Two Bulls Steakhouse in Eastbourne

4 adults and 2 nine year olds on a Friday night. Food excellent as always. Whole restaurant looked happy and content. Waiting staff are anazing. We were chaotic but they made a massive effort. Great attention to detail and great with dealing with us and our kids. Food top notch. Steaks are superb. If you like your steak juicy don't be afraid to go for rare.

Visited for the first time today and it won't be last. Very tasty well cooked food and lovely people working there. Many thanks!

Amazing steak restaurant/pub, tucked slightly out of the way from teh main drag but worth the walk or short drive. the food was brilliant, the 16oz Ribeye was actually 8ox portions, but that was jsut fine. Staff were brilliat and warm and welcoming.

Incredible food and really nice service with a smile. Had the 18oz Ribeye which was cooked perfectly. The sides were really tasty and there was a great selection of wines and desserts. 10/10.

We just had 2 kids meals (mac and cheese with chips and salad) 2 adults meals and desserts with drinks. Food was absolutely delicious. Staff very friendly and chatted. They engaged well with the kids too. A lovely relaxed atmosphere. 5 stars but the kids said they would give 6+

We were driving away from the sea front looking for Fish & Chips after a Sunday on the Beach at Pevensey. We’re still not quite sure how we ended up at the Two Bulls, but we were glad we did. The staff were warm, welcoming and attentive. The Food was incredible. We shared the Calamari to start. But this isn’t just any Calamari. This is the sort of fresh seafood we’ve only ever eaten on holiday. My husband had a perfect Rib Eye with fabulous sides. I had been fancying a Burger all weekend and it did not disappoint. Looking around (as one does!) everyone was happy and enjoying their food. We saw some lovely plates go past and did that “oooh. I wish I’d ordered that!” double take. Everything about our evening was without fault. We were just sorry we did not have room for Dessert. We •will• be returning. 10/10 would recommend.

Great food. Excellently cooked steak (medium rare obviously) with great chips. Friendly service in a good looking room. When it got full it was quite noisy but we had a great evening.

Wow! Amazing food with excellent portions. We had the mackerel pate to start. This is homemade and delicious. Steak was served with chips and large side salad. We had onion rings as a side. I was so full after all this food. The staff were friendly and speedy service. Would love to come again.

I made a very last-minute booking, but we got a table for 2 at the time we needed. Friendly, polite and helpful staff. Husband had steak, I had the cajun chicken breast (after a 10 minute internal debate because there were at least 3 other dishes I liked the look of) steak cooked exactly how husband likes it and my chicken was very flavourful, moist and the mayo was delicious. My one gripe is that I didn't leave enough room for the delicious sounding desserts (but again, I would have struggled to choose between 3). Next time I'm having a starter and a pudding....

Had a lovely meal here. The plate sizes were large (I couldn't eat it all)! Delicious starter and amazing desserts. We were a large party, however, the service was amazing, food was served very quickly and could not fault anything. Would definitely recommend and go again!

The steaks were cooked to perfection and really good. All served by a ver friendly tea. We will be back next time we are in Eastbourne.

We always enjoy going for a steak at the two bulls. Very nice to find a lunch time venue that is Dog friendly. We ordered and extra steak for our dog too. Friendly staff. Plenty of space

Lovely food and a great friendly service

Can’t praise the server enough. Our burgers come out pink (how it should be with fresh meat). However, due to one of the party members they can’t have it due to current health conditions. Rather than just heating the current one up, they made it all fresh again. Wasn’t asked and wasn’t expected. As for the taste even fully cooked beyond how it should be, the meat was juicy and tasty. The server was tentative and super friendly. Already looking for and excuse to go back.

Die besten Filet-Steaks, die wir seit langem in England gegessen haben. Die Steaks wurden auf den Punkt genauso serviert wie bestellt. Super freundlicher, sehr aufmerksamer Service. Gute Auswahl an Steaks und anderen Speisen sowie die meisten ausgezeichneten Weine auch glasweise. Dieses Lokal ist es wert, Eastbourne wieder zu besuchen.

The best fillet steaks we've had in England for a long time. The steaks were served exactly as ordered. Super friendly, very attentive service. Good selection of steaks and other dishes as well as most excellent wines by the glass. This place is worth visiting Eastbourne again.

The food was just perfect. There you can find the best meat in town. The staff is very friendly and the place is very clean. Highly recommended and obviously I will go there often.

I came here with a friend on Friday. We had made reservations and was very busy. It took ages to get drinks and to take our order. We ordered the double rib eyes and double sirloin. The ribeyes were not cooked medium but the sirloin were. After waiting so long we could not be bothered to wait so they took a tenner off the bill for the poor steak. Its dog friendly and has poor views and tiny outdoor area that's really for smoking. Will definitely have no need to come back as I can get a better steak cooked properly in many many establishments. Get more staff and try to have better service.

My husband and I had a wonderful dining experience at The two bulls steakhouse restaurant while visiting Eastbourne!We enjoyed the food and service there. The staff were superb and did everything they could to help us. The food was outstanding.Exploring new and delicious dishes can truly enhance a travel experience. Addendum to my original review below. It's 4 years later, and I was so impressed with this venue we took my Dad here for his 90th birthday. The venue is under new management as of 2 years ago, but as one of the new owners is a long term chef here, the standards remain consistently high. Wonderful food. Brilliant staff, and a great ambience. All at very reasonable prices. I am very happy to stand by my original review below. We recently went here to take my mother-in-law out for a surprise birthday treat. Booked on spec from reviews like this on the web from a 100 miles away, I hoped it would live up to the billing. It surpassed it by miles. The staff could not be more helpful. The food was amazing. All cooked fresh to order. None of this pre-prepped rubbish from the chain pubs. Steaks were "spot on" a ordered, and the prices very reasonable for such good fare. I an very happy to Echo the previous reviews, and thoroughly recommend it. I will certainly be going back there if in the vicinity of Eastbourne again.

The food at the Two Bulls was absolutely delicious. Every dish we had was cooked to perfection and burst with flavours. They use the freshest ingredients and make sure the dish is done perfect. The menu had fantastic selection of dishes and we loved what we had today. The service at the Two Bulls restaurant was outstanding. The staff were friendly, attentive and made our dining experience truly memorable. The staff was incredibly knowledgable about the menu and gave us an excellent recommendation. We would definitely come back for the food and for the amazing service. I'll be recommending this restaurant to my family and friends.

My wife and I decided to treat ourselves for our 20th anniversary. We found Two Bulls to be a perfect choice. The food was outstanding, steaks cooked perfectly following delicious starters, all complimented by a lovely bottle of red. Wonderful service and staff treating every customer like the first to walk through the door. I recommend Two Bulls to everyone for a lovely night out.

Two Bulls Steak House in Eastbourne, a spot highly praised by many colleagues, proved to be a delightful experience. The place didn’t fall short of expectations, offering sumptuous steaks—I indulged in the T-bone! The prices matched the exceptional quality of the food, exactly what I anticipated paying for such fine dining. Certainly, a must-visit for all meat enthusiasts.

Great experience, £17 tasty burger with chips, onion rings and salad. I initially thought it would not be enough but it made me so full. The food took a bit of time to arrive but i guess it's fresh. Recommend this. 10/10

Thankfully, we booked a table, if it's the weekend, PLEASE book! We saw a lot of people being turned away. Service was great, such genuinely nice people, all of whom were really busy but smiling throughout. Our starters were amazing, and it was simple pitta and hummus, which had just a lovely kick. Steaks were cooked perfectly! It's worth every penny. Lime pie was so full of flavour. Restaurant itself was really nice, comfortable, and warm. Would definitely recommend this Restaurant.

I visited The Two Bulls Stakehouse on Sunday 18 February in the early evening whilst on holiday in the area. I was with one other person. This was my first visit. I used Google Maps to find the restaurant, which was easy and led me straight to the right place. I parked in the street nearby - parking was easy. The restaurant comprises of one fairly large sized main dining area with plenty of tables with full table service. The restaurant was bright and clean. The team were very friendly and welcoming and I had no issues - we got everything we expected in good time and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I enjoyed a cheese and ham board for my starter and satay chicken skewers for my main course. The food arrived hot, was very well presented and tasted exceptionally good. There was a good selection of food and I found something that appealed to me easily. Overall I really enjoyed my visit.

Best steak I've had in years. And the peanut butter baniffee is amazing!service was great, very, very friendly. Love it. Only thing is the lighting - it's so bright! Would definitely recommend though

Food was ok.steaks very good There was music on which seemed to only serve to make conversation more difficult, but not to add any kind of atmosphere or ambiance. Non meat eaters in our group were not overly impressed, although neither were they unhappy. Overall experience was ok. Very noisy so we took our guests back to our house so we could have a conversation.

Very well priced. Food was absolutely excellent, steak was cooked to perfection and the paté was excellent. The service was outstanding and the Banoffee Pie is freshly made and was the best homemade dessert ive had! We have been coming here for over 10 years now and it is consistently the best steakhouse in Eastbourne. When we travel we no longer worry about getting a decent steak abroad, because we know there is one waiting for us when we get back. People complain about the lack of vegetarian options, er, it’s a steakhouse, the clue is in the title! If you want a good quality meal in relaxed surroundings, then I would recommend the Two Bulls, but don’t just take my word, check out the 5 star reviews it gets!

Always great steak and our go-to for Birthdays.

I came here with my 10 year old daughter on a Sunday for lunch. I didn’t know what to have so asked the waitress to decide. My daughter ordered the calamari starter, 1/4 burger and chocolate fudge cake. I was presented with I think prosciutto with cheese and toast starter a medium steak I think Sirloin cooked to perfection with peppercorn sauce. I’m salivating whilst typing, then this massive slice of Banoffie Pie. The meal was awesome. I’ll be back. Really laid back atmosphere, chef and wife has made this place one of my must go to places for a meal in Eastbourne.

Despite arriving late on grumpy Sunday Evening , This has to be the finest steak experience by mile in a while. Arta with complimentary starter and desert for the little one was amazing service so was the Chef Mondi with expert steak cooking skills. Top notch experience all around.

Family celebration for a 30th birthday , there was 30 of us for dinner , the staff were amazing , the food arrived for all of us to eat together which is no mean feat with so many of us and the food was amazing, I did take the name of the staff as wanted to name and thank but unfortunately lost the piece of paper. Would highly recommend.

Me and my family always come in on a Sunday, nice selection of starters, steaks are always tender and cooked to perfection and service is always fantastic!!

We arrived Saturday 9th September early, so we had a drink out side. The lady said our table was ready and advised we could eat outside as so hot indoors. The food was amazing, great steak and the chips were beautiful. Nothing too much for the staff, not sure if dark headed lady was the Manager but so welcoming and happy. We will be back!

Arta, was so helpful with making my Husband’s surprise 40th so special. Arta, went above & beyond, including measuring tables for decorations & answering many questions. Food, service & atmosphere was amazing. We were even surprised with a complementary bottle of Prosecco. It was lovely to be remembered by Arta, when the 2 of us recently went back to celebrate my Husband’s birthday a year later. Highly recommended.

Having previously eaten here, we believed The Two Bulls would be a good place for a 3 generational celebratory lunch for 18. They did not disappoint! Fantastic food, from starters through to desserts. Serving staff were wonderful and cheery and checked we were ready each course. Atmosphere was great. Can't recommend highly enough. We will be back

We traveled an hour to go here, we wasn’t disappointed at all The steak was unreal I had it to start, the kids steak skewer, highly no recommend getting that, and main I has the rump. The girls all enjoyed their food too. Portions are great! The staff were perfect And the whole experience was very good , if you live round there your lucky. Myself and my partner love this place! We regularly go on a weekend at lunchtime as the lunch menu is such great value for money. We get the ribeye which is served with chips, a sauce and a big fresh side salad. Every time the steak is cooked to perfection and everything is fresh and delicious. The staff our really friendly, a lovely lady always serves us and nothing is too much trouble. The chef always says goodbye and thanks when we leave. Steak is one of our favourite foods and we have paid £40ish for just steak in the past (no trimmings!) and honestly Two Bulls tops it, especially for the price. Can’t fault it, would recommend to any steak lover!

Had a great steak for a reasonable price. Turned up on a Friday night chancing a table and there were a few free. Friendly effective services.

Me and the wife went there for a meal and everything was fantastic. The steak melted in your mouth and tasted beautiful and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. We will definitely be returning soon.
