Enterprise Diner in Eastbourne

Felt welcome as soon as my Wife and I walked in, very friendly atmosphere. We both ordered breakfast and it was excellent at a very good price in a very friendly environment . We both strongly recommend this diner within the Enterprise Centre in Eastbourne. We would certainly return on our next visit.

My wife & I often pop into this lovely cafe next to Eastbourne station. The staff are always friendly, kind & curteous, nothing is too much trouble. The food is amazing & reasonably priced & the cafe is spotless.

My wife and I popped in there today for our first time and we ordered 2 different breakfasts. I ordered the full english and when they arrived they looked the same apart from mine that had a extra rasher of bacon yet the price was very different. The sausage was very poor quality and the beans were cold and my wife had a hair in her food. We wont return as left hungry and disappointed. For less money and better food the pubs in the area offer much more.

Very underwhelming, I had a tuna panini, with no tuna! The staff were not very friendly and just very poor overall.

I go every week, either with my Son or my partner, sometimes both. The staff are AMAZING and always remember your beverage order, they are very attentive and friendly. The food is very good, they also do a loyalty hot drink card, so you get a freebie after a few. We love it. Best cafe in Eastbourne. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Enterprise Cafe is a hidden gem in Eastbourne. This cozy cafe is the perfect place to enjoy a delicious breakfast in a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. The atmosphere was quiet and cozy, which was perfect for a relaxing breakfast. The staff was incredibly friendly and they were happy to accommodate our special requests. The ham and mushroom omelette we had, was perfectly cooked, and the salad and toast were a great addition. We also enjoyed a good coffe on the side. Highly recomended !

We came across this small cafe during a visit to the Enterprise Shopping Centre. It's reasonably priced and has a good choice of food, including toasted sandwiches, baked potatoes and generous slices of cake. The staff are friendly and helpful, and we will definitely use it again if we visit Eastbourne again.

We had a wonderful lunch with our 4 year old and baby. The staff were friendly and welcoming and ensured the high chair was clean before we used it. Our 4 year old obviously wanted chocolate pancakes, which was 2 crepes with sauce. The cooked breakfast was fantastic and their homemade steak burger was really good too. Nice chips. We left very happy!

I recently visited the Diner with my family, partner, 11 year old, 19 month old and 7 month old twins. We're quite a force when we arrive in a cafe or restaurant and you can usually see staff looking slightly scared. We were greeted warmly by the owner and staff they even moved tables around to fit us all in comfortably. My daughter had pancakes and a milkshake, both of which she said were the best she'd ever had. My partner and I had fry ups which were good quality and tasty. The owner was very attentive and replaced my eggs for me because my yolks weren't runny. This little cafe is a great find, parking is close by too. We'd all highly recommend it.

I found myself in the Enterprise Hall in Eastbourne, and decided to have a coffee-cappuccino,Mmm, delicious and creamy. Plus an excellantly cooked breakfast of bacon, egg,sausage,mushrooms,beans and toast £6.50. It is the hottest breakfast I have had served to me in a long while. Such a friendly woman who cooked and served. Each table sanitised after vacated.

I took my good friend for lunch here and it was perfect. There is a great selection of foods, from burgers, pancakes, jacket potatoes. All of the food is cooked from scratch to the highest standard. I had a jacket potato, with chili con carne and it was the best. Great service from a friendly staff . And the prices are very reasonable too. Its right next to Eastbourne train station so do go in. You won't be disappointed. Thank you and will be back again soon.

This place is a great find. We found it while waiting for an appointment at the nearby breast screening unit at the station car park. Ordered 2 x English breakfast and was glad we did. The food was the best quality you could ask for. The bacon was thick and not greasy fried, skinny stuff. The sausage was full of meat and not the grisly sawdust you get in cheap ones, even the mushrooms were cooked well and had flavour. The bread was lovely too. All in all it was excellent quality food at a great price. I'm glad I don't live locally as it would be too easy to visit regularly 😀 spoke to Nick, staff, he was very friendly and chatty. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting eastbourne. Thanks Nick

We went for lunch. the staff were very friendly and the my chicken burger was the best I've had for ages. Is was nothing fancy, just a well cooked plate of food. The coffee was also good. I want to go back for pancakes and milkshakes soon.

Went one Saturday me and my two girls. The place was empty. The girls had a fruit smoothie and we decided to have a bacon and egg sandwich. The staff were really friendly and nice. Our drinks came reasonably quick. Our food took over 45 mins. By this time all the seats were gone and the diner was full. When we did get the meals it was good quality. It was proper bread (not the stuff that comes in a plastic wrap). I might go back but the wait for a “basic meal” was too slow.

Sorin is fantastic! My team was working in the area and had a really big order. Sorin worked so hard and took pride in his food. He really helped us out and went the extra mile. Thank you! Next time I am in the area I will be sure to visit.

Have just been here for lunch with husband and two sons, both on the autism spectrum. The staff were welcoming, understanding, happy to accommodate our boys' specific sensory food needs and our silly diet needs, and weren't invasive, judgy, glaring, and nothing but kind, courteous, and sweet. The food was delicious, the coffee is great, it's a lovely, relaxed little place that does exactly what you need - great quality milkshakes, and a fabulous mix of naughty and healthier stuff. We'll definitely be back soon.

One Sunday afternoon we wanted toasted tea cakes, which they had sold out of, they did no more than send out for some and apologised for keeping us waiting. One of the best Latte's ever and everything is so reasonably prices. Well Done!!!

This is the first time me and my other half have been here and its absouluntly devine and the staff are polite and friendly and the diner is really clean.

Nous étions les seuls clients , mais ils ont quand même réussi à mettre plus de 30 min à nous servir leur menu burger/frites/boisson, qui était ma fois complètement cramé. C'est inadmissible. Nous vous conseillons donc de passer votre chemin sous peine de perdre votre argent dans de la nourriture qui est tout juste mangeable.

Cool place, set out like a 50's american diner. Awesome breakfasts and milkshakes to die for. Kitchen on full view. Really accommodating staff who are out to please.

Visited today for lunch with a friend. The milkshake was just syrup based and tasted artificial. Ordered 2 chilli burgers and without a doubt the worse burger I've had in a long time. The chilli was repulsive and also poured all over the chips which made them inedible. The burger was half the size of the bun , bland and so bad we actually left it and went for lunch elsewhere. If you have no tastebuds this is the place for you.

Very nice Diner, amazing milkshake, great freshly prepared food, very reasonably priced! Only downside is it doesn't have toilets inside it. As it is based in a shopping centre you use the centre's facilities which are clean but a bit of a trek!!

Another visit to this diner. Nothing is too much trouble - we needed to change a few things in the dishes we ordered and everything was fine. Good portions and friendly service. Nothing was swimming in grease which is always a good sign. Very reasonably priced too. Comfortable atmosphere.

We went for lunch and we had to wait quite a long time for a full English and a burger. food is not bad but not even very good. nothing special at all. I don't think we will come back. fries were chips and the burger and breakfast are better in all the local pub.

Been here a few times now, it's always excellent. Had the club sandwich this time it was delicious. Fresh soft bread proper chicken bacon lettuce tomatoe and mayonnaise. The service is always good and good value.

We've been visiting here for some time for their spectacularly delicious Speciality Milkshake which sings to my palate! Today we added a meal. Didn't have hign expectations - this is a very small cafe with a fairly simple all day breakfast / burger type menu. Have to say though, I was really chuffed with the fabulous handmade burger. One daughter enjoyed a basic but tasty breakfast & another was singing the praises of an excellent Southern Fried Chicken Burger. The owner was charming & welcoming as always. My only slight criticism would be slow service, but that may have felt worse as we were in a bit of a hurry.No question about, would recommend for an inexpensive simple but delicious meal - will be going back sooner rather than later!

I didnt even know this place existed until one day had to renew my season ticket. I was with my kids and because i like to treat them, I saw this and gave it a try.Really friendly owner / manager / chef / waiter. Nice decor I suppose if you like that sort of thing, but very clean.We only bought two milkshakes but they were delicious, proper thick and creamy. The kids LOVED them!

Clean, friendly and a great choice on the menu. Our order was taken promptly, everything was freshly cooked and served with a smile. We had a full breakfast which we tweaked a bit but it was great. Glad the tea is served in a mug too! Will definitely visit again.

This is a lovely little cafe perfect if you are looking for a cooked breakfast, so many places don't do the simple things well, however, the Enterprise diner has a great choice from American to English breakfast or pancakes with syrup and bacon.There is a great lunch menu too !Friendly staff, very clean and tasty food !

I have been there in this week. I had a southern chicken burger, my boyfriend had a cheese burger. The meat was fresh and really tasty. They bring freshly from the local butcher which is in the shopping center as well. It was a really big portion and really tasty everything. Also I had a smoothie what was perfect i could feel all the fresh fruit taste. I can not agree with the negative comments... I ll be back definitely. Recommend to everyone! Went to the Diner, had not been there for about 18 months - disappointed. My wife had Cheese on toast and I had a Sausage sandwich. The cheese was so thin you could nearly see through it. My wife started to eat it and found it warm and chewy. When my sausage sandwich arrived the sausage itself was warm. I have never had a side salad with a sausage sandwich before - it did not go together well. We both had black coffee and found it to be too strong.

I must abmit to being spoilt, having been to the U.S. a fair amount and so am familiar with proper diners. The Enterprise Diner has a lot of American imagery, including decor and pictures, but unfortunately, it doesn't extend to the food. I had burger and chips and a strawberry milkshake. The burger, like the bun was dry and the milkshake almost warm. Apparently, their breakfasts are supposed to be good though. Overall, it was OK, but if anyone goes there expecting a real American diner experience, they will be dissapointed.

I go to this diner often,The fried beakfast is tasty and geat value.The diner is spotless and has a nicefriendly atmosphere,staff are so helpfull to.Macaroni cheese is amazing,as is the homemade lentil soup,The burgers fesh from the butcher are 1st class and his reputation for amazing milk shakes are true.Its a little gem.

I wanted somewhere to take my daughter and her friends for a birthday milkshake and was disappointed to see the Diner closed at 4:30 on Saturdays. However, the owner arranged to stay open longer to accommodate us. He could not have been more helpful and the milkshakes were great. I would recommend it.

first of all onion ring extremly over cooked and arrived 5minutes before our mains so they were a bit cold . then served a burger where the bun was ripped on the side and had to send food back. the chips were NOT american. they forgot our salad in burgers. meat was cheap in our burgers. side salad we ordered was awful. when i asked for the bill owner said "why do you want a bill you know what you have ordered". i explained to him if the customer wishes to have the bill to see what items and how much the items were. recieved extreme attitude and will never return.

We have had breakfast at this diner many times and it has never been anything other than excellent. The food is delicious, superbly cooked and at a very reasonable price. The coffee is without a doubt the best we have had in Eastbourne.The diner itself is always absolutely spotless and the owner could not be more helpful.Give it a try as I am sure you won't be disappointed.

I eat in the diner on a regular basis, the breakfasts are awesome as are the pancakes,dont get me started on the blt wrap...yumyum but a new addition to the menu is fresh fish direct from the fishmonger in the enterprise centre, cooked on the griddle with chefs special dressing and served with new potatos, very nice with a glass of chablis

I would totally recommend The Enterprise Diner as the staff are very friendly and the food is great. Not too fussy menu but plenty of choice. I go there every morning for my porrige and tea and have never been disappointed. The chef is also always too happy to run across to fishmongers, butchers or fruit and veg man to give you something special off the menu. Top Banana..

The jacket potato is ace and I highly suggest you dine there for any meal as you will receive quality food for a great price!

Stumbled across this little café when looking around the Enterprise Centre near Eastbourne Station.It's a really nice pleasing atmosphere emulating the American Diner style. The food was good and prepared freshly. The staff were friendly, it was clean and price was very reasonable too.Worth a visit.

My boyfriend and I went to this little restaurant in the Enterprise Centre (just behind the train station) as we had heard it is the best breakfast in the town. Well we weren't absolutely disappointed!! Service was quick and very friendly and the food was absolutely delicious!!! We had two full english breakfasts with drinks and everything was perfectly cooked and well presented but they also have a nice range of lunch dishes such as burgers and omelettes! I definitely recommend the Enterprise diner to anybody who is in the town and fancies a delicious and great value for money breakfast!

Popped in this diner for a coffee with a business associate and decided to have a cooked breakfast. Very prompt and friendly service.paid just over £10 for 2 full Breakfasts and 2 coffees. Well cooked and a large portion. I will be going again and trying lunch next time.The only down side is that they do not have a card machine, just make sure you have some cash on you.
