like organs or other stuff. If you don't mind what you are eating and you want just big portions this is the place for you. Me and the majority of customers that I asked are feeling like there is something wrong with the burger patty. I am very disappointed in the quality of the food and I don't think I will ever try it again. If by any chance you do visit this place it is better to stay with products that are not mincemeat. I do believe that FSA should enforce all fast industry into having a list of the ingredients and kcal per product.

Epic food! The best take away burgers we’ve ever had, portion sizes were good, quality was fab, delivered piping hot. In truth Ramo’s is second to none! definitely one to try!

Average at best burgers. Which literally taste of nothing on their own. Don't believe me? Take some of the burger out and removed the sauce and filling and eat a bit. Theyre tasteless. Frequently get orders for delivery wrong. Twice i have "towered up" recently and the meal has arrived without the addition I've paid for. Mostly the burgers are overpriced greasy messes. With chips. I ain't expecting gourmet, but honestly when Mcdonalds specials are better thats saying something.

I had the garlic chicken burger and couldn’t taste garlic only something like sage. It ruined the burger. The other burger was a double beef burger and that didn’t taste good either. It had a bad aftertaste not as bad as the chicken burger but still horrible

Food was cold. Burger was mainly bun and the beef looked like it had a bite out of it or handled wrongly. Coke cans were spraying out when I took them out of the bag as they were damaged. I was so hungry and looking forward to my food but in the end I had mainly burger bun and chips that were clearly old!

As a family we love the variety the Ramo’s offer. The grilled chicken wings are amazing, it’s great that there’s and option not to have them deep fried and battered. The burgers are delicious and the range of sides is great too. Best takeaway in Eastbourne.

Driver must have hung around to pick up multiple orders and left mine in the car to go cold. Drinks also missing. The restaurant should have the ability to update the order to say it’s been given to the driver so you can see how long they have been waiting around, otherwise you end up with the status saying it’s with the restaurant while your opening up what remains of the cold packaging.

Waited an hour for our food. Only thing that was good was the burgers. Fries were lukewarm and soggy. Advertises cheesy chips with nacho cheese but they use cheddar cheese and don’t even melt it well. Jalapeño poppers were horrid, barely any cream cheese, had jalapeño skin, not chunks of jalapeños, barely any flavour. Overall, waited an hour for absolutely horrible food, may as well have just cooked at home.

Delivery time off, said was delivered but wasn't untill an hour later. Food was warm and fries were soggy.
